Claims (1)

M406368 六、申請專利範圍: 1· 一種防靜電鞋墊,其包括: 一第一層體; 一第二層體,係貼附於該第—層體底面; 一足弓墊,係嵌設於該第二層體底部的凹槽内; 一足跟墊,係設置於該第二層體位於足跟部區的底 部;以及 W 一表布層,係覆設於該第一層體表面; 其中,該表布層、該第一層體以及該第二層體係具 有防靜電之導電功能;該第一層體與該第二層體係 延伸形成對應人體足部之—足前掌區、一足弓部區 以及一足跟部區;且該第一層體、該第二層體以及 該足弓墊配合人體足弓與足跟的弧度,自足底向上 延伸’形成自足弓部區至足跟部區周圍具有一側翼 之一畚箕形(dustpan-shaped)防靜電鞋墊。 2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防靜電鞋墊,其中該 足跟墊的彈性係數係大於該第一層體,且該足弓塾 之勁度係大於該第一層體,該第一層體上表面的弧 度係配合該第二層體的弧度,該第一層體上表面則 係配合人體足弓的弧度。 3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防靜電鞋墊,其中該 表布層係為具有毛細現象之抗菌導電纖維布,其係 具有碳纖維(carbon fiber)、鍍鎳礙纖維(nickei 12 M406368 coated graphite)、金屬纖維(metal fiber)以及導電性 兩分子(intrinsic conductive polymer)之至少其一。 4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防靜電鞋墊,其中該 第一層體係具導電性之PU(聚氨酯)高密度泡棉,且 該第一層體係與第二層體的弧度相對應且緊密配 合’用以提供更高之支撐性與舒適性。 5. 如申請專利範圍第i項所述之防靜電鞋墊,其中該 第一層體的材質係具有橡膠成份以及導電性之高 分子材料EVA,且該第二層體係具有一凹槽於該足 弓部區以容置一足弓墊。 •如申明專利範圍第5項所述之防靜電鞋墊,其中該 第二層體係包括位於足前掌區之第二A層體以及 位於足弓部區與足跟部區之第二B層體,且該第二 )層體係具有導電性之抗靜電導電EVA材質,該 第一 B層體則係不具有導電性之材質。 7· f申請專利範圍# 6項所述之防靜電鞋塾,其中該 =A層體以及該第二B層體係以機械連結 该第二層體。 士申明專利範圍第1項所述之防靜電鞋墊,其中該 ^弓塾係嵌設於該第二層體對應該 槽。 足^ I專利^圍第1項所述之防靜電鞋塾,其中該 W μ係嵌設於該第二層體對應包括該足弓部區 乂及该足跟部區的凹槽。 13 » 1〇·如申請專利範圍第9項所述之防靜電鞋墊,其中該 足弓墊係具有—孔洞以容置該足跟墊設置於該第二 層體。 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防靜電鞋墊,其中該 足弓墊的材質係為聚醯胺高分子材料。 u·如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防靜電鞋墊,其中該 足跟墊係配置於該足跟部區,其材質係氨基曱酸酯 ^ (urethanes)高密度泡棉,用以提供足跟部區適當之 避震能力。 13·=申請專利範圍第〗項所述之防靜電鞋墊,其中該 第二層體係具有複數個貫穿的穿孔,且該些穿孔係 排列為陣列形式或呈不規則排列之形式。 14·如申請專利範圍第13項所述之防靜電鞋墊,其中 該第二層體之機械特性係由該些穿孔的幾何尺寸 ^ 與間距決定。 14
