本实用新型提供一种防静电鞋垫,其包括一表布层、一第一层体、一第二层体、一足弓垫以及一足跟垫。该表布层设置于该第一层体表面,该第二层体设置于该第一层体底部,该足跟垫以及足弓垫设置于该第二层体底部,该足跟垫的弹性系数大于该第一层体,且该足弓垫的劲度大于该第一层体,该第一层体下表面的弧度配合该第二层体的弧度,该第一层体上表面则配合人体足弓的弧度。该表布层、该第一层体及该第二层体都具有防静电功能。该足弓垫可对应人体不同的足弓形状,以达到兼具防静电、抗疲劳的功能。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防静电鞋垫,特别是具有一足跟垫以达到兼具抗疲劳以及其它功能的一种防静电鞋垫。
背景技术
现代科技日新月异,各种工业产品的产制必须遵循极为严格规范的工作环境,主要原因之一即在于工业生产过程中,静电荷常会伴随各种不同作业环境而产生,若不加以疏导,一旦静电蓄积至危险程度,即会发生静电放电,并导致产品良率不佳,甚至引发相关工业安全灾害。
因此,各种防静电配备与装置就成为现代精密工业厂房不可或缺的产品,其中之一即为防静电鞋。
中国台湾专利第M361917号揭露一种防静电的鞋及鞋底;第M361918号揭露一种鞋垫及具有该鞋垫的静电鞋。该等防静电的静电鞋及鞋垫,其主要功能多着重于防静电的效果,并未考虑鞋子本身的舒适感,这也是一般现有防静电鞋及鞋垫的主要问题缺失,因为对于长时间穿着防静电鞋的工作人员而言,长时间站立工作脚部负担极重,不符合人体工学、设计不良的防静电鞋及鞋垫,常会导致穿着者引发脚跟、小腿甚至背部酸痛的情形。
发明内容
为了能够解决现有技术的各项问题,发明人基于多年研究开发与诸多实务经验,研发出一种防静电鞋垫,以改善上述现有技术的缺点并能兼容并蓄其优点。
本实用新型的主要目的在提供一防静电鞋垫,用以将人体身上的静电由足部轻易地传导至该防静电鞋垫,再通过鞋具传导至地面,以防止静电灾害的发生。
本实用新型的又一目的是提供一符合人体工学的防静电鞋垫,用以搭配 现有的防静电鞋使用,而无需另外购置符合人体工学的防静电鞋,即可舒缓足部长时间承受负载时的疲劳。
本实用新型另一目的是提供一符合人体工学的防静电鞋垫,其为具有缓冲吸震功能的抗疲劳防静电鞋垫,当人体在站立与步行过程中,其可吸震与减小足底的压力,因而可避免下肢骨骼或肌肉群的伤害。
本实用新型再一目的是提供一防静电鞋垫,其具有一层体可透过孔洞的尺寸或间距的设计,而获得具有特定机械性质的防静电鞋垫,其中该防静电鞋垫的机械性质是指该鞋内垫的软硬度、劲度或透气性。
为达到上述目的或其它目的,本实用新型所述的防静电鞋垫,包括:一第一层体;一第二层体,贴附于该第一层体底面;一足弓垫,嵌设于该第二层体底部的凹槽内;一足跟垫,设置于该第二层体位于足跟部区的底部。该足跟垫的弹性系数大于该第一层体,且该足弓垫的劲度大于该第一层体,该第一层体下表面的弧度配合该第二层体的弧度,该第一层体上表面的弧度则配合人体足弓的弧度;以及一表布层,覆设于该第一层体表面;其中,该表布层、该第一层体以及该第二层体都具有防静电的导电功能;该第一层体与该第二层体延伸形成对应人体足部的一足前掌区、一足弓部区以及一足跟部区;且该第一层体、该第二层体以及该足弓垫配合人体足弓与足跟的弧度,自足底向上延伸,形成自足弓部区至足跟部区周围具有一侧翼的一畚箕形防静电鞋垫。
该防静电鞋垫是对应人体足部的一足前掌区、一足弓部区以及一足跟部区的生物力学特性,且该足弓垫设置于该第二层体并对应该足弓部区,并针对不同的足弓型态提供不同的劲度分布,以达到兼具抗疲劳、防静电功能的一种防静电鞋垫。
前述的足弓垫配合人体足弓的弧度是通过实验分析的方式所得到的,并可依据统计的人体足弓弧度资料,将该足弓垫的弧度设计为数种不同弧度。
该表布层为具有毛细现象的抗菌导电纤维布,除具有抗菌导电功能外,还具有摩擦力佳、柔软性佳、吸汗性佳、透气性佳、消除异味以及接触性佳等特性。该表布层可以是碳纤维(carbon fiber)布、或镀镍碳纤维(nickel coated graphite)布、或金属纤维(metal fiber)布或者导电性高分子(intrinsic conductive polymer)布。
该第一层体为具有导电性的PU(聚氨酯)高密度泡棉层,且该第一层体与该第二层体的弧度相对应且紧密配合,用以提供更高的支撑性与舒适性。
该第二层体为EVA层(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,即乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚合物的简称),且该第二层体包括位于足前掌区的第二A层体以及位于足弓部区与足跟部区的第二B层体。该第二A层体为具有导电性的抗静电导电EVA材质层,该第二B层体则为不具有导电性的EVA材质层,该第二A层体以及该第二B层体机械连结成该第二层体。该第二层体具有多个贯穿的穿孔,且该些穿孔为数组规则排列的形式或呈不规则排列的形式。以及,该第二层体具有一凹槽于该足弓部区以容置一足弓垫。
该足弓垫为聚酰胺高分子层,其嵌设于该第二层体对应该足弓部区的凹槽,或嵌设于该第二层体对应包括该足弓部区以及该足跟部区的凹槽。且该足弓垫具有一孔洞以容置该足跟垫设置于该第二层体。
该足跟垫配置于该足跟部区,其为氨基甲酸酯(urethanes)高密度泡棉层,用以提供足跟部区适当的避震能力,舒缓长时间站立工作与行走的后足跟的疲累感。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供符合人体工学的一种防静电鞋垫,用以解决现有技术中防静电鞋与防静电鞋垫不符合人体工学、未考虑人体足弓的差异性,导致足部、腿部等的不适感而不具抗疲劳特性等诸多问题。故借由本实用新型具有导电性的第一层体、第二层体以及足弓垫与足跟垫等构成的防静电鞋垫,达到防静电、抗疲劳的目的。
为使熟悉该项技术人士了解本实用新型的目的、特征及功效,现借由下述具体实施例,并配合图式,对本实用新型详加说明,然所例举的具体实施例与图式仅提供参考与说明用,并非用来对本实用新型加以限制。

具体实施方式
为充分了解本实用新型的目的、特征及功效,现借由下述具体的实施例,并配合所附的图式,对本实用新型做一详细说明,说明如下:
如图1至图5所示,该图1是本实用新型防静电鞋垫第一较佳实施例的 俯视图,且该图2是本实用新型图1的I-I断面的剖面图,该图3是本实用新型图1的II-II断面的剖面图,该图4是本实用新型第一较佳实施例的仰视图,该图5是本实用新型第二较佳实施例的仰视图。上述图中显示本实用新型一种防静电鞋垫100包括:一第一层体1;一第二层体2;一足弓垫3;一足跟垫4;以及一表布层5。
该表布层5覆设于该第一层体1表面,该第二层体2贴附于该第一层体1底面,该足跟垫4以及足弓垫3设置于该第二层体2底部的凹槽21内,该足跟垫4设置于该第二层体2位于足跟部区103的底部。其中,该足跟垫4的弹性系数大于该第一层体1,且该足弓垫3的劲度大于该第一层体1,该第一层体1下表面的弧度配合该第二层体2的弧度,该第一层体1上表面的弧度则配合人体足弓的弧度。该表布层5、该第一层体1以及该第二层体2都具有防静电的导电功能。
该防静电鞋垫100对应人体足部一足前掌区101、一足弓部区102以及一足跟部区103的生物力学特性,且该足弓垫3设置于该第二层体2下,并对应该足弓部区102,且其针对不同的足弓型态提供不同的劲度分布,以达到兼具抗疲劳、防静电功能。
该表布层5为具有毛细现象的抗菌导电纤维布,除具有抗菌导电功能外,还具有摩擦性佳、柔软性佳、吸汗性佳、透气性佳、消除异味以及接触性佳等特性。该表布层5可以是碳纤维(carbon fiber)布、或镀镍碳纤维(nickel coated graphite)布、或金属纤维(metal fiber)布或者导电性高分子(intrinsic conductive polymer)布。
该第一层体1为导电性的PU(聚氨酯)高密度泡棉层,且该第一层体1与第二层体2的弧度相对应且紧密配合,用以提供更高的支撑性与舒适性。
该第二层体2为具有橡胶成份以及导电性的高分子材料EVA层(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,即乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚合物的简称),其具有一凹槽21以容置该足弓垫3,且该第二层体2包括位于足前掌区101的第二A层体2a以及位于足弓部区102与足跟部区103区的第二B层体2b。该第二A层体2a为具有导电性的抗静电导电EVA材质,该第二B层体2b则为不具有导电性的EVA材质,且该第二A层体2a以及该第二B层体2b 以机械连结成为该第二层体2。
该足弓垫3为聚酰胺高分子材料层,较佳为聚酰胺6(Polyamide 6)层或聚酰胺66(Polyamide 66)层,其是透过实验统计分析的方式达成符合人体足弓弧度的目的,并可依据统计的人体足弓弧度资料,将该足弓垫3的弧度设计为数种不同弧度。在第一较佳实施例中,该足弓垫3嵌设于该第二层体2对应该鞋垫100足弓部区102的凹槽21;在第二较佳实施例中,该足弓垫3嵌设于该第二层体2对应该鞋垫100包括足弓部区102以及足跟部区103的凹槽21,且该足弓垫3于该足跟部区103具有一孔洞(请参见图5)以容置该足跟垫4设置于该第二层体2。
该足跟垫4配置于该足跟部区103,其为氨基甲酸酯(urethanes)高密度泡棉层,用以提供足跟部区103适当的避震能力,舒缓长时间站立工作与行走的后足跟的疲累感。
如图6所示,其为本实用新型防静电鞋垫的立体图。图中所示本实用新型一种防静电鞋垫100自足弓部区102至足跟部区103周围具有一侧翼107,使得该防静电鞋垫100成为一畚箕形(dustpan-shaped)。该侧翼107是由该第一层体1、该第二层体2以及该足弓垫3配合人体足弓与足跟的弧度自足底向上延伸所形成,使得该侧翼107可以提供支撑足部侧向的作用力,减少足部侧翻的机率,兼具抗疲劳的特性。
如图7及图8所示,图7为本实用新型防静电鞋垫第二层体的局部俯视图,图8为本实用新型图7的III-III断面的剖面图。上述图中,该第二层体2底面具有贯穿的多个穿孔22,该些穿孔22可以排列为数组规则排列的形式或呈不规则排列的形式。再者,该多个穿孔22的几何尺寸W1可为相同或不相同的尺寸,以及该等穿孔22之间的间距P1可为相同或不相同的距离。
当该第二层体2的穿孔22的几何尺寸W1加大或间距P1变小时,该第二层体2会变的比较软或者说其劲度会变的比较小;反之,当该第二层体2的穿孔22的几何尺寸W1减小或间距P1变大时,该第二层体2会变的比较硬或者说其劲度会变的比较大。即通过该些穿孔22的该等几何尺寸W1与间距P1的不同排列组合设计变化,用以达到控制该第二层体2符合人体工学的软硬度、劲度或透气性等机械特性,从而达成调整本实用新型一种防静 电鞋垫100的劲度分布等机械特性。
虽然本实用新型已以具体实施例揭露如上,然其所揭露的具体实施例并非用以限定本实用新型,任何熟悉此技术者,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围内,当可作各种更动与润饰,其所作的更动与润饰皆属于本实用新型的范畴,本实用新型的保护范围当以上述权利要求所界定者为准。
Claims (13)
1.一种防静电鞋垫,其特征在于,包括:一第一层体;一第二层体,贴附于该第一层体底面;一足弓垫,嵌设于该第二层体底部的凹槽内;一足跟垫,设置于该第二层体位于足跟部区的底部;以及一表布层,覆设于该第一层体表面;其中,该表布层、该第一层体以及该第二层体都具有防静电的导电功能;该第一层体与该第二层体延伸形成对应人体足部的一足前掌区、一足弓部区以及一足跟部区;且该第一层体、该第二层体以及该足弓垫配合人体足弓与足跟的弧度,自足底向上延伸,形成自足弓部区至足跟部区周围具有一侧翼的一畚箕形防静电鞋垫。
2.如权利要求1所述的防静电鞋垫,其特征在于,该足跟垫的弹性系数大于该第一层体,且该足弓垫的劲度大于该第一层体,该第一层体下表面的弧度配合该第二层体的弧度,该第一层体上表面的弧度则配合人体足弓的弧度。
3.如权利要求1所述的防静电鞋垫,其特征在于,该表布层为具有毛细现象的抗菌导电纤维布,其可以是碳纤维布、或镀镍碳纤维布、或金属纤维布或者导电性高分子布。
4.如权利要求1所述的防静电鞋垫,其特征在于,该第一层体为具导电性的聚氨酯高密度泡棉层,且该第一层体与第二层体的弧度相对应且紧密配合。
5.如权利要求1所述的防静电鞋垫,其特征在于,该第二层体为EVA层,且该第二层体具有一凹槽于该足弓部区以容置一足弓垫。
6.如权利要求5所述的防静电鞋垫,其特征在于,该第二层体包括位于足前掌区的第二A层体以及位于足弓部区与足跟部区的第二B层体,且该第二A层体为具有导电性的抗静电导电EVA材质层,该第二B层体则为不具有导电性的EVA材质层。
7.如权利要求6所述的防静电鞋垫,其特征在于,该第二A层体以及该第二B层体以机械连结成为该第二层体。
8.如权利要求1所述的防静电鞋垫,其特征在于,该足弓垫嵌设于该 第二层体对应该足弓部区的凹槽。
9.如权利要求1所述的防静电鞋垫,其特征在于,该足弓垫嵌设于该第二层体对应包括该足弓部区以及该足跟部区的凹槽。
10.如权利要求9所述的防静电鞋垫,其特征在于,该足弓垫具有一孔洞以容置该足跟垫设置于该第二层体。
11.如权利要求1所述的防静电鞋垫,其特征在于,该足弓垫为聚酰胺高分子层。
12.如权利要求1所述的防静电鞋垫,其特征在于,该足跟垫配置于该足跟部区,其为氨基甲酸酯高密度泡棉层。
13.如权利要求1所述的防静电鞋垫,其特征在于,该第二层体具有多个贯穿的穿孔。
