Description

電連接器組合
本發明涉及一種電連接器組合。
隨著各大廠商投入資源開發自動駕駛,對資料的即時接收及傳送尤其變得重要,乙太網的概念也逐漸被引入到車用中,即車用乙太網連接器被引用到汽車中,用來傳輸高達2.5Gbs、5Gbs及10Gbs,甚至更高。互相配對的連接器則在滿足高速傳送的性能外,還要滿足車用的特點性能,比如對接的穩固性等。
是故,有必要提供一種改良的電連接器組合,以適用以上之情形。
本發明的目的在於提供一種電連接器組合,能其穩定固持彼此對接的插頭連接器與插座連接器。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明採用如下技術方案:一種電連接器組合,其包括彼此可以對接的插頭連接器與插座連接器,所述插頭連接器包括插頭本體、固定在所述插頭本體內的插頭端子及插頭殼體,所述插頭殼體包覆所述插頭本體且形成一收容腔;所述插座連接器包括插座本體、插座端子及插座殼體,所述插座端子固定在插座本體內,所述插座殼體圍繞所述插座本體而在所述插座殼體與插座本體之間形成一環形腔;在所述插座、插頭連接器對接時,所述插座本體插入收容所述收容腔,所述插頭殼體插入所述環形腔;所述插頭殼體設置有彈性鎖扣件,所述環形腔局部加高而形成鎖扣槽,所述插頭連接器的彈性鎖扣件收容且被固定在所述鎖扣槽內。
與先前技術相比,本發明具有如下有益效果:所述彈性鎖扣件與鎖扣槽相扣合,能有效實現兩個連接器的穩定固持。

參第一圖至第十九圖,本發明公開一種電連接器組合10,包括可以互相對接的插座連接器100及插頭連接器200,所述電連接器組合10為一種車用乙太網連接器,使用在自動駕駛或者半自動駕駛的車輛中。
插座連接器100是安裝在一個外部電路板20上,其包括由絕緣材料製成的插座本體110及插座端子座130。插座本體110包括基部112、自基部112向前延伸的對接舌板114,以及一對端子槽116與一對對接孔118。對接孔118向前貫穿對接舌板,向後連接端子槽116。插座端子座130包括一內部電路板132、一對用以傳輸信號的插座端子134及一共模扼流線圈136,即common mode choke,內部電路板132收容在對接舌板114內,插座端子134及共模扼流線圈136則焊接在內部電路板132上,所述共模扼流線圈136用以過濾雜訊。每一插座端子134具有位於前端的對接部135與位於後端的安裝部137,對接部135收容在上述的端子槽116內,安裝部137向後延伸並超過內部電路板132,然後向下彎折而穿過基部112設置的定位槽115,最後穿過外部電路板20的對應孔,從而完成線路的佈置。插座殼體140包圍所述插座本體110,並在兩者之間形成一環形腔150,以及一加大的鎖扣區域152,鎖扣區域為前後延伸的槽狀結構,屬於環形腔的一部分,所以鎖扣區域152亦可更形象的稱為鎖扣槽。在具體實施例中,插座殼體140包括頂壁148、底壁及左右側壁(未標號),所述鎖扣槽由插座殼體140的頂壁148局部加高而形成的,即倒U型的拱起部149。
對應地,插頭連接器200包括插頭本體210、固定在插頭本體內的一對插頭端子220、線纜241及插頭殼體230,線纜241包括分別連接於插頭端子220的芯線242。每一插頭端子220包括位於前端且向前延伸出插頭本體210的對接部221與位於後端以與線纜的芯線機械及電性連接的安裝部223,對接部221用 來與插座端子134的對接部135相對接,達成電性導通。插頭殼體230包圍所述插頭本體210,插頭殼體230包括前端部232及後端部233,前端部的尺寸較小。具體而言,前端部232為環形,其包括頂壁2321、底壁及左右側壁(未標號),所述前端部圍設成一收容腔240,所述收容腔位於插頭本體的前端面的前方,插頭端子的對接部221則凸伸入收容腔240內。一個彈性鎖扣件234設置在插頭殼體230,具體實施例中,彈性鎖扣件234自插頭殼體230前緣一體延伸出,彈性鎖扣件為折疊狀。更具體的,彈性鎖扣件234為自插頭殼體的頂壁2321前緣向後反向彎折而形成的懸臂結構。所述前端部的頂壁2322低於後端部的頂壁2331,彈性鎖扣件234則穿過前端部的頂壁上方,彈性鎖扣件的懸臂結構在受力向下移動一段距離後,抵壓在後端部的頂壁2331上,形成防止懸臂結構不當變形的阻擋結構。插頭殼體230的外側可以再注塑一層塑膠,用來將這個插頭連接器填充完整。
在前後對接過程中,插座連接器100的對接舌板114收容在插頭連接器200的收容腔240內,插頭本體210的前端面則抵接在插座本體110的對接舌板114的前端面,插頭端子220穿過對接孔118而進入端子槽116,完成與插座端子134的對接。插頭殼體230則收容在環形腔150內,彈性鎖扣件234則收容在鎖扣區域152內,彈性鎖扣件被插座殼體的頂壁抵壓而向下移動,從而產生向上的彈性力,從而實現插座殼體與插頭殼體的彼此機械及電性連接。
插座端子134包括位於對接部135與安裝部137之間的固定部139,固定部139安裝在內部電路板132,並電性連接器於上述的共模扼流線圈136。如第十三圖所示,在本實施例中,在水平方向及豎直方向上,所述內部電路板132是隱藏在對接舌板114內。在其他實施例中,內部電路板132可以在向下方向上裸露在外部,在第十三圖的剖面圖中,每一端子槽116的三壁面由插座本體構成,另一壁面由內部電路板132構成。在本實施例中,插座本體110自後向前插入所述插座殼體140,插座殼體的後壁142則再向下彎折而包覆在插座本體的後 端面。一旦插座本體110安裝入插座殼體後,後壁142的一對鎖扣耳144則固定在插座殼體140的兩側壁。插座殼體140包括若干向內延伸的彈片147,彈片147用來抵接在插頭殼體230。插座殼體140進一步包括一對安裝腳146,安裝腳則自插座殼體的前緣兩側向後反向彎折而形成的。插座殼體140在其頂壁148處設置有一鎖扣孔141,彈性鎖扣件234衝壓處的凸片235則與所述鎖扣孔141相扣持。在本實施例中,插座端子134的對接部135包括一對彈性臂133,用來共同夾持針狀的插頭端子220。
在本實施例中,插頭連接器200的彈性鎖扣件234為懸臂狀,其自由末端具有阻擋的功能。在其他實施例中,如第九圖所示,彈性鎖扣件234的自由末端向下弧形彎折而形成延伸部234A,延伸部234A抵壓在插頭殼體230,用來避免彈性鎖扣件可能產生的不當變形。在其他實施例中,如第九圖所示,一個分離式的塑膠塊234B內設置一滑槽234B1,彈性鎖扣件234的末端收容在滑槽234B1內,以允許塑膠塊234B相對彈性鎖扣件在橫向方向上作滑動,滑動在兩個位置之間進行,其中一個位置為薄部234B2附近,允許彈性鎖扣件234向下變形,另一點在厚部234B3附近,限制彈性鎖扣件向下變形。如此安排設置,以避免彈性鎖扣件的不當變形。在本實施例中,插座端子座130包括內部電路板132,用來將插座端子134及共模扼流線圈136電性連接在一起。在其他實施例中,上述的內部電路板132可以被省略,共模扼流線圈可以放置在插座本體內,直接連接於插座端子。在本實施例中,插頭本體210的前端部232比其後端部233尺寸小,從而為彈性鎖扣件提供了容置空間,而無彼此干涉的風險。

  1. 一種電連接器組合,其包括彼此可以對接的插頭連接器與插座連接器;所述插頭連接器包括插頭本體、固定在所述插頭本體內的插頭端子及插頭殼體,所述插頭殼體包覆所述插頭本體且形成一個收容腔;所述插座連接器包括插座本體、插座端子、插座殼體及內部電路板,所述插座端子固定在插座本體內,所述插座殼體圍繞所述插座本體而在所述插座殼體與插座本體之間形成一環形腔;在所述插座、插頭連接器對接時,所述插座本體插入收容所述收容腔,所述插頭殼體插入所述環形腔;其中,所述插頭殼體設置有彈性鎖扣件,所述環形腔局部加大而形成鎖扣槽,所述插頭連接器的彈性鎖扣件收容且被固定在所述鎖扣槽內,所述插座本體設有端子槽,所述插座端子收容於所述端子槽並焊接在所述內部電路板上,所述端子槽由插座本體與內部電路板圍設而成。
  2. 如請求項1所述之電連接器組合,其中所述彈性鎖扣件為自所述插頭殼體的前邊緣向後反折延伸而形成的懸臂結構。
  3. 如請求項2所述之電連接器組合,其中所述彈性鎖扣件設有向外凸伸的凸片,所述插座殼體在對應鎖扣槽處設有用來供凸片插入的鎖扣孔。
  4. 如請求項1所述之電連接器組合,其中所述插頭殼體包括環狀的前端部及後端部,所述前端部與後端部分別包括頂壁,所述前端部的頂壁低於後端部的頂壁,所述插頭殼體前端部的頂壁設置有所述彈性鎖扣件,所述彈性鎖扣件為自前向後延伸的懸臂結構且在被抵壓而向下移動時產生向上的彈性力,所述彈性鎖扣件設有防止懸臂結構不當變形的阻擋結構。
  5. 如請求項1所述之電連接器組合,其中所述插頭殼體包括環狀的前端部及後端部,所述前端部與後端部分別包括頂壁,所述前端部的頂壁低於後端部的頂壁,所述插頭殼體前端部的頂壁設置有所述彈性鎖扣件,所述彈性鎖扣件為自前向後延伸的懸臂結構且 在被抵壓而向下移動時產生向上的彈性力,所述彈性鎖扣件為自所述插頭殼體的頂壁前邊緣向後反折延伸而形成。
  6. 如請求項1所述之電連接器組合,其中所述插頭殼體包括環狀的前端部及後端部,所述前端部與後端部分別包括頂壁,所述前端部的頂壁低於後端部的頂壁,所述插頭殼體前端部的頂壁設置有所述彈性鎖扣件,所述彈性鎖扣件為自前向後延伸的懸臂結構且在被抵壓而向下移動時產生向上的彈性力,所述彈性鎖扣件在其上設有向外凸伸的用來鎖扣的凸片。
  7. 如請求項1所述之電連接器組合,其中所述插頭殼體包括環狀的前端部及後端部,所述前端部與後端部分別包括頂壁,所述前端部的頂壁低於後端部的頂壁,所述插頭殼體前端部的頂壁設置有所述彈性鎖扣件,所述彈性鎖扣件為自前向後延伸的懸臂結構且在被抵壓而向下移動時產生向上的彈性力,所述收容腔位於所述插頭本體的前端面的前方,所述插頭端子包括凸伸入所述收容腔的針狀對接部及焊接部,所述焊接部則連接有芯線。
  8. 如請求項1所述之電連接器組合,其中所述插頭殼體包括環狀的前端部及後端部,所述前端部與後端部分別包括頂壁,所述前端部的頂壁低於後端部的頂壁,所述插頭殼體前端部的頂壁設置有所述彈性鎖扣件,所述彈性鎖扣件為自前向後延伸的懸臂結構且在被抵壓而向下移動時產生向上的彈性力,所述彈性鎖扣件的末端為向下向前弧形彎折,而可抵壓在所述後端部的頂壁。
  9. 一種插座連接器,其包括插座本體、插座端子、插座殼體及內部電路板,所述插座端子固定在插座本體內,所述插座殼體圍繞所述插座本體而在所述插座殼體與插座本體之間形成一個環形腔;其中,所述插座殼體在其頂壁處局部向上拱起而形成鎖扣槽,所述鎖扣槽與環形腔相聯通,且均沿前後方向延伸,所述插座本體設有端子槽,所述插座端子收容於所述端子槽並焊接在所述內部電路板上,所述端子槽由插座本體與內部電路板圍設而成。
  10. 如請求項9所述之插座連接器,其中所述頂壁在鎖扣槽處設有一 個鎖扣孔。
  11. 如請求項9所述之插座連接器,其中所述插座連接器包括所述插座端子、所述內部電路板及共模扼流線圈,插座端子與共模扼流線圈通過內部電路板達成彼此電性連接。
