【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接器组合,其包括互相对接的插头连接器与插座连接器。
【背景技术】
随着各大厂商投入资源开发自动驾驶,对数据的实时接收及传送尤其变得重要,以太网的概念也逐渐被引入到车用中,即车用以太网连接器被引用到汽车中,用来传输高达2.5Gbs、5Gbs及10Gbs,甚至更高。互相配对的连接器则在满足高速传送的性能外,还要满足车用的特点性能,比如对接的稳固性等。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电连接器组合,能其稳定固持彼此对接的插头连接器与插座连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器组合,其包括彼此可以对接的插头连接器与插座连接器,所述插头连接器包括插头本体、固定在所述插头本体内的插头端子及插头壳体,所述插头壳体包覆所述插头本体且形成一个收容腔;所述插座连接器包括插座本体、插座端子及插座壳体,所述插座端子固定在插座本体内,所述插座壳体围绕所述插座本体而在所述插座壳体与插座本体之间形成一个环形腔;在所述插座、插头连接器对接时,所述插座本体插入所述收容腔,所述插头壳体插入所述环形腔;所述插头壳体设置有弹性锁扣件,所述环形腔局部加高而形成锁扣槽,所述插头连接器的弹性锁扣件收容且被固定在所述锁扣槽内。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可采用如下另一种技术方案:一种插头连接器,其包括插头本体、固定在所述插头本体内的插头端子及插头壳体,所述插头壳体包覆所述插头本体;所述插头壳体包括环状的前端部及后端部,所述前端部与后端部分别包括顶壁,所述前端部的顶壁低于后端部的顶壁,所述插头壳体前端部的顶壁设置有弹性锁扣件,所述弹性锁扣件为自前向后延伸的悬臂结构且在被抵压而向下移动时产生向上的弹性力。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明可采用如下另一种技术方案:一种插座连接器,其包括插座本体、插座端子及插座壳体,所述插座端子固定在插座本体内,所述插座壳体围绕所述插座本体而在所述插座壳体与插座本体之间形成一个环形腔;所述插座壳体在其顶壁处局部向上拱起而形成锁扣槽,所述锁扣槽与环形腔相联通,且均沿前后方向延伸。
与现有技术相比,本发明的弹性锁扣件与锁扣槽相扣合,能有效实现两个连接器的稳定固持。

【具体实施方式】
参图1-19,本发明公开一种电连接器组合10,包括可以互相对接的插座连接器100及插头连接器200,所述电连接器组合10为一种车用以太网连接器,使用在自动驾驶或者半自动驾驶的车辆中。
插座连接器100是安装在一个外部电路板20上,其包括由绝缘材料制成的插座本体110及插座端子座130。插座本体110包括基部112、自基部112向前延伸的对接舌板114,以及一对端子槽116与一对对接孔118。对接孔118向前贯穿对接舌板,向后连接端子槽116。插座端子座130包括一个内部电路板132、一对用以传输信号的插座端子134及一个共模扼流線圈136,即common mode choke,内部电路板132收容在对接舌板114内,插座端子134及共模扼流線圈136则焊接在内部电路板132上,所述共模扼流線圈136用以过滤杂讯。每一插座端子134具有位于前端的对接部135与位于后端的安装部137,对接部135收容在上述的端子槽116内,安装部137向后延伸并超过内部电路板132,然后向下弯折而穿过基部112设置的定位槽115,最后穿过外部电路板20的对应孔,从而完成线路的布置。插座壳体140包围所述插座本体110,并在两者之间形成一个环形腔150,以及一个加大的锁扣区域152,锁扣区域152为前后延伸的槽状,属于环形腔150的一部分,所以锁扣区域152亦可更形象的称为锁扣槽。在具体实施例中,插座壳体140包括顶壁148、底壁及左右侧壁(未标号),所述锁扣槽由插座壳体140的顶壁148局部加高而形成的,即倒U型的拱起部149。
对应地,插头连接器200包括插头本体210、固定在插头本体内的一对插头端子220、线缆241及插头壳体230,线缆241包括分别连接于插头端子220的芯线242。每一插头端子220包括位于前端且向前延伸出插头本体210的对接部221与位于后端以与线缆的芯线机械及电性连接的安装部223,对接部221用来与插座端子134的对接部135相对接,达成电性导通。插头壳体230包围所述插头本体210,插头壳体230包括前端部232及后端部233,前端部的尺寸较小。具体而言,前端部232为环形,其包括顶壁2321、底壁及左右侧壁(未标号),所述前端部围设成一个收容腔240,所述收容腔位于插头本体的前端面的前方,插头端子的对接部221则凸伸入收容腔240内。一个弹性锁扣件234设置在插头壳体230,具体实施例中,弹性锁扣件234自插头壳体230前缘一体延伸出,弹性锁扣件为折叠状。更具体的,弹性锁扣件234为自插头壳体的顶壁2321前缘向后反向弯折而形成的悬臂结构。所述前端部的顶壁2321低于后端部的顶壁2331,弹性锁扣件234则穿过前端部的顶壁上方,弹性锁扣件的悬臂结构在受力向下移动一段距离后,抵压在后端部的顶壁2331上,形成防止悬臂结构不当变形的阻挡结构。插头壳体230的外侧可以再注塑一层塑胶,用来将这个插头连接器填充完整。
在前后对接过程中,插座连接器100的对接舌板114收容在插头连接器200的收容腔240内,插头本体230的前端面则抵接在插座本体110的对接舌板114的前端面,插头端子220穿过对接孔118而进入端子槽116,完成与插座端子134的对接。插头壳体230则收容在环形腔150内,弹性锁扣件234则收容在锁扣槽152内,弹性锁扣件被插座壳体的顶壁抵压而向下移动,从而产生向上的弹性力,从而实现插座壳体与插头壳体的彼此机械及电性连接。
插座端子134包括位于对接部135与安装部137之间的固定部139,固定部139安装在内部电路部132,并电性连接器于上述的共模扼流線圈136。如图13所示,在本实施例中,在水平方向及竖直方向上,所述内部电路板132是隐藏在对接舌板114内。在其他实施例中,内部电路板132可以在向下方向上裸露在外部,在图13的剖面图中,每一端子槽116的三个壁面由插座本体构成,一个壁面由内部电路板132构成。在本实施例中,插座本体110自后向前插入所述插座壳体140,插座壳体的后壁142则再向下弯折而包覆在插座本体的后端面。一旦插座本体110安装入插座壳体后,后壁142的一对锁扣耳144则固定在插座壳体140的两侧壁。插座壳体140包括若干个向内延伸的弹片147,弹片147用来抵接在插头壳体230。插座壳体140进一步包括一对安装脚146,安装脚则自插座壳体的前缘两侧向后反向弯折而形成的。插座壳体140在其顶壁148处设置有一个锁扣孔141,弹性锁扣件234冲压处的凸片235则与所述锁扣孔141相扣持。在本实施例中,插座端子134的对接部135包括一对弹性臂133,用来共同夹持针状的插头端子220。
在本实施例中,插头连接器200的弹性锁扣件234为悬臂状,其自由末端具有阻挡的功能。在其他实施例中,如图9显示,弹性锁扣件234的自由末端向下弧形弯折而形成延伸部234A,延伸部234A抵压在插头壳体230,用来避免弹性锁扣件可能产生的不当变形。在其他实施例中,如图10所示,一个分离式的塑胶块234B内设置一个滑槽234B1,弹性锁扣件234的末端收容在滑槽234B1内,以允许塑胶块234B相对弹性锁扣件在横向方向上作滑动,滑动在两个位置之间进行,其中一个位置为薄部234B2附近,允许弹性锁扣件234向下变形,另一点在厚部234B3附近,限制弹性锁扣件向下变形。如此安排设置,以避免弹性锁扣件的不当变形。在本实施例中,插座端子座130包括内部电路板132,用来将插座端子134及共模扼流線圈136电性连接在一起。在其他实施例中,上述的内部电路板132可以被省略,共模扼流線圈可以放置在插座本体内,直接连接于插座端子。在本实施例中,插头本体210的前端部232比其后端部233尺寸小,从而为弹性锁扣件提供了容置空间,而无彼此干涉的风险。

1.一种电连接器组合,其包括彼此可以对接的插头连接器与插座连接器,所述插头连接器包括插头本体、固定在所述插头本体内的插头端子及插头壳体,所述插头壳体包覆所述插头本体且形成一个收容腔;所述插座连接器包括插座本体、插座端子及插座壳体,所述插座端子固定在插座本体内,所述插座壳体围绕所述插座本体而在所述插座壳体与插座本体之间形成一个环形腔;在所述插座、插头连接器对接时,所述插座本体插入所述收容腔,所述插头壳体插入所述环形腔;其特征在于:所述插头壳体设置有弹性锁扣件,所述环形腔局部加高而形成锁扣槽,所述插头连接器的弹性锁扣件收容且被固定在所述锁扣槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组合,其特征在于:所述弹性锁扣件为自所述插头壳体的前边缘向后反折延伸而形成的悬臂结构。

4.一种插头连接器,其包括插头本体、固定在所述插头本体内的插头端子及插头壳体,所述插头壳体包覆所述插头本体;其特征在于:所述插头壳体包括环状的前端部及后端部,所述前端部与后端部分别包括顶壁,所述前端部的顶壁低于后端部的顶壁,所述插头壳体前端部的顶壁设置有弹性锁扣件,所述弹性锁扣件为自前向后延伸的悬臂结构且在被抵压而向下移动时产生向上的弹性力。
5.如权利要求4所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性锁扣件设有防止悬臂结构不当变形的阻挡结构。
6.如权利要求4所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性锁扣件为自所述插头壳体的顶壁前边缘向后反折延伸而形成。
7.如权利要求4所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性锁扣件在其上设有向外凸伸的用来锁扣的凸片。
8.如权利要求4所述的插头连接器,其特征在于:所述插头壳体内形成一个收容腔,所述收容腔位于所述插头本体的前端面的前方,所述插头端子包括凸伸入所述收容腔的针状对接部及焊接部,所述焊接部则连接有芯线。

10.一种插座连接器,其包括插座本体、插座端子及插座壳体,所述插座端子固定在插座本体内,所述插座壳体围绕所述插座本体而在所述插座壳体与插座本体之间形成一个环形腔;其特征在于:所述插座壳体在其顶壁处局部向上拱起而形成锁扣槽,所述锁扣槽与环形腔相联通,且均沿前后方向延伸。
11.如权利要求10所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述顶壁在锁扣槽处设有一个锁扣孔。
12.如权利要求10所述的插座连接器,其特征在于:所述插座连接器包括所述插座端子、内部电路板及共模扼流線圈,插座端子与共模扼流線圈通过内部电路板达成彼此电性连接。
