Abstract

本發明之課題在於提供一種藉由將產生制動力之構件與用於檢測旋轉之被檢測機構一體化,而可避免裝置之大型化和高成本化及捲筒之慣性增加的制動裝置、及具備其之釣魚用捲線器。  本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器之制動裝置構成為包含:被制動部,其包含安裝於可捲繞魚線之捲筒之導電體;制動部,其藉由對該被制動部賦予磁場而產生制動力;被檢測部,其設置於該被制動部;及旋轉檢測感測器,其藉由檢測該被檢測部,來讀取該捲筒之旋轉。

Description

制動裝置及具備其之釣魚用捲線器
本發明係關於一種制動裝置,特別係關於一種對旋轉自如地安裝於捲線器本體之捲筒進行制動之雙軸承捲線器之制動裝置及具備制動裝置之釣魚用捲線器。
自先前以來,在雙軸承捲線器、特別係在魚線之前端安裝有誘餌等之裝置而進行投擲之投餌捲線器中,為了防止投擲時之亂線而設置對捲筒進行制動之制動裝置。作為此種制動裝置,如專利文獻1所示般,有藉由可對電性制動力進行調整,而可在誘餌等之投擲中對制動力進行調整者。
作為如此之釣魚用雙軸捲線器,在專利文獻1中,揭示具備如下部分之釣魚用捲線器:感測器,其檢測捲筒之旋轉;計數器電路,其將來自該感測器之信號藉由脈衝計數器而就基準時脈電路之每一信號計數脈衝數;及控制機構,其根據來自該計數器電路之脈衝數利用運算電路而運算捲筒之旋轉速度、旋轉加速度,在該值達到預先藉由資料設定器設定之值時使非磁性導電體產生渦電流。  [先前技術文獻]  [專利文獻]

[發明所欲解決之課題]
在專利文獻1中,為了取得投擲中之捲筒之轉速等之狀態,而在捲筒設置旋轉檢測感測器,藉由將設置於捲筒之磁鐵或反射部等被檢測機構利用磁性感測器或光電感測器等檢測機構轉換成電信號,而檢測旋轉速度或旋轉移動量。因此,在捲筒上除了設置產生制動力之構件之外,亦需要個別地設置被檢測機構,而有招致裝置整體之大型化或高成本化、及捲筒之慣性增加之問題。
本發明係鑒於上述之事態而完成者,其目的在於提供一種藉由將產生制動力之構件與用於檢測旋轉之被檢測機構一體化、而可避免裝置之大型化或高成本化、及捲筒之慣性增加的制動裝置及具備其之釣魚用捲線器。本發明之除此以外之目的藉由參照本說明書整體而明確。  [解決課題之技術手段]
本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器之制動裝置構成為包含:被制動部,其包含安裝於可捲繞魚線之捲筒之導電體;制動部,其藉由對該被制動部賦予磁場而產生制動力;被檢測部,其設置於該被制動部;及旋轉檢測感測器,其藉由檢測該被檢測部,而檢測該捲筒之旋轉。
在本發明之一實施形態之制動裝置中,前述旋轉檢測感測器係反射式光電感測器,前述被檢測部藉由對前述被制動部之端面實施反射率不同之2種表面處理而設置於前述被制動部。
在本發明之一實施形態之制動裝置中,前述旋轉檢測感測器係透過式光電感測器,前述被檢測部構成為藉由在前述被制動部交替地設置遮光部與透過部而設置於前述被制動部。
在本發明之一實施形態之制動裝置中,前述旋轉檢測感測器係靜電電容型接近感測器,前述被檢測部構成為藉由在與該旋轉檢測感測器對向之面形成凹部與凸部而設置於前述被制動部。
在本發明之一實施形態之制動裝置中,前述制動部包含在該制動部之徑向上對向之2個圓筒狀磁鐵,前述旋轉檢測感測器構成為自前述徑向觀察配置於該2個圓筒狀磁鐵之間。
本發明之一實施形態之制動裝置設為藉由利用馬達使前述2個圓筒狀磁鐵之至少一個移動,而可調整制動力。
本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器構成為具備上述任一制動裝置。  [發明之效果]
根據上述實施形態,可提供一種藉由將產生制動力之構件與用於檢測旋轉之被檢測機構一體化、而可避免裝置之大型化或高成本化、及捲筒之慣性增加的制動裝置及具備其之釣魚用捲線器。
以下,就本發明之制動裝置及具備其之釣魚用捲線器之實施形態,一面參照附圖一面具體地進行說明。在複數個圖式中對於共通之構成要件在該複數個圖式範圍內賦予同一參考符號。應留意各圖式為了便於說明,而未必一定以準確之比例尺記載。
參照圖1至圖4,就本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器及其所具備之制動裝置進行說明。再者,為了說明之簡略化,釣魚用捲線器1之周知之功能之一部分省略圖示及說明。
首先,圖1係釣魚用捲線器1之剖視圖,顯示通過後述之減速齒輪行之中心軸之剖面。再者,為了說明之簡略化,省略釣魚用捲線器1之周知之功能之一部分之圖示及說明。
如圖1所示般,本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1構成為包含:框體(捲線器本體)2、捲筒3、被制動部(感應轉子)4、軸承5、制動部(制動機構)6、設置板7、鎖定構件(未圖示)、中蓋8、馬達9、減速機構(減速齒輪行)10、電池11、基板12、後述之檢測部(旋轉檢測感測器)13、及外蓋14。惟,亦可包含該等構成要件以外之要件。
框體(捲線器本體)2係形成為可安裝於釣竿(未圖示)。本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1與先前之釣魚用捲線器相同,具有未圖示之操作部或操作機構(例如握柄),藉由使用者之操作使捲筒3向正方向旋轉而捲取魚線。操作部或操作機構(以下稱為操作部)之旋轉,藉由未圖示之齒輪等傳遞機構傳遞至捲筒3。
又,本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1具有未圖示之離合器部(離合器機構),使用者藉由操作離合器部(離合器機構),而可選擇對於捲筒3之動力傳遞之連接、釋放。在向捲筒3之動力傳遞之連接狀態下,可進行藉由操作部執行之捲取。另一方面,在向捲筒3之動力傳遞之斷開狀態下,可使捲筒向正反方向自由地旋轉,而可放出魚線。
又,本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1,可具備在產生特定值以上之轉矩時藉由使捲筒3空轉而防止魚線之斷裂之牽曳部或牽曳機構(未圖示)、及防止操作部之反轉之防反轉部或防反轉機構(未圖示)。進而,亦可設置藉由相應於捲筒3之旋轉使導引魚線之魚線導引部之位置往復運動,而均等地捲取魚線之振盪器裝置(未圖示)。
捲筒3相對於捲線器本體2可旋轉地受捲線器本體2支持,藉由捲筒3向正方向旋轉,而可將魚線捲取至捲筒3之外周區域。另一方面,在投擲誘餌等時,捲筒3反向旋轉,而可放出經捲繞之魚線。此時,若魚線之放出量較誘餌等之移動量多出過多,則因過多之魚線而產生被稱為亂線之線纏繞,而有妨礙釣魚用捲線器1之正常之使用之情形。因此,可藉由對捲筒3賦予利用後述之制動部6而產生之適切之制動力,來防止如此之亂線。
設置板7可固定於框體2。在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1中,採用藉由使設置於鎖定構件(未圖示)之複數個卡止爪旋轉,而卡止於設置在框體2之保持部(未圖示)之卡口構造,將捲筒3或設置板7設為可自框體2拆裝,但亦可藉由螺固或接著等方法而固定。
藉由將設置板7固定於框體2,而捲筒3相對於框體2可旋轉地被軸支。又,藉由使設置板7保持固定磁鐵62與可動磁鐵(旋轉磁鐵)61,而構成後述之制動部。又,藉由設置板7與中蓋8及外蓋14而構成側板單元。又,藉由中蓋8與外蓋14而構成水密室,在內部收納基板12、電池11、馬達9、感測器(未圖示)等電性零件。
在捲筒3,安裝有包含鋁或銅等非磁性導體之環狀旋轉體狀之被制動部(感應轉子)4。在被制動部(感應轉子)4之外周側配置有圓筒形狀之旋轉磁鐵61,在被制動部(感應轉子)4之內周側配置有圓筒狀之固定磁鐵62。
固定磁鐵62之外周部被N等分,N極S極交替地磁化。又,旋轉磁鐵61之內周部被N等分,N極S極交替地磁化。藉由固定磁鐵62與旋轉磁鐵61產生之磁場貫通位於其間之被制動部(感應轉子)4。在捲筒3之旋轉時,在被制動部(感應轉子)4產生渦電流,而作用有與旋轉速度相應之制動轉矩。此處,制動轉矩之大小與磁場之強度或旋轉速度成比例。
藉此,在投擲誘餌等時,可對捲筒3賦予制動力,藉由抑制投擲中之釣線搖動,而可防止產生線纏繞。藉由適當調整旋轉磁鐵61與固定磁鐵62之位置関係,而調整在被制動部(感應轉子)4產生之磁場,而可設為適切之制動力。旋轉磁鐵61之位置例如可設為可由使用者藉由刻度盤進行調整,亦可如本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1之制動部6般可藉由馬達而適當變更位置。
接著,參照圖2,就本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1之制動部6之構造之例進行說明。如圖示般,制動部6包含可旋轉地受支持於設置板7(未圖示)之旋轉磁鐵61、及固定於設置板7(未圖示)之固定磁鐵62。旋轉磁鐵61與固定磁鐵62形成磁性電路,由該磁性電路產生之磁場形成為貫通由導體構成之被制動部(感應轉子)4。如此般,被制動部(感應轉子)4產生與該磁場之強度及捲筒3之旋轉速度成比例之制動力。
又,藉由經由齒輪等將由馬達9產生之動力傳遞至旋轉磁鐵61,而可使旋轉磁鐵61旋轉。藉此,使旋轉磁鐵61移動至特定之位置(藉由旋轉磁鐵61之旋轉而自圖2(A)之狀態向圖2(B)之狀態移動),藉由調整向固定於捲筒3之被制動部4之制動力,而可調整捲筒3之旋轉速度。
本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器或釣魚用捲線器之制動裝置構成為包含:被制動部,其包含安裝於可捲繞魚線之捲筒之導電體;制動部,其藉由對該被制動部賦予磁場而產生制動力;被檢測部,其設置於該被制動部;及旋轉檢測感測器,其藉由檢測該被檢測部,而檢測該捲筒之旋轉。

又,在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器或釣魚用捲線器之制動裝置中,該旋轉檢測感測器係靜電電容型接近感測器,該被檢測部構成為藉由在與該旋轉檢測感測器對向之面形成凹部與凸部而設置於該被制動部。
在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器或釣魚用捲線器之制動裝置中,該制動部包含在該制動部之徑向(對應於圖2之制動裝置之徑向)上對向之2個圓筒狀磁鐵,該旋轉檢測感測器構成為自該徑向觀察配置於該2個圓筒狀磁鐵之間。
在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器或釣魚用捲線器之制動裝置中,藉由利用馬達使該2個圓筒狀磁鐵之至少一個移動,而可調整制動力。
接著,就捲筒3之旋轉檢測方法進行說明。在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1中,使用捲筒3每旋轉1周則輸出特定次數之脈衝信號之周知之遞增式旋轉編碼器而檢測旋轉速度,但並不限於此。
接著,參照圖3,就本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1之檢測部(旋轉檢測感測器)進行說明。圖3所示者為將反射式光電感測器20用作檢測部(旋轉檢測感測器)13之例。反射式光電感測器20以投光部16與受光部17之光軸成為大致平行之方式排列而配置,在自投光部16向與旋轉檢測感測器(檢測部)13對向之被檢測部15投光時,可藉由反射部17接收來自被檢測部15之反射光。
在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1中,如圖3所示般,為了形成被檢測部15,而將被制動部(感應轉子)4之端面N等分,且將該面交替地區分塗佈為明暗,來改變反射率。亮部19進行金屬面或白色塗裝。暗部18可實施黑色塗裝、黑色陽極處理、黑色鍍覆處理、貼附抗反射膜等的反射率低之表面處理。
藉由在與被檢測部15對向之位置,配置2個反射式光電感測器20(投光部16、反射部17),可檢測與各個光電感測器對向之面之明暗。藉此,可檢測捲筒3之旋轉。在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1中,將被檢測部15之明暗間隔設為180°,將2個光電感測器隔開90°而配置。藉此,捲筒3每旋轉1周便輸出4脈衝之信號。藉由計數該脈衝數,而可檢測捲筒3之旋轉移動量。又,藉由計數在特定時間內產生之脈衝數,而可檢測捲筒3之旋轉速度。藉由檢測捲筒之旋轉移動量或旋轉速度,而可適切地決定對捲筒施加制動力之時序。再者,反射式光電感測器20之種類、個數或位置、亮部/暗部之形狀、尺寸、個數、形成方法等可考慮各種,並不限定於特定之態樣。
本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1之捲筒旋轉檢測方法並不限於上述之方法。圖4所示者係將透過式光電感測器21用作檢測部(旋轉檢測感測器)13之例。透過式光電感測器21係以投光部22與受光部23之光軸成為大致一致之方式對向地配置,可檢測有無遮光物進入投光部22與受光部23之間。
在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1中,將被制動部(感應轉子)4沿旋轉方向N等分,交替地設置狹槽形狀。在狹槽部24,可透過投光部22發出之光,在非狹槽部(未設置狹槽之部位)25,可遮住投光部22發出之光。
藉由在透過式光電感測器21之投光部22與受光部23之間配置被制動部(感應轉子)4,而可檢測在透過式光電感測器21之間是否有狹槽部24。藉此,可檢測捲筒之旋轉。在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1中,將狹槽之間隔設為60°,將2個光電感測器隔開30°而配置。藉此,捲筒每旋轉1周則輸出12脈衝之信號。藉此,可實現與圖3之情形相同之效果。再者,透過式光電感測器21之種類、個數或位置、狹槽之形狀、尺寸、個數等可考慮各種,並不限定於特定之態樣。
接著,圖5顯示將靜電電容型接近感測器26用作檢測部(旋轉檢測感測器)13之例。在靜電電容型接近感測器26中,藉由檢測因向物體之電場之侵入所致之靜電電容之變化,而可檢測物體之接近。在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1中,將被制動部(感應轉子)4沿旋轉方向N等分,交替地設置狹槽形狀。若狹槽部27與靜電電容型接近感測器26對向,則在靜電電容型接近感測器26與被制動部(感應轉子)4之間形成充分之間隔,而靜電電容型接近感測器26可檢測出狹槽部(被制動部(感應轉子)4不接近之狀態)。
另一方面,若非狹槽部28(無狹槽之部位)成為與靜電電容型接近感測器26對向之位置,則被制動部(感應轉子)4進入靜電電容型接近感測器26產生之電場,藉由檢測此時之靜電電容之變化而可檢測出被制動部(感應轉子)4之接近狀態。藉此,可檢測捲筒之旋轉。
在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1中,將狹槽之間隔設為60°,將2個靜電電容型接近感測器26隔開30°而配置。藉此,捲筒每旋轉1周則輸出12脈衝之信號。藉此,可實現與圖3之情形相同之效果。再者,靜電電容型接近感測器26之種類、個數或位置、狹槽之形狀、尺寸、個數等可考慮各種,並不限定於特定之態樣。
如以上般,根據本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1,可對被制動部賦予作為承受藉由制動部對捲筒之適切之制動力之構件之作用、及作為用於檢測捲筒之旋轉之被檢測機構之作用之兩者,而無需個別地設置被檢測機構。藉此,可確實且有效地避免釣魚用捲線器之大型化或高成本化、捲筒之慣性增加。
又,藉由避免捲筒之慣性增加,而可實現可投擲之距離之增加、或投擲輕誘餌時之操作性提高等。又,藉由1個零件兼具作為被檢測機構與被制動部之功能,而在使用直徑不同之複數個可更換之捲筒時,不仰賴於捲筒之種類而可共通地使用1種感應轉子,故可提高互換性。
又,在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1中,藉由將被制動部之端面作為旋轉檢測感測器之被檢測部,而可將旋轉檢測感測器(光電感測器)在制動部之徑向上配置於磁鐵之間。藉此,可將基板與旋轉檢測部接近地配置,而容易實施防水處理。又,因可將用於產生制動力之構成零件、與用於進行旋轉檢測之構成零件配置於捲筒之同一側,故容易進行制動裝置之單元化。特別是,在設為利用馬達驅動旋轉磁鐵之機構時,在防水處理之實施容易度或制動裝置之單元化之點上發揮顯著之效果。又,在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1中,因可將旋轉檢測感測器之被檢測部配置於旋轉磁鐵與固定磁鐵之間,故可將被制動部設為較旋轉磁鐵更小徑。藉此,即便在捲筒之直徑小、且在旋轉磁鐵之外徑側無空間之狀態下,仍可將旋轉檢測感測器之被檢測部與制動部(制動機構)配置於同一側。又,在本發明之一實施形態之釣魚用捲線器1中,可將光電感測器或靜電電容型接近感測器用作檢測部。藉此,與將磁性感測器用作檢測部之情形不同,因不受制動部之磁場之影響,故可進行穩定之旋轉檢測。
在本說明書中所說明之各構成要件之尺寸、材料、及配置並不限定於實施形態中明示地說明之尺寸、材料、及配置,該各構成要件可以具有本發明之範圍中所含之任意之尺寸、材料、及配置之方式變化。又,亦可將在本說明書中未明示地說明之構成要件附加於所說明之實施形態,亦可省略各實施形態中所說明之構成要件之一部分。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種釣魚用捲線器之制動裝置,其包含:被制動部,其包含安裝於可捲繞魚線之捲筒之導電體;制動部,其藉由對該被制動部賦予磁場而產生制動力;被檢測部,其設置於該被制動部;及旋轉檢測感測器,其藉由檢測該被檢測部,來檢測該捲筒之旋轉;且前述旋轉檢測感測器係反射式光電感測器,前述被檢測部係藉由對前述被制動部之端面實施反射率不同之2種表面處理而設置於前述被制動部。
  2. 如請求項1之釣魚用捲線器之制動裝置,其中前述制動部包含在該制動部之徑向上對向之2個圓筒狀磁鐵,前述旋轉檢測感測器係自前述徑向觀察配置於該2個圓筒狀磁鐵之間。
  3. 如請求項2之釣魚用捲線器之制動裝置,其中前述制動部設為藉由利用馬達使前述2個圓筒狀磁鐵之至少一個移動,而可調整制動力。
  4. 一種釣魚用捲線器,其包含請求項1至3中任一項之制動裝置。
