Abstract

[課題] 本發明的目的在於提供一種能夠降低低濕度工作室內的二氧化碳濃度之除濕空調裝置。 [解決手段] 本發明中,利用預冷器對外部空氣進行冷卻除濕並將其分叉成2路,使一部分通過能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的處理區域,使其餘一部分通過能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的淨化區域,並將通過處理區域之空氣供給至低濕度工作室,利用再生加熱器對混合通過能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的淨化區域之空氣與外部空氣之空氣進行加熱並送至能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的再生區域,使其通過能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的再生區域之後,向裝置外排氣。

Description

蜂巢吸附體及使用該蜂巢吸附體之除濕空調裝置
本發明係有關適合鋰離子電池的製造設備之除濕空調裝置。
鋰離子電池的製造設備中,若不進行除濕則鋰離子電池的品質會出現問題。亦即,鋰係與水分強烈反應,鋰離子電池的製造設備需要將露點設定為零下30攝氏度以下(以下,將溫度全部設為“攝氏”)。
又,闡明了鋰離子電池的鎳系正極材料由於吸附水和二氧化碳而形成從正極材料內部溶出之鋰離子和鋰化合物,而電極變差或電池的循環特性變差。
如此,為了在低露點下製作二氧化碳濃度低之環境,有使液態氮氣化並用氮取代設備內的空氣之機構,但該方法中,存在人無法進入設備內之問題。
藉此,製作低露點環境時利用使用了吸濕材料之吸附式的除濕空調裝置之機構是現實的,且較多的設備在使用該機構,但存在無法降低二氧化碳濃度之問題。
在此,作為製作二氧化碳濃度低的低露點環境之技術有專利文獻1。專利文獻1中所揭示的係能夠高精確度地進行室內的露點控制,且能夠降低二氧化碳濃度之技術,但使用氫氧化鈉等二氧化碳吸附材,當經過時間而二氧化碳吸附能力降低時,需要更換新的二氧化碳吸附材。
又,作為解決專利文獻1的更換二氧化碳吸附材的問題之技術有專利文獻2。專利文獻2中所揭示的係藉由利用濕氣及二氧化碳吸附轉子控制該轉子的轉速,來控制室內的露點和二氧化碳濃度。
進而,專利文獻3中所揭示的係與專利文獻1和專利文獻2的手套箱等相比室內容量相對大,且使人能夠進入到其中進行工作的且降低低濕度工作室內的二氧化碳濃度之裝置。因此,使用具備二氧化碳吸附轉子和濕氣吸附轉子之除濕空調裝置。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻]

[發明欲解決的課題]
如上述,專利文獻1及專利文獻2中所揭示的係製作降低了室內的二氧化碳濃度之低露點環境,但均為室內的容量為1~3m3 左右的相對小的手套箱用裝置,且安裝有避免人的濕氣進入室內之橡膠製等手套。從而,如鋰離子電池的製造設備,存在無法適用於使人進入室內進行工作之如乾燥室那樣的低濕度工作室之問題。
又,專利文獻3中所揭示者係使人進入到室內進行工作之如乾燥室那樣的降低低濕度工作室的二氧化碳濃度者,但由於使用裝載了二氧化碳吸附轉子和濕氣吸附轉子這兩種轉子之除濕空調裝置,因此與裝載有一種轉子之專利文獻1或專利文獻2的除濕裝置相比,存在裝置變大且初期成本增加之問題。
本發明係為了解決前述課題而完成的,其目的在於提供一種除濕空調裝置,其裝載有能夠同時去除水分和二氧化碳之轉子,並且室內的容量相對大,能夠降低使人能夠進入其中進行工作之乾燥室等的低濕度工作室內的二氧化碳的濃度。 [用於解決課題之手段]
本發明的最主要的特徵為,具有對外部空氣進行冷卻之預冷器,並將藉由預冷器被冷卻除濕之空氣的一部分進行分叉,使其通過能夠同時去除水分和二氧化碳之吸附轉子的吸附區域,並使其餘一部分通過能夠同時去除水分和二氧化碳之吸附轉子的淨化區域,由此將水分和二氧化碳濃度變低的空氣供給至室內。 [發明效果]
本發明的除濕空調裝置使用能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之一台吸附轉子來降低乾燥室等乾燥室內的露點溫度,進而能夠降低二氧化碳濃度。
又,能夠提供一種無法從乾燥室向除濕空調裝置回流之一次性通過的裝置。
本發明實現提供一種如下除濕空調裝置的目的:該除濕空調裝置中,將通過能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的吸附區域而成為低二氧化碳濃度且低濕度的空氣供給至室內,並降低供給空氣的二氧化碳濃度而設為低露點。
[實施例1]
以下,依表示本發明的實施例1的流程之圖1進行說明。外部空氣OA藉由空氣過濾器(未圖示)被去除塵埃。該外部空氣藉由預冷器1被冷卻並藉由結露而除濕。從預冷器1排出之空氣分叉成2路之後,一部分藉由閥門等調整風量,並通過能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子2的處理區域(吸附區域),其餘一部分通過淨化區域。
能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子2係使用對二氧化碳的吸附性能不造成濕度影響之如下材料來製作。係對玻璃纖維紙、陶瓷纖維紙、生物溶解性無機纖維紙等不可燃性紙片進行波狀(波紋)加工而捲繞加工成轉子狀,其擔載即使因使用無機系黏合劑等而潮濕亦能夠吸附二氧化碳之包含碳酸鉀、碳酸鈉、離子液體、Ce或Zr的氧化物之二氧化碳捕捉材料等。而且,能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子2被劃分為處理區域、淨化區域、再生區域這三個區域。能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子2藉由齒輪傳動馬達(未圖示)等旋轉驅動。
在此,作為能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子2的一例,以下示出作為二氧化碳捕捉材料使用包含Ce的氧化物之粉末吸附材料(以下稱為“Ce氧化物吸附材料”)時的蜂巢吸附體的製作方法。Ce氧化物的蜂巢吸附體例如藉由在含有Ce氧化物吸附材料、黏合劑及水之漿液中浸漬蜂巢吸附體並進行乾燥來製作。Ce氧化物吸附材料的平均二次粒徑設為漿液的黏度能夠用蜂巢吸附體進行浸漬處理之0.5μm至不會因黏合劑產生落粉之最大二次粒徑之20μm(藉由掃描型電子顯微鏡或雷射繞射/散射式粒徑分佈測定裝置測定)。關於蜂巢尺寸,設為可輕鬆地通過通用的送風機的風壓使空氣流動之每平方英寸50孔數至400孔數(轉子表面上的蜂巢的個數),就蜂巢的厚度方向(轉子寬度方向)的長度而言,從通用送風機的風量和能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之性能考慮,設為50mm至600mm。將玻璃纖維紙和陶瓷纖維紙等蜂巢母材以300度至600度進行燒成,較佳為以400度至500度進行燒成而設為纖維載體,作為能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附材料,在轉子上以體積比重(kg/m3 )的比例計擔載20%~70%之Ce氧化物吸附材料,較佳為擔載40%~60%。另外,作為黏合劑之二氧化矽溶膠,使用將不易影響Ce氧化物吸附材料的二氧化碳吸附特性,並且作為吸濕材料而發揮功能之粒徑4nm(製造商產品目錄值)作為最小粒徑,且將不產生Ce氧化物吸附材料的落粉(從吸附轉子脫落)之最大粒徑50nm(製造商產品目錄值)作為最大粒徑。又,在吸附轉子的二氧化矽溶膠的擔載率以體積比重(kg/m3 )的比例計設為5%~25%,較佳為設為10%~20%,浸漬漿液的pH設為漿液的穩定區域之弱酸性~弱鹼性。
進而為了提高能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子2的除濕性能,亦可以設為除了同時吸附二氧化碳和濕氣之Ce氧化物吸附材料之外,還混合沸石或二氧化矽凝膠等吸濕材料,而擔載於能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子2。
通過處理區域而二氧化碳濃度變低的低露點空氣係供給至供給處的低濕度工作室等。
又,通過淨化區域之空氣與外部空氣混合之後,藉由再生加熱器3被加熱至能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子2的再生所需的溫度為止並送至再生區域。
從再生區域排出之空氣作為廢氣EA而釋放到除濕空調裝置的外部。另外,為了改善同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之性能,將通過預冷器之後的處理空氣的一部分進行分叉而作為淨化空氣,但亦可以設為不將處理空氣進行分叉而直接將裝置外的外部空氣導入裝置而作為淨化空氣之構成。又,為了降低再生加熱器3的能量消耗,亦可以設為將從再生區域排出之廢氣EA和送至再生區域之外部空氣進行顯熱交換之構成。
進而需要低濕度的環境時,可以設為在能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子2的後段(後側),使用作為吸附材料之沸石和/或二氧化矽凝膠,並設置至少被劃分為處理區域和再生區域這兩個區域之除濕轉子之構成。藉由設為該種構成,能夠進而對通過能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子2之空氣進行除濕。
圖2中示出使用直徑為320mm、寬度為400mm的能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子2,改變淨化區域:再生區域:處理區域的風量比時的相對於轉子轉速(每小時的轉子轉速:rph)的二氧化碳去除率的曲線圖。另外,在處理入口二氧化碳濃度500ppm、處理入口空氣溫度12℃、處理入口空氣絕對濕度6g/kg(DA)、處理入口空氣面風速2m/s、淨化入口空氣面風速1.5m/s至2m/s、再生入口二氧化碳濃度500ppm、再生入口空氣溫度140度、再生入口空氣絕對濕度12g/kg(DA)、再生入口空氣面風速2m/s至3m/s下進行了試驗。又,圖3中示出相同條件下的處理出口露點溫度相對於轉子轉速的曲線圖。
依這些曲線圖可知,作為濕度性能,轉子轉速低為佳,但從與二氧化碳去除率的均衡來看,以淨化區域:再生區域:處理區域為1:4.5:9的風量比計,轉子轉速為20rph為佳。
實施例1中由於不使用來自低濕度工作室等供給處的回流氣體RA,因此即使在低濕度工作室內產生易燃性強之有機溶劑氣體或產生對人體有害之氣體,或者產生如使能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子2變差的氣體之情況下亦能夠使用之除濕空調裝置。 [產業上之可利用性]
本發明能夠提供一種如上述藉由使用一台能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子,從而能夠降低低濕度工作室內的二氧化碳濃度之除濕空調裝置。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種蜂巢吸附體,其能夠同時去除在纖維載體擔載Ce氧化物吸附材料和二氧化矽之二氧化碳及水分,該蜂巢吸附體中,作為Ce氧化物吸附材料,係包含平均二次粒徑0.5μm~20μm的Ce的氧化物之粉末吸附材料,其中,平均二次粒徑係藉由掃描型電子顯微鏡或雷射繞射或散射式粒徑分佈測定裝置測定,作為二氧化矽,包含平均粒徑4nm~50nm之二氧化矽溶膠。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之蜂巢吸附體,其中蜂巢尺寸為每平方英寸50孔數至400孔數,並且蜂巢的厚度方向的長度為50mm至600mm。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之蜂巢吸附體,其中該蜂巢吸附體中Ce氧化物吸附材料的擔載率為20%~70%,並且二氧化矽溶膠的擔載率為5%~25%。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之蜂巢吸附體,其中該纖維載體為由玻璃纖維和/或生物溶解性無機纖維而得之纖維載體。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之蜂巢吸附體,其中除了該Ce氧化物吸附材料之外,還混合擔載了吸濕材料。
  6. 一種除濕空調裝置,其特徵為,具有至少被劃分為再生區域、處理區域及淨化區域3個區域之能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之如申請專利範圍第1項所述的蜂巢吸附體所構成的吸附轉子,利用預冷器對外部空氣進行冷卻除濕,將通過該預冷器之空氣的一部分進行分叉,並送至該能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的淨化區域,使其餘一部分通過該能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的處理區域而作為供給空氣供給至供給處,利用再生加熱器對混合通過該能夠同時去除二氧化碳和 濕氣之吸附轉子的淨化區域之空氣與外部空氣之空氣進行加熱,使其通過該能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的再生區域,並將通過該能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的再生區域之空氣向裝置外排氣。
  7. 一種除濕空調裝置,其特徵為,具有至少被劃分為再生區域、處理區域及淨化區域3個區域之能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之如申請專利範圍第1項所述的蜂巢吸附體所構成的吸附轉子,利用預冷器對外部空氣進行冷卻除濕,使其通過該能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的處理區域而作為供給空氣供給至供給處,並將外部空氣送至該能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的淨化區域,利用再生加熱器對混合通過該淨化區域之空氣與外部空氣之空氣進行加熱,使其通過該能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的再生區域,並將通過該能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的再生區域之空氣向裝置外排氣。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6或7項所述之除濕空調裝置,其中將通過該再生區域之空氣與送至該再生加熱器之外部空氣進行顯熱交換。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第6或7項所述之除濕空調裝置,其中在該能夠同時去除二氧化碳和濕氣之吸附轉子的後段設置有除濕轉子。
