Abstract

A laminator includes a laminating device, a planarization device and a gas-filled sealing mechanism. The laminating device includes two laminating members arranged to sandwich and press a substrate and a laminated material so as to tightly bond the laminated material with the substrate. The planarization device includes two planarization members arranged to sandwich and press the substrate and the laminated material. The gas-filled sealing mechanism is disposed between the two laminating members or the two planarization members. The gas-filled sealing mechanism includes a first inflatable ring and a second inflatable ring.
