Abstract
本發明係提供一種蓄電裝置用外裝材,其係包含:外側層之基材層2、內側層之熱熔性樹脂層3、及配置在此等兩層間之金屬箔層4,其特徵係:基材層2與金屬箔層4介由外側接著劑層5而接著;外側接著劑層5,係包含:含有多元醇所成之主劑、及多官能異氰酸酯混合物,並由多元醇之含有率為50質量%~95質量%之二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑之硬化膜所形成;前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物,係由包含芳香族多官能異氰酸酯、及具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯之混合物所成之構成。藉由此種構成,可提供一種蓄電裝置用外裝材,其耐黃變性優異,可充分得到外側接著劑之接著強度,成形性亦良好。
Description
本發明係關於智慧型手機、平板電腦等之行動裝置所使用之電池或電容器、混合動力汽車、電動汽車、風力發電、太陽能發電、夜間電氣之蓄電所使用的電池或電容器等之蓄電裝置用之外裝材及該外裝材所外裝之蓄電裝置。
又,本說明書及申請專利範圍中,「芳香族多官能異氰酸酯」之詞,係意指化學結構式為-NCO(異氰酸酯官能基)之N原子與構成芳香環(苯環)之C原子直接結合之多官能異氰酸酯;「具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯」之詞,係意指化學結構式為-NCO(異氰酸酯官能基)之N原子,介由1或複數之亞甲基等之連結基與構成芳香環(苯環)之C原子結合之多官能異氰酸酯。亦即,「具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯」之詞,係排除化學結構式為-NCO(異氰酸酯官能基)之N原子與構成芳香環(苯環)之C原子直接結合之多官能異氰酸酯。
近年來,伴隨智慧型手機、平板電腦終端等之行動電子裝置之薄型化、輕量化,搭載於此等之鋰離子蓄電池、鋰聚合物蓄電池、鋰離子電容器、雙電層電容器等之蓄電裝置之外裝材,使用耐熱性樹脂層/外側
接著劑層/金屬箔層/內側接著劑層/熱熔性樹脂層(內側密封層)所構成之積層體,以取代傳統之金屬罐。此外,電動汽車等之電源、蓄電用途之大型電源、電容器等亦逐漸增加藉由上述構成之積層體(外裝材)進行外裝者。藉由對前述積層體進行鼓脹成形或深絞伸成形,可成形為略長方體形狀等之立體形狀。藉由成形如此之立體形狀,可確保用於收容蓄電裝置本體部之收容空間。
並且,為了防止耐熱性樹脂層與金屬層之間之層間分離(剝離),習知係使用含有多官能異氰酸酯類之接著劑作為外側接著劑(參照專利文獻1)。此專利文獻1,記載前述多官能異氰酸酯類係使用甲苯二異氰酸酯為佳。

然而,使用甲苯二異氰酸酯作為多官能異氰酸酯類而構成之電池用外裝材,有在接觸電解液之環境下會因電解液的接觸導致前述外側接著劑層黃變而使外觀惡化之問題。當然,只要在製造時等注意不引發電解液的接觸即可,惟實際上,在製造時等避免電解液附著外裝材極為困難,
故目前期望即使電解液附著在外裝材上,外側接著劑本身係仍不會黃變之組成。
本發明,係鑑於相關技術背景所成者,目的在於提供一種蓄電裝置用外裝材及該外裝材所外裝之蓄電裝置,其係耐黃變性優異,且可充分得到外側接著劑之接著強度,成形性亦良好者。
為了達成前述目的,本發明提供以下技術手段。
[1]一種蓄電裝置用外裝材,其係包含:外側層之基材層、內側層之熱熔性樹脂層、及配置在此等兩層間之金屬箔層,其特徵係:前述基材層與前述金屬箔層介由外側接著劑層而接著;前述外側接著劑層,係由二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑之硬化膜所形成,該二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑係包含:含有多元醇所成之主劑、及多官能異氰酸酯混合物,且前述多元醇之含有率係50質量%~95質量%;且前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物,係由包含芳香族多官能異氰酸酯、及具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯之混合物所成。
[2]如前項1所記載之蓄電裝置用外裝材,其中,前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物中之前述芳香族多官能異氰酸酯之含有率係5質量%~50質量%,前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物中之前述具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯之含有率係50質量%~95質量%。
[3]如前項1或2所記載之蓄電裝置用外裝材,其中,前述多元醇,係聚酯多元醇;
前述聚酯多元醇,包含二羧酸成分;前述二羧酸成分,含有芳香族二羧酸,且前述二羧酸成分中之前述芳香族二羧酸之含有率係40莫耳%~80莫耳%。
[4]如前項1~3中任一項所記載之蓄電裝置用外裝材,其中,前述具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯,係選自亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯及其變性體所成群中1種或2種以上之異氰酸酯。
[5]如前項1~4中任一項所記載之蓄電裝置用外裝材,其中,前述二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑之硬化膜之楊氏模量係90MPa~400MPa。
[6]一種蓄電裝置用外裝外殼,其特徵係由前項1~5中任一項所記載之蓄電裝置用外裝材之成形體所成。
[7]一種蓄電裝置,其特徵係具備:蓄電裝置本體部、選自前項1~5中任一項所記載之蓄電裝置用外裝材及前項6所記載之蓄電裝置用外裝外殼所成群中1種或2種之外裝部材;且前述蓄電裝置本體部,係由前述外裝部材所外裝。
根據[1]之發明,前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物,係由含有芳香族多官能異氰酸酯、及具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯之混合物所成構成,故外側接著劑層難以黃變,外裝材之耐黃變性優異,且可充分得到外側接著劑之接著強度,成形性亦良好。
根據[2]之發明,可進一步提升耐黃變性,且亦提升成形性,
此外亦可提升外側接著劑之接著強度。
根據[3]之發明,由於不僅係使用聚酯多元醇作為多元醇,且前述二羧酸成分中之芳香族二羧酸之含有率為40莫耳%以上,故可進一步充分防止外側層與金屬箔層之層間分離(剝離),且藉由前述二羧酸成分中之芳香族二羧酸之含有率為80莫耳%以下而可進一步充分確保外側接著劑之接著強度。
根據[4]之發明,可更進一步提升耐黃變性。
根據[5]之發明,藉由二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑之硬化膜之楊氏模量為90MPa以上,可提升外側接著劑層之耐熱性,從而可進一步充分防止在熱密封時外側層與金屬箔層之層間分離(剝離),藉由前述楊氏模量為400MPa以下,除了可進一步充分確保外側接著劑之接著強度,亦可提升高溫層壓強度。
根據[6]之發明,可提供一種蓄電裝置用外裝外殼,其外側接著劑層難以黃變而具有優異之外裝材耐黃變性,且可充分確保外側接著劑之接著強度,良好地成形。
根據[7]之發明,可提供一種蓄電裝置,其耐黃變性優異,且係由充分確保外側接著劑之接著強度之外裝部材所外裝者。

本發明之蓄電裝置用外裝材1之一實施形態如圖1所示。此蓄電裝置用外裝材1,係作為鋰離子蓄電池外殼用而使用者。
前述蓄電裝置用外裝材1,係由在金屬箔層4之一側的面介由外側接著劑層5與基材層(外側層)2積層一體化,且在前述金屬箔層4之另一側的面介由內側接著劑層6與熱熔性樹脂層(內側層)3積層一體化之構成所成。
本發明之蓄電裝置用外裝材1中,前述外側接著劑層5,係包含:含有多元醇之主劑、及多官能異氰酸酯混合物,並由多元醇之含有率為50質量%~95質量%之二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑之硬化膜所形成;前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物,係由包含芳香族多官能異氰酸酯、及具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯之混合物所成之構成,故外側接著劑層難以黃變而外裝材之耐黃變性優異,且可充分得到外側接著劑之接著強度,成形性亦良好。
本發明中,構成前述二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑之主劑,係含有多元醇者,含有50質量%以上多元醇之構成為佳。藉由前述主劑中多元醇含有率在50質量%以上,接著力可進一步增大,從而可充分防止外側層2與金屬箔層4之間之層間分離(剝離)的發生。其中,前述主劑中多元醇含有
率為70質量%以上較佳,進一步90質量%以上特佳。
前述多元醇,並無特別限定,可列舉例如:聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇、聚己內酯二醇等。又,本發明中,聚酯多元醇,係包含胺基甲酸酯變性之聚酯多元醇(聚酯聚胺基甲酸酯多元醇等),此外,聚醚多元醇,係包含胺基甲酸酯變性之聚醚多元醇(聚醚聚胺基甲酸酯多元醇等)。其中,前述多元醇,係使用二羧酸及二醇為原料之共聚合體聚酯多元醇為佳。本發明,藉由適當選擇原料之二羧酸及二醇之種類及組成可更進一步提高接著強度,從而在進行更深成形時亦可防止層間剝離。
前述二羧酸,並無特別限定,可列舉例如:脂肪族二羧酸、芳香族二羧酸等。前述脂肪族二羧酸,並無特別限定,可例示如:草酸、丙二酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、栓酸、壬二酸、癸二酸等。此外,前述芳香族二羧酸,並無特別限定,可例示如:鄰苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸、對苯二甲酸等。
前述二醇,並無特別限定,可例示如:乙二醇、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、二甘醇、二丙二醇、新戊二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、辛二醇、1,4-環己二醇、2-丁基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇等。
使用聚酯多元醇作為前述多元醇之情形中,前述聚酯多元醇,係包含二羧酸成分(包含源自二羧酸之二羧酸酯),前述二羧酸成分,係含有芳香族二羧酸之構成為佳。此外,前述二羧酸成分中之芳香族二羧酸之含有率,係40莫耳%~80莫耳%為佳,50莫耳%~70莫耳%較佳。
前述多元醇之數平均分子量(Mn)係在8000~25000之範圍內為佳,此時作為外側接著劑層5可賦予適當之塗膜強度及塗膜伸度。
前述聚酯多元醇之數平均分子量,可藉由多官能性之異氰酸酯進行鏈伸長而調整。亦即,主劑中之聚酯成分以NCO連結時,末端生成羥基之聚合物,藉由調整異氰酸酯基與聚酯之羥基之當量比,可調整聚酯多元醇之數平均分子量。本發明,係使用此當量比(OH/NCO)為1.01~10之範圍連結者為佳。此外,其他之分子量調整方法,可列舉如,調整二羧酸與二醇之縮合聚合反應之反應條件(二羧酸與二醇之配合莫耳比等)。
前述主劑,必須成分之前述多元醇中,例如,亦可添加多元醇而使用。前述多元醇,並無特別限定,可列舉例如:三羥甲基丙烷(TMP)、甲基戊二醇、二甲基丁二醇、乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、甘油、山梨糖醇等。
前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物,係由包含芳香族多官能異氰酸酯、及具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯之混合物所成之構成。
前述芳香族多官能異氰酸酯,並無特別限定,可列舉例如:甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)、二苯甲烷二異氰酸酯(MDI)、三苯甲烷三異氰酸酯等。其中,前述芳香族多官能異氰酸酯,係使用選自甲苯二異氰酸酯、二苯甲烷二異氰酸酯及此等之二異氰酸酯中至少1種類之多官能異氰酸酯變性體所成群中1種或2種以上之芳香族多官能異氰酸酯為佳。變性手段,並無特別限定,可列舉例如:水、甘油、三羥甲基丙烷等之多官能活性氫化合物之加合體、及由異氰脲酸酯化、碳二亞胺化、聚合化等之多聚反應之多官能異氰酸酯變性體等。
前述具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯,並無特別限定,可列舉例如:亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)、四甲基亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(TMXDI)及此等之二異氰酸酯中至少1種類之多官能異氰酸酯變性體等。變
性手段,並無特別限定,可列舉例如:水、甘油、三羥甲基丙烷等之多官能活性氫化合物之加合體、及由異氰脲酸酯化、碳二亞胺化、聚合化等之多聚反應之多官能異氰酸酯變性體等。其中,使用選自亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯及其變性體所成群中1種或2種以上之異氰酸酯為佳。
前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物中芳香族多官能異氰酸酯之含有率係5質量%~50質量%,前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物中「具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯」之含有率係50質量%~95質量%之構成為佳。此時,可進一步提升耐黃變性,且亦可提升成形性,此外,亦可提升外側接著劑5之接著強度。芳香族多官能異氰酸酯之含有率為5質量%以上時可進一步提升成形性,且芳香族多官能異氰酸酯之含有率為50質量%以下時可進一步提升耐黃變性。藉由具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯之含有率為50質量%以上可進一步提升耐黃變性,且藉由具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯之含有率為95質量%以下可進一步提升成形性。
前述二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑(胺基甲酸酯接著劑之硬化膜)中,前述多元醇成分之含有率係設定在50質量%~95質量%。藉由多元醇成分之含有率為50質量%以上可充分提升外側接著劑之接著強度,且藉由多元醇成分之含有率為95質量%以下可確保充分之耐密封性。其中,前述二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑中,前述多元醇成分之含有率係60質量%~90質量%為佳。此外,前述二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑中,前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物之含有率係40質量%~10質量%為佳。進一步,前述二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑(胺基甲酸酯接著劑之硬化膜)中,前述多元醇成分之含有率係70質量%~90質量%,前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物之含有率係30質量%~10
質量%為更佳。
如上述,構成主劑之多元醇與硬化劑之多官能異氰酸酯混合物所成二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑中,相對於1莫耳之多元醇之羥基(-OH),多官能異氰酸酯混合物之異氰酸酯基(-NCO)係以1莫耳~30莫耳之比例配合為佳。藉由莫耳比([NCO]/[OH])在1以上可進行充分之硬化反應,從而得到適宜之塗膜強度及耐熱性者。此外,藉由莫耳比([NCO]/[OH])在30以下,可避免與多元醇以外之官能基進行過度之反應,從而得到適宜之塗膜強度及適宜之伸度者。其中,多元醇之羥基與多官能異氰酸酯混合物之異氰酸酯基之莫耳比([NCO]/[OH]),係在2~26之範圍內特佳。
前述二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑,除了上述成分,因應必要,亦可將聚酯多元醇之胺基甲酸酯化伸長時及二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑之胺基甲酸酯硬化反應時所使用之反應催化劑、用以提升接著力之耦合劑或環氧樹脂或丙烯酸樹脂、其他之消泡劑、流平劑、紫外線吸收劑、抗氧化劑等之各種習知的添加劑,添加至主劑或硬化劑。
採用前述二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑之硬化膜之楊氏模量為90MPa~400MPa之構成為佳。藉由前述硬化膜之楊氏模量為90MPa以上,可提升外側接著劑層5之耐熱性,從而可進一步充分防止在熱密封時外側層2與金屬箔層4之層間分離(剝離),藉由前述硬化膜之楊氏模量為400MPa以下,除了可進一步充分確保外側接著劑之接著強度,亦可提升高溫層壓強度。其中,前述二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑之硬化膜之楊氏模量為140MPa~300MPa較佳。
前述外側接著劑層5之厚度,係設定在1μm~5μm為佳。其
中,根據外裝材之薄膜化、輕量化之觀點,前述外側接著劑層5之厚度,係設定在1μm~3μm特佳。
本發明中,前述基材層(外側層)2係由耐熱性樹脂層所形成為佳。構成前述耐熱性樹脂層2之耐熱性樹脂,係使用不因將外裝材1熱密封時之熱密封溫度而熔融之耐熱性樹脂。前述耐熱性樹脂,係使用具有較熱熔性樹脂層3之熔點(熱熔性樹脂層以複數層形成時之具有最高熔點之層之熔點)高10℃以上之熔點的耐熱性樹脂為佳,使用具有較熱熔性樹脂層3之熔點(熱熔性樹脂層以複數層形成時之具有最高熔點之層之熔點)高20℃以上之熔點的耐熱性樹脂特佳。
前述耐熱性樹脂層(外側層)2,並無特別限定,可列舉例如:尼龍薄膜等之聚醯胺薄膜、聚酯薄膜等,理想使用此等之延伸薄膜。其中,前述耐熱性樹脂層2,使用二軸延伸尼龍薄膜等之二軸延伸聚醯胺薄膜、二軸延伸聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)薄膜、二軸延伸聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)薄膜或二軸延伸聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)薄膜特佳。前述尼龍薄膜,並無特別限定,可列舉例如:6尼龍薄膜、6,6尼龍薄膜、MXD尼龍薄膜等。又,前述耐熱性樹脂層2,可由單層形成,抑或,例如由聚酯薄膜/聚醯胺薄膜所成複數層(PET薄膜/尼龍薄膜所成複數層等)形成亦可。
前述耐熱性樹脂層(外側層)2之厚度,係2μm~50μm為佳。使用聚酯薄膜時之厚度係2μm~50μm為佳,使用尼龍薄膜時之厚度係7μm~50μm為佳。藉由設定在上述合適之下限值以上,可確保作為包裝材具有充分之強度,且藉由設定在上述合適之上限值以下,可縮小進行鼓脹成形、絞伸成形等之成形時之應力而可提升成形性。
前述熱熔性樹脂層(內側層)3,對於鋰離子蓄電池等中所使用之腐蝕性強的電解液等亦具備優異的耐藥品性,並擔負將熱密封性賦予至外裝材之角色。
前述熱熔性樹脂層3,並無特別限定,熱熔性樹脂無延伸薄膜層為佳。前述熱熔性樹脂層無延伸薄膜層3,並無特別限定,惟由選自聚乙烯、聚丙烯、烯烴系共聚合體、此等之酸變性物及離聚物所成群中至少1種之熱熔性樹脂所成之無延伸薄膜所構成為佳。又,前述熱熔性樹脂層3可係單層,亦可係複數層。
前述熱熔性樹脂層3之厚度,係設定在10μm~80μm為佳。藉由設定在10μm以上可充分防止針孔的發生,且藉由設定在80μm以下可減少樹脂使用量而可實現成本降低。其中,前述熱熔性樹脂層3之厚度係設定在25μm~50μm特佳。
前述熱熔性樹脂層3亦可含有潤滑劑。前述潤滑劑,並無特別限定,可合適地使用脂肪酸醯胺。前述脂肪酸醯胺,並無特別限定,可列舉例如:飽和脂肪酸醯胺、不飽和脂肪酸醯胺、置換醯胺、羥甲基醯胺、飽和脂肪酸二醯胺、不飽和脂肪酸二醯胺、脂肪酸酯醯胺、芳香族系二醯胺等。
前述金屬箔層4,係擔負賦予外裝材1阻止氧或水分之侵入之氣體屏障性之角色。前述金屬箔層4,並無特別限定,可列舉例如:鋁箔、SUS箔(不鏽鋼箔)、銅箔、鎳箔等,一般係使用鋁箔。前述金屬箔層4之厚度,係5μm~50μm為佳。藉由為5μm以上可防止在製造金屬箔中之壓延時之針孔產生,且藉由為50μm以下可縮小鼓脹成形、絞伸成形等之成形時的應
力而可提升成形性。其中,前述金屬箔層4之厚度,係10μm~30μm為特佳。
前述金屬箔層4,係至少於內側之面(第2接著劑層6側之面)施以化成處理為佳。藉由施以如此之化成處理,可充分防止因內容物(電池之電解液等)所導致之金屬箔表面之腐蝕。例如藉由下述之處理可對於金屬箔施以化成處理。亦即,例如,在進行脫脂處理的金屬箔表面上,藉由塗佈下述1)~3)之中任一者之水溶液後,乾燥,從而施加化成處理:1)含有磷酸、鉻酸、及選自氟化物之金屬鹽及氟化物之非金屬鹽所成群中至少1種之化合物的混合物之水溶液;2)含有磷酸、選自丙烯酸系樹脂、殼聚醣衍生物樹脂及酚醛系樹脂所成群中至少1種之樹脂、及選自鉻酸及鉻(III)鹽所成群中至少1種之化合物的混合物之水溶液;3)含有磷酸、選自丙烯酸系樹脂、殼聚醣衍生物樹脂及酚醛系樹脂所成群中至少1種之樹脂、選自鉻酸及鉻(III)鹽所成群中至少1種之化合物、及選自氟化物之金屬鹽及氟化物之非金屬鹽所成群中至少1種之化合物的混合物之水溶液。
前述化成皮膜,其鉻附著量(單面)為0.1mg/m2~50mg/m2為佳,2mg/m2~20mg/m2為特佳。
前述內側接著劑層6,並無特別限定,例如,可使用作為上述內側接著劑層5所例示者,惟使用因電解液導致之膨潤現象較少之聚烯烴系接著劑為佳。前述內側接著劑層6之厚度,係設定在1μm~5μm為佳。其中,根據外裝材之薄膜化、輕量化之觀點,前述內側接著劑層6之厚度,係設定在1μm~3μm特佳。
藉由將本發明之蓄電裝置用外裝材1進行成形(深絞伸成形、鼓脹成形等),可得到外裝外殼(電池外殼等)10(參照圖3)。又,本發明之外裝材1,亦可不進行成形而直接使用(參照圖3)。
使用本發明之蓄電裝置用外裝材1所構成之蓄電裝置30之一實施形態如圖2所示。此蓄電裝置30,係鋰離子蓄電池。本實施形態,如圖2、3所示,係由外裝材1進行成形所得之外裝外殼10、及平面狀之外裝材1構成外裝部材15。因此,藉由在本發明之外裝材1進行成形所得之外裝外殼10之收容凹部內,收容略長方體形狀之蓄電裝置本體部(電化學元素等)31,在該蓄電裝置本體部31之上,本發明之外裝材1不進行成形且其熱熔性樹脂層3側配置在內側(下側),該平面狀外裝材1之熱熔性樹脂層3之周緣部,與前述外裝外殼10之凸緣部(密封用周緣部)29之熱熔性樹脂層3藉由熱密封而密封接合而封口,從而構成本發明之蓄電裝置30(參照圖2、3)。又,前述外裝外殼10之收容凹部之內側之表面,成為熱熔性樹脂層3,收容凹部之外面成為基材層(外側層)2(參照圖3)。
圖2中,39為前述外裝材1之周緣部與前述外裝外殼10之凸緣部(密封用周緣部)29接合(熔接)之熱密封部。又,前述蓄電裝置30中,連接蓄電裝置本體部31之接片之先端部,係導出至外裝部材15之外部,惟圖式
省略。
前述蓄電裝置本體部31,並無特別限定,可列舉例如:電池本體部、電容本體部、電容器本體部等。
前述熱密封部39之寬,係設定在0.5mm以上為佳。藉由在0.5mm以上可確實進行密封。其中,前述熱密封部39之寬,係設定在3mm~15mm較佳。
又,上述實施形態中,外裝部材15,係由外裝材1進行成形所得之外裝外殼10、及平面狀之外裝材1所成構成(參照圖2、3),惟並非特別限定在如此之組合,例如,外裝部材15,亦可係由一對之平面狀之外裝材1所成構成,抑或,由一對之外裝外殼10所成構成。
接著,說明本發明之具體實施例,惟本發明並非特別限定為此等實施例者。
<實施例1>
製作二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑之主劑之聚酯多元醇溶液。在80℃下將新戊二醇30莫耳份、乙二醇30莫耳份、1,6-己二醇40莫耳份溶解,一邊攪拌,一邊在210℃下與脂肪族二羧酸之己二酸40莫耳份及芳香族二羧酸之間苯二甲酸60莫耳份所成之二羧酸混合物進行縮合聚合反應20小時,得到主劑成分之聚酯多元醇。此聚酯多元醇,係數平均分子量(Mn)為15000。對於前述所得之聚酯多元醇(主劑)40質量份加入乙酸乙酯60質量份並均勻溶解,從而得到固形分40質量%,羥值3.0mgKOH/g(溶液值)之聚酯多元醇溶
液。
將此聚酯多元醇溶液80質量份,配合硬化劑之甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率7.6質量%,固形分50質量%)6質量份、硬化劑之亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)與三羥甲基丙烷之加合體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率11.9質量%,固形分75質量%)14質量份並攪拌,得到二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑。此二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑中,固形分中(外側接著劑層中)之多元醇之含有率係70.3質量%。此外,前述二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑中,全硬化劑之固形分中之芳香族多官能異氰酸酯之固形分含有率係22.2質量%,全硬化劑之固形分中之「具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯」之固形分含有率係77.8質量%。
接著,在厚度35μm之鋁箔(JIS H4160所規定之A8079鋁箔)4之兩面,塗佈由聚丙烯酸、三價鉻化合物、水、乙醇所成的化成處理液後,以150℃進行乾燥,從而準備在兩面形成化成皮膜之鋁箔。此化成皮膜之鉻附著量係每面5mg/m2。
接著,在前述化成皮膜形成在兩面之鋁箔之一側的面,將前述二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑塗佈為乾燥後之塗佈量係3.5g/m2,乾燥後形成外側接著劑層5,該外側接著劑層5之表面與厚度15μm之二軸延伸聚醯胺薄膜(基材層)2貼合,且在前述鋁箔4之另一側的面塗佈聚丙烯酸接著劑並乾燥,從而作為內側接著劑層6,該內側接著劑層6之表面與厚度30μm之未延伸聚丙烯薄膜(熱熔性樹脂層)3貼合。藉由將此積層體放置在40℃環境下9天(進行老化),得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例2>
除了硬化劑,取代實施例1之甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液6質量份,係使用二苯甲烷二異氰酸酯(MDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率7.5質量%,固形分50質量%)6質量份(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例3>
除了硬化劑,取代實施例1之甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液6質量份,係使用甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率7.6質量%,固形分50質量%)3質量份及二苯甲烷二異氰酸酯(MDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率7.5質量%,固形分50質量%)3質量份(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例4>
除了硬化劑,取代實施例1之甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液6質量份、亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)與三羥甲基丙烷之加合體聚異氰酸酯溶液14質量份,係配合甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率7.6質量%,固形分50質量%)4質量份、硬化劑之亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)與三羥甲基丙烷之加合體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率11.9質量%,固形分75質量%)16質量份(參照表1)並攪拌而得到二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例5>
除了硬化劑,取代實施例1之甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液6質量份、亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)與三羥甲基丙烷之加合體聚異氰酸酯溶液14質量份,係配合甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率7.6質量%,固形分50質量%)8質量份、硬化劑之亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)與三羥甲基丙烷之加合體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率11.9質量%,固形分75質量%)12質量份(參照表1)並攪拌而得到二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例6>
除了硬化劑,取代實施例1之甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液6質量份、亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)與三羥甲基丙烷之加合體聚異氰酸酯溶液14質量份,係配合甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率7.6質量%,固形分50質量%)10質量份、硬化劑之亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)與三羥甲基丙烷之加合體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率11.9質量%,固形分75質量%)10質量份(參照表1)並攪拌而得到二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例7>
除了二羧酸混合物,係使用脂肪族二羧酸之己二酸65莫耳份與芳香族二羧酸之間苯二甲酸35莫耳份所成之二羧酸混合物(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例8>
除了二羧酸混合物,係使用脂肪族二羧酸之己二酸55莫耳份與芳香族二羧酸之間苯二甲酸45莫耳份所成之二羧酸混合物(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例9>
除了二羧酸混合物,係使用脂肪族二羧酸之己二酸20莫耳份與芳香族二羧酸之間苯二甲酸80莫耳份所成之二羧酸混合物(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例10>
除了二羧酸混合物,係使用脂肪族二羧酸之己二酸15莫耳份與芳香族二羧酸之間苯二甲酸85莫耳份所成之二羧酸混合物(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例11>
除了二羧酸混合物,係使用脂肪族二羧酸之己二酸10莫耳份與芳香族二羧酸之間苯二甲酸90莫耳份所成之二羧酸混合物(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例12>
除了二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑中主劑(溶液)/硬化劑(溶液)之配合比,係變更為主劑(溶液)/硬化劑(溶液)=5質量份/35質量份(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例13>
除了二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑中主劑(溶液)/硬化劑(溶液)之配合比,係變更為主劑(溶液)/硬化劑(溶液)=70質量份/30質量份(參照表1)以外,
其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例14>
除了二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑中主劑(溶液)/硬化劑(溶液)之配合比,係變更為主劑(溶液)/硬化劑(溶液)=90質量份/10質量份(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<實施例15>
除了主劑(溶液),取代實施例1之聚酯多元醇溶液80質量份,係使用以下之聚醚聚胺基甲酸酯多元醇溶液(表1中標示為「多元醇O」)80質量份(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
聚醚聚胺基甲酸酯多元醇溶液之製作,係將聚醚多元醇之聚四亞甲基醚二醇(羥值112mgKOH/g)500質量份與甲苯二異氰酸酯82.2質量份置入反應容器中,一邊攪拌一邊在100℃下反應7小時使反應完成後,進一步置入乙酸乙酯388.1質量份,從而得到聚醚聚胺基甲酸酯多元醇溶液(固形分40質量%,聚醚聚胺基甲酸酯多元醇之數平均分子量為14500,羥值3.1mgKOH/g(溶液值))。
<實施例16>
除了主劑(溶液),取代實施例1之聚酯多元醇溶液80質量份,係使用聚酯聚胺基甲酸酯多元醇溶液(表1中標示為「多元醇M」)80質量份(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
聚酯聚胺基甲酸酯多元醇溶液之製作,首先係製作聚酯多元醇。將新戊二醇30莫耳份、乙二醇30莫耳份、1,6-己二醇40莫耳份混合並在80℃下溶
解,一邊攪拌,一邊以脂肪族二羧酸之己二酸40莫耳份與芳香族二羧酸之間苯二甲酸60莫耳份所成之二羧酸混合物在210℃下進行20小時之縮合聚合反應,從而得到羥值56mgKOH/g,酸價0.4mgKOH/g之聚酯多元醇。接著,將前述所得之聚酯多元醇500質量份與甲苯二異氰酸酯39.2質量份置入反應容器,一邊攪拌一邊在100℃下反應7小時使反應完成後,進一步置入乙酸乙酯359.4質量份,從而得到聚酯聚胺基甲酸酯多元醇溶液(固形分40質量%,聚酯聚胺基甲酸酯多元醇之數平均分子量為14700,羥值3.1mgKOH/g(溶液值))。
<實施例17>
除了硬化劑(具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯),取代實施例1之亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)與三羥甲基丙烷之加合體聚異氰酸酯溶液14質量份,係配合四甲基亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(TMXDI)與三羥甲基丙烷之加合體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率10.2質量%,固形分75質量%)14質量份(參照表1)並攪拌而得到二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到圖1所示構成之蓄電裝置用外裝材1。
<比較例1>
除了硬化劑,取代實施例1之甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液6質量份、亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)與三羥甲基丙烷之加合體聚異氰酸酯溶液14質量份,係使用二苯甲烷二異氰酸酯(MDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率7.5質量%,固形分50質量%)20質量份(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到蓄電裝置用外裝材。
<比較例2>
除了硬化劑,取代實施例1之甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液6質量份、亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)與三羥甲基丙烷之加合體聚異氰酸酯溶液14質量份,係使用甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率7.6質量%,固形分50質量%)20質量份(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到蓄電裝置用外裝材。
<比較例3>
除了硬化劑,取代實施例1之甲苯二異氰酸酯(TDI)之異氰脲酸酯多官能體聚異氰酸酯溶液6質量份、亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)與三羥甲基丙烷之加合體聚異氰酸酯溶液14質量份,係使用亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯(XDI)與三羥甲基丙烷之加合體聚異氰酸酯溶液(NCO含有率11.9質量%,固形分75質量%)20質量份(參照表1)以外,其他皆與實施例1相同,得到蓄電裝置用外裝材。
又,上述實施例1~17及比較例1~3所使用之二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑(外側接著劑)之硬化膜之楊氏模量以表1表示。前述楊氏模量,係根據JIS K7127-1999(塑膠薄膜之拉伸試驗方法)而測定。具體而言,係在玻璃板上將各外側接著劑塗佈為50μm之厚度後,在40℃下進行加熱老化處理11天,使外側接著劑熱硬化,得到厚度46μm之硬化物。將前述硬化物從玻璃板上剝離後,裁切製作出長150mm,寬10mm,厚度46mm尺寸之試驗片,在夾頭間之初始距離100mm,標距50mm之條件下,使用島津分析公司製Strograph(拉伸試驗裝置)(AGS-5kNX),以拉伸速度200mm/分進行拉伸試驗而求出楊氏模量(MPa)。
對於如上述所得之各蓄電裝置用外裝材,基於下述評估法進行評估。其結果以表2表示。
<耐黃變性評估法>
於碳酸伸乙酯(EC)、碳酸二甲酯(DMC)以等量體積比配合之混合溶劑內以濃度1000ppm將六氟磷酸鋰(LiPF6)溶解之電解液,將蓄電裝置用外裝材
浸漬在其中,並在45℃環境下保管24小時後,取出蓄電裝置用外裝材以水洗淨並乾燥。對於前述乾燥後之蓄電裝置用外裝材,使用柯尼卡美能達公司製之色差式色彩計CM-2500C測定外側層側之Lab值,b值作為黃變度程度之判斷基準,根據下述判定基準進行評估。b值越大,黃色越濃。
(判定基準)
「◎」...b值為1.0以下(合格)
「○」...b值較1.0大且在2.0以下(合格)
「×」...b值較2.0大。
<成形性評估法>
使用成形深度自由之直身模具,以下述成形條件對於外裝材進行深絞伸1段成形,評估各成形深度(9.0mm、8.5mm、8.0mm、7.5mm、7.0mm、6.5mm、6.0mm、5.5mm、5.0mm、4.5mm、4.0mm、3.5mm、3.0mm、2.5mm、2.0mm)之成形性,調查角落部完全不會產生針孔之可進行良好成形之最大成形深度(mm),並根據下述判定基準進行成形性之評估。又,針孔的有無,係藉由肉眼觀察透過針孔之透過光的有無而調查。
(成形條件)
成形模...沖床:33.3mm×53.9mm、模:80mm×120mm、角落R:2mm、沖床R:1.3mm、模R:1mm
防皺壓力...表壓力:0.475MPa、實際壓力(計算值):0.7MPa
材質...SC(碳鋼)材、僅沖床R鍍鉻。
(判定基準)
「◎」...未發生針孔及破裂之最大成形深度為7.0mm以上(合格)
「○」...未發生針孔及破裂之最大成形深度為5.0mm以上且未達7.0mm(合格)
「×」...未發生針孔及破裂之最大成形深度未達5.0mm。
<熱層壓強度評估法>
由所得之蓄電裝置用外裝材裁切出寬15mm×長150mm之試驗體,在120℃之溫度環境下將前述試驗體保持1分鐘後,直接在120℃環境下,根據JIS K6854-3(1999年),使用島津分析公司製Strograph(拉伸試驗裝置)(AGS-5kNX)以拉伸速度100mm/分測定外側層2與金屬箔層4之間發生T型剝離時之剝離強度,將此作為熱層壓強度(N/15mm寬),根據下述判定基準進行評估。
(判定基準)
「◎」...熱層壓強度為「2.0N/15mm寬」以上(合格)
「○」...熱層壓強度為「1.5N/15mm寬」以上,未達「2.0N/15mm寬」(合格)
「△」...熱層壓強度為「1.0N/15mm寬」以上,未達「1.5N/15mm寬」(合格)
「×」...熱層壓強度未達「1.0N/15mm寬」。
<耐密封性評估法>
使用成形深度自由之直身模具對於外裝材進行成形深度5.0mm之深絞伸1段成形後,在將一對之成形品之周緣部彼此之內側層互相接觸重合之狀態下,使用測試產業股份有限公司製之熱密封裝置(TP-701-A),以熱密封溫度:170℃,密封壓力:0.2MPa(儀表顯示壓力),密封時間:6秒之條件進行
單面加熱而熱密封。由肉眼觀察熱密封品之外觀,調查熱密封品之外側層與金屬箔層之間是否有浮動部分或層間分離部分(剝離部分)或其長度,根據下述判定基準進行耐密封性之評估。
(判定基準)
「◎」...無浮動部分或層間分離部分(合格)
「○」...浮動部分、層間分離部分之長度超過0mm且2mm以下(合格)
「△」...浮動部分、層間分離部分之長度超過2mm且4mm以下(合格)
「×」...浮動部分、層間分離部分之長度較4mm為長。
從表可明確得知,本發明之實施例1~17之蓄電裝置用外裝材,耐黃變性優異,可確保良好之成形性,且可充分得到熱層壓強度,耐密封性亦良好。
相對於此,單獨使用芳香族多官能異氰酸酯作為硬化劑之比較例1、2,耐黃變性差劣。此外,單獨使用具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯作為硬化劑之比較例3,成形性差劣。
【產業利用性】
本發明之蓄電裝置用外裝材,具體例,係例如作為
.鋰離子蓄電池(鋰離子電池、鋰聚合物電池等)等之蓄電裝置
.鋰離子電容器
.雙電層電容器
等之各種蓄電裝置之外裝材使用。此外,本發明之蓄電裝置,除了上述示例之蓄電裝置之外,亦包含全固態電池。
本申請案,係伴隨著在2017年12月27日提出申請的日本專利申請案的特願2017-250366號的優先權主張,其揭示內容直接構成本申請案的一部分。

Claims (6)
- 一種蓄電裝置用外裝材,其係包含:外側層之基材層、內側層之熱熔性樹脂層、及配置在此等兩層間之金屬箔層,其特徵係:前述基材層與前述金屬箔層介由外側接著劑層而接著;前述外側接著劑層,係由二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑之硬化膜所形成,該二液硬化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑係包含:含有多元醇所成之主劑、及多官能異氰酸酯混合物,且前述多元醇之含有率係50質量%~95質量%;且前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物,係由包含芳香族多官能異氰酸酯、及具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯之混合物所成;前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物中之前述芳香族多官能異氰酸酯之含有率係5質量%~50質量%,前述多官能異氰酸酯混合物中之前述具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯之含有率係50質量%~95質量%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所記載之蓄電裝置用外裝材,其中,前述多元醇,係聚酯多元醇;前述聚酯多元醇,包含二羧酸成分;前述二羧酸成分,含有芳香族二羧酸,且前述二羧酸成分中之前述芳香族二羧酸之含有率係40莫耳%~80莫耳%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所記載之蓄電裝置用外裝材,其中,前述具有芳香環之脂肪族多官能異氰酸酯,係選自亞二甲苯二異氰酸酯及其變性體所成群中1種或2種以上之異氰酸酯。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所記載之蓄電裝置用外裝材,其中,前述二液硬 化型胺基甲酸酯接著劑之硬化膜之楊氏模量係90MPa~400MPa。
- 一種蓄電裝置用外裝外殼,其特徵係由申請專利範圍第1~4項中任一項所記載之蓄電裝置用外裝材之成形體所成。
- 一種蓄電裝置,其特徵係具備:蓄電裝置本體部、選自申請專利範圍第1~4項中任一項所記載之蓄電裝置用外裝材及申請專利範圍第5項所記載之蓄電裝置用外裝外殼所成群中1種或2種之外裝部材;且前述蓄電裝置本體部,係由前述外裝部材所外裝。
