Abstract

本發明揭露一按鍵,按鍵包括一防護蓋以及一鍵帽。鍵帽具有一導流肩面。當防護蓋與鍵帽使用黏膠彼此黏貼結合時,溢出的多餘黏膠可以留置於導流肩面,避免多餘之黏膠擴散至其他區域。

Description

按鍵
本發明係關於一種按鍵;特別關於一種電腦鍵盤的按鍵
電腦鍵盤的結構中,為了防止灰塵或是液體進入按鍵的縫隙或流入下方孔隙,通常會使用一層柔軟具彈性的防護罩覆蓋在鍵帽的上方,可以阻絕灰塵異物,同時藉由防護罩的彈性以及可撓性讓使用者能順利壓下鍵帽觸發訊號。再者,為了讓防護罩在鍵帽上進行定位,必須將一部分的防護罩黏貼於鍵帽頂面,通常是將黏膠塗佈在防護罩與鍵帽之間,以黏膠固定防護罩與鍵帽二者,讓防護罩有塗佈黏膠的部分定位於按鍵上,而防護罩上沒有被塗佈黏膠的區域則可以自由彈性拉伸,使按壓時不會妨礙鍵帽上下移動。
然而,在塗黏膠時,無論是以機器或人工噴塗都會產生黏膠塗佈不均勻的問題,導致過多黏膠從防護罩與鍵帽之間的縫隙溢出,此時溢出的黏膠會流淌到鍵帽表面其他區域,使其他不需塗黏膠的位置也沾染黏膠,讓防護罩原本可以自由拉伸的區域也沾黏到黏膠而貼附固定在鍵帽,使得鍵帽上下移動時被防護罩拉扯而受妨礙。
為了解決習知技術問題,本案提出一種按鍵。按鍵的鍵帽的鍵帽具有導流肩面,當黏膠從防護罩與鍵帽之間的縫隙溢出時,黏膠可以被留置在導流肩面,不會往鍵帽的其他區域擴散,使黏膠不會沾染到防護罩彈性拉伸的區域,維持按鍵的按壓手感及效果。
為了達到上述目的,本發明一種按鍵,包括:一底板;一彈性元件,設置於該底板上;一支撐元件,設置於該底板上並圍繞該彈性元件;一鍵帽,設置於該支撐元件上方並且連接該支撐元件,該支撐元件帶動該鍵帽靠近或遠離該底板,該鍵帽具有一頂面以及一導流肩面;以及一防護蓋,覆蓋於該鍵帽之該頂面,該防護蓋與該頂面之間塗佈一黏膠使該防護蓋與該頂面彼此黏貼結合,當該黏膠溢出該頂面時可被留置於該導流肩面。
較佳地,該導流肩面設置於該鍵帽周緣並且環繞該頂面。
較佳地,該導流肩面的角度大於該頂面。
較佳地,該鍵帽具有一外側壁面,該導流肩面位於該外側壁面與該頂面之間。
較佳地,該黏膠溢出該頂面時被留置於該導流肩面,並且該黏膠不沾染該外側壁面。
較佳地,該防護蓋具有一貼合面以及一拉伸面,該拉伸面設置於該貼合面周緣,該貼合面黏貼於該鍵帽之該頂面。
較佳地,該貼合面對應該鍵帽之該頂面與該導流肩面,並且該黏膠僅沾染該貼合面。
較佳地,該拉伸面不接觸該鍵帽之該頂面以及該導流肩面。
本發明提出的按鍵,可以將溢出的黏膠限制在導流肩面的位置,不會使黏膠到處擴散沾黏,避免造成按鍵結構因不當黏貼而造成毀損或是按壓行程手感被影響。

以下茲舉本發明較佳實施例並搭配圖式進行進一步之說明。
本發明之按鍵1包括一底板10、一開關電路層11、一彈性元件20、一支撐元件30、一鍵帽40以及一防護蓋50。開關電路層11設置於底板10上,用以產生按鍵訊號。彈性元件20設置於底板10並且位於開關電路層11上方,用以觸發開關電路層11。支撐元件30設置於底板10上並且圍繞彈性元件20,鍵帽40設置於支撐元件30上方並且連接支撐元件30。支撐元件30可帶動鍵帽40靠近或遠離底板10,當鍵帽40被按壓時往底板10方向移動並壓下彈性元件20,令彈性元件20接 觸開關電路層11而產生按鍵訊號。防護蓋50覆蓋於鍵帽40上,用以防止灰塵異物或水分進入鍵帽下方。防護蓋50與鍵帽40之間藉由一黏膠60而彼此黏貼結合,使防護蓋50定位於鍵帽40上,並且鍵帽40的結構能限制黏膠60的溢出範圍,防止黏膠60沾染其他元件。
以下詳細說明鍵帽40以及防護蓋50的結構。鍵帽40具有一頂面41、一導流肩面42以及一外側壁面43。頂面41位於鍵帽40頂部,外側壁面43為鍵帽40的外周壁,導流肩面42設置於鍵帽40的頂部周緣並環繞頂面41,且導流肩面42位於頂面41與外側壁面43之間。防護蓋50具有一貼合面51以及一拉伸面52。拉伸面52設置於貼合面51周緣,貼合面51與鍵帽40的頂面41黏貼結合。
參閱圖2,防護蓋50覆蓋鍵帽40,並且防護蓋50的貼合面51對應鍵帽40的頂面41,貼合面51與頂面41之間塗佈有黏膠60,使防護蓋50與頂面41互相黏貼結合。當防護蓋50的貼合面51與鍵帽40的頂面41之間的黏膠60量過多時,會從貼合面51與頂面41的縫隙中溢出,而溢出之黏膠61會沿著頂面41外圍流到導流肩面42上,導流肩面42提供一個緩衝的斜面能留置溢出的黏膠61,防止溢出的黏膠61持續往外面擴散,使溢出之黏膠61不會沾染到鍵帽40的外側壁面43,阻止黏膠擴散沾染。
進一步說明,導流肩面42的傾斜角度B大於頂面41的角度A,頂面41的角度是180度的平面,導流肩面42的傾斜角度為183度到195度之間。由於黏膠60有凝滯性以及乾燥後僵硬的特徵,因此溢出的黏膠61會在導流肩面42上逐漸凝滯且減緩流動,進而凝固留置於導流肩面42。
續說明本發明按鍵使用情況,請參閱圖3本發明較佳實施例之按鍵按壓狀態示意圖。防護蓋50的貼合面51面積比鍵帽40的頂面41面積大,貼合面 51涵蓋的範圍可以對應到頂面41和導流肩面42,使黏膠60僅沾染到貼合面51,防護蓋50的拉伸面52不會接觸到頂面41和導流肩面42因此不會沾染到黏膠60。
當使用者U按壓防護蓋50和鍵帽40時,鍵帽40會往底板10方向移動,此時鍵帽40的頂面41會帶動防護蓋50的貼合面51一起往底板方向移動,而防護蓋50的拉伸面52由於沒有沾染到黏膠60而處於可彈性拉伸的狀態,因此拉伸面52會彈性彎曲延伸,讓鍵帽40能穩定下降至底板10並觸發開關電路層11。
防護蓋50是一層柔軟具彈性的橡膠片,有良好的拉伸彈力。鍵帽40的導流肩面42可以用切削或一體成形的方式形成在鍵帽40的頂面41周緣。
本發明之按鍵,鍵帽表面可以留置多餘的黏膠並限制黏膠往其他區域擴散,防止黏膠沾染到其他區域或元件,維持按鍵結構與按壓功能。
上所述僅為本發明的較佳實施例,並非用以限定本發明的權利要求範圍,因此凡其他未脫離本發明所揭示的精神下所完成的等效改變或修飾,均應包含于本發明的範圍內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種按鍵,包括:一底板;一彈性元件,設置於該底板;一支撐元件,設置於該底板並圍繞該彈性元件;一鍵帽,設置於該支撐元件上方並且連接該支撐元件,該支撐元件帶動該鍵帽靠近或遠離該底板,該鍵帽具有一頂面以及一導流肩面;以及一防護蓋,覆蓋於該鍵帽之該頂面,該防護蓋與該頂面之間塗佈一黏膠使該防護蓋與該頂面彼此黏貼結合,當該黏膠溢出該頂面時可被留置於該導流肩面。
  2. 如請求項1之按鍵,其中,該導流肩面設置於該鍵帽周緣並且環繞該頂面。
  3. 如請求項1之按鍵,其中,該導流肩面的角度大於該頂面。
  4. 如請求項1之按鍵,其中,該鍵帽具有一外側壁面,該導流肩面位於該外側壁面與該頂面之間。
  5. 如請求項4之按鍵,其中,該黏膠溢出該頂面時被留置於該導流肩面,並且該黏膠不沾染該外側壁面。
  6. 如請求項1之按鍵,其中,該防護蓋具有一貼合面以及一拉伸面,該拉伸面設置於該貼合面周緣,該貼合面黏貼於該鍵帽之該頂面。
  7. 如請求項6之按鍵,其中,該貼合面對應該鍵帽之該頂面與該導流肩面,並且該黏膠僅沾染該貼合面。
  8. 如請求項6之按鍵,其中,該拉伸面不接觸該鍵帽之該頂面以及該導流肩面。
