Abstract

Description

電連接器組件及互連裝置
本發明係有關於一種電連接器組件,特別是指一種具有彈性導電體之電連接器組件及互連裝置。
常見的連接器接觸,是上下兩排的金屬端子藉由一定的正向力以保持接觸,就接觸處而言,金屬端子是屬於彈性接觸結構,正向力將影響其阻抗大小,需要保持足夠低的接觸阻抗,才能夠避免在使用過程中受到振動或其他外力而產生斷訊。
在結構的改良上,現已設計出具有魚眼結構的端子,在彈性回復力的作用下,各端子與相對應的插孔緊密接觸,並保證端子與主電路板電性連接,然而,由於端子的魚眼結構,連接器並無法輕易從主電路板拆卸下來。
有鑑於上述問題,本發明於一實施例中提供一種電連接器組件,組設於載體,載體上設置有複數第一訊號凸點以及複數第一接地凸點。電連接器組件包括複數訊號端子、複數接地端子以及彈性導電體。複數訊號端子對應於第一訊號凸點。複數接地端子設置於鄰近訊號端子,並對應於第一接地凸點。彈性導電體具有複數彈性導電部,彈性導電體設置於載體上方,訊號端子以及接地端子藉由壓縮彈性導電體之彈性導電部以分別與載體之第一訊號凸點及第一接地凸點電性連接。
在一些實施例中,訊號端子直接頂抵彈性導電體以電性連接第一訊號凸點,接地端子直接頂抵彈性導電體以電性連接第一接地凸點。
在一些實施例中,更包括連接器電路板,設置於訊號端子與彈性導電體之間,以及接地端子與彈性導電體之間。連接器電路板設置有複數訊號通道以及複數接地通道,連接器電路板的底部設置有複數第二訊號凸點以及複數第二接地凸點,訊號端子穿過並電性連接連接器電路板上之訊號通道,且第二訊號凸點壓縮並電性連接彈性導電體,接地端子穿過並電性連接連接器電路板上之接地通道,且第二接地凸點壓縮並電性連接彈性導電體。
在一些實施例中,載體為電路板。
在一些實施例中,更包括絕緣本體及複數線纜,絕緣本體設置有複數通孔,線纜自絕緣本體之端部穿設於通孔中,二訊號端子連接於線纜之端部且二訊號端子自絕緣本體之另一端部穿出絕緣本體。
在一些實施例中,各訊號端子具有第一魚眼,各接地端子具有第二魚眼,各訊號端子之第一魚眼與各接地端子之第二魚眼相互垂直。
在一些實施例中,各線纜包括絕緣層、塑膠層以及屏蔽層,絕緣層分別包覆二訊號端子,塑膠層包覆絕緣層,屏蔽層包覆塑膠層。
在一些實施例中,更包括金屬間隔件設置於絕緣本體中,二接地端子為一組相鄰結合,各組的二接地端子以垂直於金屬間隔件的方式,間隔組設於金屬間隔件,以間隔出複數空間,各線纜穿設於各空間中。
在一些實施例中,絕緣本體包括複數彼此平行排列的絕緣框架,各絕緣框架固設有訊號端子、接地端子以及線纜。
在一些實施例中,各絕緣框架被複數導電殼體包覆,導電殼體與接地端子接合。
在一些實施例中,相鄰絕緣框架的導電殼體之間設有導電板,導電板向兩側交錯設有複數彈片,彈片與導電殼體抵接。
在一些實施例中,導電殼體底部朝向載體凸伸有複數凸片,凸片分別相鄰一對訊號端子。
本發明於另一實施例中提供一種互連裝置,包括如上所述之電連接器組件、載體以及晶片。晶片組設於並電性連接載體。
在一些實施例中,載體為電路板,電連接器組件組設於載體,並藉由載體電性連接晶片。
綜上所述,本發明所提供之電連接器組件及互連裝置,藉由彈性導電體的設置,在連接器與主電路板之間的接觸處壓縮彈性導電體的同時,實現連接器與主電路板的電性連接,且藉由彈性導電體的設置,能夠使連接器較易於從主電路板拆卸下來,符合使用者的彈性需求。

請參閱圖1及圖2,為本發明一實施例之電連接器組件,圖1係本發明一實施例電連接器組件之分解圖,圖2係本發明一實施例電連接器組件之外觀示意圖。如圖1所示,本實施例之電連接器組件100,包括複數訊號端子30、複數接地端子40以及彈性導電體50。本實施例中,電連接器組件100組設於載體60。舉例來說,載體60可為電路板,且電路板上設置有複數第一訊號凸點61以及複數第一接地凸點62。
組設時,電連接器組件100之訊號端子30將對應於第一訊號凸點61,接地端子40則是設置於鄰近訊號端子30,並對應於第一接地凸點62。
繼續參閱圖1,本實施例中,彈性導電體50設置於載體60上方,當訊號端子30以及接地端子40要與載體60上的第一訊號凸點61以及第一接地凸點62形成電性連接時,訊號端子30以及接地端子40可藉由直接或間接接觸並壓縮彈性導電體50的方式,以分別與載體60之第一訊號凸點61以及第一接地凸點62電性連接。
在一實施態樣中,訊號端子30直接頂抵彈性導電體50以電性連接第一訊號凸點61,接地端子40直接頂抵彈性導電體50以電性連接第一接地凸點62。
而在本實施例中,訊號端子30以及接地端子40是藉由間接接觸並壓縮彈性導電體50的方式,以分別與載體60之第一訊號凸點61以及第一接地凸點62電性連接。如圖1所示,本實施例之電連接器組件100,更包括連接器電路板70,設置於訊號端子30與彈性導電體50之間,以及接地端子40與彈性導電體50之間。連接器電路板70設置有複數訊號通道以及複數接地通道(圖中未示出),且底部設置有複數第二訊號凸點71以及複數第二接地凸點72。第二訊號凸點71設置於訊號通道及彈性導電體50之間,第二接地凸點72設置於接地通道及彈性導電體50之間。訊號端子30穿過並藉由訊號通道內的金屬電性連接連接器電路板70,且第二訊號凸點71壓縮並電性連接彈性導電體50。接地端子40穿過並藉由接地通道內的金屬電性連接連接器電路板70,且第二接地凸點72壓縮並電性連接彈性導電體50。
藉由彈性導電體50的設置,在訊號端子30、接地端子40與載體60(如電路板)之間的接觸處壓縮彈性導電體50的同時,實現訊號端子30、接地端子40與載體60(如電路板)的電性連接,且藉由彈性導電體50的設置,能夠使訊號端子30、接地端子40較易於從載體60(如電路板)拆卸下來,符合使用者的彈性需求。
在圖1當中,第一訊號凸點61、第一接地凸點62、第二訊號凸點71以及第二接地凸點72係以電路板上的墊片作為例示,但不以此為限。在一些實施態樣中,第一訊號凸點61、第一接地凸點62、第二訊號凸點71以及第二接地凸點72可為另外於電路板上所設置的球柵陣列(Ball Grid Array,BGA)。
請同時參閱圖1及圖2,本實施例之電連接器組件100,更包括絕緣本體10及複數線纜20,絕緣本體10設置有複數通孔11,線纜20自絕緣本體10之端部12穿設於通孔11中,訊號端子30及接地端子40自絕緣本體10之另一端部13穿出絕緣本體10。
為能更清楚示意並說明在線纜20與訊號端子30的連接設置方式,以及訊號端子30與接地端子40在前端魚眼結構的相對位置關係,接著請參閱圖3,圖3係本發明一實施例電連接器組件中訊號端子及接地端子之局部外觀示意圖,為方便說明,已省略線纜20的部分外部結構。由圖3可見,兩個訊號端子30連接於線纜20之端部21,各訊號端子30具有第一魚眼31,各接地端子40具有第二魚眼41,各訊號端子30之第一魚眼31與各接地端子40之第二魚眼41相互垂直,以導引方向並準確壓接於連接器電路板。
本實施例中,訊號端子30以及接地端子40藉由魚眼結構,壓縮並電性連接彈性導電體50,但不以此為限。在一些實施態樣中,訊號端子30以及接地端子40可具有其他可壓縮之構型,以壓縮並電性連接彈性導電體50。
進一步,由圖3可見,本實施例之電連接器組件100,更包括複數金屬間隔件90設置於絕緣本體10中。兩個接地端子40為一組相鄰結合,各組的接地端子40以垂直於金屬間隔件90的方式,間隔組設於金屬間隔件90,以間隔出複數空間,各線纜20則穿設於各空間中,且線纜20的接地芯線連接金屬間隔件90。
接著請參閱圖4,圖4係本發明一實施例電連接器組件中線纜之局部剖面圖。由圖4可見,線纜20包括絕緣層22、塑膠層23及屏蔽層24,絕緣層22分別包覆二訊號端子30,塑膠層23包覆絕緣層22,屏蔽層24包覆塑膠層23。
接下來,請參閱圖5及圖6,圖5係本發明一實施例電連接器組件之彈性導電體壓縮前導電粒子示意圖,圖6係本發明一實施例電連接器組件之彈性導電體壓縮後導電粒子示意圖。本實施例中,彈性導電體50具有複數彈性導電部51,上電路板53具有第二凸點531,下電路板54具有第一凸點541。具體而言,每個彈性導電部51中的導電粒子是沿壓縮方向排列,且不與相鄰彈性導電部的導電粒子接觸。由圖5及圖6可見,圖6當中沿壓縮方向的導電粒子52較圖5當中的導電粒子52密集,因此壓縮後的狀態(如圖6所示),相較於壓縮前的狀態(如圖5所示),彈性導電體50的導電效能更佳。
為能更清楚示意並說明絕緣本體10的內部結構,接著請參閱圖7及圖8,圖7係本發明一實施例電連接器組件中絕緣本體內部結構之分解示意圖(一),圖8係本發明一實施例電連接器組件中絕緣本體內部結構之分解示意圖(二),為方便說明,圖7只繪示出其中一排線纜20及部分元件,而圖8省略了絕緣本體10外部殼體。由圖7可見,絕緣本體10的內部包括絕緣框架14,固設有訊號端子30、接地端子40以及線纜20,且絕緣框架14被複數導電殼體15包覆,導電殼體15與接地端子40接合。接地端子40固設於線纜20之兩側時,呈垂直排列,且接地端子40包括有側板42,側板42與金屬間隔件90垂直相交設置,各線纜20設於兩相鄰側板42之間,各接地端子40的側板42凸伸複數第二魚眼41,導電殼體15上對應設置有複數通孔152,組裝時,接地端子40的側板42容設於導電殼體15的通孔152中,以與導電殼體15固定。
進一步地,導電殼體15上設置有複數貫孔151,絕緣框架14上對應設置有凸塊141,因此當接地端子40垂直排列設置於金屬間隔件90而間隔出空間,再將線纜20穿設於空間後,藉由凸塊141及貫孔151的對應扣合,得以將導電殼體15、絕緣框架14以及線纜20固定且組裝於絕緣本體10的內部結構中,絕緣框架14可為複數個且彼此平行排列。而在每一個絕緣框架14中會固設與金屬間隔件90組設為一橫排組件的複數訊號端子30、複數接地端子40以及複數線纜20。
如圖8所示,相鄰絕緣框架14的導電殼體15之間設有導電板16,導電板16向兩側交錯設有複數彈片17,彈片17與導電殼體15抵接。且導電殼體15底部朝向載體60凸伸有複數凸片18,凸片18分別相鄰一對訊號端子30。
本發明於另一實施例中提供一種互連裝置200,包括如上所述之電連接器組件100、載體60以及晶片80。
請參閱圖9,圖9係本發明一實施例互連裝置之外觀示意圖,晶片80組設於並電性連接載體60。載體60為電路板,電連接器組件100組設於載體60,並藉由載體60電性連接晶片80。本實施例之互連裝置200,可實現在載體60上各電連接器組件100與晶片80之間的電性連接。
綜上所述,本發明所提供之電連接器組件100及互連裝置200,藉由彈性導電體50的設置,在連接器與主電路板之間的接觸處壓縮彈性導電體50的同時,實現連接器與主電路板的電性連接,且藉由彈性導電體50的設置,能夠使連接器較易於從主電路板拆卸下來,符合使用者的彈性需求。
雖然本發明以前述之實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習相像技術者,在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,當可作些許之更動與潤飾,因此本發明之專利保護範圍須視本說明書所附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (14)

  1. 一種電連接器組件,組設於一載體,該載體上設置有複數第一訊號凸點以及複數第一接地凸點,該電連接器組件包括:一絕緣本體;複數訊號端子,對應於該些第一訊號凸點,該些訊號端子自該絕緣本體之一端部穿出該絕緣本體;複數接地端子,設置於鄰近該些訊號端子,並對應於該些第一接地凸點;以及一彈性導電體,具有複數彈性導電部,該彈性導電體設置於該載體上方,該些訊號端子以及該些接地端子藉由壓縮該彈性導電體之該些彈性導電部以分別與該載體之該些第一訊號凸點及該些第一接地凸點電性連接。
  2. 如請求項1所述之電連接器組件,其中該些訊號端子直接頂抵該彈性導電體以電性連接該些第一訊號凸點,該些接地端子直接頂抵該彈性導電體以電性連接該些第一接地凸點。
  3. 如請求項1所述之電連接器組件,更包括一連接器電路板,設置於該些訊號端子與該彈性導電體之間,以及該些接地端子與該彈性導電體之間,該連接器電路板設置有複數訊號通道以及複數接地通道,該連接器電路板的底部設置有複數第二訊號凸點以及複數第二接地凸點,該些訊號端子穿過並電性連接該連接器電路板上之該些訊號通道,且該些第二訊號凸點壓縮並電性連接該彈性導電體,該些接地端子穿過並電 性連接該連接器電路板上之該些接地通道,且該些第二接地凸點壓縮並電性連接該彈性導電體。
  4. 如請求項1所述之電連接器組件,其中該載體為一電路板。
  5. 如請求項1所述之電連接器組件,更包括複數線纜,其中該絕緣本體設置有複數通孔,該些線纜自該絕緣本體之一端部穿設於該些通孔中,二該訊號端子連接於一該線纜之一端部且二該訊號端子自該絕緣本體之另一端部穿出該絕緣本體。
  6. 如請求項1所述之電連接器組件,其中各該些訊號端子具有一第一魚眼,各該些接地端子具有一第二魚眼,各該些訊號端子之該第一魚眼與各該些接地端子之該第二魚眼相互垂直。
  7. 如請求項5所述之電連接器組件,其中各該些線纜包括一絕緣層、一塑膠層以及一屏蔽層,該絕緣層分別包覆二該訊號端子,該塑膠層包覆該絕緣層,該屏蔽層包覆該塑膠層。
  8. 如請求項5所述之電連接器組件,更包括複數金屬間隔件設置於該絕緣本體中,二該接地端子為一組相鄰結合,各組的二該接地端子以垂直於該些金屬間隔件的方式,間隔組設於該些金屬間隔件,以間隔出複數空間,各該些線纜穿設於各該些空間中。
  9. 如請求項5所述之電連接器組件,其中該絕緣本體包括複數彼此平行排列的絕緣框架,各該些絕緣框架固設有該些訊號端子、該些接地端子以及該些線纜。
  10. 如請求項9所述之電連接器組件,其中各該些絕緣框架被複數導電殼體包覆,該些導電殼體與該些接地端子接合。
  11. 如請求項10所述之電連接器組件,其中相鄰該些絕緣框架的該些導電殼體之間設有一導電板,該導電板向兩側交錯設有複數彈片,該些彈片與該些導電殼體抵接。
  12. 如請求項9所述之電連接器組件,其中該些導電殼體底部朝向該載體凸伸有複數凸片,該些凸片分別相鄰一對訊號端子。
  13. 一種互連裝置,包括:如請求項1至12任一項所述之電連接器組件;一載體;以及一晶片,組設於並電性連接該載體。
  14. 如請求項13所述之互連裝置,其中該載體為一電路板,該電連接器組件組設於該載體,並藉由該載體電性連接該晶片。
