技术领域
本发明有关于一种电连接器组件,特别是指一种具有弹性导电体的电连接器组件及互连装置。
背景技术
常见的连接器接触,是上下两排的金属端子藉由一定的正向力以保持接触,就接触处而言,金属端子是属于弹性接触结构,正向力将影响其阻抗大小,需要保持足够低的接触阻抗,才能够避免在使用过程中受到振动或其他外力而产生断信。
在结构的改良上,现已设计出具有鱼眼结构的端子,在弹性回复力的作用下,各端子与相对应的插孔紧密接触,并保证端子与主电路板电性连接,然而,由于端子的鱼眼结构,连接器并无法轻易从主电路板拆卸下来。
发明内容
有鉴于上述问题,本发明于一实施例中提供一种电连接器组件,组设于载体,载体上设置有多个第一信号凸点以及多个第一接地凸点。电连接器组件包括多个信号端子、多个接地端子以及弹性导电体。多个信号端子对应于第一信号凸点。多个接地端子设置于邻近信号端子,并对应于第一接地凸点。弹性导电体具有多个弹性导电部,弹性导电体设置于载体上方,信号端子以及接地端子藉由压缩弹性导电体的弹性导电部以分别与载体之第一信号凸点及第一接地凸点电性连接。
在一些实施例中,信号端子直接顶抵弹性导电体以电性连接第一信号凸点,接地端子直接顶抵弹性导电体以电性连接第一接地凸点。
在一些实施例中,更包括连接器电路板,设置于信号端子与弹性导电体之间,以及接地端子与弹性导电体之间。连接器电路板设置有多个信号通道以及多个接地通道,连接器电路板的底部设置有多个第二信号凸点以及多个第二接地凸点,信号端子穿过并电性连接连接器电路板上的信号通道,且第二信号凸点压缩并电性连接弹性导电体,接地端子穿过并电性连接连接器电路板上的接地通道,且第二接地凸点压缩并电性连接弹性导电体。
在一些实施例中,载体为电路板。
在一些实施例中,更包括绝缘本体及多个线缆,绝缘本体设置有多个通孔,线缆自绝缘本体的端部穿设于通孔中,二信号端子连接于线缆的端部且二信号端子自绝缘本体的另一端部穿出绝缘本体。
在一些实施例中,各信号端子具有第一鱼眼,各接地端子具有第二鱼眼,各信号端子的第一鱼眼与各接地端子的第二鱼眼相互垂直。
在一些实施例中,各线缆包括绝缘层、塑胶层以及屏蔽层,绝缘层分别包覆二信号端子,塑胶层包覆绝缘层,屏蔽层包覆塑胶层。
在一些实施例中,更包括金属间隔件设置于绝缘本体中,二接地端子为一组相邻结合,各组的二接地端子以垂直于金属间隔件的方式,间隔组设于金属间隔件,以间隔出多个空间,各线缆穿设于各空间中。
在一些实施例中,绝缘本体包括彼此平行排列的多个绝缘框架,各绝缘框架固设有信号端子、接地端子以及线缆。
在一些实施例中,各绝缘框架被多个导电壳体包覆,导电壳体与接地端子接合。
在一些实施例中,相邻绝缘框架的导电壳体之间设有导电板,导电板向两侧交错设有多个弹片,弹片与导电壳体抵接。
在一些实施例中,导电壳体底部朝向载体凸伸有多个凸片,凸片分别相邻一对信号端子。
本发明于另一实施例中提供一种互连装置,包括上述的电连接器组件、载体以及芯片。芯片组设于并电性连接载体。
在一些实施例中,载体为电路板,电连接器组件组设于载体,并藉由载体电性连接芯片。
综上所述,本发明所提供的电连接器组件及互连装置,藉由弹性导电体的设置,在连接器与主电路板之间的接触处压缩弹性导电体的同时,实现连接器与主电路板的电性连接,且藉由弹性导电体的设置,能够使连接器较易于从主电路板拆卸下来,符合使用者的弹性需求。

下面结合附图对本发明的结构原理和工作原理作具体的描述:
请参阅图1及图2,为本发明一实施例的电连接器组件,图1为本发明一实施例电连接器组件的分解图,图2本发明一实施例电连接器组件的外观示意图。如图1所示,本实施例的电连接器组件100,包括多个信号端子30、多个接地端子40以及弹性导电体50。本实施例中,电连接器组件100组设于载体60。举例来说,载体60可为电路板,且电路板上设置有多个第一信号凸点61以及多个第一接地凸点62。
组设时,电连接器组件100的信号端子30将对应于第一信号凸点61,接地端子40则是设置于邻近信号端子30,并对应于第一接地凸点62。
继续参阅图1,本实施例中,弹性导电体50设置于载体60上方,当信号端子30以及接地端子40要与载体60上的第一信号凸点61以及第一接地凸点62形成电性连接时,信号端子30以及接地端子40可藉由直接或间接接触并压缩弹性导电体50的方式,以分别与载体60的第一信号凸点61以及第一接地凸点62电性连接。
在一实施例中,信号端子30直接顶抵弹性导电体50以电性连接第一信号凸点61,接地端子40直接顶抵弹性导电体50以电性连接第一接地凸点62。
而在本实施例中,信号端子30以及接地端子40是藉由间接接触并压缩弹性导电体50的方式,以分别与载体60的第一信号凸点61以及第一接地凸点62电性连接。如图1所示,本实施例的电连接器组件100,更包括连接器电路板70,设置于信号端子30与弹性导电体50之间,以及接地端子40与弹性导电体50之间。连接器电路板70设置有多个信号通道以及多个接地通道(图中未示出),且底部设置有多个第二信号凸点71以及多个第二接地凸点72。第二信号凸点71设置于信号通道及弹性导电体50之间,第二接地凸点72设置于接地通道及弹性导电体50之间。信号端子30穿过并藉由信号通道内的金属电性连接连接器电路板70,且第二信号凸点71压缩并电性连接弹性导电体50。接地端子40穿过并藉由接地通道内的金属电性连接连接器电路板70,且第二接地凸点72压缩并电性连接弹性导电体50。
藉由弹性导电体50的设置,在信号端子30、接地端子40与载体60(如电路板)之间的接触处压缩弹性导电体50的同时,实现信号端子30、接地端子40与载体60(如电路板)的电性连接,且藉由弹性导电体50的设置,能够使信号端子30、接地端子40较易于从载体60(如电路板)拆卸下来,符合使用者的弹性需求。
在图1当中,第一信号凸点61、第一接地凸点62、第二信号凸点71以及第二接地凸点72系以电路板上的垫片作为例示,但不以此为限。在一些实施例中,第一信号凸点61、第一接地凸点62、第二信号凸点71以及第二接地凸点72可为另外于电路板上所设置的球栅阵列(Ball Grid Array,BGA)。
请同时参阅图1及图2,本实施例的电连接器组件100,更包括绝缘本体10及多个线缆20,绝缘本体10设置有多个通孔11,线缆20自绝缘本体10的端部12穿设于通孔11中,信号端子30及接地端子40自绝缘本体10的另一端部13穿出绝缘本体10。
为能更清楚示意并说明在线缆20与信号端子30的连接设置方式,以及信号端子30与接地端子40在前端鱼眼结构的相对位置关系,接着请参阅图3,图3为本发明一实施例电连接器组件中信号端子及接地端子的局部外观示意图,为方便说明,已省略线缆20的部分外部结构。由图3可见,两个信号端子30连接于线缆20的端部21,各信号端子30具有第一鱼眼31,各接地端子40具有第二鱼眼41,各信号端子30的第一鱼眼31与各接地端子40的第二鱼眼41相互垂直,以导引方向并准确压接于连接器电路板。
本实施例中,信号端子30以及接地端子40藉由鱼眼结构,压缩并电性连接弹性导电体50,但不以此为限。在一些实施例中,信号端子30以及接地端子40可具有其他可压缩的构型,以压缩并电性连接弹性导电体50。
进一步,由图3可见,本实施例的电连接器组件100,更包括多个金属间隔件90设置于绝缘本体10中。两个接地端子40为一组相邻结合,各组的接地端子40以垂直于金属间隔件90的方式,间隔组设于金属间隔件90,以间隔出多个空间,各线缆20则穿设于各空间中,且线缆20的接地芯线连接金属间隔件90。
接着请参阅图4,图4为本发明一实施例电连接器组件中线缆的局部剖面图。由图4可见,线缆20包括绝缘层22、塑胶层23及屏蔽层24,绝缘层22分别包覆二信号端子30,塑胶层23包覆绝缘层22,屏蔽层24包覆塑胶层23。
接下来,请参阅图5及图6,图5为本发明一实施例电连接器组件的弹性导电体压缩前导电粒子示意图,图6为本发明一实施例电连接器组件的弹性导电体压缩后导电粒子示意图。本实施例中,弹性导电体50具有多个弹性导电部51,上电路板53具有第二凸点531,下电路板54具有第一凸点541。具体而言,每个弹性导电部51中的导电粒子是沿压缩方向排列,且不与相邻弹性导电部的导电粒子接触。由图5及图6可见,图6当中沿压缩方向的导电粒子52较图5当中的导电粒子52密集,因此压缩后的状态(如图6所示),相较于压缩前的状态(如图5所示),弹性导电体50的导电效能更佳。
为能更清楚示意并说明绝缘本体10的内部结构,接着请参阅图7及图8,图7为本发明一实施例电连接器组件中绝缘本体内部结构的分解示意图(一),图8为本发明一实施例电连接器组件中绝缘本体内部结构的分解示意图(二),为方便说明,图7只绘示出其中一排线缆20及部分元件,而图8省略了绝缘本体10外部壳体。由图7可见,绝缘本体10的内部包括绝缘框架14,固设有信号端子30、接地端子40以及线缆20,且绝缘框架14被多个导电壳体15包覆,导电壳体15与接地端子40接合。接地端子40固设于线缆20的两侧时,呈垂直排列,且接地端子40包括有侧板42,侧板42与金属间隔件90垂直相交设置,各线缆20设于两相邻侧板42之间,各接地端子40的侧板42凸伸多个第二鱼眼41,导电壳体15上对应设置有多个通孔152,组装时,接地端子40的侧板42容设于导电壳体15的通孔152中,以与导电壳体15固定。
进一步地,导电壳体15上设置有多个贯孔151,绝缘框架14上对应设置有凸块141,因此当接地端子40垂直排列设置于金属间隔件90而间隔出空间,再将线缆20穿设于空间后,藉由凸块141及贯孔151的对应扣合,得以将导电壳体15、绝缘框架14以及线缆20固定且组装于绝缘本体10的内部结构中,绝缘框架14可为多个且彼此平行排列。而在每一个绝缘框架14中会固设与金属间隔件90组设为一横排组件的多个信号端子30、多个接地端子40以及多个线缆20。
如图8所示,相邻绝缘框架14的导电壳体15之间设有导电板16,导电板16向两侧交错设有多个弹片17,弹片17与导电壳体15抵接。且导电壳体15底部朝向载体60凸伸有多个凸片18,凸片18分别相邻一对信号端子30。
本发明于另一实施例中提供一种互连装置200,包括上述的电连接器组件100、载体60以及芯片80。
请参阅图9,图9为本发明一实施例互连装置的外观示意图,芯片80组设于并电性连接载体60。载体60为电路板,电连接器组件100组设于载体60,并藉由载体60电性连接芯片80。本实施例的互连装置200,可实现在载体60上各电连接器组件100与芯片80之间的电性连接。
综上所述,本发明所提供的电连接器组件100及互连装置200,藉由弹性导电体50的设置,在连接器与主电路板之间的接触处压缩弹性导电体50的同时,实现连接器与主电路板的电性连接,且藉由弹性导电体50的设置,能够使连接器较易于从主电路板拆卸下来,符合使用者的弹性需求。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (14)

1.一种电连接器组件,组设于一载体,该载体上设置有多个第一信号凸点以及多个第一接地凸点,其特征在于,该电连接器组件包括:
多个信号端子,对应于该多个第一信号凸点;
多个接地端子,设置于邻近该多个信号端子,并对应于该多个第一接地凸点;以及
一弹性导电体,具有多个弹性导电部,该弹性导电体设置于该载体上方,该多个信号端子以及该多个接地端子藉由压缩该弹性导电体的该多个弹性导电部以分别与该载体的该多个第一信号凸点及该多个第一接地凸点电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于,该多个信号端子直接顶抵该弹性导电体以电性连接该多个第一信号凸点,该多个接地端子直接顶抵该弹性导电体以电性连接该多个第一接地凸点。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于,更包括一连接器电路板,设置于该多个信号端子与该弹性导电体之间,以及该多个接地端子与该弹性导电体之间,该连接器电路板设置有多个信号通道以及多个接地通道,该连接器电路板的底部设置有多个第二信号凸点以及多个第二接地凸点,该多个信号端子穿过并藉由该多个信号通道电性连接该连接器电路板,且该多个第二信号凸点压缩并电性连接该弹性导电体,该多个接地端子穿过并藉由该多个接地通道电性连接该连接器电路板,且该多个第二接地凸点压缩并电性连接该弹性导电体。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于,该载体为一电路板。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于,更包括一绝缘本体及多个线缆,该绝缘本体设置有多个通孔,各该多个线缆自该绝缘本体的一端部穿设于各该多个通孔中,各该信号端子连接于各该线缆的一端部,该多个信号端子及该多个接地端子自该绝缘本体的另一端部穿出该绝缘本体。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于,各该多个信号端子具有一第一鱼眼,各该多个接地端子具有一第二鱼眼,各该多个信号端子的该第一鱼眼与各该多个接地端子的该第二鱼眼相互垂直。
7.如权利要求5所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于,各该多个线缆包括一绝缘层、一塑胶层以及一屏蔽层,该绝缘层分别包覆二个该信号端子,该塑胶层包覆该绝缘层,该屏蔽层包覆该塑胶层。
8.如权利要求5所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于,更包括多个金属间隔件,设置于该绝缘本体中,二个相邻该接地端子结合为一组,各组的二个该接地端子以垂直于该多个金属间隔件的方式,间隔组设于该多个金属间隔件,以间隔出多个空间,各该多个线缆穿设于各该多个空间中。
9.如权利要求5所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于,该绝缘本体包括彼此平行排列的多个绝缘框架,各该多个绝缘框架固设有该多个信号端子、该多个接地端子以及该多个线缆。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于,各该多个绝缘框架被多个导电壳体包覆,各该多个导电壳体与各该多个接地端子接合。
11.如权利要求10所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于,相邻各该多个绝缘框架的该多个导电壳体之间设有一导电板,该导电板向两侧交错设有多个弹片,该多个弹片与该多个导电壳体抵接。
12.如权利要求10所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于,该多个导电壳体底部朝向该载体凸伸有多个凸片,该多个凸片分别相邻一对信号端子。
13.一种互连装置,其特征在于,包括:
一如权利要求1至12任一项所述的电连接器组件;
一载体;以及
一芯片,组设于并电性连接该载体。
14.如权利要求13所述的互连装置,其特征在于,该载体为一电路板,该电连接器组件组设于该载体,并藉由该载体电性连接该芯片。
