Abstract
一種屋頂調溫的空心磚,包含一沿一橫方向延伸的底壁、二沿該橫方向間隔且自該底壁同向延伸的側壁、多個自該底壁於該等側壁之間與該等側壁同向延伸的立牆、一銜接於該等側壁與該等立牆相反於該底壁之一側的頂蓋,及二分別自該等側壁以遠離彼此的方向延伸的側托架。該頂蓋與該底壁、該等側壁,及該等立牆共同界定出多個涵洞。多個本發明屋頂調溫的空心磚能彼此間隔陣列設置,使配合的浪板搭接於所述側托架,與該等空心磚形成具有連接關係的完整結構。透過該等涵洞及浪板與該頂蓋間的段差,能形成橫向及縱向的通風路徑,產生隔熱效果。
Description
本發明是有關於一種組合式屋頂通風調溫結構的零件,特別是指一種屋頂調溫的空心磚。
參閱圖1,為一現有之用於屋頂的隔熱磚1,包含一本體11,及一蓋設於該本體11且採用多孔性材質製成的頂板12。其中,該本體11包括圍繞界定出一沿縱向貫通之內空間100的周壁111、多個設置於該內空間100中並將該內空間100分隔為多個分區101的隔板112,及多個彼此間隔而凹設於該周壁111外側,且沿縱向延伸的通風槽113。
同時參閱圖1與圖2,使用多個該隔熱磚1,能彼此緊鄰抵靠而組構為屋頂的隔熱結構,透過所述頂板12之多孔性材質所具有的通風特性,可藉由該等內空間100或是該等分區101,產生縱向的通風效果。
然而,由於所述隔熱磚1之周壁111並沒有能與另一個所述隔熱磚1相互銜接的結構,使得該等隔熱磚1相互緊鄰依靠時,實質上並沒有共同連接為一完整的整體結構,結合強度以及使用安全上皆有所疑慮。另外,雖然所述隔熱磚1能藉由該頂板12的多孔結構產生通風效果,但就實際情況評估,實質上僅有少數的氣流能直接通過迂迴的多孔結構,進而穿過該等分區101或該等通風槽113而產生通風效果。況且,縱然氣流順利沿上下的縱方向對流,在該等隔熱磚1無法沿橫方向產生通風效果的情況下,也難以確實形成良好的隔熱、散熱效果。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種能配合浪板而組構為屋頂通風調溫結構,且達成良好之通風、隔熱、散熱效果的屋頂調溫的空心磚。
於是,本發明屋頂調溫的空心磚,包含一沿一橫方向延伸的底壁、二沿該橫方向間隔且自該底壁同向延伸的側壁、多個自該底壁於該等側壁之間與該等側壁同向延伸的立牆、一銜接於該等側壁與該等立牆相反於該底壁之一側的頂蓋,及二分別自該等側壁以遠離彼此的方向延伸的側托架。
其中,該頂蓋與該底壁、該等側壁,及該等立牆共同界定出多個呈貫通狀的涵洞。
本發明之功效在於:多個本發明屋頂調溫的空心磚,能在彼此間隔陣列設置後,使配合的浪板搭接於所述側托架,藉此使該等空心磚與所述浪板共同形成具有連接關係的完整屋頂通風調溫結構,而透過該等涵洞以及所述浪板與該頂蓋間的段差,能分別形成橫向及縱向的通風路徑,藉此產生良好的通風、散熱,以及隔熱效果。
在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖3,本發明屋頂調溫的空心磚之一第一實施例,包含一沿一橫方向延伸的底壁2、二沿該橫方向間隔且自該底壁2同向延伸的側壁3、二個自該底壁2於該等側壁3之間與該等側壁3同向延伸的立牆4、一銜接於該等側壁3與該等立牆4相反於該底壁2之一側的頂蓋5、二分別自該等側壁3以遠離彼此的方向延伸的側托架6,及二分別自該等立牆4以遠離彼此的方向朝向該等側壁3延伸的內托架7。
其中,該頂蓋5與該底壁2、該等側壁3,及該等立牆4共同界定出三個呈貫通狀的涵洞80。也就是說,單一個該第一實施例自身即至少具有三個呈橫向貫通,得以供氣流流通的通風路徑。要特別說明的是,在本第一實施例中,雖然是採用二個所述立牆4而形成三個所述涵洞80,但實際實施時,亦可依據需求調整該等立牆4的數量,以界定出特定數量的涵洞80,並不以本第一實施例的二個立牆4為限。
參閱圖4並配合圖3,使用本第一實施例組構屋頂通風調溫結構時,需要配合以塑料製成的第一浪板91與第二浪板92。如圖4所示,組裝所述第一浪板91時,是使該第一浪板91的兩個搭接部911,分別搭接於相鄰之二個本第一實施例朝向彼此的二個側托架6上,並配合每一個本第一實施例中位於兩側的所述涵洞80可供實體結構穿伸的特性,即可供該第一浪板91位於兩側的穿伸部912伸置,藉此確實定位該第一浪板91。另外,每一個第二浪板92能利用該等內托架7,在該第二浪板92之弧板部921穿伸於位於中央之涵洞80的同時,使得二個搭接部922分別搭接於同一個第一實施例的該等內托架7上,即可完成該第二浪板92的安裝。藉由使多個本第一實施例陣列排列,且利用對應數量的第一浪板91與第二浪板92,即可完成組構而配合所需範圍的屋頂通風調溫結構。
參閱圖5,利用多個本第一實施例與所述第一浪板91及第二浪板92所組構完成的屋頂通風調溫結構,能透過每一個本第一實施例的三個涵洞80產生通風效果。另外,配合該第一浪板91與該第二浪板92的型態,還能形成額外的通風路徑,相互配搭而提供多方向的通風管道,無論氣流方向為何皆能確實流通,故能產生良好的通風、散熱、隔熱效果。
參閱圖6,為本發明屋頂調溫的空心磚之一第二實施例,該第二實施例與該第一實施例的差別在於:該第二實施例包含二分別銜接於該等立牆4與該等側壁3之間的內托架7。也就是說,該第二實施例的該等內托架7之型態,與該第一實施例的該等內托架7不同,得以藉由使每一個內托架7銜接於個別之側壁3及個別之立牆4的方式,強化本第二實施例的整體結構強度。除此之外,本第二實施例還例示該等立牆4的高度得以適度調整的技術手法,使該等立牆4的縱向高度延伸,除了能調整該等涵洞80的空間型態以外,還能抬高該頂蓋5的離地高度,得以配合周遭例如女兒牆之建築結構體的高度,調整適當的入風條件,以較佳的高度差來確保氣流可確實進入所述涵洞80,維持一定的通風、散熱、隔熱效果。
參閱圖7,使用本第二實施例組構為屋頂通風調溫結構時,採用的該第一浪板91同樣可搭接於相鄰之本第二實施例朝向彼此的該等側托架6之間,而該等內托架7的型態雖然與該第一實施例不同,但仍然可發揮供該第二浪板92之該等搭接部922搭接的功能。
綜上所述,本發明屋頂調溫的空心磚,能在彼此間隔陣列設置後,使配合的浪板搭接於所述側托架6及所述內托架7,藉此形成具有連接關係的完整屋頂通風調溫結構,而透過貫通狀的該等涵洞80,以及所述浪板與該頂蓋5間的段差,能形成多方向的通風路徑,藉此產生良好的通風、散熱,以及隔熱效果,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

本發明之其他的特徵及功效,將於參照圖式的實施方式中清楚地呈現,其中: 圖1是一立體分解圖,說明一現有之用於屋頂的隔熱磚; 圖2是一立體分解圖,說明多個該用於屋頂的隔熱磚組構為一屋頂隔熱結構的情況; 圖3是一立體圖,說明本發明屋頂調溫的空心磚之一第一實施例; 圖4是一局部剖視的示意圖,說明該第一實施例之二側托架以及二內托架的功效; 圖5是一示意圖,說明使用多個所述第一實施例組構完成後產生的效果; 圖6是一立體圖,說明本發明屋頂調溫的空心磚之一第二實施例;及 圖7是一類似圖5的示意圖,說明使用多個所述第二實施例組構完成後產生的效果。

Claims (4)
- 一種屋頂調溫的空心磚,適用於配合多個浪板一同組構屋頂通風調溫結構,並包含:一底壁,沿一橫方向延伸;二側壁,沿該橫方向間隔且自該底壁同向延伸;多個立牆,自該底壁於該等側壁之間與該等側壁同向延伸;一頂蓋,銜接於該等側壁與該等立牆相反於該底壁之一側,且與該底壁、該等側壁,及該等立牆共同界定出多個呈貫通狀的涵洞;及二側托架,分別自該等側壁以遠離彼此的方向延伸,適用於供搭接該等浪板。
- 如請求項1所述屋頂調溫的空心磚,包含二立牆,其中,該底壁、該二側壁,及該二立牆共同界定出三個涵洞。
- 如請求項2所述屋頂調溫的空心磚,還包含二分別自該等立牆以遠離彼此的方向朝向該等側壁延伸,且適用於供搭接該等浪板的內托架。
- 如請求項2所述屋頂調溫的空心磚,還包含二分別銜接於該等立牆與該等側壁之間,且適用於供搭接該等浪板的內托架。
