Abstract

一種旋轉式緊固裝置,其包含旋轉軸及慣性件,慣性件可拆卸地連接旋轉軸。旋轉軸包含座體、輸入端、輸出端及卡接部。輸入端設置於座體之一端,並用以連接扳手。輸出端設置於座體之另一端。卡接部設置於座體。慣性件包含重力部及卡接孔,重力部朝輸出端延伸凸出,並形成環狀空間,卡接孔與環狀空間連通。藉此,旋轉式緊固裝置整體的重心會更靠近輸出端,進而可增加旋轉式緊固裝置的轉動力矩。

Description

旋轉式緊固裝置
本發明是有關一種旋轉式緊固裝置,尤其是有關一種應用於緊固件且可增加轉動力矩的旋轉式緊固裝置。
近年來,旋轉式緊固裝置越來越輕巧,然,受限於旋轉式緊固裝置中用來控制轉動力矩的電動機,不易同時達到旋轉式緊固裝置的輕巧化及增加扭矩的功效。為了增加旋轉式緊固裝置的扭矩,有業者提供一種具有一體成型之慣性件的旋轉式緊固裝置。然而,此種一體成型的慣性件無法被更換,進而降低了旋轉式緊固裝置的便利性。
有鑑於此,如何增加旋轉式緊固裝置驅動時的扭矩力及其操作的便利性,遂成相關業者共同努力之目標。
本發明提供一種旋轉式緊固裝置,藉由慣性件之重力部的設置,以令旋轉式緊固裝置整體的重心更靠近輸出端,進而可增加旋轉式緊固裝置的轉動力矩。
依據本發明之一態樣提供一種旋轉式緊固裝置,其包含旋轉軸及慣性件,慣性件可拆卸地連接旋轉軸。 旋轉軸包含座體、輸入端、輸出端及卡接部,輸入端設置於座體之一端,並用以連接扳手,輸出端設置於座體之另一端,卡接部設置於座體。慣性件包含重力部及卡接孔,重力部朝輸出端延伸凸出,並形成環狀空間,卡接孔與環狀空間連通。
根據前述態樣之旋轉式緊固裝置,其中卡接部可包含複數個卡接齒,卡接孔包含複數個卡接槽,其中各卡接槽對應配合各卡接齒。
根據前述態樣之旋轉式緊固裝置,其中各卡接齒可呈一尖角狀。
根據前述態樣之旋轉式緊固裝置,其中慣性件可更包含複數個內壁及複數個嵌槽,各嵌槽設置於各內壁。
根據前述態樣之旋轉式緊固裝置,其可更包含C型環,其嵌設於慣性件之嵌槽內。
根據前述態樣之旋轉式緊固裝置,其中慣性件可更包含凸出部,其朝旋轉軸輸入端延伸凸出。
根據前述態樣之旋轉式緊固裝置,其中慣性件可更包含後表面,其可具有一識別色。
根據前述態樣之旋轉式緊固裝置,其可更包含至少一抵頂單元,其設置於座體,並包含彈性件及球狀件,球狀件連接彈性件之一端,並用以抵頂慣性件。

請參照第1圖、第2圖及第3圖,第1圖繪示依照本發明一實施方式的旋轉式緊固裝置100的示意圖,第2圖繪示依照第1圖實施方式之旋轉式緊固裝置100的爆炸圖,第3圖繪示依照第1圖實施方式之旋轉式緊固裝置100沿剖線A-A的剖視圖。由第1圖至第3圖可知,旋轉式緊固裝置 100包含旋轉軸110及慣性件120,慣性件120可拆卸地連接旋轉軸110。
詳細地說,旋轉軸110包含座體111、輸入端113、輸出端112及卡接部114。輸入端113設置於座體111之一端,並用以連接扳手(圖未繪示),例如電動扳手、衝擊扳手或扭力扳手等。輸入端113包含輸入孔1131,輸入孔1131可為矩形,並用以連接扳手。藉此,扳手可透過輸入孔1131驅動旋轉式緊固裝置100。輸出端112設置於座體111之另一端,並包含輸出孔1121。輸出孔1121可為六邊形,並用以連接及連動一緊固件,例如螺絲、螺母或螺紋桿。在此特別說明的是,輸入孔1131及輸出孔1121的形狀並不以第1圖及第2圖之實施方式為限。卡接部114設置於座體111。慣性件120固定於旋轉軸110之卡接部114,並包含重力部121及卡接孔122。重力部121朝旋轉軸110之輸出端112延伸凸出,並形成環狀空間128。卡接孔122與環狀空間128連通。藉此,當扳手連接旋轉式緊固裝置100之旋轉軸110時,扳手可藉由驅動慣性件120及旋轉軸110以旋緊或旋開緊固件。由於重力部121朝旋轉軸110之輸出端112延伸凸出,且環狀空間128係面對旋轉軸110之輸出端112設置,因而使慣性件120的重心更偏向旋轉軸110之輸出端112;也就是說,當旋轉式緊固裝置100被驅動時,旋轉式緊固裝置100整體的重心會更靠近輸出端112,並可進一步地增加旋轉式緊固裝置100的轉動力矩。
旋轉軸110之卡接部114包含複數個卡接齒1141,且在第2圖實施方式中,卡接齒1141的數量為六,但本發明不以此為限。在第2圖中,卡接齒1141可呈尖角狀。卡接孔122包含複數個卡接槽1221,且在第2圖實施方式中,卡接槽1221的數量可為六,但本發明不以此為限。各卡接槽1221對應配合各卡接齒1141。藉此,慣性件120之卡接孔122可卡接於旋轉軸110之卡接部114,並藉以將慣性件120連接旋轉軸110。再者,當扳手驅動旋轉式緊固裝置100時,卡接槽1221可防止卡接齒1141的磨損。
為了旋緊或旋開不同尺寸的緊固件,慣性件120可連接具有不同尺寸之輸出孔1121的旋轉軸110;換句話說,慣性件120可卡合或脫離於具有不同尺寸之輸出孔1121的不同旋轉軸110。藉此,使用者可依據緊固件的尺寸選擇不同的旋轉軸110,並將所選的旋轉軸110與慣性件120連接,以旋緊或旋開緊固件,並可增加旋轉式緊固裝置100的便利性。
請再參照第2圖及第3圖,為了令慣性件120可更穩定地與旋轉軸110連接,慣性件120可更包含複數個內壁123及複數個嵌槽124,而旋轉式緊固裝置100可更包含C型環130。更仔細地說,各嵌槽124設置於各內壁123,C型環130彈性地嵌設於慣性件120之嵌槽124內(如第3圖所示)。卡接部114更包含複數個固定槽1142,各固定槽1142設置於各卡接齒1141上,且C型環130彈性地嵌設於卡接部114之固定槽1142內(如第3圖所示)。也就是說,當慣性件 120與旋轉軸110連接時,C型環130彈性地嵌設於卡接部114之固定槽1142與慣性件120之嵌槽124之間,藉以增加旋轉軸110與慣性件120之間連接的強度。由於各內壁123設置於二卡接槽1221之間,且各卡接槽1221對應配合各卡接齒1141,藉此,可增加慣性件120之各內壁123與旋轉軸110之卡接部114之間的接觸面積。旋轉軸110可更包含環狀定位部115,環狀定位部115設置於座體111,並連接卡接部114。藉此,當旋轉式緊固裝置100被驅動時,C型環130可避免慣性件120朝輸入端113脫離旋轉軸110,且環狀定位部115可避免慣性件120朝輸出端112脫離旋轉軸110。藉此,慣性件120可被更穩固地卡接於旋轉軸110,並增加旋轉式緊固裝置100的轉動力矩。
慣性件120可更包含凸出部126,凸出部126朝旋轉軸110之輸入端113延伸凸出。藉此,慣性件120之重心會更接近輸出端112,並藉以增加旋轉式緊固裝置100的轉動力矩。
慣性件120可更包含後表面127。後表面127具有辨識色。仔細而言,後表面127可提供一防呆功能,舉例來說,後表面127可為綠色,以表示後表面127應朝向輸出端112,藉此可避免使用者以錯誤的方向連接慣性件120及旋轉軸110。
為了避免慣性件120脫離於旋轉軸110,旋轉式緊固裝置100可更包含至少一抵頂單元140。抵頂單元140設置於座體111,並靠近輸入端113,並包含彈性件141及 球狀件142。彈性件141可為彈簧,球狀件142可為鋼球,但本發明不以此揭示內容為限。球狀件142連接彈性件141之一端,並用以抵頂慣性件120。更詳細地說,旋轉軸110可更包含至少一容置槽129,容置槽129設置於座體111,並靠近輸入端113。由第3圖可知,抵頂單元140設置於容置槽129內,彈性件141之另一端連接容置槽129。當慣性件120與旋轉軸110連接時,球狀件142係凸出於旋轉軸110之容置槽129,並抵頂慣性件120,藉此,抵頂單元140及C型環130可有效地避免慣性件120脫離旋轉軸110,以增加旋轉式緊固裝置100之整體結構的穩定度。
綜上所述,本發明之旋轉式緊固裝置的優點如下:
其一,由於重力部朝旋轉軸之輸出端延伸凸出,慣性件的重心會更靠近輸出端,藉此,可增加旋轉式緊固裝置的轉動力矩。
其二,各卡接齒呈尖角狀,藉此可增加旋轉式緊固裝置的耐用性,且慣性件可更穩固地連接旋轉軸,進而增加旋轉式緊固裝置的轉動力矩。
其三,慣性件可連接具有不同尺寸之輸出孔的旋轉軸,藉以增加旋轉式緊固裝置使用的便利性。
其四,凸出部朝旋轉軸之輸入端延伸凸出,藉此,慣性件之重心會更接近輸出端,並可增加旋轉式緊固裝置的轉動力矩。
其五,後表面可具有辨識色,藉以避免使用者以錯誤的方向連接慣性件及旋轉軸。
其六,抵頂單元及C型環的設置可令慣性件更穩固地連接旋轉軸。當旋轉式緊固裝置被驅動時,抵頂單元及C型環可有效地避免慣性件脫離旋轉軸,藉此,可增加旋轉式緊固裝置的轉動力矩。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種旋轉式緊固裝置,包含:一旋轉軸,包含:一座體,一輸入端,設置於該座體之一端,並用以連接一扳手;一輸出端,設置於該座體之另一端;以及一卡接部,設置於該座體;以及一慣性件,其可拆卸地連接該旋轉軸,並包含:一重力部,其朝該輸出端延伸凸出,以使該慣性件的一重心更偏向該旋轉軸之該輸出端,並形成一環狀空間;以及一卡接孔,其與該環狀空間連通。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之旋轉式緊固裝置,其中該卡接部包含複數個卡接齒,該卡接孔包含複數個卡接槽,其中各該卡接槽對應配合各該卡接齒。
