Abstract
本創作提出一種介面卡及介面卡的防斜插結構。介面卡具有一電路板,其具有至少一插入部,插入部能插入並固設於主機板的插槽。防斜插結構能抵靠於該插槽。防斜插結構具有一連接部及二端擋部。連接部具有至少一長槽,其沿一長度方向延伸且沿一穿設方向貫穿連接部。端擋部能分別抵靠於插槽的二短邊側面。防斜插結構固設於電路板上,且插入部穿設於防斜插結構的長槽。藉此,具有防斜插結構的介面卡在設置於主機板上時能輔助對正介面卡的插入部與主機板的插槽,還能強化介面卡與主機板所接合部分的結構強度,因此介面卡上可設置更多元件。
Description
本創作是關於一種電子設備連接處的輔助固定結構,尤指一種介面卡的匯流排的輔助固定結構。
電腦主機在與其他相關硬體設備連接時,必須透過介面卡傳輸及處理訊號,才能使主機及相關硬體設備順利運作。雖然現有的主機板上已內建了基本的介面卡,但為連接特殊設備,或對品質有所要求者,會自行安裝介面卡(或稱擴充卡),以與特殊設備或高規格的設備連接。現有技術中,介面卡是透過匯流排與主機板連接,以提升所能傳輸的訊號量。
舉例而言,如圖10及圖11所示,現有技術中的介面卡可具有插入部91,插入部91用以插入主機板上的插槽92,並藉此連接介面卡及主機板。插入部91可為PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect)匯流排,於PCI匯流排上具有多緊密排列的金手指,因此插槽92具有多個腳位分別對應一個金手指,以進行訊號的傳輸。然而,在將介面卡安裝於主機板上時,常常會發生插入部91未正對插槽92的狀況。此時若強硬地將插入部91插入插槽92,插入部91上的金手指便可能未與腳位緊密抵靠,造成訊號不連續的問題,甚至可能造成金手指或插入部91損壞。另一方面,現今在各個元件的功率及效能提升後,整個裝置的震動更為劇烈,因此金手指未與腳位緊密抵靠所造成訊號不連續的問題更為嚴重。
有鑑於此,提出一種更佳的改善方案,乃為此業界亟待解決的問題。
本創作的主要目的在於,提出一種防斜插結構及具有防斜插結構的介面卡,能使介面卡插入主機板的插槽時不會歪斜。其中,主機板插槽的外側面包含二長邊側面及二短邊側面。
為達上述目的,本創作所提出的防斜插結構具有:一連接部,其具有相垂直的一長度方向、一寬度方向、及一穿設方向,並形成有至少一長槽,該至少一長槽沿該長度方向延伸且沿該穿設方向貫穿該連接部;以及二端擋部,其分別固設於該連接部的該長度方向之兩端,且該二端擋部之間的間距等於該插槽長邊的長度。
為達上述目的,本創作所提出的介面卡具有:一電路板,其具有一主體及至少一插入部,該至少一插入部能插入並固設於該插槽;以及一如前所述的防斜插結構,其固設於該電路板上,且該至少一插入部穿設於該防斜插結構的該至少一長槽;該防斜插結構的該二端擋部分別與該至少一插入部之間形成有一第一限位間隙,當該至少一插入部固設該插槽時,該第一限位間隙用以容置並導引該插槽的側邊。
因此,本創作的優點在於具有防斜插結構的介面卡在設置於主機板上時能輔助對正介面卡的插入部與主機板的插槽,還能強化介面卡與主機板所接合部分的結構強度,因此介面卡上可設置更多元件。
如前所述之防斜插結構中,該二端擋部自該連接部的該兩端沿該穿設方向相平行延伸。
如前所述之防斜插結構中,各該端擋部具有一第一凹槽,其位於該端擋部上朝向另一該端擋部的側面上,並沿該穿設方向延伸。
如前所述之防斜插結構更具有至少一側擋部,各該至少一側擋部固設於該連接部的一長邊邊緣,且自該連接部的該長邊邊緣沿該穿設方向延伸;於該寬度方向及該穿設方向所形成的假想投影面上,該至少一側擋部與該至少一長槽中鄰近於該至少一側擋部的長邊之間的間距等於該插槽的側壁厚度;各該至少一側擋部能抵靠於該插槽的其中一長邊側面。
如前所述之防斜插結構共具有三該側擋部,且該三側擋部皆固設於同一該長邊邊緣,且該三側擋部之間共形成有二間隙。
如前所述之防斜插結構中,該三側擋部中位於中間的該側擋部具有一第二凹槽,其位於該側擋部上鄰近於該至少一長槽的側面上,並沿該穿設方向延伸。
如前所述之防斜插結構中,該三側擋部中位於中間該側擋部具有二第三凹槽,其分別位於該側擋部上朝向另外二該側擋部的二側面上,並沿該穿設方向延伸。

首先請參考圖1至圖4。本創作提出一種介面卡,其能固設於一主機板A1的一插槽A2,並與主機板A1電連接及傳輸訊號。插槽A2的外壁面具有二長邊側面及二短邊側面。
介面卡具有一電路板10以及一防斜插結構20,而電路板10具有一主體11及至少一插入部12。插入部12能插入並固設於主機板A1的插槽A2。本實施例中,插入部12及插槽A2是符合外部連接(Peripheral Component Interconnect)標準的插入部12及插槽A2,但並不以此為限,也可以是其他規範下的插入部12及插槽A2。因此,本實施例中介面卡共具有二插入部12,以分別插入插槽A2中的二容槽A21並進行連接。
接著請參考圖5至圖7。防斜插結構20固設於電路板10上,並具有一連接部21以及二端擋部22,且可選擇性地具有至少一側擋部23。連接部21可定義出相垂直的一長度方向、一寬度方向、及一穿設方向。長度方向平行於連接部21的長邊,因此也平行於插槽A2的容槽A21的延伸方向。寬度方向平行於連接部21的短邊。穿設方向平行於插入部12穿設防斜插結構20時的移動方向。連接部21形成有至少一長槽210,其沿長度方向延伸且沿穿設方向貫穿連接部21。於本實施例中,對應於二插入部12,連接部21共形成有二長槽210,
因此二插入部12分別穿於二長槽210中。於其他實施例中也可僅具有一長槽210,而二插入部12皆穿設於同一長槽210中,但皆不以此為限。
二端擋部22能分別抵靠於插槽A2的二短邊側面。具體而言,二端擋部22之間的間距等於插槽A2長邊的長度,且各端擋部22與插入部12之間形成一第一限位間隙,第一限位間隙的寬度等於插槽A2側壁的厚度,藉此第一限位間隙能容置插槽A2的側壁或於插入過程中導引插槽A2。因此在將本創作的介面卡安裝時,可透過二端擋部22來抵靠或夾掣插槽A2的二短邊側面,使介面卡能正對於插槽A2,而不會在長度方向上有所歪斜。換言之,若介面卡相對於插槽A2是歪斜時,端擋部22與插槽A2便會相抵觸,而無法讓介面卡的插入部12插入插槽A2中,或藉由相抵觸而導正介面卡的角度。
本實施例中,二端擋部22分別固設於連接部21的長度方向之兩端,且自連接部21的兩端沿穿設方向相平行延伸。於穿設方向上,插入部12凸出於連接部21的距離D1大於端擋部22凸出於連接部21的距離D2。換言之,相較於二端擋部22,插入部12較凸出於連接部21。然而並不以此為限,也可相齊平,或是端擋部22更為凸出。
本實施例中,各端擋部22可具有一第一凹槽220,其位於端擋部22上朝向另一端擋部22的側面上,並沿穿設方向延伸。因此,當防斜插結構20固設於電路板10時,第一凹槽220會朝向插入部12而與插入部12平行延伸。
側擋部23用以抵靠於插槽A2的其中一長邊側面。於寬度方向及穿設方向所形成的假想投影面上,側擋部23與插槽A2中鄰近於側擋部23的長邊之間形成一第二限位間隙,第二限位間隙的間距等於插槽A2的側壁厚度,藉此第二限位間隙能容置插槽A2的側壁或於插入過程中導引插槽A2。因此,在本創作的介面卡安裝時,可透過側擋部23來抵靠或夾掣插槽A2的二長邊側面,使介面卡能正對於插槽A2,而不會在寬度方向上有所歪斜。換言之,若介面卡相
對於插槽A2是歪斜時,側擋部23與插槽A2便會相抵觸,而無法讓介面卡的插入部12插入插槽A2中,或藉由相抵觸而導正介面卡的角度。
本實施例中,各側擋部23固設於連接部21的一長邊邊緣,且自連接部21的長邊邊緣沿穿設方向延伸。於穿設方向上,側擋部23凸出於連接部21的距離D3大於插入部12凸出於連接部21的距離D1。換言之,相較於插入部12,側擋部23較凸出於連接部21。
本實施例中可具有三側擋部23,且三側擋部23皆固設於同一長邊邊緣,且三側擋部23之間共形成有二間隙。然而,側擋部23的數量及排列方式並不以此為限,也可具有多個側擋部23分別位於不同的長邊邊緣,因此在介面卡安裝於插槽A2時側擋部23可夾掣插槽A2。三側擋部23中,位於中間的側擋部23可被定義為中間側擋部231,而其餘二側擋部為旁側擋部232。
中間側擋部231可選擇性地具有一第二凹槽2311及二第三凹槽2312,第二凹槽2311位於中間側擋部231上鄰近於長槽210的側面上,二第三凹槽2312分別位於中間側擋部231上朝向另外二側擋部23的二側面上,並皆沿穿設方向延伸。於其他實施例中,僅具有第二凹槽2311或僅具有第三凹槽2312,且第三凹槽2312的數量也可僅為一個或更多。於其他實施例中,第三凹槽2312也可形成在旁側擋部232上朝向中間側擋部231的側面。
透過上述結構,具有防斜插結構20的介面卡在設置於主機板A1上時能輔助對正介面卡的插入部12與主機板A1的插槽A2,還能強化介面卡與主機板A1所接合部分的結構強度,因此介面卡上可設置更多元件。
接著請參考圖2及圖8。一般插槽A2有兩種,一種僅具有外殼A22,該外殼A22形成前述容槽A21,而另一種是外殼A22外還裝設有一保護殼A23。一般而言,保護殼A23環繞外殼A22,且保護殼A23的其中一側壁具有一貼靠段A231、二間隔段A232、及二遠離段A233。貼靠段A231貼靠於外殼
A22,而二間隔段A232分別連接於貼靠段A231的兩側,並以垂直於外殼A22的外側面。二遠離段A233分別連接於間隔段A232遠離貼靠段A231的側邊,並平行於外殼A22的外側面,因此遠離段A233與外殼A22之間形成有一間距。
接著請參考圖9。當介面卡插入插槽A2時,二間隔段A232分別穿設位於三側擋部23之間的兩間隙,因此中間側擋部231會被夾掣於二間隔段A232之間,而二旁側擋部232會被分別夾掣於二遠離段A233與外殼A22之間。

- 一種防斜插結構,其能抵靠於一插槽,該插槽的外側面包含二長邊側面及二短邊側面;該防斜插結構具有:一連接部,其具有相垂直的一長度方向、一寬度方向、及一穿設方向,並形成有至少一長槽,該至少一長槽沿該長度方向延伸且沿該穿設方向貫穿該連接部;二端擋部,其分別固設於該連接部的該長度方向之兩端,且該二端擋部之間的間距等於該插槽長邊的長度;以及至少一側擋部,各該至少一側擋部固設於該連接部的一長邊邊緣,且自該連接部的該長邊邊緣沿該穿設方向延伸;於該寬度方向及該穿設方向所形成的假想投影面上,該至少一側擋部與該至少一長槽中鄰近於該至少一側擋部的長邊之間的間距等於該插槽的側壁厚度;各該至少一側擋部能抵靠於該插槽的其中一長邊側面。

- 一種介面卡,其能固設於一主機板的插槽,並具有:一電路板,其具有一主體及至少一插入部,該至少一插入部能插入並固設於該插槽;以及一如請求項1至6中任一項所述的防斜插結構,其固設於該電路板上,且該至少一插入部穿設於該防斜插結構的該至少一長槽;該防斜插結構的該二端擋部分別與該至少一插入部之間形成有一第一限位間隙,當該至少一插入部固設該插槽時,該第一限位間隙用以容置並導引該插槽的側邊。
