Abstract

一種泡棉貼合機,包括:一旋轉組件、一吸附頭以及一相機模組,該旋轉組件具有一電動機以及一連動機構,該電動機驅動該連動機構,該連動機構連接該吸附頭,藉由該連動機構驅使該吸附頭調整位置,該相機模組位於該吸附頭的下方位置,擷取該吸附頭吸附泡棉的位置,並使該旋轉組件依據擷取吸附泡棉的位置,驅使該吸附頭進行位置調整。本發明泡棉貼合機,藉由該旋轉組件與該吸附頭的連接,以及該相機模組對該吸附頭吸附泡棉的定位,使該吸附頭可在貼合的方向進行位置調整,具有簡化位置調整結構及提升貼合效率的良好實用功效。

Description

泡棉貼合機
本發明涉及一種泡棉貼合機,特別涉及一種便於對泡棉貼附位置進行調整的一種泡棉貼合機。
泡棉貼合機是高精密度的貼合機具,其包括三軸(X、Y、Z三軸)機構模組、CCD工業相機以及工作平台。其中,工作平台上設置有真空吸附機構,用以吸住貼附對像,並以工業相機進行拍照確認貼泡棉位置。三軸機構模組設置於工作平台上以裝設貼標機構,根據工業相機確認的貼泡棉位置的資訊,調整貼標機構的貼附位置。另外,為達到高精密的要求,泡棉貼合機還配合設置位置補償機構,該位置補償機構包括另一CCD工業相機以及角度旋轉機構,藉由位置補償機構的工業相機對貼標機構進行拍照確認,再由角度旋轉機構對三軸機構模組進行位置補償運作,以獲得正確貼附的位置。但是,運用兩套的工業相機以及額外的角度旋轉機構確認貼附的位置,將使得泡棉貼合機的結構複雜且操作上費時。從而,針對泡棉貼合機確認貼附位置的結構以及使用上實有必要再加以研究改進。
有鑑於此,有必要提供可便於進行位置調整的一種泡棉貼合機。
本發明提供一種泡棉貼合機,包括:一旋轉組件、一吸附頭以及一相機模組,該旋轉組件具有一電動機以及一連動機構,該電動機驅動該連動機構,該連動機構連接該吸附頭,藉由該連動機構驅使該吸附頭調整位置,該相機模組位於該吸附頭的下方位置,且該相機模組包括一照相鏡頭以及一光源,該光源位於該吸附頭的下方位置,該照相鏡頭藉由該光源與該吸附頭相對,該光源是一環形光源,該環形光源環繞於該吸附頭的周圍,該照相鏡頭藉由該環形光源的中央相對該吸附頭擷取吸附泡棉的位置,並使該旋轉組件依據擷取吸附泡棉的位置,驅使該吸附頭進行位置調整。
相較現有技術,本發明泡棉貼合機,藉由該旋轉組件與該吸附頭的連接,以及該相機模組對該吸附頭吸附泡棉的定位,使該吸附頭可在貼合的方向進行位置調整,具有簡化位置調整結構及提升貼合效率的良好實用功效。

下面將結合附圖對本發明作一具體介紹。
請參閱圖1,係本發明泡棉貼合機的一具體實施例的立體示意圖。該泡棉貼合機100,包括:一旋轉組件10、一吸附頭20以及一相機模組30。該旋轉組件10具有一電動機12以及一連動機構14,該電動機12用於驅動該連動機構14,該連動機構14連接該吸附頭20,該連動機構14驅使該吸附頭20調整位置。該相機模組30位於該吸附頭20的下方位置,擷取該吸附頭20吸附泡棉的位置,該旋轉組件10依據該相機模組30擷取的吸附泡棉的位置,驅使該吸附頭20進行 位置調整,用於使該吸附頭20吸附的泡棉精準地位於貼合的位置上。具體言之,該旋轉組件10的該連動機構14與該吸附頭20的連接,是在該吸附頭20的貼合方向(Z軸方向),藉由該連動機構14驅使該吸附頭20在Z軸方向調整位置。換句話說,圖1中該泡棉貼合機100具有的一三軸機構模組101(X、Y、Z三軸),包括一X軸桿1011、一Y軸桿1013以及一Z軸桿1015,其中該三軸機構模組101是在水平方向的該X軸桿1011上設置該Y軸桿1013,該X軸桿1011與該Y軸桿1013在水平面內相互垂直,而該Y軸桿1013再垂直設置該Z軸桿1015,使該Z軸桿1015垂直於該X軸桿1011與該Y軸桿1013的水平面設置。本發明該旋轉組件10、該吸附頭20以及該相機模組30都在該Z軸桿1015的方向上設置,能有效簡化目前泡棉貼合機在確認貼附位置上所使用的複雜機構。
請再參閱圖2,係圖1泡棉貼合機的旋轉組件與吸附頭的立體示意圖。該旋轉組件10還包括一支撐架16以及一軸承座18,該支撐架16位於該吸附頭20貼合方向(Z軸方向)的外側,該軸承座18位於該吸附頭20貼合方向的上方,該電動機12設置於該支撐架16上,該連動機構14設置於該軸承座18與該支撐架16之間。具體言之,該支撐架16設置於該Z軸桿1015的外側,該軸承座18設置於該Z軸桿1015的下方,因而該支撐架16與該軸承座18上設置的該電動機12以及該連動機構14都隨著該Z軸桿1015在Z軸方向運作。其中,該連動機構14是一皮帶輪,包括一主動輪141以及一從動輪143。該主動輪141與該支撐架16上的該電動機12連接,該從動輪143設置於該軸承座18並與該吸附頭20軸接,藉由該電動機12驅動該主動輪141,該主動輪141帶動該從動輪143驅使該吸附頭20調整位置。本實施例中,該軸承座18包括一第一軸承座181以及一第二軸承座183,該第一軸承座181與該第二軸承座183內分別具有軸承(圖中未標示),在該第一軸承座181與該第二軸承座183內的軸承之間設置該從動輪143,且該從動輪143藉由該第二軸承座183與該吸附頭20軸接。因此,該從動輪143在該第一軸承座181與該 第二軸承座183之間能有穩定的旋轉運作,驅使軸接的該吸附頭20進行穩定的位置調整。
請再參閱圖1中所示的該相機模組30,包括一照相鏡頭32以及一光源34,該光源34位於該吸附頭20的下方位置,該照相鏡頭32藉由該光源34與該吸附頭20相對,擷取該吸附頭20吸附泡棉的位置。本實施例中,該光源34是一環形光源,該環形光源環繞於該吸附頭20的周圍,該照相鏡頭32藉由該環形光源的中央擷取該吸附頭20吸附泡棉的位置。使用時,該相機模組30在該吸附頭20的貼合方向(Z軸方向)下方,藉由該光源34對該吸附頭20擷取吸附泡棉的位置,能夠清晰精準地獲得泡棉的位置資訊。另外,依據擷取吸附泡棉的位置與貼附位置進行比較後,該旋轉組件10同樣在該Z軸桿1015的貼合方向上,調整該吸附頭20在垂直該X軸桿1011與該Y軸桿1013水平面的角度位置,可便捷快速地完成位置補償動作,具有提升位置精確調整的效率。
本發明泡棉貼合機100,藉由該旋轉組件10與該吸附頭20的連接,以及該相機模組30對該吸附頭20吸附泡棉的定位,使該吸附頭20可在貼合的方向進行位置調整,具有簡化位置調整結構及提升貼合效率的良好實用功效。
應該指出,上述實施例僅為本發明的較佳實施例,本領域技術人員還可在本發明精神內做其他變化。這些依據本發明精神所做的變化,都應包含在本發明所要求保護的範圍之內。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種泡棉貼合機,包括:一旋轉組件、一吸附頭以及一相機模組;該旋轉組件具有一電動機以及一連動機構,該電動機用於驅動該連動機構;該連動機構連接該吸附頭,用於驅使該吸附頭調整位置;該相機模組位於該吸附頭的下方位置,且該相機模組包括一照相鏡頭以及一光源,該光源位於該吸附頭的下方位置,該照相鏡頭藉由該光源與該吸附頭相對,該光源是一環形光源,該環形光源環繞於該吸附頭的周圍,該照相鏡頭藉由該環形光源的中央相對該吸附頭擷取吸附泡棉的位置,該旋轉組件依據該擷取吸附泡棉的位置,驅使該吸附頭進行位置調整。
  2. 如請求項1所述之泡棉貼合機,其中,該旋轉組件的該連動機構與該吸附頭的連接,是在該吸附頭的垂直貼合方向,藉由該連動機構驅使該吸附頭在水平方向調整位置。
  3. 如請求項2所述之泡棉貼合機,其中,該旋轉組件還包括一支撐架以及一軸承座,該支撐架位於該吸附頭貼合方向的外側,該軸承座位於該吸附頭貼合方向的上方,該電動機設置於該支撐架上,該連動機構設置於該軸承座與該支撐架之間。
  4. 如請求項3所述之泡棉貼合機,其中,該連動機構是包括一主動輪以及一從動輪的皮帶輪,該主動輪與該支撐架上的該電動機連接,該從動輪設置於該軸承座並與該吸附頭軸接,藉由該電動機驅動該主動輪,該主動輪帶動該從動輪驅使該吸附頭調整位置。
  5. 如請求項4所述之泡棉貼合機,其中,該軸承座包括一第一軸承座以及一第二軸承座,該第一軸承座與該第二軸承座之間設置該從動輪,該從動輪藉由該第二軸承座與該吸附頭軸接。
  6. 如請求項1所述之泡棉貼合機,其中,該泡棉貼合機具有一三軸機構模組,包括一X軸桿、一Y軸桿以及一Z軸桿,該X軸桿在水平方向上設置該Y軸桿,該X軸桿與該Y軸桿在水平面內相互垂直,而該Y軸桿再垂直設置該Z軸桿,使該Z軸桿垂直於該X軸桿與該Y軸桿的水平面,該旋轉組件、該吸附頭以及該相機模組都在該Z軸桿的方向上設置。
