具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法
本發明涉及一種餐具的製作方法,特別是涉及一種具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法。
陶瓷餐具因為造型多樣、色彩鮮亮、手感清涼細滑且容易洗滌,深受人們的喜愛。然而,陶瓷餐具在受到撞擊或掉落沖擊時很容易破碎,又陶瓷餐具的製作工藝繁複、耗能高,現今生活中仿瓷餐具的使用越來越普遍。
現有的仿瓷餐具大多是美耐皿餐具,美耐皿餐具雖然價格便宜又耐摔,很多店家都非常愛用,但是其在30-40℃度左右就會釋放出三聚氰胺。對於外食族群來說,經常使用美耐皿餐具就跟吃慢性病的藥一樣,長期累積可能嚴重傷害腎臟。
按聚對苯二甲酸二酯(PET)是安全食品級的塑料,加上其可耐高溫及回收再使用,開始有業者使用PET來製作餐具。但是PET製品不僅表面光澤度較差,不如陶瓷製品,且PET製品不易在其表面印上圖案或花紋,或是印上的圖案或花紋有缺損。
因此,需要一種創新的製作方法,使PET餐具的美觀性有所提高,增加市場對PET餐具接受度。
本發明所要解決的技術問題在於,針對現有技術的不足提供一種具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法,其所製成的餐具可以兼顧美觀與食用安全,從而可以取代大眾習慣使用的美耐皿餐具。
為了解決上述的技術問題,本發明所採用的其中一技術方案是:一種具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法,其包括以下步驟:首先,提供一PET樹脂組成物,其包含3wt%至15wt%的無機填料;接著,對所述PET樹脂組成物進行造粒,以得到多個塑料母粒;然後,使用多個所述塑料母粒成型一餐具,並使所述餐具後結晶化;最後,在後結晶化的所述餐具的一表面印上一熱轉印圖案。
在本發明的一實施例中,所述無機填料為硫酸鋇。
在本發明的一實施例中,在對所述PET樹脂組成物進行造粒的步驟中,是將所述PET樹脂組成物加入一雙螺桿擠出機,並在250℃至280℃的溫度下熔融擠出造粒。
在本發明的一實施例中,在使所述餐具後結晶化的步驟中,是將所述餐具置於150℃至200℃的溫度下進行熱處理。
在本發明的一實施例中,所述熱處理的時間為10分鐘至30分鐘。
在本發明的一實施例中,所述熱處理的溫度高於或等於形成所述熱轉印圖案的溫度。
在本發明的一實施例中,在使所述餐具後結晶化的步驟中,是用紅外線照射所述餐具。
在本發明的一實施例中,紅外線的照射時間為10分鐘至20分鐘。
在本發明的一實施例中,在印上所述熱轉印圖案的步驟中,是將後結晶化的所述餐具置於一真空環境下進行熱轉印,所述真空環境的壓力為150torr至760torr且溫度為150℃至200℃。
在本發明的一實施例中,所述PET樹脂組成物還包含1wt% 至10wt%的至少一添加物,所述添加物包含潤滑劑、抗氧化劑、穩定劑及著色劑中的一種或兩種以上的組合。
本發明的其中一有益效果在於,本發明所提供的具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法,其能通過“對PET樹脂組成物進行造粒,得到塑料母粒”以及“使用塑料母粒成型一餐具,並使餐具後結晶化”的技術方案,以提高餐具製品的耐溫性能及表面平滑性,從而提高熱轉印的品質,使熱轉印圖案完整且清晰。

美耐皿餐具(即以三聚氰胺一甲醛樹脂製成的餐具)在使用時,三聚氰胺和甲醛可能過量遷移到食物上,危害人體健康。而PET(聚乙烯對苯二甲酸乙二酯)為無毒塑料,且具有硬度韌性佳、質輕、耐酸鹼等特性,加上PET容器被廣泛使用於盛裝水或飲料。因此,本發明實施例提供一種使用PET組成物製作餐具的方法,其所製成的PET餐具(如碗或盤)既具有陶瓷光澤,又可以承受熱轉印圖案。

請參閱圖1,本發明具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法至少包括下列幾個步驟:步驟S1,提供一PET樹脂組成物,其包含3wt%至15wt%的無機填料;步驟S2,對PET樹脂組成物進行造粒,得到塑料母粒;步驟S3,使用塑料母粒成型一餐具,並使餐具後結晶化;步驟S4,將一熱轉印圖案印在後結晶化的餐具的一表面上。
在步驟S1中,PET樹脂組成物主要包含PET樹脂及無機填料,其中PET樹脂的含量可為75wt%至90wt%。無機填料的使用主要是為了增加PET樹脂組成物的製品的表面光澤度,此外,也 有助於改善製品的力學性能,例如增加製品的抗張強度、抗剪強度、耐沖擊性、硬度等。無機填料可為硫酸鋇(BaSO4)、滑石粉或其組合,較佳為硫酸鋇。
PET樹脂組成物中的組成成分可通過現有的混合裝置混合均勻。在不阻礙本發明預期效果的情況下,PET樹脂組成物視需要可包含下列添加劑中的至少一種添加劑:潤滑劑、抗氧化劑、穩定劑及著色劑,但不限制於此。添加劑的含量可為1wt%至10wt%。潤滑劑的具體例包括EBS(乙烯雙硬脂醯胺)、芥酸醯胺、聚乙烯蠟、石蠟、硬脂酸、硬脂酸鋅及硬脂酸鈣。抗氧化劑的具體例包括受阻酚系抗氧化劑、受阻胺系抗氧化劑、亞磷酸酯系抗氧化劑及硫醚系抗氧化劑。穩定劑的具體例包括熱穩定劑及光穩定劑。著色劑可為任何適合的色料(如二氧化鈦)。
受阻酚系抗氧化劑可舉出:正-十八烷基-3-(3’,5’-二-第三丁基-4’-羥基苯基)丙酸酯、正-十八烷基-3-(3’-甲基-5’-第三丁基-4’-羥基苯基)丙酸酯、正-十四烷基-3-(3’,5’-二-第三丁基-4’-羥基苯基)丙酸酯、1,6-己二醇-雙[3-(3,5-二-第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]、1,4-丁二醇-雙[3-(3,5-二-第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]、2,2'-亞甲基-雙(4-甲基-第三丁基苯酚)、三乙二醇-雙[3-(3-第三丁基-5-甲基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]、肆[亞甲基-3-(3’,5’-二-第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]甲烷、3,9-雙[2-{3-(3-第三丁基-4-羥基-5-甲基苯基)丙醯氧基}-1,1-二甲基乙基]2,4,8,10-四氧雜螺(5,5)十一烷等。
受阻胺系抗氧化劑可舉出:N,N’-雙-3-(3’,5’-二-第三丁基-4’-羥基苯基)丙醯基六亞甲基二胺、N,N’-四亞甲基-雙[3-(3’、甲基-5’-第三丁基-4’-羥基苯基)丙醯基]二胺、N,N’-雙[3-(3,5-二-第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)-丙醯基]聯胺、N-水楊醯基-N’-亞水楊基聯胺、3-(N-水楊醯基)胺基-1,2,4-三唑、N,N'-雙[2-{3-(3,5-二-第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙醯氧基}乙基]氧基醯胺等。較佳為三乙二醇 -雙[3-(3-第三丁基-5-甲基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]及肆[亞甲基-3-(3’,5’-二-第三丁基-4-羥基苯基)丙酸酯]甲烷等。
亞磷酸酯系抗氧化劑較佳為芳香族基上鍵結至少一個P-O鍵者,可舉出:參(2,6-二-第三丁基苯基)亞磷酸酯、肆(2,6-二-第三丁基苯基)4,4’-聯苯基亞磷酸酯、雙(2,6-二-第三丁基-4-甲基苯基)季戊四醇-二亞磷酸鹽、2,2-亞甲基雙(4,6-二-第三丁基苯基)辛基亞磷酸酯、4,4'-亞丁基-雙(3-甲基-6-第三丁基苯基-二-十三烷基)亞磷酸酯、1,1,3-參(2-甲基-4-二-十三烷基)亞磷酸根-5-第三丁基苯基)丁烷、參(混合單及二-壬基苯基)亞磷酸酯、參(壬基苯基)亞磷酸酯、4,4’-異亞丙基雙(苯基-二烷基亞磷酸酯)等。
在步驟S2中,PET樹脂組成物可於雙螺桿擠出機(twin screw extruder)中熔融混練,過程中溫度設定在250℃至280℃,螺桿轉速設定在250rpm至290rpm;然後,從雙螺桿擠出機的出料口擠出料條,料條先經過冷卻、切粒成顆粒狀。所形成的塑料母粒的平均粒徑可為2mm至4mm,但不限制於此。
在其他實施例中,PET樹脂組成物也可在進行步驟S2之前預先熔融混練。混練裝置沒有特別的限制,可採用一般混合槽、混練槽、單軸式或多軸式混練裝置(如捏合機),混練時間可依據所用裝置及操作條件(如溫度)而定,可為1分鐘至2小時。
在步驟S3中,如圖2所示,可將塑料母粒1加入熱流道2,使其熔化成塑料流體1’,再將塑料流體1’填入成型模具3中,位於成型模具3中的塑料流體1’冷卻固化後即得到餐具製品4,然後對餐具製品4進行後結晶處理,即使餐具製品4後結晶化。值得說明的是,在後結晶化的過程中,可以加速餐具製品4中的結晶性高分子的二次結晶,以將分子鏈定向為結晶方向並提高結晶度,換句話說,餐具製品4具有更完善的結晶結構。藉此,可以提高餐具製品4的耐溫性能與機械性能,且可以消除餐具製品4的內應力。
在本實施例中,塑料母粒1的熔化溫度可為250℃至280℃。餐具製品4的後結晶化可通過將其置於150℃至200℃的溫度下進行熱處理而實現,熱處理的時間可為10分鐘至30分鐘。餐具製品4的後結晶化也可通過照射紅外線而實現,紅外線的照射時間可為10分鐘至20分鐘。
在步驟S4中,可將後結晶化的餐具製品4置於一真空環境下進行熱轉印,真空環境的壓力為150torr至760torr且溫度為150℃至200℃。在本實施例中,用於使餐具製品4後結晶化的熱處理的溫度須高於或等於熱轉印溫度。如圖3所示,餐具製品4可以是碗,且其外表面401具有一熱轉印圖案5。或者,如圖4所示,餐具製品4可以是盤子,且其內表面402具有一熱轉印圖案5。然而,本發明不以上述所舉的例子為限。值得說明的是,餐具製品4經過後結晶化可耐一定程度的高溫,且不論是外表面401或內表面402都相當平滑,因此,可以提高熱轉印的品質,所形成的熱轉印圖案5完整且清晰。
下表1列出了本發明具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法的多個實驗例與特定比較例,多個實驗例分別具有不同的用量配比。下表2則列出了根據上述實驗例與比較例的餐具製品的機械性能評估結果。由此可知,經過後結晶處理的PET餐具,其機械性能可以獲得改善。
表2中,熱變形溫度是根據ASTM D648,在試片厚度3.18±0.13mm、使用荷重4.6kg/cm2的條件下進行測定。耐刮性試驗是將15cm×15cm之試片放置在耐刮試驗機上,使用化鎢圓頭並根據測試需求裝上不同重量的荷重塊進行刮損測試,每次測試長度為10公分,然後觀察試片是否有無刮痕。
[實施例的有益效果]
本發明的其中一有益效果在於,本發明所提供的具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法,其能通過“對PET樹脂組成物進行造 粒,得到塑料母粒”以及“使用塑料母粒成型一餐具,並使餐具後結晶化”的技術方案,以提高餐具製品的耐溫性能及表面平滑性,從而提高熱轉印的品質,使熱轉印圖案完整且清晰。
更進一步來說,利用上述方法製成的PET餐具(如碗或盤)具有陶瓷光澤,且在使用時不會釋放有毒物質,同時兼顧了美觀與食用安全,可以取代大眾習慣使用的美耐皿餐具。
以上所公開的內容僅為本發明的優選可行實施例,並非因此侷限本發明的申請專利範圍,所以凡是運用本發明說明書及圖式內容所做的等效技術變化,均包含於本發明的申請專利範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法,其包括:提供一PET樹脂組成物,其包含3wt%至15wt%的無機填料,且所述無機填料為硫酸鋇;對所述PET樹脂組成物進行造粒,以得到多個塑料母粒;使用多個所述塑料母粒成型一餐具,並使所述餐具後結晶化;以及在後結晶化的所述餐具的一表面印上一熱轉印圖案。
  2. 如請求項1所述的具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法,其中,在對所述PET樹脂組成物進行造粒的步驟中,是將所述PET樹脂組成物加入一雙螺桿擠出機,並在250℃至280℃的溫度下熔融擠出造粒。
  3. 如請求項1所述的具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法,其中,在使所述餐具後結晶化的步驟中,是將所述餐具置於150℃至200℃的溫度下進行熱處理。
  4. 如請求項3所述的具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法,其中,所述熱處理的時間為10分鐘至30分鐘。
  5. 如請求項3所述的具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法,其中,所述熱處理的溫度高於或等於形成所述熱轉印圖案的溫度。
  6. 如請求項1所述的具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法,其中,在使所述餐具後結晶化的步驟中,是用紅外線照射所述餐具。
  7. 如請求項6所述的具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法,其中,紅外線的照射時間為10分鐘至20分鐘。
  8. 如請求項1所述的具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法,其中,在印上所述熱轉印圖案的步驟中,是將後結晶化的所述餐具置於一真空環境下進行熱轉印,所述真空環境的壓力為150torr至760torr且溫度為150℃至200℃。
  9. 如請求項1所述的具有熱轉印圖案的餐具的製作方法,其中,所述PET樹脂組成物還包含1wt%至10wt%的至少一添加物,所述添加物包含潤滑劑、抗氧化劑、穩定劑及著色劑中的一種或兩種以上的組合。
