Description

事務機與事務機系統與事務機系統的控制方法
本發明係關於一種事務機與事務機系統與事務機系統的控制方法，特別是一種具有使用者認證功能的事務機與事務機系統與事務機系統的控制方法。
隨著資料的數位化，辦公室中例如會設置掃描器（scanner）、影印機（photocopier）、印表機（printer）等辦公室自動化設備，使用者可以藉由這些辦公室自動化設備來進行文書處理作業。於實務上，這些不同的機器會佔據許多辦公室空間，而且當使用者需使用其中一種功能時，使用者需要分別操縱不同的機器，造成使用者的麻煩。因此，整合有影印、列印以及掃描等功能之多功能事務機（multi-function peripheral, MPF）被發明以解決上述之問題。
隨著通訊技術的進步，舉凡個人電腦（personal computer, PC）、平板電腦（pad）或是智慧型手機等電子裝置都可透過支援的通訊規格，例如網際網路、通用序列匯流排（Universal Serial Bus, USB）、火線介面（IEEE 1394）或是藍牙（Bluetooth, BT）介面等有線或無線的方式與列印裝置溝通，並藉此傳送檔案至列印裝置以進行列印。
但是，於實務上，目前並沒有一種方便的使用者認證機制以再有一或多個使用者欲使用事務機列印時，保證列印文件的機密性，以及保證列印文件的方便性。最常見的是，當使用者下指令給事務機進行列印時，使用者還必須移動到事務機所在的地方過卡才能印出想要的文件。此舉雖然能確保列印出來的文件不會被其他人拿到，但是卻造成了相當大的不便。另一方面，當有使用者甲方欲提供使用者乙方文件時，也是必須由使用者甲方親自操作而列印出文件後，才能將文件交給使用者乙方。這在當甲方外出的情況下欲將文件交由乙方時也導致了相當大的不便。
本發明提供了一種事務機系統的控制方法，所述的事務機系統的控制方法適用於事務機系統。事務機系統具有伺服器與事務機。事務機通訊連接伺服器。於所述的事務機系統的控制方法中係先提供待列印資訊至伺服器。伺服器產生對應於待列印資訊的列印驗證資訊。並且，提供感應識別碼給事務機。感應識別碼包括待驗證資訊。事務機依據感應識別碼向伺服器索取待列印資訊。而且，伺服器判斷待驗證資訊是否相同於列印驗證資訊。當判斷待驗證資訊相同於列印驗證資訊時，伺服器提供待列印資訊給事務機。
本發明提供了一種事務機，所述的事務機具有列印模組、讀取模組與處理模組。處理模組電性連接讀取模組與列印模組。列印模組用以列印檔案。讀取模組用以自電子裝置取得感應識別碼。處理模組用以依據感應識別碼自伺服器索取待列印資訊。當處理模組自伺服器取得待列印資訊時，處理模組依據待列印資訊指示列印模組列印檔案。
本發明提供了一種事務機系統，所述的事務機系統具有伺服器與事務機。伺服器用以自第一電子裝置取得待列印資訊。伺服器更用以產生對應於待列印資訊的列印驗證資訊。事務機通訊連接伺服器。事務機用以自第二電子裝置取得感應識別碼。感應識別碼具有待驗證資訊。事務機更用以依據感應識別碼向伺服器索取待列印資訊。其中，當待驗證資訊相同於列印驗證資訊時，伺服器提供待列印資訊給事務機。
綜合以上所述，藉由上述的架構與方法，使用者得以簡單地提供感應識別碼指示事務機列印出所欲的文件。於實務上，當第一使用者與第二使用者分隔兩地，且第一使用者欲提供文件給第二使用者時，也可藉由前述的架構與方法來使第二使用者簡單地取得所需的文件。而且，第二使用者藉由提供感應識別碼給事務機，取代手動輸入密碼，過程相當直覺方便。
以上之關於本揭露內容之說明及以下之實施方式之說明係用以示範與解釋本發明之精神與原理，並且提供本發明之專利申請範圍更進一步之解釋。
以下在實施方式中詳細敘述本發明之詳細特徵以及優點，其內容足以使任何熟習相關技藝者了解本發明之技術內容並據以實施，且根據本說明書所揭露之內容、申請專利範圍及圖式，任何熟習相關技藝者可輕易地理解本發明相關之目的及優點。以下之實施例係進一步詳細說明本發明之觀點，但非以任何觀點限制本發明之範疇。
請參照圖1，圖1係為根據本發明一實施例所繪示之事務機系統的功能方塊示意圖。事務機系統1具有伺服器14與事務機12。事務機12通訊連接伺服器14。事務機12例如經由有線或無線的方式與伺服器14進行溝通，第一電子裝置20例如經由有線或無線的方式與伺服器14進行溝通，在此並不限制事務機12與伺服器14之間以及第一電子裝置20與伺服器14之間的通訊架構。
伺服器14用以自第一電子裝置20取得待列印資訊。伺服器14更用以產生對應於待列印資訊的列印驗證資訊。所述的待列印資訊例如具有文字資訊或圖像資訊。在一實施例中，待列印資訊包括待列印檔案與列印組態設定，列印組態設定至少用以指示待列印檔案的列印次數或者是列印檔案的格式。
在一實施例中，事務機12用以自第二電子裝置30取得待驗證資訊，且事務機12將待驗證資訊提供給伺服器14以進行驗證。此舉相當於判斷第二電子裝置30是否有權限自伺服器14取得待列印資訊並據以進行列印。在一實施例中，伺服器14係用以判斷待驗證資訊是否相同於列印驗證資訊。當判斷待驗證資訊相同於列印驗證資訊時，伺服器14提供待列印資訊給事務機12。當事務機12取得待列印資訊時，事務機12依據待列印資訊進行列印。如前述地，待列印資訊例如具有待列印檔案與列印組態設定。事務機12依據列印組態設定以列印待列印檔案。於實務上，伺服器14可以設置於事務機12中，或者，伺服器也可以是獨立於事務機12而設置，此係為所屬技術領域具有通常知識者得以依實際所需自由設置，在此並不加以限制。
所述的列印驗證資訊用以作為驗證的依據，至於如何進行驗證請見後續步驟說明。列印驗證資訊例如具有一段文字或數字的組合以作為驗證碼，或者列印驗證資訊例如具有一可供作為驗證依據的影像。於實務上，伺服器可以依據第一電子裝置20的硬體機碼或伺服器14接收到待列印資訊的時間或流水號，搭配演算法產生所述的列印驗證資訊。上述僅為舉例示範，實務上並不以上述為限。
事務機12用以自第二電子裝置30取得感應識別碼。感應識別碼具有待驗證資訊。事務機12更用以依據感應識別碼向伺服器14索取待列印資訊。其中，當待驗證資訊相同於列印驗證資訊時，伺服器14提供待列印資訊給事務機12。相關細節請詳見後續舉例說明。
請先參照圖2以對事務機進行更具體的說明，圖2係為根據本發明一實施例所繪示之事務機的細部功能方塊圖。事務機12具有列印模組122、讀取模組126與處理模組124。處理模組124電性連接讀取模組126與列印模組122。
列印模組122用以列印檔案。列印模組122的相關結構與作動當為所屬技術領域具有通常知識者得依實際所需而自行設計，在此並不多加贅述。
讀取模組126用以自第二電子裝置30取得感應識別碼。在依類的實施例中，所述的感應識別碼例如為條碼（bar code）、快速反應碼（quick response code, QR code）或其他類型的二維碼。此時，對應感應識別碼的形式，讀取模組126具有對應於二維碼的讀取機。更具體地來說，在一實施例中，第二電子裝置30例如以其螢幕顯示所述的二維碼，以供讀取模組126擷取。或者，所述的感應識別碼例如為射頻識別（Radio Frequency Identification, RFID）中的標籤（tag）所提供的訊號訊息。此時，讀取模組126則具有如射頻識別中所使用的讀取機（reader）。更具體地來說，在一實施例中，第二電子裝置30例如具有標籤以提供所述的感應識別碼，以供讀取模組126擷取。在另一實施例中，讀取模組126更可藉由藍牙（blue tooth, BT）的通訊方式而自第二電子裝置30取得所述的感應識別碼。
處理模組124用以依據感應識別碼自伺服器14索取待列印資訊。當處理模組124自伺服器14取得待列印資訊時，處理模組124依據待列印資訊指示列印模組122列印檔案。於實務上，處理模組124例如具有通訊單元（未繪示），處理模組124係藉由通訊單元與伺服器14通訊以交換資訊或者取得資訊。通訊單元例如可以支援有線或無線的通訊方式，在此並不加以限制。
對應上述，本發明尚提供了一種事務機系統的控制方法，請參照圖3以對事務機系統的控制方法進行說明，圖3係為根據本發明一實施例所繪示之事務機系統的控制方法的方法流程圖。所述的事務機系統的控制方法適用於事務機系統。事務機系統具有伺服器與事務機。事務機通訊連接伺服器。於所述的事務機系統的控制方法中，於步驟S101，係先提供待列印資訊至伺服器。於步驟S103中，伺服器產生對應於待列印資訊的列印驗證資訊。並且，於步驟S105中，提供感應識別碼給事務機。感應識別碼包括待驗證資訊。而於步驟S107中，事務機依據感應識別碼向伺服器索取待列印資訊。於步驟S109中，伺服器判斷待驗證資訊是否相同於列印驗證資訊。於步驟S111中，當判斷待驗證資訊相同於列印驗證資訊時，伺服器提供待列印資訊給事務機。
請接著參照圖4以舉例對事務機的作動方式進行說明，圖4係為根據本發明一實施例所繪示之事務機的作動方式的示意圖。
於步驟S201中，第一電子裝置20提供待列印資訊至伺服器14。
依據於步驟S201中取得的待列印資訊，伺服器14產生對應於待列印資訊的列印驗證資訊。
於步驟S203中，伺服器14提供所述的列印驗證資訊給第一電子裝置20。
於步驟S205中，第一電子裝置20提供所述的列印驗證資訊給第二電子裝置30。
於步驟S207中，第二電子裝置30提供感應識別碼給事務機12。感應識別碼中具有待驗證資訊。在此實施例中，第二電子裝置30係以自第一電子裝置20取得的列印驗證資訊作為待驗證資訊。
於步驟S209中，事務機12依據感應識別碼向伺服器14索取待列印資訊。於實務上，事務機12可自感應識別碼中取得待驗證資訊，且事務機12並將待驗證資訊提供給伺服器14，以供伺服器14進行驗證。
於步驟S211中，第二電子裝置30係以列印驗證資訊作為待驗證資訊，因此，伺服器14判斷待驗證資訊相同於列印驗證資訊。此時，伺服器14提供待列資訊給事務機12。事務機12即可依據待列印資訊列印出所述的文件檔案。
對應如圖4，在一實際的情境中，第一電子裝置20為第一使用者的手機，第二電子裝置30為第二使用者的手機，事務機12係位於辦公室。當第一使用者外出卻有文件檔案想交給第二使用者或託付給第二使用者列印時，第一使用者可依據上述的步驟流程而將文件檔案作為待列印資訊上傳到伺服器，並取得對應的列印驗證資訊。然後，第一使用者在將列印驗證資訊提供給第二使用者。第二使用者即可依據列印驗證資訊指示事務機12取得並列印出對應的文件檔案。
請接著參照圖5，圖5係為根據本發明另一實施例所繪示之事務機的作動方式的示意圖。
於步驟S301中，第一電子裝置20提供待列印資訊至伺服器14。且第一電子裝置20提供第二電子裝置30的位址給伺服器14。或者，第一電子裝置20可以提供第二電子裝置30的身分資訊（identity, ID），伺服器14再由目標位址與對照表取得第二電子裝置30的位址。
依據於步驟S301中取得的待列印資訊，伺服器14產生對應於待列印資訊的列印驗證資訊。
於步驟S303中，伺服器14提供所述的列印驗證資訊給第二電子裝置30。
於步驟S305中，第二電子裝置30提供感應識別碼給事務機12。感應識別碼中具有待驗證資訊。因此，第二電子裝置30係以自伺服器14取得的列印驗證資訊作為待驗證資訊。
於步驟S307中，事務機12依據感應識別碼向伺服器14索取待列印資訊。於實務上，事務機12可自感應識別碼中取得待驗證資訊，且事務機12並將待驗證資訊提供給伺服器14，以供伺服器14進行驗證。
於步驟S309中，第二電子裝置30係以列印驗證資訊作為待驗證資訊，因此，伺服器14判斷待驗證資訊相同於列印驗證資訊。此時，伺服器14提供待列資訊給事務機12。事務機12即可依據待列印資訊列印出所述的文件檔案。
圖5所示的實施例同樣可適用於如圖4的相關敘述中所提到的情境。兩相比較，在圖4所示的實施例中，第一使用者可以在取得列印驗證資訊後，再決定是否將列印資訊提供給第二使用者，相當於多了一道驗證的過程。而在圖5所示的實施例中，當第一使用者將文件檔案上傳到伺服器14後，第一使用者即不需要再進行其他的操作，節省了第一使用者的操作時間。
請接著參照圖6，圖6係為根據本發明更一實施例所繪示之事務機的作動方式的示意圖。
於步驟S401中，第一電子裝置20提供待列印資訊至伺服器14。依據於步驟S401中取得的待列印資訊，伺服器14產生對應於待列印資訊的列印驗證資訊。
於步驟S403中，伺服器14提供所述的列印驗證資訊給第一電子裝置20。
於步驟S405中，第一電子裝置20提供感應識別碼給事務機12。感應識別碼中具有待驗證資訊。
於步驟S407中，事務機12依據感應識別碼向伺服器14索取待列印資訊。於實務上，事務機12可自感應識別碼中取得待驗證資訊，且事務機12並將待驗證資訊提供給伺服器14，以供伺服器14進行驗證。
於步驟S409中，第一電子裝置20係以列印驗證資訊作為待驗證資訊，因此，伺服器14判斷待驗證資訊相同於列印驗證資訊。此時，伺服器14提供待列印資訊給事務機12。事務機12即可依據待列印資訊列印出所述的文件檔案。
換句話說，第一使用者除了能藉由本發明所提供的事務機系統1讓第二使用者列印出所欲的文件之外，當第一使用者欲列印文件時，也可經由本發明所提供的事務機系統1列印出所欲的文件。在此實施例或前述的實施例中，伺服器14可記錄下第一電子裝置20或第二電子裝置30的列印資訊，比如說列印的文件名稱、列印的時間點或列印的頁數。藉此，伺服器14可作為資源管理之用。
如前述地，從第一電子裝置20提供待列印資訊到伺服器14，以至伺服器14提供待列印資訊給事務機12為止，伺服器14會儲存有待列印資訊一段時間。在一實施例中，當事務機12取得待列印資訊，並列印出所需的文件檔案之後，事務機12會指示伺服器14清除伺服器14的待列印資訊。於另一實施例中，當伺服器14將待列印資訊提供給事務機12後，伺服器14即清除伺服器14的待列印資訊。於更一實施例中，伺服器14係依據第一電子裝置20或第二電子裝置30的指示而選擇性地清除伺服器上的待列印資訊。
請再參照圖7以說明另一種情境，圖7係為根據本發明再一實施例所繪示之事務機的作動方式的示意圖。
於步驟S501中，第一電子裝置20提供待列印資訊至伺服器14。
依據於步驟S501中取得的待列印資訊，伺服器14產生對應於待列印資訊的列印驗證資訊。
於步驟S503中，伺服器14提供所述的列印驗證資訊給第一電子裝置20。
於步驟S505中，第一電子裝置20提供所述的列印驗證資訊給第二電子裝置30。
於步驟S507中，第三電子裝置40提供感應識別碼給事務機12。感應識別碼中具有待驗證資訊。由於第三電子裝置40並未取得列印驗證資訊，因此，第三電子裝置40的待驗證資訊與列印驗證資訊並不相同。
於步驟S509中，事務機12依據感應識別碼向伺服器14索取待列印資訊。於實務上，事務機12可自感應識別碼中取得待驗證資訊，且事務機12並將待驗證資訊提供給伺服器14，以供伺服器14進行驗證。
於步驟S511中，伺服器14判斷待驗證資訊並不相同於列印驗證資訊。此時，伺服器14提供警告資訊給事務機12。或者，於另一實施例中，伺服器14係提供警告資訊給第一電子裝置20或第二電子裝置30。
換句話說，在未經授權的情況下，第三者並無法指示事務機12從伺服器14取得所欲的檔案並進行列印。
綜合以上所述，藉由上述的架構與方法，使用者得以簡單地提供感應識別碼指示事務機列印出所欲的文件。於實務上，當第一使用者與第二使用者分隔兩地，且第一使用者欲提供文件給第二使用者時，也可藉由前述的架構與方法來使第二使用者簡單地取得所需的文件。而且，第二使用者可以藉由提供感應識別碼給事務機，取代手動輸入，過程相當直覺方便。另一方面，對於公司管理層面來說，當使用者欲列印文件時，也可藉由伺服器管控使用者列印的次數或格式，並可記錄下使用者的列印記錄。同時，藉由提供感應識別碼，也降低使用者拿到其他人列印出來的文件的機率，相當具有實用性。
雖然本發明以前述之實施例揭露如上，然其並非用以限定本發明。在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內，所為之更動與潤飾，均屬本發明之專利保護範圍。關於本發明所界定之保護範圍請參考所附之申請專利範圍。

Claims (14)

  1. 一種事務機系統的控制方法，適用於一事務機系統，該事務機系統包括一伺服器與一事務機，該事務機通訊連接該伺服器，該事務機系統的控制方法包括：以一第一電子裝置提供一待列印資訊至該伺服器；該伺服器產生對應於該待列印資訊的一列印驗證資訊；以一第二電子裝置提供一感應識別碼給該事務機，該感應識別碼包括一待驗證資訊；該事務機至少依據該感應識別碼向該伺服器索取該待列印資訊；該伺服器判斷該待驗證資訊是否相同於該列印驗證資訊；以及當判斷該待驗證資訊相同於該列印驗證資訊時，該伺服器提供該待列印資訊給該事務機；其中，該第一電子裝置與該第二電子裝置不同，該待列印資訊包括一待列印檔案與一列印組態設定，該列印組態設定至少用以指示該待列印檔案的列印次數，當判斷該待驗證資訊相同於該列印驗證資訊時，該伺服器提供該待列印資訊給該事務機，該事務機依據該列印組態設定列印該待列印檔案。
  2. 如請求項1所述之事務機系統的控制方法，更包括，提供一列印密碼給該事務機，該事務機更依據該列印密碼向該伺服器索取該待列印資訊。
  3. 如請求項1所述之事務機系統的控制方法，其中，於該事務機依據該列印組態設定列印該待列印檔案的步驟之後，清除該伺服器上的該待列印資訊。
  4. 如請求項1所述之事務機系統的控制方法，其中，於該伺服器提供該待列印資訊給該事務機的步驟之後，清除該伺服器上的該待列印資訊。
  5. 如請求項1所述之事務機系統的控制方法，其中，該感應識別碼為二維碼或射頻辨識(radio frequency identification,RFID)中的辨識碼。
  6. 一種事務機，包括：一列印模組，用以列印檔案；一讀取模組，用以自一第二電子裝置取得一感應識別碼；以及一處理模組，電性連接該讀取模組與該列印模組，該處理模組用以依據該感應識別碼自一伺服器索取一第一電子裝置所提供的一待列印資訊，當該處理模組自該伺服器取得該待列印資訊時，該處理模組依據該待列印資訊指示該列印模組列印檔案；其中，該待列印資訊包括一待列印檔案與一列印組態設定，該列印組態設定至少用以指示該待列印檔案的列印次數，當該處理模組自該伺服器取得該待列印資訊時，該處理模組依據該列印組態設定指示該列印模組列印該待列印檔案。
  7. 如請求項6所述之事務機，其中該讀取模組更自該第二電子裝置取得一列印密碼，該處理模組更依據該感應識別碼與該列印密碼向該伺服器索取該待列印資訊。
  8. 如請求項6所述之事務機，其中，當該處理模組依據該列印組態設定指示該列印模組列印該待列印檔案之後，該處理模組指示該伺服器清除該伺服器上的該待列印資訊。
  9. 如請求項6所述之事務機，其中，該感應識別碼為二維碼或射頻辨識中的辨識碼。
  10. 一種事務機系統，包括：一伺服器，用以自一第一電子裝置取得一待列印資訊，該伺服器更用以產生對應於該待列印資訊的一列印驗證資訊；一事務機，通訊連接該伺服器，該事務機用以自一第二電子裝置取得一感應識別碼，該感應識別碼包括一待驗證資訊，該事務機更用以依據該感應識別碼向該伺服器索取該待列印資訊，該第二電子裝置與該第一電子裝置不同；其中，當該待驗證資訊相同於該列印驗證資訊時，該伺服器提供該待列印資訊給該事務機，該待列印資訊包括一待列印檔案與一列印組態設定，該列印組態設定至少用以指示該待列印檔案的列印次數，當判斷該待驗證資訊相同於該列印驗證資訊時，該伺服器提供該待列印資訊給該事務機，該事務機依據該列印組態設定列印該待列印檔案。
  11. 如請求項10所述之事務機系統，其中該事務機更自該第二電子裝置取得一列印密碼，該事務機依據該感應識別碼與該列印密碼向該伺服器索取該待列印資訊。
  12. 如請求項10所述之事務機系統，其中，於該事務機依據該列印組態設定列印該待列印檔案後，該事務機指示該伺服器清除該伺服器上的該待列印資訊。
  13. 如請求項10所述之事務機系統，其中，於該伺服器提供該待列印資訊給該事務機後，該伺服器清除該伺服器上的該待列印資訊。
  14. 如請求項10所述之事務機系統，其中，該感應識別碼為二維碼或射頻辨識中的辨識碼。
