Abstract

本發明關於一種膠槍驅動裝置,其包括一殼體、一驅動組件、一螺桿、一傳動組件及一離合裝置。該殼體定義一軸向。該驅動組件設於該殼體,包括一馬達組件及一驅動齒輪,該馬達組件與該驅動齒輪係為轉動連結關係。該螺桿滑設於該殼體且不可相對該殼體轉動,該螺桿設有一螺旋溝槽。該傳動組件設於該殼體內,包括一傳動套及複數卡抵件,該傳動套係套設於該螺桿並徑向穿設有複數穿孔,該等卡抵件係分別容置於該等穿孔,該傳動套與該驅動齒輪為轉動連結。

Description

膠槍驅動裝置
本發明係有關於一種膠槍驅動裝置。
按,一般膠槍係用於工業或居家施工之填縫、接補等作業時使用,習知膠槍結構具有扳扣組件及推桿,利用按壓扳扣組件之方式,該扳扣組件即可帶動推桿滑動,以將膠體擠出,然而此使用方式過於費力,市面上便研發了一種電動驅動之膠槍,藉由馬達轉動以帶動滾珠螺桿滑移,以將膠體擠出,專利號TWI551031所揭露之膠槍驅動裝置即屬此類,習知電動膠槍使用完畢後,需要將螺桿退回至原點,以將空的膠管退出,習知退桿方式係控制馬達之電路系統使馬達反轉,以將螺桿退回至原點。
然而,由於習知電動膠槍之退桿方式係控制馬達之電路系統使馬達反轉,如此會使退桿時間過長而延誤作業時間,另外會使習知電動膠槍之電路系統的成本提高,且容易有故障之可能,而存在亟待改善之缺弊。
因此,有必要提供一種新穎且具有進步性之膠槍驅動裝置,以解決上述之問題。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種膠槍驅動裝置,可利用馬達轉動帶動螺桿滑移以將膠體平穩地自膠管內擠出,且該膠槍驅動裝置具有離合裝置,可快速地將螺桿往復滑移,以達到快速拆裝膠管之功能。
為達成上述目的,本發明提供一種膠槍驅動裝置,其包括一殼體、一驅動組件、一螺桿、一傳動組件及一離合裝置。該殼體定義一軸向。該驅動組件設於該殼體,包括一馬達組件及一驅動齒輪,該馬達組件與該驅動齒輪係為轉動連結關係。該螺桿滑設於該殼體且不可相對該殼體轉動,該螺桿設有一螺旋溝槽。該傳動組件設於該殼體內,包括一傳動套及複數卡抵件,該傳動套係套設於該螺桿並徑向穿設有複數穿孔,該等卡抵件係分別容置於該等穿孔,該傳動套與該驅動齒輪為轉動連結。該離合裝置包括一限位組件及一制動件,該限位組件套設於該傳動套,該制動件可相對該殼體移動於一第一位置及一第二位置。其中,當該制動件位於該第一位置時,該制動件係徑向抵頂於該限位組件,該限位組件即將該等卡抵件限位抵頂於該螺旋溝槽,該螺桿即無法相對該傳動套沿該軸向滑移;當該制動件位於該第二位置時,該制動件係不徑向抵頂於該限位組件,該等卡抵件不受到該限位組件之限制而可選擇性地脫離該螺旋溝槽,該螺桿即可相對該傳動套沿該軸向滑移。
以下僅以實施例說明本發明可能之實施態樣,然並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇,合先敘明。
請參考圖1至圖5,其顯示本發明之一較佳實施例,本發明之膠槍驅動裝置包括一殼體1、一驅動組件2、一螺桿3、一傳動組件4及一離合裝置5。
該殼體1定義一軸向11。
該驅動組件2設於該殼體1,包括一馬達組件21及一驅動齒輪22,該馬達組件21與該驅動齒輪22係為轉動連結關係。
該螺桿3滑設於該殼體1且不可相對該殼體1轉動,該螺桿3設有一螺旋溝槽31。於本實施例中該殼體1設有一防轉件12,該防轉件12具有一插孔121,該插孔121具有一平面段122,該螺桿3穿設於該插孔121並設有一對應該平面段122之凹陷段32,藉此該螺桿3即不可相對該殼體1轉動。
該傳動組件4設於該殼體1內,包括一傳動套41及複數卡抵件42,該傳動套41係套設於該螺桿3並徑向穿設有複數穿孔411,該等卡抵件42係分別容置於該等穿孔411,該傳動套41與該驅動齒輪22為轉動連結,當該馬達組件21帶動該驅動齒輪22轉動時,該驅動齒輪22即會帶動該傳動套41轉動。於本實施例中各該卡抵件42係為滾珠,各該卡抵件42滑設於該穿孔411。
該離合裝置5包括一限位組件51及一制動件52,該限位組件51套設於該傳動套41,該制動件52可相對該殼體1移動於一第一位置及一第二位置。於本實施例中該傳動套41遠離該制動件52之一端設有一外螺紋段413,該驅動齒輪22設有一內螺紋段221,該驅動齒輪22係套設於該傳動套41且該內螺紋段221係與該外螺紋段413相螺接,該驅動齒輪22及可帶動該傳動套41轉動,且可防止該驅動齒輪22與該傳動套41相互滑移。
其中,當該制動件52位於該第一位置時,該制動件52係徑向抵頂於該限位組件51,該限位組件51即將該等卡抵件42限位抵頂於該螺旋溝槽31,該螺桿3即無法相對該傳動套41沿該軸向11滑移,另外當該傳動套41被該驅動齒輪22帶動轉動時,由於該螺桿3無法相對該殼體1轉動,容置於該等穿孔411之該等卡抵件42在隨著該傳動套41轉動時即會帶動該螺桿3相對該殼體1沿該軸向11滑動;當該制動件52位於該第二位置時,該制動件52係不徑向抵頂於該限位組件51,該等卡抵件42不受到該限位組件51之限制而可選擇性地脫離該螺旋溝槽31,當使用者握持該螺桿3並欲帶動該螺桿3滑動時,該等卡抵件42會受到該螺旋溝槽31之推擠而徑向朝外跳脫,該螺桿3即可相對該傳動套41沿該軸向11滑移,以達到快速拆裝膠管(未繪示)之功能。
具體而言,該制動件52係套設於該傳動套41並可相對該傳動套41沿該軸向11滑動,該制動件52包括一環壁521,當該制動件52位於該第一位置時(如圖4所示),該環壁521係套束於該限位組件51,該限位組件51即無法徑向朝外擺動,該限位組件51即會穩固地將該等卡抵件42抵頂於該螺旋溝槽31,當該制動件52朝該第二位置移動時(如圖5所示),該制動件52係朝遠離該限位組件51之方向移動且該環壁521係脫離該限位組件51,該限位組件51即不受到該環壁521之套束而可徑向朝外擺動。
進一步地說,該限位組件51包括至少二夾持片511及一彈性扣件512,該至少二夾持片511圍構呈圓筒狀,該彈性扣件512套設於該至少二夾持片511,以常態地將該至少二夾持片511朝該傳動套41徑向抵頂,於本實施例中該限位組件51包括四該夾持片511且該等夾持片511係未相互連結,其中當該制動件52位於該第一位置時,該環壁521係套束於該等夾持片511,該等夾持片511即無法徑向朝外擺動;當該制動件52位於該第二位置時,該至少二夾持片511即脫離該環壁521之束縛,當該螺桿3欲滑動時,該等卡抵件42會受到該螺旋溝槽31之推擠而徑向朝外跳脫,該等卡抵件42即會將該等夾持片511徑向朝外抵頂,並掙脫該彈性扣件512之拘束,使該彈性扣件512彈性變形,該等卡抵件42即可順利跳脫該螺旋溝槽31,該螺桿3即可順利地相對該傳動套41沿該軸向11滑移,要說明的是,於本實施例中該等夾持片511係未相互連結,於其它實施例中該等夾持片511之一端可相互連接而形成一套筒狀,該等夾持片511之另一端係為可樞擺之自由段亦無不可。
較佳地,該傳動套41沿周向設有至少二凸緣412,各該夾持片511設有一凹槽513,該等凸緣412係分別卡抵於一該凹槽513,以使各該夾持片511無法相對該傳動套41沿該軸向11移動,以免當該螺桿3相對該殼體1滑動時帶動該等夾持片511滑動,於其它實施例中該等凹槽513與該等凸緣412為相反設置亦無不可,不以此為限。
於本實施例中該環壁521係朝該限位組件51之方向漸擴,該限位組件51朝向該環壁521之一端設有一漸縮段514,當該制動件52位於該第一位置時,該環壁521係套束於該漸縮段514,可避免該環壁521之端面與該漸縮段514之端面相互抵頂而無法順利套束。
詳細的說,於本實施例中該離合裝置5另包括一彈性件53及一撥桿54,該彈性件53係彈抵設於該殼體1與該制動件52之間,以使該制動件52具有朝該第一位置移動之趨勢,該撥桿54樞設於該殼體1且一端係卡抵於該制動件52,藉由按壓該撥桿54遠離該制動件52之一端以將該制動件52移動至該第二位置,因此於操作時,使用者僅需一手按壓該撥桿54將該制動件52移動至該第二位置,另一手握持該螺桿3,即可將該螺桿3快速滑移。
綜上,本發明之膠槍驅動裝置,當該制動件位於該第二位置時,該制動件係不徑向抵頂於該限位組件,該等卡抵件不受到該限位組件之限制而可選擇性地脫離該螺旋溝槽,當使用者握持該螺桿並欲帶動該螺桿滑動時,該等卡抵件會受到該螺旋溝槽之推擠而徑向朝外跳脫,該螺桿即可相對該傳動套沿該軸向滑移,以達到快速拆裝膠管之功能。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種膠槍驅動裝置,包括:一殼體,定義一軸向;一驅動組件,設於該殼體,包括一馬達組件及一驅動齒輪,該馬達組件與該驅動齒輪係為轉動連結關係;一螺桿,滑設於該殼體且不可相對該殼體轉動,該螺桿設有一螺旋溝槽;一傳動組件,設於該殼體內,包括一傳動套及複數卡抵件,該傳動套係套設於該螺桿並徑向穿設有複數穿孔,該等卡抵件係分別容置於該等穿孔,該傳動套與該驅動齒輪為轉動連結;一離合裝置,包括一限位組件及一制動件,該限位組件套設於該傳動套,該制動件可相對該殼體移動於一第一位置及一第二位置;其中,當該制動件位於該第一位置時,該制動件係徑向抵頂於該限位組件,該限位組件即將該等卡抵件限位抵頂於該螺旋溝槽,該螺桿即無法相對該傳動套沿該軸向滑移;當該制動件位於該第二位置時,該制動件係不徑向抵頂於該限位組件,該等卡抵件不受到該限位組件之限制而可選擇性地脫離該螺旋溝槽,該螺桿即可相對該傳動套沿該軸向滑移;其中,該制動件係套設於該傳動套並可相對該傳動套沿該軸向滑動,該制動件包括一環壁,當該制動件位於該第一位置時,該環壁係套束於該限位組件,當該制動件朝該第二位置移動時,該制動件係朝遠離該限位組件之方向移動且該環壁係脫離該限位組件。
  2. 如請求項1所述的膠槍驅動裝置,其中該限位組件包括至少二夾持片及一彈性扣件,該至少二夾持片圍構呈圓筒狀,該彈性扣件套設於該至少二夾持片,以常態地將該至少二夾持片朝該傳動套徑向抵頂,其中當該制動件位於該第一位置時,該環壁係套束於該至少二夾持片;當該制動件位於該第二位置時,該至少二夾持片即脫離該環壁之束縛。
  3. 如請求項2所述的膠槍驅動裝置,其中該傳動套沿周向設有至少二凸緣,各該夾持片設有一凹槽,該等凸緣係分別卡抵於一該凹槽,以使各該夾持片無法相對該傳動套沿該軸向移動。
  4. 如請求項1所述的膠槍驅動裝置,其中該環壁係朝該限位組件之方向漸擴,該限位組件朝向該環壁之一端設有一漸縮段,當該制動件位於該第一位置時,該環壁係套束於該漸縮段。
  5. 如請求項1所述的膠槍驅動裝置,其中該離合裝置另包括一彈性件及一撥桿,該彈性件係彈抵設於該殼體與該制動件之間,以使該制動件具有朝該第一位置移動之趨勢,該撥桿樞設於該殼體且一端係卡抵於該制動件,藉由按壓該撥桿遠離該制動件之一端以將該制動件移動至該第二位置。
  6. 如請求項1所述的膠槍驅動裝置,其中各該卡抵件係為滾珠,各該卡抵件滑設於該穿孔。
  7. 如請求項1所述的膠槍驅動裝置,其中該傳動套遠離該制動件之一端設有一外螺紋段,該驅動齒輪設有一內螺紋段,該驅動齒輪係套設於該傳動套且該內螺紋段係與該外螺紋段相螺接。
  8. 如請求項1所述的膠槍驅動裝置,其中該殼體設有一防轉件,該防轉件具有一插孔,該插孔具有一平面段,該螺桿穿設於該插孔並設有一對應該平面段之凹陷段。
