胶枪驱动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶枪驱动装置。
背景技术
一般胶枪是用于工业或居家施工的填缝、接补等作业时使用,现有胶枪结构具有扳扣组件及推杆,利用按压扳扣组件的方式,该扳扣组件即可带动推杆滑动,以将胶体挤出,然而此使用方式过于费力,市面上便研发了一种电动驱动的胶枪,通过马达转动以带动滚珠螺杆滑移,以将胶体挤出,中国台湾地区专利号TWI551031所揭露的胶枪驱动装置即属此类,现有电动胶枪使用完毕后,需要将螺杆退回至原点,以将空的胶管退出,现有退杆方式是控制马达的电路系统使马达反转,以将螺杆退回至原点。
然而,由于现有电动胶枪的退杆方式是控制马达的电路系统使马达反转,如此会使退杆时间过长而延误作业时间,另外会使现有电动胶枪的电路系统的成本提高,且容易有故障的可能,而存在亟待改善的缺弊。
因此,有必要提供一种新颖且具有进步性的胶枪驱动装置,以解决上述的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种胶枪驱动装置,可利用马达转动带动螺杆滑移以将胶体平稳地自胶管内挤出,且该胶枪驱动装置具有离合装置,可快速地将螺杆往复滑移,以达到快速拆装胶管的功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种胶枪驱动装置,其包括一壳体、一驱动组件、一螺杆、一传动组件及一离合装置。该壳体定义一轴向。该驱动组件设于该壳体,包括一马达组件及一驱动齿轮,该马达组件与该驱动齿轮为转动连结关系。该螺杆滑设于该壳体且不可相对该壳体转动,该螺杆设有一螺旋沟槽。该传动组件设于该壳体内,包括一传动套及复数卡抵件,该传动套套设于该螺杆并径向穿设有复数穿孔,所述卡抵件分别容置于所述穿孔,该传动套与该驱动齿轮为转动连结。该离合装置包括一限位组件及一制动件,该限位组件套设于该传动套,该制动件可相对该壳体移动于一第一位置及一第二位置。其中,当该制动件位于该第一位置时,该制动件径向抵顶于该限位组件,该限位组件将所述卡抵件限位抵顶于该螺旋沟槽,该螺杆即无法相对该传动套沿该轴向滑移;当该制动件位于该第二位置时,该制动件不径向抵顶于该限位组件,所述卡抵件不受到该限位组件的限制而可选择性地脱离该螺旋沟槽,该螺杆即可相对该传动套沿该轴向滑移。
所述限位组件包括至少二夹持片及一弹性扣件,所述至少二夹持片围构呈圆筒状,所述弹性扣件套设于该至少二夹持片,以常态地将该至少二夹持片朝所述传动套径向抵顶,其中当所述制动件位于所述第一位置时,所述环壁套束于该至少二夹持片;当该制动件位于所述第二位置时,该至少二夹持片即脱离该环壁的束缚。
所述传动套沿周向设有至少二凸缘,所述各夹持片设有一凹槽,所述凸缘分别卡抵于一所述凹槽,以使各该夹持片无法相对该传动套沿所述轴向移动。
所述环壁朝所述限位组件的方向渐扩,该限位组件朝向该环壁的一端设有一渐缩段,当所述制动件位于所述第一位置时,该环壁套束于所述渐缩段。
所述离合装置另包括一弹性件及一拨杆,所述弹性件弹抵设于所述壳体与所述制动件之间,以使该制动件具有朝所述第一位置移动的趋势,所述拨杆枢设于该壳体且一端卡抵于该制动件,通过按压该拨杆远离该制动件的一端以将该制动件移动至所述第二位置。
所述各卡抵件为滚珠,各该卡抵件滑设于所述穿孔。
所述传动套远离所述制动件的一端设有一外螺纹段,所述驱动齿轮设有一内螺纹段,该驱动齿轮套设于该传动套且所述内螺纹段与所述外螺纹段相螺接。
所述壳体设有一防转件,该防转件具有一插孔,该插孔具有一平面段,所述螺杆穿设于该插孔并设有一对应所述平面段的凹陷段。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的胶枪驱动装置,当该制动件位于该第二位置时,该制动件不径向抵顶于该限位组件,所述卡抵件不受到该限位组件的限制而可选择性地脱离该螺旋沟槽,当使用者握持该螺杆并欲带动该螺杆滑动时,所述卡抵件会受到该螺旋沟槽的推挤而径向朝外跳脱,该螺杆即可相对该传动套沿该轴向滑移,以达到快速拆装胶管的功能。

以下仅以实施例说明本发明可能的实施态样,然并非用以限制本发明所欲保护的范畴,合先叙明。
请参考图1至图5,其显示本发明的一较佳实施例,本发明的胶枪驱动装置包括一壳体1、一驱动组件2、一螺杆3、一传动组件4及一离合装置5。
该壳体1定义一轴向11。
该驱动组件2设于该壳体1,包括一马达组件21及一驱动齿轮22,该马达组件21与该驱动齿轮22为转动连结关系。
该螺杆3滑设于该壳体1且不可相对该壳体1转动,该螺杆3设有一螺旋沟槽31。在本实施例中该壳体1设有一防转件12,该防转件12具有一插孔121,该插孔121具有一平面段122,该螺杆3穿设于该插孔121并设有一对应该平面段122的凹陷段32,以此该螺杆3即不可相对该壳体1转动。
该传动组件4设于该壳体1内,包括一传动套41及复数卡抵件42,该传动套41套设于该螺杆3并径向穿设有复数穿孔411,所述卡抵件42分别容置于所述穿孔411,该传动套41与该驱动齿轮22为转动连结,当该马达组件21 带动该驱动齿轮22转动时,该驱动齿轮22即会带动该传动套41转动。在本实施例中各该卡抵件42为滚珠,各该卡抵件42滑设于该穿孔411。
该离合装置5包括一限位组件51及一制动件52,该限位组件51套设于该传动套41,该制动件52可相对该壳体1移动于一第一位置及一第二位置。在本实施例中该传动套41远离该制动件52的一端设有一外螺纹段413,该驱动齿轮22设有一内螺纹段221,该驱动齿轮22套设于该传动套41且该内螺纹段 221与该外螺纹段413相螺接,该驱动齿轮22及可带动该传动套41转动,且可防止该驱动齿轮22与该传动套41相互滑移。
其中,当该制动件52位于该第一位置时,该制动件52径向抵顶于该限位组件51,该限位组件51将所述卡抵件42限位抵顶于该螺旋沟槽31,该螺杆3 即无法相对该传动套41沿该轴向11滑移,另外当该传动套41被该驱动齿轮 22带动转动时,由于该螺杆3无法相对该壳体1转动,容置于所述穿孔411 的所述卡抵件42在随着该传动套41转动时即会带动该螺杆3相对该壳体1沿该轴向11滑动;当该制动件52位于该第二位置时,该制动件52不径向抵顶于该限位组件51,所述卡抵件42不受到该限位组件51的限制而可选择性地脱离该螺旋沟槽31,当使用者握持该螺杆3并欲带动该螺杆3滑动时,所述卡抵件42会受到该螺旋沟槽31的推挤而径向朝外跳脱,该螺杆3即可相对该传动套41沿该轴向11滑移,以达到快速拆装胶管(未绘示)的功能。
具体而言,该制动件52套设于该传动套41并可相对该传动套41沿该轴向11滑动,该制动件52包括一环壁521,当该制动件52位于该第一位置时(如图4所示),该环壁521套束于该限位组件51,该限位组件51即无法径向朝外摆动,该限位组件51即会稳固地将所述卡抵件42抵顶于该螺旋沟槽31,当该制动件52朝该第二位置移动时(如图5所示),该制动件52朝远离该限位组件51的方向移动且该环壁521脱离该限位组件51,该限位组件51即不受到该环壁521的套束而可径向朝外摆动。
进一步地说,该限位组件51包括至少二夹持片511及一弹性扣件512,该至少二夹持片511围构呈圆筒状,该弹性扣件512套设于该至少二夹持片511,以常态地将该至少二夹持片511朝该传动套41径向抵顶,在本实施例中该限位组件51包括四该夹持片511且所述夹持片511未相互连结,其中当该制动件52位于该第一位置时,该环壁521套束于所述夹持片511,所述夹持片511 即无法径向朝外摆动;当该制动件52位于该第二位置时,该至少二夹持片511 即脱离该环壁521的束缚,当该螺杆3欲滑动时,所述卡抵件42会受到该螺旋沟槽31的推挤而径向朝外跳脱,所述卡抵件42即会将所述夹持片511径向朝外抵顶,并挣脱该弹性扣件512的拘束,使该弹性扣件512弹性变形,所述卡抵件42即可顺利跳脱该螺旋沟槽31,该螺杆3即可顺利地相对该传动套41 沿该轴向11滑移,要说明的是,在本实施例中所述夹持片511未相互连结,在其它实施例中所述夹持片511的一端可相互连接而形成一套筒状,所述夹持片511的另一端为可枢摆的自由段也无不可。
较佳地,该传动套41沿周向设有至少二凸缘412,各该夹持片511设有一凹槽513,所述凸缘412分别卡抵于一该凹槽513,以使各该夹持片511无法相对该传动套41沿该轴向11移动,以免当该螺杆3相对该壳体1滑动时带动所述夹持片511滑动,在其它实施例中所述凹槽513与所述凸缘412为相反设置也无不可,不以此为限。
在本实施例中该环壁521朝该限位组件51的方向渐扩,该限位组件51朝向该环壁521的一端设有一渐缩段514,当该制动件52位于该第一位置时,该环壁521套束于该渐缩段514,可避免该环壁521的端面与该渐缩段514的端面相互抵顶而无法顺利套束。
详细的说,在本实施例中该离合装置5另包括一弹性件53及一拨杆54,该弹性件53弹抵设于该壳体1与该制动件52之间,以使该制动件52具有朝该第一位置移动的趋势,该拨杆54枢设于该壳体1且一端卡抵于该制动件52,通过按压该拨杆54远离该制动件52的一端以将该制动件52移动至该第二位置,因此在操作时,使用者仅需一手按压该拨杆54将该制动件52移动至该第二位置,另一手握持该螺杆3,即可将该螺杆3快速滑移。
综上,本发明的胶枪驱动装置,当该制动件位于该第二位置时,该制动件不径向抵顶于该限位组件,所述卡抵件不受到该限位组件的限制而可选择性地脱离该螺旋沟槽,当使用者握持该螺杆并欲带动该螺杆滑动时,所述卡抵件会受到该螺旋沟槽的推挤而径向朝外跳脱,该螺杆即可相对该传动套沿该轴向滑移,以达到快速拆装胶管的功能。

Claims (8)

1.一种胶枪驱动装置,其特征在于,包括:
一壳体,定义一轴向;
一驱动组件,设于该壳体,包括一马达组件及一驱动齿轮,该马达组件与该驱动齿轮为转动连结关系;
一螺杆,滑设于该壳体且不可相对该壳体转动,该螺杆设有一螺旋沟槽;
一传动组件,设于该壳体内,包括一传动套及复数卡抵件,该传动套套设于该螺杆并径向穿设有复数穿孔,所述卡抵件分别容置于所述穿孔,该传动套与该驱动齿轮为转动连结;
一离合装置,包括一限位组件及一制动件,该限位组件套设于该传动套,该制动件可相对该壳体移动于一第一位置及一第二位置;
其中,当该制动件位于该第一位置时,该制动件径向抵顶于该限位组件,该限位组件即将所述卡抵件限位抵顶于该螺旋沟槽,该螺杆即无法相对该传动套沿该轴向滑移;当该制动件位于该第二位置时,该制动件不径向抵顶于该限位组件,所述卡抵件不受到该限位组件的限制而可选择性地脱离该螺旋沟槽,该螺杆即可相对该传动套沿该轴向滑移;
其中,该制动件套设于该传动套并可相对该传动套沿该轴向滑动,该制动件包括一环壁,当该制动件位于该第一位置时,该环壁套束于该限位组件,当该制动件朝该第二位置移动时,该制动件朝远离该限位组件的方向移动且该环壁脱离该限位组件。
2.如权利要求1所述的胶枪驱动装置,其特征在于,所述限位组件包括至少二夹持片及一弹性扣件,所述至少二夹持片围构呈圆筒状,所述弹性扣件套设于该至少二夹持片,以常态地将该至少二夹持片朝所述传动套径向抵顶,其中当所述制动件位于所述第一位置时,所述环壁套束于该至少二夹持片;当该制动件位于所述第二位置时,该至少二夹持片即脱离该环壁的束缚。
3.如权利要求2所述的胶枪驱动装置,其特征在于,所述传动套沿周向设有至少二凸缘,所述各夹持片设有一凹槽,所述凸缘分别卡抵于一所述凹槽,以使各该夹持片无法相对该传动套沿所述轴向移动。
4.如权利要求1所述的胶枪驱动装置,其特征在于,所述环壁朝所述限位组件的方向渐扩,该限位组件朝向该环壁的一端设有一渐缩段,当所述制动件位于所述第一位置时,该环壁套束于所述渐缩段。
5.如权利要求1所述的胶枪驱动装置,其特征在于,所述离合装置另包括一弹性件及一拨杆,所述弹性件弹抵设于所述壳体与所述制动件之间,以使该制动件具有朝所述第一位置移动的趋势,所述拨杆枢设于该壳体且一端卡抵于该制动件,通过按压该拨杆远离该制动件的一端以将该制动件移动至所述第二位置。
