Abstract

一種電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置,應用於運動器材的軸桿與飛輪,本創作包含輪體連接器、電力單元、扭力量測元件與電路板,輪體連接器固接飛輪並通過軸承連接軸桿,輪體連接器包含裝配空間與環板,電力單元用以提供一電力來源,扭力量測元件設置在環板,電路板設置在輪體連接器的裝配空間,並電性連接感應發電組件與扭力量測元件,以將電力來源轉換為工作電源而提供給扭力量測元件,而電路板的無線傳輸模組可將扭力量測元件產生的量測資訊對外傳輸。

Description

電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置
本創作是關於一種扭力量測裝置,特別是指電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置。
傳統的運動器材,例如健身車…等,其主要包含一架體、一飛輪、一軸桿、一阻力裝置與一傳動機構,該架體供使用者乘坐,該軸桿固定在該架體並穿過該飛輪,供該飛輪可相對該軸桿轉動,該阻力裝置設置在該架體以對該飛輪提供一阻力,該傳動機構例如可由皮帶或鏈條、曲柄與踏板構成,該傳動機構連接該飛輪。當使用者施力於該傳動機構,可通過該傳動機構帶動該飛輪相對該軸桿轉動,讓使用者達到運動、健身的效果。
為了偵測使用者操作運動器材時的運動狀態,運動器材的飛輪上會裝設用來偵測扭力大小的量測裝置(例如應變規),量測裝置所產生的量測資訊可反映使用者的運動狀態,且該量測資訊可以無線方式對外傳輸。
該量測裝置需接收一工作電源才能作動,習知運動器材設有一碳刷組,該碳刷組包含一第一碳刷件與一第二碳刷件,該第一碳刷件設置在該飛輪並電性連接該量測裝置,該第二碳刷件設置在該架體並接觸該第一碳刷件,使該第二碳刷件與該第一碳刷件形成電性連接,該第二碳刷件對外連接一電源供應裝置。藉此,當該飛輪轉動時,該第一碳刷件雖然相對該第二碳刷件移動,但彼此摩擦而仍保持電性接觸,該電源供應裝置可產生一工作電源,該工作電源通過該第二碳刷件與該第一碳刷件而傳遞到該量測裝置,以供該量測裝置獲取該工作電源而作動。
然而,該第一碳刷件與該第二碳刷件係彼此摩擦,隨著長時間使用,該第一碳刷件與該第二碳刷件之間發生磨耗,導致接觸不良,甚至會產生電氣火花,所產生的電氣火花具干擾性,易造成信號傳輸的雜訊,甚至電氣火花造成安全上的問題。
有鑒於此,本創作的主要目的是提供一種電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置,藉由自發電的特性,不需使用習知碳刷組,克服習知採用碳刷組所衍生磨耗、接觸不良與產生電氣火花的問題。
本創作電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置應用於運動器材的一軸桿與一飛輪,該軸桿固定於一架體,該電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置包含: 一輪體連接器,供固接該飛輪並通過軸承連接該軸桿,該輪體連接器包含軸向延伸的一裝配空間與徑向延伸的一環板; 一電力單元,設置在該輪體連接器以提供一電力來源; 至少一扭力量測元件,設置在該輪體連接器的環板;以及 至少一電路板,設置在該輪體連接器的裝配空間,並電性連接該電力單元與該至少一扭力量測元件,該至少一電路板包含一電源模組與一無線傳輸模組,該無線傳輸模組將該至少一扭力量測元件產生的量測資訊對外傳輸,該電源模組將該電力來源轉換為一工作電源而提供給該至少一扭力量測元件與該無線傳輸模組。
藉由本創作電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置,該電力單元是以對外非接觸方式為電路板提供電力來源,並由電路板將電力來源轉換為工作電源而提供給扭力量測元件,達到自發電的功效。所以,本創作不採用習知碳刷組,自然沒有習知碳刷組所衍生磨耗、接觸不良與產生電氣火花的問題,故和習知碳刷組相比,本創作的供電可靠度係大幅提升。
本創作電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置係應用於運動器材,所述運動器材可為健身車(exercise bike)、划船器(rower machine)、腳踏車訓練器(bike trainer)、磁控車(magnetic control exercise bike)或飛輪車(spinning bike),但不以此為限。所述運動器材主要包含一架體、一飛輪、一軸桿、一阻力裝置與一傳動機構,該架體供使用者乘坐,該軸桿固定在該架體,該飛輪可相對該軸桿轉動,該阻力裝置設置在該架體以對該飛輪提供一阻力,該傳動機構例如可由皮帶或鏈條、曲柄與踏板構成,該傳動機構連接該飛輪。當使用者施力於該傳動機構,可通過該傳動機構帶動該飛輪相對該軸桿轉動,讓使用者達到運動、健身的效果。
請參考圖1、圖2、圖3與圖4所示本創作電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置的第一實施例,本創作包含一輪體連接器10、一電力單元20(如圖5所示)、至少一扭力量測元件30與至少一電路板。
該輪體連接器10可為鋁合金製成的構件,請配合參考圖6與圖7,該輪體連接器10供固接該運動器材的飛輪40,並通過軸承41連接該運動器材的軸桿42。請參考圖2與圖3,該輪體連接器10包含一本體11與一傳動部件12,該本體11內具有沿著一軸向延伸的一裝配空間110,該本體11在軸向的一端部形成連通該裝配空間110的一開口,使該裝配空間110外露於該本體11;該本體11可形成複數固定孔130,舉例來說,該本體11的外周面可徑向延伸形成複數固定片13,該複數固定孔130分別形成在該複數固定片13上,該等固定片13為環繞間隔設置,請參考圖7,該等固定孔130可通過螺栓及螺帽等鎖固元件(圖中未示)固定在該飛輪40,其中,該輪體連接器10與該飛輪40的結合方式不以此為限。請參考圖2,該傳動部件12可為一皮帶輪,但不以此為限,該傳動部件12連接該本體11在軸向相對於該開口的另一端部,該傳動部件12具有連通該裝配空間110且軸向延伸的一軸孔120,所述軸承41係設置在該傳動部件12的軸孔120內以供連接該軸桿42,且從圖2可見,該軸桿42係穿過該本體11與該傳動部件12。本創作實施例中,請參考圖2與圖4,該輪體連接器10包含徑向延伸的一環板14,例如該傳動部件12的外周面可徑向延伸形成該環板14,該環板14的外周緣連接該本體11相對於開口的另一端部,該本體11、該環板14與該傳動部件12形成一體的結構。藉此,當該飛輪40轉動時,該輪體連接器10亦隨著轉動,使該輪體連接器10可沿著軸向相對該軸桿42轉動。
請參考圖2、圖3與圖5,該電力單元20可包含一磁鐵塊21與感應發電組件22,該磁鐵塊21為一環型磁鐵塊,供固設於該軸桿42的外周面且位在該裝配空間110中。該感應發電組件22固設在該輪體連接器10的裝配空間110,該感應發電組件22的位置對應於該磁鐵塊21的位置,以在相對該磁鐵塊21轉動時產生一電力來源(即:感應電源);於第一實施例中,該感應發電組件22包含一矽鋼片框體221、複數柱體222與複數感應線圈223,該矽鋼片框體221固設在該輪體連接器10的裝配空間110,該矽鋼片框體221具有一內周面,該內周面係面向該軸桿42的表面,該等柱體222係形成在該矽鋼片框體221的內周面並朝該磁鐵塊21延伸,其中,該等柱體222的末端與該磁鐵塊21的表面維持一間隙而未接觸,該等感應線圈223分別繞設在該等柱體222。藉此,當該輪體連接器10相對於該軸桿42轉動時,該感應發電組件22亦相對該磁鐵塊21轉動,使移動中的該等感應線圈223切割該磁鐵塊21的磁力線而產生該電力來源。
於其它實施例中,該電力單元可為設置在所述電路板的電池(圖中未示)以產生該電力來源。
請參考圖2、圖4與圖5,所述扭力量測元件30可為荷重元感測器(load cell sensor)或應變規感測器(strain gauge sensor),其可設置在該輪體連接器10的環板14的一內表面或一外表面,該環板14的內表面是面向該裝配空間110,該環板14的外表面是相對於該內表面而朝外,該環板14的內表面或外表面可凹設一凹槽140(如圖2所示),該凹槽140具有一底面,所述扭力量測元件30具有一量測面,該量測面可貼附在該環板14的內表面或外表面,例如貼附在所述凹槽140的底面。所述扭力量測元件30可產生一量測資訊,該量測資訊係例如為一電阻值,該電阻值可隨著該環板14的形變量而改變。請參考圖4,本創作實施例包含四個扭力量測元件30,其沿著一移動軌跡分布設置在該環板14的內表面,該移動軌跡是指各該扭力量測元件30隨著該輪體連接器10轉動而移動的軌跡。
所述電路板設置在該輪體連接器10的裝配空間110,並電性連接該感應發電組件22與該至少一扭力量測元件30,以將該電力來源轉換為一工作電源而提供給該至少一扭力量測元件30。請參考圖2與圖3,於第一實施例中,該至少一電路板包含一第一電路板51與一第二電路板52,請參考圖2至圖4,於該本體11的裝配空間110內具有一第一設置部111、一第二設置部112與一第三設置部113,該等設置部111~113分別位於不同平面,在該本體11由內而外依序為該第一設置部111、該第二設置部112與該第三設置部113。該第一電路板51設置在該第一設置部111,該第二電路板52設置在該第二設置部112,該感應發電組件22的矽鋼片框體221設置在該第三設置部113,故使該第一電路板51、該第二電路板52與該感應發電組件22之間可具有間隔。該第一電路板51可通過電線(圖中未示)電性連接所述扭力量測元件30,該第二電路板52可通過電線(圖中未示)電性連接該第一電路板51與該感應發電組件22的感應線圈223,換言之,該第二電路板52係通過該第一電路板51間接連接所述扭力量測元件30。
請配合參考圖3與圖5,該第二電路板52可包含一電壓轉換模組521、一處理模組522與一無線傳輸模組523,該電壓轉換模組521、該處理模組522與該無線傳輸模組523可為電子元件構成的模組,所述電子元件係例如積體電路(IC)、電阻器、電感器、電容器…等,該電壓轉換模組521的輸入端電性連接該電力單元20的感應發電組件22,該電壓轉換模組521的輸出端電性連接該至少一扭力量測元件30、該處理模組522與該無線傳輸模組523,所以,該電壓轉換模組521將該電力來源轉換為該工作電源,並將該工作電源提供給該至少一扭力量測元件30、該處理模組522與該無線傳輸模組523。該處理模組522電性連接該至少一扭力量測元件30與該無線傳輸模組523,以將該至少一扭力量測元件30的量測資訊通過該無線傳輸模組523以無線傳輸手段對外傳輸。舉例來說,該無線傳輸模組523可對外連線一使用者電子裝置(例如平板電腦或智慧型手機…等),以傳送該量測資訊到執行應用程式(APP)的使用者電子裝置進行顯示。此外,該處理模組522可電性連接任一感應線圈223,因為該感應線圈223產生的感應電源波形具有週期性,故該處理模組522可以根據感應線圈223產生的感應電源波形計算飛輪40的轉速。
請參考圖8與圖9,係本創作的第二實施例,並請配合參考圖10與圖11,於第二實施例中,該至少一電路板可為單一電路板224,該感應發電組件22包含複數發電線圈225,該電路板224固設在該輪體連接器10的裝配空間110,該電路板224的中央處形成一穿孔226,該穿孔226係供該軸桿42穿過,該磁鐵塊21在該裝配空間110中可位在該電路板224的外側,該等發電線圈225係設置在該電路板224且圍繞該穿孔226,所以,該等發電線圈225的位置能對應於該磁鐵塊21的位置而圍繞該磁鐵塊21。當該輪體連接器10相對於該軸桿42轉動時,該感應發電組件22亦相對該磁鐵塊21轉動,使移動中的該等發電線圈225切割該磁鐵塊21的磁力線而產生該電力來源。
請參考圖9、圖10與圖11,該輪體連接器10的環板14的外表面可形成複數凹槽141,該等凹槽141圍繞該傳動部件12,所述扭力量測元件30分別設置在該等凹槽141的底面,使所述扭力量測元件30能沿著移動軌跡分布設置在該環板14的外表面。另一方面,於第三實施例中,請參考圖12與圖13,該輪體連接器10的環板14的內表面可形成複數凹槽142,該等凹槽142圍繞該傳動部件12,所述扭力量測元件30分別設置在該等凹槽142的底面,使所述扭力量測元件30能沿著移動軌跡分布設置在該環板14的內表面,此外,請參考圖9,該環板14可形成開口143,開口143可供使用者進行配線安裝作業,例如將扭力量測元件30通過導線連接該電路板224。
綜上所述,本創作是由該電力單元20進行感應發電,亦即是以非接觸的電磁感應方式產生該電力來源,並由電路板將電力來源轉換為工作電源而提供給扭力量測元件30或其他電子元件。和習知接觸式供電的碳刷組相比,本創作電力單元20採非接觸感應發電方式,沒有磨耗、接觸不良與產生電氣火花的問題,使本創作的供電可靠度大幅提升。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置,其應用於運動器材的一軸桿與一飛輪,該軸桿固定於一架體,該電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置包含:一輪體連接器,供固接該飛輪並通過軸承連接該軸桿,該輪體連接器包含:軸向延伸的一裝配空間;徑向延伸的一環板;一本體,具有複數固定孔與該裝配空間,該等固定孔為環繞間隔設置,該等固定孔供固定在該飛輪;一傳動部件,具有連通該裝配空間且軸向延伸的一軸孔,所述軸承係設置在該傳動部件的軸孔內,且該傳動部件的外周面徑向延伸形成該環板,該環板的外周緣連接該本體的一端部,該本體、該環板與該傳動部件形成一體的結構;一電力單元,設置在該輪體連接器以提供一電力來源;至少一扭力量測元件,設置在該輪體連接器的環板;以及至少一電路板,設置在該輪體連接器的裝配空間,並電性連接該電力單元與該至少一扭力量測元件,該至少一電路板包含一電源模組與一無線傳輸模組,該無線傳輸模組將該至少一扭力量測元件產生的量測資訊對外傳輸,該電源模組將該電力來源轉換為一工作電源而提供給該至少一扭力量測元件與該無線傳輸模組。
  2. 如請求項1所述電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置,該電力單元包含:一磁鐵塊,供固設於該軸桿且位在該裝配空間中;以及一感應發電組件,固設在該輪體連接器的裝配空間,該感應發電組件的位置對應於該磁鐵塊的位置,以相對該磁鐵塊轉動而產生該電力來源,其中該電力來源為感應電源。
  3. 如請求項1所述電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置,該電力單元為設置在所述電路板的電池以產生該電力來源。
  4. 如請求項2所述電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置,該磁鐵塊為一環型磁鐵塊,供固設於該軸桿的外周面且位在該裝配空間;該感應發電組件包含:一矽鋼片框體,固設在該輪體連接器的裝配空間,該矽鋼片框體具有一內周面,該內周面係面向該軸桿;複數柱體,形成在該矽鋼片框體的內周面並朝該磁鐵塊延伸,該等柱體的末端與該磁鐵塊的表面維持一間隙而未接觸;以及複數感應線圈,分別繞設在該等柱體,以相對該磁鐵塊轉動而產生該電力來源。
  5. 如請求項4所述電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置,其中:該裝配空間內具有分別位於不同平面的一第一設置部、一第二設置部與一第三設置部,其中,在該本體由內而外依序為該第一設置部、該第二設置部與該第三設置部;以及該至少一電路板包含一第一電路板與一第二電路板,該第一電路板設置在該第一設置部,該第二電路板設置在該第二設置部,該感應發電組件的矽鋼片框體設置在該第三設置部,該第二電路板電性連接該等感應線圈以及通過該第一電路板電性連接所述扭力量測元件。
  6. 如請求項1所述電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置,該至少一電路板為單一電路板,其中央處形成一穿孔以供該軸桿穿過;該磁鐵塊為一環型磁鐵塊,供固設於該軸桿的外周面且位在該裝配空間;該感應發電組件包含複數發電線圈,該等發電線圈設置在該電路板且圍繞該穿孔,且該等發電線圈的位置對應於該磁鐵塊的位置而圍繞該磁鐵塊,以相對該磁鐵塊轉動而產生該電力來源。
  7. 如請求項1至6中任一項所述電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置,該環板具有一內表面與一外表面,該內表面是面向該裝配空間,該外表面是相對於該內表面而朝外,該環板的內表面形成有凹槽;所述扭力量測元件具有一量測面,該量測面係貼附在所述凹槽的底面。
  8. 如請求項1至6中任一項所述電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置,該環板具有一內表面與一外表面,該內表面是面向該裝配空間,該外表面是相對於該內表面而朝外,該環板的外表面形成有凹槽;所述扭力量測元件具有一量測面,該量測面係貼附在所述凹槽的底面。
  9. 如請求項1至6中任一項所述電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置,該無線傳輸模組對外連線一使用者電子裝置,以傳送該量測資訊到執行應用程式的使用者電子裝置。
  10. 如請求項4所述電力的飛輪扭力量測裝置,所述電路板包含一處理模組,該處理模組電性連接任一感應線圈,以根據感應線圈產生的感應電源波形計算該飛輪的轉速。
