Abstract
本發明提供一種鎚擊式釘槍,包含:一外殼,係以玻璃纖維與尼龍之混合物射出成型而成,該外殼沿其長度方向上的兩端分別為一第一端與一第二端,該外殼內部圍構一容置空間,該外殼開有一底開口,該底開口沿該長度方向延伸且與該容置空間連通;一握把,連接至該外殼的第二端;一擊發機構,該擊發機構為金屬製成且包含一釘匣與一擊釘件,該釘匣設置於該容置空間,該釘匣其中一端樞接至該外殼的第二端,該釘匣受到一彈性件的彈力而使該釘匣另一端具有往遠離該外殼方向移動的趨勢,該擊釘件其中一端設於該外殼內壁,另一端位置與該釘匣對應,當該釘匣受到撞擊,使該釘匣往該外殼內移動,該釘匣與該擊釘件的相對運動使該擊釘件將該釘匣中的釘針往外擊出。
Description
本發明係有關於一種鎚擊式釘槍。
一般來說,鎚擊式釘槍如專利TWI380884所揭者,係包含左右兩片狀殼體與容納於其中的擊釘機構,而該片狀殼體皆是以金屬片體利用衝擊等方式凹折、打洞來成型,受限於金屬片的加工難度,殼體的形狀相當受到限制,因此,通常只能成型出大致的形狀,而擊釘機構必須以額外的固定部件來定位。
另外,金屬製的殼體重量相當重,對使用者來說是使用上的一大負擔,且金屬殼體與金屬製的擊釘機構之間必然存在縫隙,在鎚擊時勢必產生巨大的噪音與震動,實有仍須改良之處
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種鎚擊式釘槍,具有輕量化且減震、減噪的優勢。
為達成上述目的,本發明提供一種鎚擊式釘槍,包含一外殼、一握把與一擊發裝置。
該外殼係以玻璃纖維與尼龍之混合物射出成型而成,其中該混合物包括30%至70%之玻璃纖維與70%至30%之尼龍,該外殼沿其長度
方向上的兩端分別為一第一端與一第二端,該外殼內部圍構一容置空間,該外殼開有一底開口,該底開口沿該長度方向延伸且與該容置空間連通;該握把連接至該外殼的第二端;該擊發機構為金屬製成且包含一釘匣與一擊釘件,該釘匣設置於該容置空間,該釘匣長度方向上的兩端分別為一第三端與一第四端,該釘匣的第四端樞接至該外殼的第二端,該釘匣的第三端位置對應至該外殼的第一端,該釘匣受到一彈性件的彈力而使其第三端具有往遠離該外殼方向移動的趨勢,該擊釘件其中一端設於該外殼內壁,另一端位置與該釘匣對應,當該釘匣第三端受到撞擊,使該第三端往該外殼內移動,該釘匣與該擊釘件的相對運動使該擊釘件將該釘匣中的釘針往外擊出。
藉此,本發明提供之鎚擊式釘槍相較於習用金屬殼體的釘槍,重量較輕,且敲擊時的噪音與震動皆大幅減少,加工成本與難度亦較低。

以下僅以實施例說明本發明可能之實施態樣,然並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇,合先敘明。
請參考圖1至圖6,本發明提供一種鎚擊式釘槍,包含一外殼10、10a、一握把20、20a與一擊發機構。
該外殼10、10a係以玻璃纖維與尼龍之混合物射出成型而成,其中該混合物包括30%至70%之玻璃纖維與70%至30%之尼龍,較佳者,該混合物包括50%的玻璃纖維與50%的尼龍,且玻璃纖維係與尼龍先混合製粒後再射出成型為該外殼10、10a;該外殼10、10a沿其長度方向上的兩端分別為一第一端與一第二端,該外殼10、10a內部圍構一容置空間,該外殼10、10a開有一底開口,該底開口沿該長度方向延伸且與該容置空間連通;該握把20、20a連接至該外殼10、10a的第二端;該擊發機構為金屬製成且包含一釘匣31、31a與一擊釘件32、32a,該釘匣31、31a設置於該容置空間,該釘匣31、31a長度方向上的兩端分別為一第三端與一第四端,該釘匣31、31a的第四端樞接至該外殼10、10a的第二端,該釘匣31、31a的第三端位置對應至該外殼10、10a的第一端,該釘匣31、31a受到一彈性件33、33a的彈力而使其第三端具有往遠離該外殼10、10a方向移動的趨勢,較佳者,該彈性件33、33a為一彈片,該彈片一端固定於該外殼10、10a內壁朝向該釘匣31、31a的一面,另一端抵頂至該釘匣31、31a,該擊釘件32、32a其中一端設於該外殼10、10a內壁,另一端位置與該釘匣31、31a對應,當該釘匣31、31a第三端受到撞擊,使該第三端往該外殼10、10a內移動,該釘匣31、31a與該擊釘件32、32a的相對運動使該擊釘件32、32a將該釘匣31、31a中的釘針往外擊出。
進一步來說,於本發明第一實施例中,如圖1至3所示,該握把20套設於該外殼10第二端處且延伸至該外殼10的第一端與第二端之間,且該外殼10靠近該第二端一預定距離處預有一抵靠處,該抵靠處供該釘匣31下端抵靠,使該釘匣31無法無限制地往下樞擺,此外,於本實施例中,該釘匣31係由一限制軌與一釘軌所組合而成,該限制軌蓋設於該釘軌上方且與該外殼10樞接,該釘軌供填裝釘針且可自該外殼10第二端處往後拉出以補充釘針,該外殼10靠近該抵靠處另具有一定位件,該定位件選擇性地插入該釘軌的一定位孔以阻止該釘軌被往後拉出。
於本發明第二實施例中,如圖4至6所示,該外殼10a的第二端朝著遠離該第一端的方向進一步延伸一末端,該握把20a套設於該末端,也就是說,該釘匣31a大致樞設於握把20a前方,該釘匣31a結構類似於一般文具的釘書機,其中,該擊釘件32a形成有一長槽321,該釘匣31a形成有一凸塊311,該凸塊311穿過該長槽321而能於該長槽321中直線滑移,藉由長槽321與凸塊311來限制該釘匣31a的最大樞擺角度。
綜上所述,本案提供之鎚擊式釘槍藉由特殊材質的外殼來達到輕量化、減噪與減震的效果,且射出成型的外殼製程簡單、成本低廉,搭配樞接的釘匣,得以提供結構極為簡單、又耐用便利的鎚擊式釘槍。
Claims (7)
- 一種鎚擊式釘槍,包含:一外殼,係以玻璃纖維與尼龍之混合物射出成型而成,其中該混合物包括30%至70%之玻璃纖維與70%至30%之尼龍,該外殼沿其長度方向上的兩端分別為一第一端與一第二端,該外殼內部圍構一容置空間,該外殼開有一底開口,該底開口沿該長度方向延伸且與該容置空間連通;一握把,連接至該外殼的第二端;一擊發機構,該擊發機構為金屬製成且包含一釘匣與一擊釘件,該釘匣設置於該容置空間,該釘匣長度方向上的兩端分別為一第三端與一第四端,該釘匣的第四端樞接至該外殼的第二端,該釘匣的第三端位置對應至該外殼的第一端,該釘匣受到一彈性件的彈力而使其第三端具有往遠離該外殼方向移動的趨勢而與該擊釘件分開,該擊釘件其中一端設於該外殼內壁,另一端位置與該釘匣對應,當該釘匣第三端受到撞擊,使該第三端往該外殼內移動,該釘匣與該擊釘件的相對運動使該擊釘件將該釘匣中的釘針往外擊出。
- 如請求項1所述之鎚擊式釘槍,其中該混合物包括50%的玻璃纖維與50%的尼龍。
- 如請求項1所述之鎚擊式釘槍,其中玻璃纖維係與尼龍先混合製粒後再射出成型為該外殼。
- 如請求項1所述之鎚擊式釘槍,其中該握把套設於該外殼第二端處且延伸至該外殼的第一端與第二端之間。
- 如請求項1所述之鎚擊式釘槍,其中該彈性件為一彈片,該彈片一端固 定於該外殼內壁朝向該釘匣的一面,另一端抵頂至該釘匣。
- 如請求項1所述之鎚擊式釘槍,其中該外殼的第二端朝著遠離該第一端的方向進一步延伸一末端,該握把套設於該末端。
- 如請求項1所述之鎚擊式釘槍,其中該擊釘件形成有一長槽,該釘匣形成有一凸塊,該凸塊穿過該長槽而能於該長槽中直線滑移。
