Abstract

本发明提供一种锤击式钉枪,包含:一外壳,以玻璃纤维与尼龙的混合物射出成型而成,该外壳沿其长度方向上的两端分别为一第一端与一第二端,该外壳内部围构一容置空间,该外壳开有一底开口,该底开口沿该长度方向延伸且与该容置空间连通;一握把,连接至该外壳的第二端;一击发机构,该击发机构为金属制成且包含一钉匣与一击钉件,该钉匣设置于该容置空间,该钉匣其中一端枢接至该外壳的第二端,该钉匣受到一弹性件的弹力而使该钉匣另一端具有往远离该外壳方向移动的趋势,该击钉件其中一端设于该外壳内壁,另一端位置与该钉匣对应,当该钉匣受到撞击,使该钉匣往该外壳内移动,该钉匣与该击钉件的相对运动使该击钉件将该钉匣中的钉针往外击出。

锤击式钉枪
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钉枪,特别是一种锤击式钉枪。
背景技术
一般来说,锤击式钉枪如中国台湾专利I380884所揭,包含左右两片状壳体与容纳于其中的击钉机构,而该片状壳体皆是以金属片体利用冲击等方式凹折、打洞来成型,受限于金属片的加工难度,壳体的形状相当受到限制,因此,通常只能成型出大致的形状,而击钉机构必须以额外的固定部件来定位。
另外,金属制的壳体重量相当重,对使用者来说是使用上的一大负担,且金属壳体与金属制的击钉机构之间必然存在缝隙,在锤击时势必产生巨大的噪音与震动,实有仍须改良之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锤击式钉枪,具有轻量化且减震、减噪的优势。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种锤击式钉枪,包含一外壳、一握把与一击发装置。
该外壳以玻璃纤维与尼龙的混合物射出成型而成,其中该混合物包括30%至70%的玻璃纤维与70%至30%的尼龙,该外壳沿其长度方向上的两端分别为一第一端与一第二端,该外壳内部围构一容置空间,该外壳开有一底开口,该底开口沿该长度方向延伸且与该容置空间连通;该握把连接至该外壳的第二端;该击发机构为金属制成且包含一钉匣与一击钉件,该钉匣设置于该容置空间,该钉匣长度方向上的两端分别为一第三端与一第四端,该钉匣的第四端枢接至该外壳的第二端,该钉匣的第三端位置对应至该外壳的第一端,该钉匣受到一弹性件的弹力而使其第三端具有往远离该外壳方向移动的趋势,该击钉件其中一端设于该外壳内壁,另一端位置与该钉匣对应,当该钉匣第三端受到撞击,使该第三端往该外壳内移动,该钉匣与该击钉件的相对运动使该击钉件将该钉匣中的钉针往外击出。
所述混合物包括50%的玻璃纤维与50%的尼龙。
所述玻璃纤维与尼龙先混合制粒后再射出成型为所述外壳。
所述握把套设于所述外壳第二端处且延伸至该外壳的第一端与第二端之间。
所述弹性件为一弹片,该弹片一端固定于所述外壳内壁朝向所述钉匣的一面,另一端抵顶至该钉匣。
所述外壳的第二端朝着远离所述第一端的方向进一步延伸一末端,所述握把套设于所述末端。
所述击钉件形成有一长槽,所述钉匣形成有一凸块,该凸块穿过所述长槽而能于该长槽中直线滑移。
本发明的有益效果是:藉此,本发明提供的锤击式钉枪相较于现有金属壳体的钉枪,重量较轻,且敲击时的噪音与震动皆大幅减少,加工成本与难度亦较低。

具体实施方式
以下仅以实施例说明本发明可能的实施态样,然并非用以限制本发明所欲保护的范畴,合先叙明。
请参考图1至图6,本发明提供一种锤击式钉枪,包含一外壳10、10a、一握把20、20a与一击发机构。
该外壳10、10a以玻璃纤维与尼龙的混合物射出成型而成,其中该混合物包括30%至70%的玻璃纤维与70%至30%的尼龙,较佳者,该混合物包括50%的玻璃纤维与50%的尼龙,且玻璃纤维与尼龙先混合制粒后再射出成型为该外壳10、10a;该外壳10、10a沿其长度方向上的两端分别为一第一端与一第二端,该外壳10、10a内部围构一容置空间,该外壳10、10a开有一底开口,该底开口沿该长度方向延伸且与该容置空间连通;该握把20、20a连接至该外壳10、10a的第二端;该击发机构为金属制成且包含一钉匣31、31a与一击钉件32、32a,该钉匣31、31a设置于该容置空间,该钉匣31、31a长度方向上的两端分别为一第三端与一第四端,该钉匣31、31a的第四端枢接至该外壳10、10a的第二端,该钉匣31、31a的第三端位置对应至该外壳10、10a的第一端,该钉匣31、31a受到一弹性件33、33a的弹力而使其第三端具有往远离该外壳10、10a方向移动的趋势,较佳者,该弹性件33、33a为一弹片,该弹片一端固定于该外壳10、10a内壁朝向该钉匣31、31a的一面,另一端抵顶至该钉匣31、31a,该击钉件32、32a其中一端设于该外壳10、10a内壁,另一端位置与该钉匣31、31a对应,当该钉匣31、31a第三端受到撞击,使该第三端往该外壳10、10a内移动,该钉匣31、31a与该击钉件32、32a的相对运动使该击钉件32、32a将该钉匣31、31a中的钉针往外击出。
进一步来说,在本发明第一实施例中,如图1至3所示,该握把20套设于该外壳10第二端处且延伸至该外壳10的第一端与第二端之间,且该外壳10靠近该第二端一预定距离处预有一抵靠处,该抵靠处供该钉匣31下端抵靠,使该钉匣31无法无限制地往下枢摆,此外,在本实施例中,该钉匣31由一限制轨与一钉轨所组合而成,该限制轨盖设于该钉轨上方且与该外壳10枢接,该钉轨供填装钉针且可自该外壳10第二端处往后拉出以补充钉针,该外壳10靠近该抵靠处另具有一定位件,该定位件选择性地插入该钉轨的一定位孔以阻止该钉轨被往后拉出。
在本发明第二实施例中,如图4至6所示,该外壳10a的第二端朝着远离该第一端的方向进一步延伸一末端,该握把20a套设于该末端,也就是说,该钉匣31a大致枢设于握把20a前方,该钉匣31a结构类似于一般文具的钉书机,其中,该击钉件32a形成有一长槽,该钉匣31a形成有一凸块,该凸块穿过该长槽而能于该长槽中直线滑移,通过长槽与凸块来限制该钉匣31a的最大枢摆角度。
综上所述,本案提供的锤击式钉枪藉由特殊材质的外壳来达到轻量化、减噪与减震的效果,且射出成型的外壳制程简单、成本低廉,搭配枢接的钉匣,得以提供结构极为简单、又耐用便利的锤击式钉枪。

Claims (7)

1.一种锤击式钉枪,其特征在于,它包括:
一外壳,以玻璃纤维与尼龙的混合物射出成型而成,其中该混合物包括30%至70%的玻璃纤维与70%至30%的尼龙,该外壳沿其长度方向上的两端分别为一第一端与一第二端,该外壳内部围构一容置空间,该外壳开有一底开口,该底开口沿该长度方向延伸且与该容置空间连通;
一握把,连接至该外壳的第二端;
一击发机构,该击发机构为金属制成且包含一钉匣与一击钉件,该钉匣设置于该容置空间,该钉匣长度方向上的两端分别为一第三端与一第四端,该钉匣的第四端枢接至该外壳的第二端,该钉匣的第三端位置对应至该外壳的第一端,该钉匣受到一弹性件的弹力而使其第三端具有往远离该外壳方向移动的趋势而与该击钉件分开,该击钉件其中一端设于该外壳内壁,另一端位置与该钉匣对应,当该钉匣第三端受到撞击,使该第三端往该外壳内移动,该钉匣与该击钉件的相对运动使该击钉件将该钉匣中的钉针往外击出。
2.如权利要求1所述的锤击式钉枪,其特征在于,所述混合物包括50%的玻璃纤维与50%的尼龙。
3.如权利要求1所述的锤击式钉枪,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维与尼龙先混合制粒后再射出成型为所述外壳。
4.如权利要求1所述的锤击式钉枪,其特征在于,所述握把套设于所述外壳第二端处且延伸至该外壳的第一端与第二端之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的锤击式钉枪,其特征在于,所述弹性件为一弹片,该弹片一端固定于所述外壳内壁朝向所述钉匣的一面,另一端抵顶至该钉匣。
6.如权利要求1所述的锤击式钉枪,其特征在于,所述外壳的第二端朝着远离所述第一端的方向进一步延伸一末端,所述握把套设于所述末端。
7.如权利要求1所述的锤击式钉枪,其特征在于,所述击钉件形成有一长槽,所述钉匣形成有一凸块,该凸块穿过所述长槽而能于该长槽中直线滑移。
