Description

自動彈性擴張椎體植入物
本發明係有關於一種可供嵌入受傷椎體間進行微創手術的自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,以及特別係有關於一種可自動展開或彈開或自動收折的自動彈性擴張椎體植入物。
按人體的椎體易因年齡、意外、運動、長期姿勢不良或職業傷害等外力因素,使椎體出現錯位、軟骨退化與骨折發生,尤其是年老退化性椎體病變,嚴重者甚會造成身體其他器官功能失調等併發疾病發生,而為解決脊椎因年老退化病變或其他外力造成不適問題,常見係以施行椎間融合術或在椎體間植入人工椎間盤的方式來解決。而因微創手術具有傷口小、復原速度快、感染風險低等優點,是以,微創技術已是當今世界外科手術的發展方向。
例如台灣專利號I236368、M426388、I407938、M400307及美國專利號5888227及美國專利申請公開號20130173003、20080147193號等椎體植入物,其均具有一概呈固定型態或形狀的態樣,其並無法自動展開或彈開或自動收折的結構或態樣,故其植體體積較大而無法應用於微創手術。
另外,例如美國專利號8,241,358及美國專利申請公開號2014/0142858及2013/0079883號等椎體植入物,這些植入物 雖設計成可以利用一種作動工具來進行展開或收折的動作或結構或態樣,可是這種可以進行展開或收折的動作或結構或態樣的作動工具必需全程擠壓或推動這些元件或零組件,而這些元件或零組件並無法自動展開或彈開或自動收折,所以這些植入物在手術中會拉長手術時間且固定椎體的面積較少使椎體比較不穩固,故還有很大的進步空間。
有鑑於此,本發明人乃積極開發研究,期能創作一種可以自動展開或彈開或自動收折的自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,以達方便操作、減少手術時間、增加椎體穩定度及增加手術成功率。
本發明的主要目的,係在於提供一種自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其包含有三個或三個以上的元件樞接或鉸接在一起,使得其可以自動展開或彈開或自動收折,而使其在操作上可以更方便、進步者。
本發明之次一目的,係在於提供一種具有自動展開或彈開的自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,俾能收折更小體積有效縮小病患傷口。
為達前述目的,本發明所提供的一種自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其至少包括:一本體,具有一基礎部位以及兩側伸部位,各側伸部位各具有一末端;以及二聯結桿,係容設在該本體的基礎部位以及兩側 伸部位裡面,各聯結桿各具有一末端和該本體的各側伸部位的末端鉸接在一第二樞部及一第三樞部,而各聯結桿各具有一內側端,該兩聯結桿的內側端則相互鉸接在一第一樞部,而該本體及該聯結桿之其中至少一者具有彈性變形能力,使得當該兩聯結桿被推離或拉離該本體的基礎部位一段預定距離之後,該兩聯結桿會自動彈離開該本體的基礎部位。
所述的自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中當該兩聯結桿被往外推開至最開位置處,從其兩聯結桿往內推向該本體的基礎部位一段預定距離後,該兩聯結桿會自動彈縮回該本體的基礎部位處。
所述的自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中該各聯結桿概呈L形或弧形。
所述的自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中該兩聯結桿相互鉸接之第一樞部,係位在靠近該本體基礎部位的一個鉸接節點處,而使兩聯結桿形成一體成型結構。
所述的自動彈性擴張椎體植物,其中該兩聯結桿與本體兩伸側部位相互鉸接之第二樞部及第三樞部,係位在靠近外側的兩個鉸接節點處,而使兩聯結桿與本體形成一體成型結構。

第19圖係本發明各聯結桿以剖槽形成分離結構之側視圖。
本發明係有關於一種自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,請參閱第1至5圖所示,這種植入物1主要係提供來嵌入使用者之受傷的骨頭,特別是椎體80,第7-9圖裡面,以便可以進行微創手術的植入物1,使得這種植入物1可以用來將受傷或擠壓的椎體80撐起來,而這種植入物1至少包括一概呈彎曲狀或弧形或弓狀的本體10,該本體10包含有一基礎部位11以及兩側伸部位12、13概呈一體成型的結構或態樣,以便在其內部形成或構成一概呈凹入狀的容室14。而這兩側 伸部位12、13各具有一外側端或末端15、16;以及二聯結桿20、30,係容設在該本體10的基礎部位11以及側伸部位12,13所構成的容室14裡面,各聯結桿20,30各具有一外側端21、31分別和該本體10的各側伸部位12、13的末端15、16樞接或鉸接在一起形成一第二樞部36及一第三樞部37,而各聯結桿20、30各具有一內側端22、32,概呈L形、弧形或其他結構,該兩聯結桿20、30的內側端22、32則相互樞接或鉸接在一起形成一第一樞部33。而該本體10及該兩聯結桿20、30之其中至少一者具有彈性變形能力。
如第1、2和4圖所示,該兩聯結桿20、30的 內側端22、32係相互樞接或鉸接在一個第一樞部33處,使得當該兩聯結桿20,30嵌入該本體10的容室14裡面的時候(如第1,2圖),該兩聯結桿20、30會頂觸或觸接該本體10基礎部位11,而其中該兩聯結桿20、30相互樞接或鉸接的第一樞部33,會位在比較靠近或觸接該本體10基礎部位11的一個鉸接節點地方(如第4圖),而該兩聯結桿20、30兩外側端21、31和該本體10的兩側伸部位12、13的末端15、16相互樞接或鉸接在一第二樞部36及一第三樞部37,會位在靠近外側的兩個鉸接節點地方(如第3圖),以使該本體10、兩聯結桿20、30及兩內側端22、32形成一體成型結構。
如第2、5和6圖所示,該本體10具有一螺孔17設在例如基礎部位11或是其中之一側伸部位12、13裡面,而可供一作動工具90的心軸91嚙合或嵌配(如第6至8圖)。
操作時,敬請參看第7至10圖所示,使用者可以將這種植入物1嵌入使用者之受傷的骨頭,特別是椎體80裡面,而該作動工具90的心軸91則可以嚙合或嵌配該本體10的螺孔17而相對移動去頂觸或觸接其中之一聯結桿20、30,其因此而可以將該兩聯結桿20、30推離開該本體10,並且使得當該兩聯結桿20、30被從靠近該本體10的最內側或收折位置處推離開一預定距離A到一死點D(如第6、8圖)的位置的時候,該兩聯結桿20、30會自動彈動地離開該本體10至第9圖所示的最外開或工作位置處。
反之,如第10圖所示,當該兩聯結桿20、30被從位在該第9圖所示的最外開或工作位置處而往該本體10的方向頂觸或推動一預定距離B到一死點D(如第6、8圖)的位置的時候,該兩聯結桿20、30會自動彈動地朝向該本體10移動至第7圖所示最內側或收折位置處。其所述之預定距離A、B之死點D,係界定在第一樞部33須至少越過該第二樞部36及第三樞部37所形成直線之位置。
如第11圖所示,該兩聯結桿201,301可各更具一凸耳24、34以供增加植入物10支撐面積。而如第 12圖所示,該兩聯結桿202、302各至少具一波浪狀彈性結構25,35,以增加該兩聯結桿202、302的可撓性;或是如第13圖所示,其可各至少設一彈性結構250、350,以增加該兩聯結桿202、302的可撓性。上述之波浪狀彈性結構25,35或彈性結構250、350亦可改設於本體10。
如第18、19圖所示,該本體101之兩側伸部位121、131分別由末端朝內以剖槽F延伸至靠近於基礎部位111,以將各側伸部位121、131形成分離具彈性的一內側伸部位1211、1311及一外側伸部位1212、1312,且各具彈性的內側伸部位1211、1311上下表面係高於外側伸部位1212、1312上下表面,以使各具彈性的內側伸部位1211、1311能產生逆向卡扣防止從椎體脫出之功效。
其中必需注意的是,該兩聯結桿20,30被從靠近該本體10的最內側或收折位置處只要被推離開一預定距離A到一死點D(如第6,8圖)的位置的時候,該兩聯結桿20,30即會自動彈動地離開該本體10至第9圖所示的最外開或工作位置處,而不需要被從最靠近該本體10的最內側或收折位置處全程推動到第9圖所示的最外開或工作位置處;而且其亦不需要被從最外開或工作位置處全程推動到第7圖所示的最內側或收折位置處。當該兩聯結桿20,30自動地彈動 離開該本體10至第9圖所示的最外開或工作位置的時候,可以在該本體10和該兩聯結桿20,30之間的空間中填入自體骨或人工骨或其他填充物以進行椎體融合手術。
另,該本體10以及該兩聯結桿20,30的外側 面可各設有至少一個鋸齒表面18、19、28、29,而可增加其和骨頭或脊椎骨80之間的摩擦力。另外可以替代地,如第14和15圖所示,該植入物1可更包括一額外的鉸接桿或鉸接件40樞接或鉸接在該兩聯結桿203,303之間,以更增加該兩聯結桿203,303的可撓性。如第16圖所示,該第二樞部36及第三樞部37之各鉸接節點處可設一概呈小圓形的緩衝空間160。如第17圖所示,該第一樞部33之鉸接節點處可設一概呈小圓形的緩衝空間330。
其中必需注意的是,目前的植入物並沒有能夠自動地彈開或自動地收折的結構或態樣,所以只要有可以自動地彈開或自動地收折的植入物的結構均將屬於本發明之範疇,而應受到智慧財產權的保護。
至於該本體10以及該兩聯結桿20,30的外觀或形狀或結構則可為各種不同之變換實施。所以不管該本體10以及該兩聯結桿20,30的外觀或形狀或結構如何改變,亦均將屬於本發明之範疇,而應受到智慧財產權的保護。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其至少包括:一本體,具有一基礎部位以及兩側伸部位,各側伸部位各具有一末端;以及二聯結桿,係容設在該本體的基礎部位以及兩側伸部位裡面,各聯結桿各具有一末端和該本體的各側伸部位的末端鉸接在一第二樞部及一第三樞部,而各聯結桿具有一內側端,該兩聯結桿的內側端則相互鉸接在一第一樞部,而該本體及該聯結桿之其中至少一者具有彈性變形能力,使得當該兩聯結桿被推離或拉離該本體的基礎部位一段預定距離之後,該兩聯結桿會自動彈離開該本體的基礎部位。
  2. 如請求項1所述之自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中當該兩聯結桿被往外推開至最開位置處,從其兩聯結桿往內推向該本體的基礎部位一段預定距離後,該兩聯結桿會自動彈縮回該本體的基礎部位處。
  3. 如請求項1所述之自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中該各聯結桿概呈L形或弧形。
  4. 如請求項1所述之自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中該兩聯結桿相互鉸接之第一樞部,係位在靠近該本體基礎部位的一個鉸接節點處,而使兩聯結桿形成一體成型結構。
  5. 如請求項1所述之自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中該兩聯結桿與本體兩側伸部位鉸接之第二樞部及第三樞部,係位在靠近外側的兩個鉸接節點處,而使兩聯結桿與本體形成一體成型結構。
  6. 如請求項1所述之自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中該預定距離係界定在第一樞部須越過該第二、三樞部所形成直線之位置。
  7. 如請求項1所述之自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中該本體具有至少一螺孔可供一作動工具嵌配。
  8. 如請求項1所述之自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中該本體以及該兩聯結桿的外側面各設有齒表面,以增加其摩擦力。
  9. 如請求項1所述之自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中該兩聯結桿相對各具一凸耳,增加支撐面積。
  10. 如請求項1所述之自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中該本體及聯結桿之其中至少一者具有至少一波浪狀彈性結構,以增加該兩聯結桿的可撓性。
  11. 如請求項1所述之自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中該本體及聯結桿之其中至少一者具有至少一彈性結構,以增加該兩聯結桿的可撓性。
  12. 如請求項1所述之自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中該兩聯結桿之間更包括至少一鉸接件鉸接在該兩聯結桿之間,以增加該兩聯結桿的可撓性。
  13. 如請求項1至12任一項所述之自動彈性擴張椎體植入物,其中該本體的兩側伸部位分別由末端朝內以剖槽延伸至靠近於基礎部位,以將各側伸部位分離形成具彈性的一內側伸部位及一外側伸部位,且各具彈性的內側伸部位其上下表面係高於外側伸部位上下表面,使該各內側伸部位產生逆向卡扣防止從椎體脫出。
