Description
Claims (9)
- 近位端と遠位端の間を延びるセグメントの1つのシーケンスを含むループの第1の側部と、ループの第2の側部を含むインプラントであって、
前記シーケンスは少なくとも3つのセグメントを含み、前記少なくとも3つのセグメントは有効なヒンジで相互に接続しており、前記シーケンスは身体内へ挿入するにあたり、前記シーケンスが前記近位端から前記遠位端までの第1の長さを示す真っすぐなあるいは低曲率の挿入状態をとり、前記シーケンスは、前記シーケンスが前記近位端から前記遠位端までの前記第1の長さより短い第2の長さを示す完全に偏向した状態へと偏向可能であり、
前記第1及び第2の側部が、薄型に折り畳まれた状態をとる少なくとも1つのループの部分を形成するために、前記近位端と前記遠位端の少なくとも1つでヒンジにより相互に接続され、前記第1の側部及び第2の側部が結合され、前記シーケンスが挿入状態にあり、前記シーケンスが偏向された状態に変更され、前記ループが囲まれた容積を少なくとも部分的に定義する開いた状態が生じ、
前記インプラントの近位端と遠位端の少なくとも1つが前記第1の側部のセグメントと前記第2の側部との間のヒンジ結合によって形成され、
前記挿入状態からの開いた状態への移行が、前記ループの前記第2側部の偏向なしに生じることを特徴とするインプラント。 - セグメントの前記1つのシーケンスを前記挿入状態から完全に偏向した状態へと偏向させるために、セグメントの前記シーケンスの1つの少なくとも一部に機械的に連結した連結部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記シーケンスの前記遠位端と近位端の間の距離を選択的に短くするために、縦の圧力を前記近位端に加えるための手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記インプラントは、前記ループ内で囲まれた容積にアクセスできるように、セグメントの前記シーケンスに少なくとも1つの開口部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記真っ直ぐな挿入状態の前記インプラントを身体に挿入するための細長いコンジットをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のインプラントを含む、移植システム。
- 生体適合性材料、骨移植片、骨片、椎体間固定のための骨成長促進剤、および、可動性維持のためのセメントのような不活性な充填材料からなる群から選択された充填材料を含有する注射器をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記完全に偏向した状態の前記インプラントを保持するためのロック構造をさらに含み、
前記ロック構造は、コード、ケーブル、ストリップ、相互接続部、および、スナップからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの要素を含む、請求項1に記載のインプラント。 - 前記第2の側部が前記シーケンスの遠位端でセグメントの前記シーケンスとヒンジで相互接続された単一の要素として機能し、前記セグメントのシーケンスが、前記セグメントのシーケンスの近位端で前記単一の要素とスライド式相互接続され、前記セグメント及び単一の要素が前記ループを定義してなる請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 前記セグメントのシーケンスの近位部に加えられた縦の圧力が前記シーケンスのセグメントと平らなセグメントの間の相対運動を発生するように、前記スライド式相互接続が構成され、これによってセグメントのシーケンスを偏向してD形状の開いた状態を形成してなる請求項8に記載のインプラント。
