Description

複數型胎壓感測器設定方法
本發明係與胎壓感測器的安裝設定有關,特別是一種複數型胎壓感測器設定方法
目前市面上有許多的車輛都會在輪胎內裝設胎壓感測器,但因為各個車廠所使用用的通訊協定不同,因此胎壓感測器安裝後就必須將特定的通訊協定燒錄進入胎壓感測器內,而在進行胎壓感測器的通訊協定燒錄設定時其做法都是以一設定工具針對一個胎壓感測器,以一次燒錄一個胎壓感測器通訊協定的方式來進行,這樣的做法在需要燒錄多個胎壓感測器的時就會變得非常的繁瑣、耗時。因此方法有需要進行改良。
有鑑於上述之缺失,本發明之目的在於提供一種操作簡單又能夠同時進行多個胎壓感測器程式燒錄之複數型胎壓感測器設定方法。
為達成上述之目的,本發明之複數型胎壓感測器設定方法,其方法為提供一燒錄工具,該燒錄工具包含有一顯示單元11、一輸入裝置12、一低頻傳輸單元23以及一無線傳輸/接收單元24。由該燒錄工具發出一觸發信號給胎壓感測器,胎壓感測器在收到該燒錄工具所發出的觸發信號後會回覆一回覆信號,該回覆信號內包含該胎壓感測器本身的識別碼。燒錄工具接收該等回覆信號後會將所收到的所有的胎壓感測器的識別碼顯 示於該燒錄工具的顯示單元。由該燒錄工具上的輸入裝置進行操選擇要進行燒錄工作的胎壓感測器的識別碼,之後再選擇所要進行燒錄的通訊協定,然後由該燒錄工具針對每個被選定的胎壓感測器發出通訊協定,該通訊協定包含車廠的編碼,對這些被選定的胎壓感測器同時進行通訊協定的燒錄動作,各個被選定的胎壓感測器在收到該燒錄工具所發出的通訊協定後會將該通訊協定燒錄儲存在各胎壓感測器內。

以下將藉由所列舉之實施例配合隨附之圖式,詳述本發明之技術內容及特徵。
本發明所提供之複數型胎壓感測器設定方法,其方法包含有:
A.提供一燒錄工具,該燒錄工具包含有一顯示單元11、一輸入裝置12、一低頻傳輸單元23以及一無線傳輸/接收單元24。
B.由該燒錄工具發出一觸發信號給範圍內的胎壓感測器(TPMS),這些在範圍內的胎壓感測器在收到該燒錄工具所發出的觸發信號後會回覆一回覆信號,該回覆信號內包含該胎壓感測器本身的識別碼(ID)。
C.該燒錄工具接收該等回覆信號後會將所收到的所有的回覆信號的胎壓感測器的數量以及各胎壓感測器的識別碼顯示於該燒錄工具的顯示單元。
D.由該燒錄工具上的輸入裝置進行操選擇要進行燒錄工作 的胎壓感測器的數量以及識別碼,之後再選擇所要進行燒錄的通訊協定,此選擇包含了車輛的廠牌、年份以及型號。
然後由該燒錄工具針對每個被選定的胎壓感測器發出燒錄命令與通訊協定並且設定回覆時間,每一胎壓感測器的回覆時間不同,該通訊協定包含車廠的編碼,對這些被選定的胎壓感測器同時進行通訊協定的燒錄動作,例如使用B廠牌的通訊協定則發出B廠牌的編號。各個被選定的胎壓感測器在收到該燒錄工具所發出的通訊協定後會將該通訊協定燒錄儲存在各胎壓感測器內。
E.在燒錄動作完成後燒錄工具會發出一檢查命令,各個胎壓感測器在收到該檢查命令後會回覆送出一檢查資料,該檢查資料包含該胎壓感測器本身的識別碼。
F.燒錄工具在收到各個胎壓感測器所傳回的檢查資料時會進行checksum運算,以確定燒錄工作順利完成,資料正確。
在燒錄的過程中所有被選擇的胎壓感測器會一直被監控,如果胎壓感測器都持續有正確的回應則繼續燒錄。如果有胎壓感測器沒有回應則重新發送燒錄的通訊協定。
在前述的步驟E中,該燒錄工具在進行通訊協定傳輸時會針對每一個被選定的胎壓感測器發出通訊協定,在發出檢查命令時該燒錄工具可以在所有的胎壓感測器都完成燒錄後再統一一起發出檢查命令,也可以針對每一個單一的胎壓感測器在完成燒錄後各別發出檢查命令。
在前述的步驟D中,通訊協定的選擇與胎壓感測器的選擇的這二個選擇動作的順序可以互換,即使用者可以如前步驟D中所述先選擇胎壓感測器的數量與ID後再選擇通訊協定,或者先選擇通訊協定後再選擇胎壓感測器的數量與ID。
而如第三圖所示,在前述的步驟D之前該燒錄工具可以先對所選定的胎壓感測器發出一清除記憶體命令,以清除所選定胎壓感測器記憶體內的通訊協定,確保該胎壓感測器記憶體的空間是足夠進行接收燒錄命令與通訊協定。
如第二圖所示,為本發明中該燒錄工具之電路功能方塊示意圖,該燒錄工具包含有:
一電源裝置20,用於提供該燒錄工具所需的電力。
一微控制單元21,該微控制單元與該顯示單元11以及該輸入裝置12電信連接。
一記憶單元22,與該微控制單元21電信連接,用於儲存至少一組的TPMS通訊協定。
一低頻傳輸單元(Low frequency)23,與該微控制單元21電信連接,作為該燒錄工具與外部連線的介面。
一無線傳輸/接收單元(Radio frequency)24,與該微控制單元21電信連接。
一時脈系統25,與該微控制單元21電信連接。一快閃記憶單元(Flash Rom)27,與該微控制單元21電信連接。
一隨機存取記憶單元(Random Access Memory)28,與該微控制單元21電信連接。
藉由本發明所提供的方法可以改善昔用一次一個的燒錄方式,以本發明的方法可以同時對一個或一個以上的胎壓感測器進行通訊協定的燒錄動作,大幅的縮短操作的時間,使得原本必須一個一個進行的燒錄動作在一個動作完成,提供使用者更為便利的使用設定。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種複數型胎壓感測器設定方法,其方法包含有:A提供一燒錄工具,該燒錄工具包含有一顯示單元(11)、一輸入裝置(12)、一低頻傳輸單元(23)以及一無線傳輸/接收單元(24);B由該燒錄工具發出一觸發信號給胎壓感測器,胎壓感測器在收到該燒錄工具所發出的觸發信號後會回覆一回覆信號,該回覆信號內包含該胎壓感測器本身的識別碼;C該燒錄工具接收該等回覆信號後會將所收到的所有的胎壓感測器的識別碼顯示於該燒錄工具的顯示單元;D由該燒錄工具上的輸入裝置進行操選擇要進行燒錄工作的胎壓感測器的識別碼,之後再選擇所要進行燒錄的通訊協定,然後由該燒錄工具針對每個被選定的胎壓感測器發出通訊協定,該通訊協定包含車廠的編碼,對這些被選定的胎壓感測器同時進行通訊協定的燒錄動作,各個被選定的胎壓感測器在收到該燒錄工具所發出的通訊協定後會將該通訊協定燒錄儲存在各胎壓感測器內。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之複數型胎壓感測器設定方法,其中步驟D中通訊協定的選擇與胎壓感測器ID的選擇的這二個選擇動作的順序可以互換。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之複數型胎壓感測器設定方法,其中在燒錄動作完成後燒錄工具會發出一檢查命令,各個胎壓感測器在收到該檢查命令後會回覆送出一檢查資料,該檢查資料包含該胎壓感測器本身的識別碼。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第3項所述之複數型胎壓感測器設定方法,其中該燒錄工具在收到各個胎壓感測器所傳回的檢查資料時會進行checksum運算以 確定資料正確。
  5. 依據申請專利範圍第3項所述之複數型胎壓感測器設定方法,其中步驟E中,在發出檢查命令時該燒錄工具在所有的胎壓感測器都完成燒錄後統一一起發出檢查命令。
  6. 依據申請專利範圍第3項所述之複數型胎壓感測器設定方法,其中步驟E中,在發出檢查命令時該燒錄工具對每一個單一的胎壓感測器在完成燒錄後各別發出檢查命令。
  7. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之複數型胎壓感測器設定方法,其中步驟D之前該燒錄工具先對所選定的胎壓感測器發出一清除記憶體命令,以清除所選定胎壓感測器記憶體內的通訊協定。
