Description
本發明係有關於一種螺絲、一種建物帷幕以及一種為建物牆壁或建物屋頂隔熱的方法。
EP 510 563 B1公開過此種方法。為對從後通風的金屬牆面進行隔熱,將隔熱元件插入一固定在若干垂直鋼架上且具有若干卡式連接片的卡式型材。為防止形成熱橋,將若干間隔條放在此等卡式連接片上並擰緊,在其間安裝附加之隔熱板。
本發明之目的在於,提供一種螺絲、一種建物帷幕以及一種為建物牆壁或建物屋頂隔熱的方法,從而簡化對建物帷幕進行隔熱。
本發明用以達成上述目的之解決方案為一種螺絲,包括驅動裝置、沿打入方向與該驅動裝置間隔一定距離的鑽頭,及自該驅動裝置延伸至該鑽頭的桿部,該鑽頭用於產生具有鑽孔軸及鑽孔直徑的鑽孔,該桿部具有止動區段,在該螺絲之打入方向相對該鑽孔軸發生翻轉時,該止動區段可穿過該鑽孔,以及,在該螺絲之打入方向平行於該鑽孔軸時,該止動區段具有用於阻止該止動區段穿過該鑽孔的止動面。
一種有利實施方式,其特徵在於,該止動區段具有橢圓形橫
截面。該橫截面較佳呈圓形。
一種有利實施方式,其特徵在於,該止動區段包括該桿部之彎折部。另一有利實施方式,其特徵在於,該止動區段包括該桿部之弧形部。
一種有利實施方式,其特徵在於,該桿部在該止動區段與該鑽頭之間具有包含第一螺紋的第一螺紋區段。該第一螺紋較佳反向於該打入方向延伸至該止動面或者伸出該止動面。根據一種替代實施方式,該桿部在該止動面與該第一螺紋之間具有第一無螺紋區段。
一種有利實施方式,其特徵在於,該桿部在該止動面與該驅動裝置之間具有包含第二螺紋的第二螺紋區段。該第二螺紋之外徑較佳為大於該第一螺紋。

圖1為建物帷幕在固定過程中的局部橫截面圖;及圖2為建物帷幕在固定完畢後的局部圖。
圖1顯示為建物帷幕100的橫截面圖,其包含擰緊或釘緊在牆壁110上的底板120,自該等底板分別有一卡式連接片130突出,以便形成一鋼卡夾。該等卡式連接片130各具一直角彎折的固定區域140。該等卡夾中各插有一構建為隔熱板150的隔熱元件。隔熱板150藉由蓋板170與環境隔開,該蓋板藉由螺絲180透過卡式連接片130固定在底板120上。蓋板170構建為鋼板。在未繪示實施例中,該蓋板由塑膠製成以及/或者構建為
薄膜。隔熱板150具有壓縮性隔熱材料,例如為礦棉(如石棉或玻璃棉)。
螺絲180具有構建為螺絲頭182的驅動裝置及沿打入方向200與該螺絲頭182間隔一定距離的鑽頭181,該鑽頭用於在蓋板170中鑽出第一鑽孔160及在固定區域140內鑽出第二鑽孔。在螺絲180之鑽頭181與螺絲頭182之間設有桿部183,其在第一螺紋區段中具有連接鑽頭81之自攻式第一螺紋184,在第二螺紋區段中具有第二螺紋185。該第二螺紋185之直徑大於該第一螺紋184。在螺絲頭182下方,包含密封墊圈及蓋盤的密封墊圈機構186套在螺絲桿183上。
螺絲桿183包括止動區段187,其包含桿部183之彎折部188、止動面189以及桿部183之弧形部190。基於該彎折部188,止動面189由桿部183之周面構成,該止動面在圖1所示位置中阻止止動區段187穿過該第一鑽孔160。桿部183於各處、特別是在該止動區段之區域內具有圓形橫截面。第一螺紋184反向於打入方向200延伸至止動面189,第二螺紋185反向於打入方向200延伸至密封墊圈機構186。在未繪示實施例中,該桿部在其止動面與第一螺紋之間以及/或者在其密封墊圈機構與第二螺紋之間具有無螺紋區段。
為對建物帷幕100進行隔熱,首先將底板120固定在牆壁110上。再將隔熱元件150貼緊底板120,以及將蓋板170放在隔熱元件150上並用螺絲180將該蓋板固定於該底板上。在此過程中,首先用鑽頭181在蓋板170中鑽出第一鑽孔160,使得該第一鑽孔160具有垂直於蓋板170之表面171的鑽孔軸。在此情況下,該第一鑽孔160之鑽孔直徑等於鑽頭181之外徑。該第一螺紋184之外徑大於鑽頭181及第一鑽孔160之直徑,
隨後,藉由該第一螺紋將螺絲180旋入該第一鑽孔,直至止動面189貼緊蓋板170之表面171。遂達到圖1所示位置。在螺絲180之打入方向200平行於第一鑽孔160之鑽孔軸,即垂直於蓋板170之表面171的情況下,止動區段187因止動面189而無法穿過第一鑽孔160。
隨後,為使止動區段187穿過第一鑽孔160,將螺絲180翻轉。在圖1中,螺絲頭182係朝左翻轉。桿部183在其止動區段187之區域內的直徑並不大於第一鑽孔160之鑽孔直徑,因此,螺絲180便能進一步地穿過第一鑽孔160繼續穿透。最後,將螺絲180朝回翻轉,直至其打入方向200重新垂直於蓋板170之表面171,並穿過第一鑽孔160繼續插入該螺絲,直至鑽頭181貼緊底板120之固定區域140。亦可透過以下兩種方式實現螺絲180之翻轉:蓋板170與固定區域140之距離大於鑽頭181之打入側末端與螺絲180之止動面189的距離;隔熱板150隨螺絲180的此種運動而運動。
隨後,用鑽頭181在固定區域140內鑽出第二鑽孔260,使得該第二鑽孔260同樣具有垂直於蓋板170之表面171的鑽孔軸。在此情況下,該第二鑽孔260之鑽孔直徑同樣等於鑽頭181之外徑。隨後,藉由該第一螺紋184將螺絲180旋入該第二鑽孔,直至止動面189貼緊固定區域140之表面141。遂達到圖2所示位置。因為螺絲180之打入方向200平行於第二鑽孔260之鑽孔軸,即垂直於固定區域140之表面141,止動區段187因止動面189而無法穿過第二鑽孔260。螺絲180無法再翻轉,因為螺絲180既在第一鑽孔160又在第二鑽孔260中得到固定。為在蓋板170中將鑽孔160密封,螺絲頭182將密封墊圈機構186壓緊在蓋板170上。
此外,蓋板170僅透過隔熱板150及螺絲180與底板120連
接。底板120與蓋板170之距離僅由螺絲180決定,就固定區域140而言,上述距離等於螺絲頭182與止動面189之沿打入方向視之的距離,視情況減去密封墊圈機構186之厚度。採用上述螺絲後,毋需為使大於桿部直徑之止動件穿過而對該等鑽孔中的任一個進行預鑽孔。
以上以建物隔熱為例對本發明進行了描述。需要指出的是,本發明之螺絲亦適用於其他用途。

Claims (14)
- 一種螺絲,包括驅動裝置、沿打入方向與該驅動裝置間隔一定距離的鑽頭,及自該驅動裝置延伸至該鑽頭的桿部,該鑽頭用於產生具有鑽孔軸及鑽孔直徑的鑽孔,其中,該桿部具有止動區段,在該螺絲之打入方向相對該鑽孔軸發生翻轉時,該止動區段可穿過該鑽孔,以及,在該螺絲之打入方向平行於該鑽孔軸時,該止動區段具有用於阻止該止動區段穿過該鑽孔的止動面。
