Description

用於將附屬配件固定於摩托車的裝置 【發明所屬之技術領域】
本發明係有關於一種用於將尤其如擋風板之配件固定於摩托車上之裝置。
目前周知於一般摩托車間有非常多之型式,在這些型式中可發現結合摩托車在靈巧性方面之特性與四輪車輛之穩定性的「混合」車輛。此類「混合」車輛例如係由配備有兩前轉向輪之三輪車輛作為代表,其可如摩托車般地被駕駛(亦即其可側向傾斜在一圓弧上),同時提供四輪車輛慣有之穩定性。因此,在下文之說明中須知,摩托車一詞係指傳統兩輪摩托車以及上述「混合」車輛兩者。
各種類型之固定裝置被用來將配件(諸如擋風板)安置在摩托車之車身上。這些習知固定裝置通常包括圓錐形聯接器,其在一側上經由柱螺栓或螺栓連結至摩托車之一部分(例如手把),且在另一側上則藉同樣被螺栓所限制之套管聯接至擋風板。同樣地,在組裝諸如行李圍杆、後視鏡或其他非擋風板之配件的情形中,也可使用由複數個透過一或多個螺栓所聯結之組件所組成之固定裝置。
因為這些固定裝置經常附接並非對正常操作絕對必要之摩托車配件,或無論如何必須被移除以便進行摩托車本身維修作業之配件,所以必須確保可以透過干預相關之固定裝置來移除上述配件。因此,這些固定裝置通常配備有可反轉接合手段,諸如螺帽、槓桿或其他等,其可根據需要,輕易地從摩托車上移除配件並可將此諸配件重新裝回至摩托車。如果所需之緊固轉矩未被施加至上述可反轉接合手段,則配件可能會因為與安全性有關之間隙問題而意外地從摩托車上脫落。
因此,本發明之目的在於提供一種用於將尤其如擋風板之配件固定於摩托車上之裝置,其可在即使固定裝置內產生鬆脫時,仍能防止配件從摩托車上脫落。
本發明之另一目的在於提供一種用於將配件固定於摩托車上之裝置,其可將此固定裝置對摩托車外觀之衝擊降到最低。
本發明之又一目的在於提供一種用於將配件固定於摩托車上之裝置,其組裝操作如同習知固定裝置之操作般簡單且快速。
本發明之這些目的可藉由提供一種如申請專利範圍第1項中所述之用於將尤其如擋風板之配件固定於摩托車上之裝置而達成。
本發明之諸其他特徵被敘述於諸申請專利範圍附屬項中,其係構成本說明整體的一部分。
由以下參考所附示意圖式,舉非限制性例子所作說明,根據本發明所實施之用於將尤其如擋風板之配件固定於摩托車上之裝置之特點及優點將更昭然。
參照諸圖式,其顯示一根據本發明所實施之用於將配件固定於摩托車上之裝置,其整體標以元件符號10。
尤其如第1圖所示,固定裝置10可適合相對於摩托車之一固定組件(諸如手把16)而鎖定用於擋風板14上的諸軸12中之一者。
至少一管狀元件或套管18例如藉由焊接而被穩固地附接在手把16上。軸12之自由端可透過間置至少一彈性間隔元件20而插入此套管18內,亦即擋風板14並不會被附接於此端部上。
更精確而言,基於諸圖中所示之示範性實施例,此彈性間隔元件20亦製成一套管,且在其第一端(亦即面對軸12自由端)藉由緊固元件使之無法軸向滑動,而此諸緊固元件係由一具有六角形頭部之螺絲22及一相關之彈性墊圈24所組成。螺絲22被構形為可插入一具螺紋之未貫穿孔26,其被軸向地設置於軸12之自由端。
彈性間隔元件20因此被安置成可在其端部(與面對軸12之自由端的端部成對立者)接觸一當作止推手段之截頭圓錐墊圈28。一成套管形狀且設有內螺紋之特別螺帽30啣合軸12之一螺紋部32,以便移動此截頭圓錐墊圈28以抵住彈性間隔元件20,並因此形成可相對於手把16之套管18而將軸12固定之可反轉接合手段,此將在下文中更具體加以說明。
根據本發明,至少一軸向鎖定元件34被一體地設置在軸12上,並較佳地製成一配備有至少一平淺凹槽部36之圓柱形軸襯,而此平淺凹槽部36啣合一相對應之軸向鎖定元件38,其較佳地被製成一金屬夾緊彈簧,且例如藉由插入一形成於同一套管18上之特別凹口40(第7圖)而被附接於手把16之套管18上。依此方式,即使在螺帽30及彈性間隔元件20鬆掉情形下,亦能確保軸12被軸向地保持在套管18中,而此軸12僅可在使此同一軸12繞其軸線轉動之後,才能以一預定之角度自此套管18處抽出。
更精確而言,根據本發明所實施之固定裝置10可操作如下。例如依第3圖所示,在此裝置10之停置位置中,螺帽30被安置在軸12之螺紋部32周圍,俾不會將截頭圓錐墊圈28之尖縮部推抵住彈性間隔元件20,其因此係在停置狀態。須知,此彈性間隔元件20,連同截頭圓錐墊圈28之尖縮部及圓柱形軸襯34,呈現一比該管狀元件或套管18之內圓周更小之外圓周。在此情形下,當此裝置10位於上述停置位置時,此諸組件將可自由地插入管狀之套管18內,且可自由地自此套管18內移去。
為了安裝此配件14,軸12之自由端連同與其相關聯之組件(處於上述之解除或停置形態下)沿著第4圖中之箭頭F1 所示軸向方向被插入套管18。在將軸12插入套管18內之後,夾緊彈簧38隨即以滑扣方式鉤扣至圓柱形軸襯34之平淺凹槽部36上,從而立即確保可軸向地保持此軸12。
為了穩固地將裝置10或諸裝置10(如果需要一種多用途之形態)鎖定於適當位置,螺帽30於是朝螺旋方向轉動於軸12之相關螺紋部32上。此操作決定截頭圓錐墊圈28在彈性間隔元件20上之止推作用,其藉由依序地被螺絲22及相關墊圈24固定於適當位置中之圓柱形軸襯34而保持,而此止推作用增長在套管18內之鎖定,因此使得軸12與摩托車結構形成為一體。
另一方面,為了可在已隨意地移去由裝置10所支撐之擋風板14或其他配件之後移除各軸12,將必須首先鬆開個別之螺帽30,以便將彈性間隔元件20移回停置位置內。然而,在裝置10之此一「已鬆開」形態中,夾緊彈簧38與圓柱形軸襯34之平淺凹槽部36間仍有啣合,作為用以防止軸12自套管18中被意外抽出之安全系統。
因此有必要相對於手把16向外轉動各軸12例如大約90°,如第8圖之箭頭F3 所示,以致圓柱形軸襯34可擴寬夾緊彈簧38,使得可朝第8圖之箭頭F2 所示方向軸向地釋放,亦即,抽出該軸12。
因此可見,根據本發明所實施之用於將尤其如擋風板之配件固定於摩托車上之裝置可達成上述目的。此固定裝置事實上配備有一安全系統,其在即使發生此裝置之標準接合手段鬆開之情形下,亦可確保軸向之保持。除此之外,此固定裝置不會呈現諸可見之組件,使得摩托車之外觀不致於改變。最後,此根據本發明所實施之固定裝置的組裝仍保持如未配備有上述安全系統之習知固定裝置可達成般,一樣簡單且快速。
可針對根據本發明所實施之用於將尤其如擋風板之配件固定於摩托車上之裝置,思及並進行許多修改與變更,而所有這些修改及變更均在本發明之概念內;此外,所有細部可由技術上均等之元件所取代。實務上,所用之材料以及形狀與大小均可依據技輸需求而為任何者。
本發明之保護範圍因此係由所附之申請專利範圍所界定。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種用於將附屬配件固定於摩托車的裝置(10),其包括:至少一軸(12),其可插入一可被緊固於該摩托車之固定組件(16)上的套管元件(18)中,該軸(12)之一部分包括至少一彈性間隔元件(20),其可插入該套管元件(18)內,並經由可反轉接合手段(30)作動在一被啣合於該套管元件(18)內之擴張位置與一可自該套管元件(18)處抽出的停置位置之間,其特徵在於:該軸(12)具有至少一被固定地設置於其上之軸向鎖定元件(34),該軸向鎖定元件(34)係製成一圓柱形軸襯之形式,其啣合一被限制於該套管元件(18)上之相對應軸向鎖定元件(38),該相對應軸向鎖定元件(38)製成一夾鉗式金屬彈簧之形式,以便即使在發生該可反轉接合手段(30)鬆脫情形下,仍可確保該軸(12)被軸向地保持在該套管元件(18)內,並使得該軸(12)只可在其按照一預定角度,繞其自身之軸線轉動後,才能從該套管元件(18)處抽出,其中,該金屬彈簧(38)經由插入一形成於該套管元件(18)上之凹口(40)而被限制於該套管元件(18)上,且該金屬彈簧(38)具有一伸出套管元件(18)外部的部分。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之裝置(10),其中該圓柱形軸襯(34)配備有至少一平淺凹槽部(36),而該金屬彈簧(38)在將該軸(12)插入該套管元件(18)內時,隨即滑扣 入該平淺凹槽部(36)中,從而立即確保該軸(12)被軸向地保持;另一方面,該圓柱形軸襯(34)之圓柱部分在該軸(12)繞其自身之軸線轉動後,使得該金屬彈簧(38)展開,以便解除該軸(12)之軸向啣合。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之裝置(10),其中該彈性間隔元件(20)製成一套管之形狀,且其在一與該軸(12)之自由端相面對的第一端處,藉若干可供抑制軸向滑動用之元件(22、24)來保持。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項之裝置(10),其中該等可供抑制軸向滑動用之元件係由一螺絲(22)及一相關之彈性墊圈(24)所組成,該螺絲(22)被構形為可被插入一設有螺紋之未貫穿孔(26)中,其軸向地設置於該軸(12)之自由端處。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3項之裝置(10),其中該彈性間隔元件(20)安置成可在其與面向該軸(12)之自由端的端部形成對立之端部處接觸一截頭圓錐墊圈(28),其可藉由該可反轉接合手段(30)促動,而該截頭圓錐墊圈(28)之尖縮部則被放置抵住該彈性間隔元件(20)。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項之裝置(10),其中該彈性間隔元件(20)、該截頭圓錐墊圈(28)之該尖縮部、及該圓柱形軸襯(34)具有一外圓周,其小於該套管元件(18)之內圓周,以便在該裝置(10)之該停置位置期間可自由地插入該套管元件(18)內,並可自由地從其中抽出。
