Description

複合薄片及使用複合薄片的吸收性物品
本發明是關於使用複合薄片及該複合薄片的吸收性物品。
用後即棄式紙尿褲等的吸收性物品中,由於需要有不會對穿用者造成不適感,可配合穿用時或穿用中的身體的動作進行伸縮,所以使用加入不織布或彈性構件的各種構成構件。
且,該等的構成構件是以吸收性物品的穿用時的舒適性,例如透氣性或吸汗性的提昇作為目的,嘗試進行各種的改良。
例如日本特開2000-189454號公報中(以下稱為專利文獻1),揭示一種,以用後即棄式紙尿褲的腰圍帶域的透氣性及吸汗性提昇作為目的,將形成於腰圍帶域的端翼形成可透氣的,並且在此端翼的內面配置有透氣性吸汗薄片的用後即棄式紙尿褲。
專利文獻1中,在配置有透氣性吸汗薄片的端翼安裝往腰圍方向進行彈性伸縮的線狀的彈性構件。此彈性構件為線狀,且僅在腰圍方向進行伸縮,所以透氣性吸汗薄片 也與此連動而不規則地捲曲,結果,對該薄片的肌膚的接觸面積減少。因此,熱與汗容易滯留在透氣性吸汗薄片與肌膚之間,造成穿著時的舒適性不佳。此外,由於會因線狀的彈性構件對局部造成線壓,所以對於肌膚的物理性的刺激強,舒適性不佳。
如上述,在用後即棄式紙尿褲,為了維持穿用時的舒適性,雖然同時要1)減少對肌膚的物理性的刺激、與2)將肌膚的濕潤狀態保持在適度的情況(適度的吸汗性與透氣性的確保)是很重要的,但以習知的構成構件來說,尤其2)的達成是困難的。
本發明的目的在提供,使用於用後即棄式紙尿褲等的吸收性物品時,熱或汗不會滯留,且也可減低對肌膚的物理性的刺激,結果成為對穿用時的肌膚面舒適性佳的複合薄片。
本發明者們是著眼於,將伸縮性不織布以伸長的狀態,與非伸縮性薄片進行部分接合後的伸縮性複合薄片。於是,在此構成中重新發現,穿用時的肌膚面的舒適性是與對複合薄片的肌膚的接觸面積率與透氣性有關,藉由調整此關係,在穿用時,熱或汗不會滯留,可消除所謂的黏膩感。即,發現將複合薄片做成具有預定範圍的接觸面積率與透氣性的方式,便可達成上述2)適度保持肌膚的濕潤狀態(適度的吸汗性與透氣性的確保)。
此外,根據本發明,複合薄片本身藉由具有整體較佳的伸縮性,即使沒有彈性構件也可成為含有腰部褶邊部的用後即棄式紙尿褲的構成構件。因此,也可依需要減少對上述1)的肌膚的物理性的刺激。
具體來說,本發明提供以下的東西。
(1)一種複合薄片,是將伸縮性不織布以伸長的狀態對非伸縮性薄片進行貼合而成的複合薄片,前述複合薄片任一方的面的135%伸長時及170%伸長時的接觸面積率皆在65%以上,前述複合薄片150%伸長時的透氣阻抗值在0.20KPa.s/m以下。(這裡,接觸面積率為:在上述伸長狀態的複合薄片的一方的面塗布水性塗料,將濾紙疊在此一方的面,在250g加重下維持10秒後,複印到濾紙上的水性塗料的面積比例。)
(2)如(1)記載的複合薄片,其中,前述伸縮性不織布,在兩面,複數個帶狀稀疏區域與複數個帶狀綿密區域交互性地連續被形成,並且一方的面的帶狀綿密區域與另一方的面的帶狀綿密區域是前述交互所形成。
(3)如(1)或(2)記載的複合薄片,其中,前述非伸縮性薄片與前述伸縮性不織布藉由接著劑貼合。
(4)如(1)至(3)中任一所記載的複合薄片,其中,前述複合薄片的伸縮性不織布面的前述接觸面積率在80%以上。
(5)如(1)至(4)中任一所記載的複合薄片,其中,前述複合薄片150%伸長時的凝結量在7g/m2 以下。 (這裡,凝結量為:使複合薄片與40℃的水面對向配置,在20℃×60%RH的環境下,放置1小時後,附著在此對向面的水份量。)
(6)如(1)至(5)中任一所記載的複合薄片,其中,前述複合薄片150%伸長時的蒸發率在65%以上。
(7)如(1)至(6)中任一所記載的複合薄片,其中,前述複合薄片150%伸長時的透濕度3000g/m2 .24小時.atom以上。
(8)如(1)至(7)中任一所記載的複合薄片,其中,前述伸縮性不織布至少含有:部分被延伸的熱可塑性纖維、和與前述熱可塑性纖維不同的彈性體纖維。
(9)如(1)至(8)中任一所記載的複合薄片,其中,前述伸縮性不織布的前述彈性體纖維與前述熱可塑性纖維是以80:20~25:75的量混和。
(10)如(1)至(9)中任一所記載的複合薄片,其中,在前述伸縮性不織布的兩面貼合有前述非伸縮性薄片。
(11)一種吸收性物品,其特徵為:至少具備有吸收體與(1)至(10)中任一所記載的複合薄片,前述複合薄片被配置在該吸收性物品穿用時的肌膚抵接面側。
(12)如(11)記載的吸收性物品,其中,具備有:具有長度方向與和前述長度方向垂直的寬度方向,沿著前述長度方向而配置的大致縱長狀的前述吸收體;以及具有朝向形成在前述寬度方向兩緣之內側的U字狀的切入部, 將前述寬度方向配置成為前述伸長方向的前述複合薄片。
(13)如(12)記載的吸收性物品,其中,前述伸縮不織布面配置在肌膚抵接面側。
(14)一種複合薄片,是含有被配置在吸收性物品穿用時的肌膚抵接面側的伸縮性不織布之複合薄片,其特徵為:前述複合薄片任一方的面135%伸長時及170%伸長時的接觸面積率皆在65%以上,前述複合薄片150%伸長時的透氣阻抗值在0.20KPa.s/m以下。(這裡,接觸面積率為:在上述伸長狀態的複合薄片的一方的面塗布水性塗料,將濾紙疊在此一方的面,在250g加重下維持10秒後,複印在濾紙的水性塗料的面積比例。)
根據本發明可提供一種複合薄片,其是將伸縮性不織布以伸長的狀態,與非伸縮性薄片利用熱熔接著劑接著成的複合薄片,藉由做成具有預定範圍的接觸面積率與透氣性的方式,在穿用時,熱或汗不會滯留,且也可消除所謂的黏膩感。
〔實施發明用的形態〕
以下,首先就本發明的複合薄片的構造進行說明,接著,就此複合薄片必須具備的預定物性進行說明,隨後就使用此複合薄片的吸收性物品進行說明。
〔複合薄片的構造〕
圖1表示本發明的複合薄片的一實施形態的立體圖,圖2為圖1的X-X方向的剖面放大圖。如圖1及圖2所示,本發明的複合薄片1是伸縮性不織布2與非伸縮性薄片3藉由接著劑4接著的薄片。具體而言,複合薄片1是伸長伸縮性不織布2的狀態與非伸縮性薄片3貼合。
複合薄片1是藉由:在非伸縮性薄片3將接著劑4以一定間隔塗布呈帶狀,黏貼配置在伸長狀態的伸縮性不織布2所形成的。因此,解除伸縮性不織布2的伸長狀態的話,非伸縮性薄片3會隨著塗布接著劑4的接著模式被接著的同時,沒有被接著的部分會鬆弛,而形成複數個規則的皺紋。而本發明的接著劑的塗布,並不侷限於此實施形態的間歇性的塗布,也可為全面塗布。
圖3為伸縮性不織布2的立體圖。如圖3所示,伸縮性不織布2是將彈性體纖維及可延伸之熱可塑性纖維任意配置所形成的不織布。又,本發明的伸縮性不織布的一例示的伸縮性不織布2是藉由後述的齒輪加工,在兩面朝向製造不織布之際的設備的製造流向(MD:Machine Direction)交互形成有複數個帶狀稀疏區域的稀疏區域21與複數個帶狀綿密區域的綿密區域22。又,一方的面的複數個綿密區域22是與另一方的面的複數個綿密區域22在複合薄片1的製造流向(MD)交互形成。
作為可用於伸縮性不織布2的可延伸之熱可塑性纖維 是可使用例如聚烯烴系、聚酯系的纖維。具體而言,可使用聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯。又,作為可用於伸縮性不織布2的彈性體纖維是可使用例如胺甲酸乙酯系、聚苯乙烯、橡膠系等的纖維。具體而言,可使用聚胺酯等。
可延伸之熱可塑性纖維與彈性體纖維的混率(重量比)可例舉80:20~25:75。當可延伸之熱可塑性纖維的混率比80%大時,則伸縮性不織布2的翹曲會有變大的情況,相反地當彈性體纖維的混率變的比75%大時,反而會對觸感產生濕黏的情形。此外,熱可塑性纖維及彈性體纖維的平均纖維直徑是10~35 μm為理想。且,熱可塑性纖維及彈性體纖維可任意混纖。
此外,為了做成複合薄片1所要求的強度,伸縮性不織布2弛緩時的基重是20~100g/m2 為理想。可延伸之熱可塑性纖維弛緩時的基重是4~60g/m2 為理想,彈性體纖維的基重是5~70g/m2 為理想。
圖4是說明對伸縮性不織布原布進行齒輪延伸加工後的狀態的圖。伸縮性不織布原布5是以一對賦形輥10、10進行壓榨,使可延伸之熱可塑性纖維伸長,且,藉由彈性體纖維的伸縮性,對伸縮性不織布原布5賦予伸縮性的方式進行加工。此外,此延伸加工手段並不局侷限是上述這種齒輪加工,也可藉由其他的軋輥延伸加工等來進行。
非伸縮性薄片3雖可依目的適宜變更,但可使用例如:紡黏不織布;噴熔不織布;熱軋不織布;以及加入紡黏 不織布和噴熔不織布的SMS不織布;熱風不織布;射流噴網不織布;氣流成型不織布等眾所周知的不織布。非伸縮性薄片3的基重是10~50g/m2 為理想。
複合薄片1是伸縮性不織布2與非伸縮性薄片3以接著劑4接著的方式所形成的。所使用的接著劑4是例如熱熔接著劑為理想。而且,複合薄片1是伸縮性不織布2以伸長的狀態,藉由接著劑4接著在非伸縮性薄片3所形成的。毗鄰的熱熔接合間的間隔是15mm以內,理想為10mm以內。又,接著劑4的基重是0.5~15g/m2 為理想。
圖5表示複合薄片1的製造方法的一例示圖。首先,滾出捲繞在原布輥31之齒輪延伸加工前的伸縮性不織布原布5。接著,伸縮性不織布原布5插入一對齒輪輥32之間進行齒輪延伸加工。藉此,伸縮性不織布原布5成為顯現出伸縮性的伸縮性不織布2。接著,顯現出伸縮性的伸縮性不織布2是藉由輥34、35被伸長再通過夾輥39間。又,另一方面,捲繞在原布輥37的非伸縮性薄片3是利用接著劑塗布裝置38在其預定區域上塗布熱熔接著劑,通過一對夾輥39間。伸縮性不織布2及非伸縮性薄片3因同時通過夾輥39而可被貼合。之後,藉由解除伸縮性不織布2與非伸縮性薄片3的伸長狀態,可得複合薄片1。且,如上述方法所獲得的複合薄片1的伸長率在150%以上350%以下,厚度在1mm以上4mm以下為理想。
此外,本發明的複合薄片並不侷限於上述這種伸縮性 不織布2與非伸縮性薄片3的兩層構造。例如,如圖6所示,也可為非伸縮性薄片3/伸縮性不織布2/非伸縮性薄片3的3層構造。
〔複合薄片的物性〕
<接觸面積率> 本發明中,上述複合薄片1任一方的面135%伸長時及170%伸長時的接觸面積率皆為65%以上。這個值在80%以上為理想,在90%以上則更理想。而上限是在99%以下為理想。
成為此接觸面積率的概念是將複合薄片用於肌膚抵接面時對肌膚的接觸率數值化後的參數。而且,本發明的特徵之一是發現此接觸面積率愈高則吸汗效果高,且舒適性佳的點。習知眾所周知的伸縮性素材中,當對肌膚的接觸面積高出一定以上時,反而會殘留濕黏感,無法維持舒適性。此外,當接觸面積降低時則會在肌膚面與薄片之間形成許多不需要的空間,而造成吸汗性的不足。本發明的複合薄片可消除此問題,促進穿用時的吸汗、透過、蒸發,謀求穿用時的舒適性。
圖7A、7B表示圖2的複合薄片1的非伸縮性薄片3側與肌膚面抵接時的接觸狀態的圖。於此,圖7A表示製造流向135%伸長時的狀態,圖7B表示製造流向170%伸長時的狀態的概念圖。肌膚從圖中的箭形符號方向抵接。而,製造流向135%伸長時是指:假設使用作為後述用後 即棄型紙尿布的本體之際的平常的穿用時的伸長程度,製造流向170%伸長時是指:假設複合薄片最大伸長時。
圖7A、7B中,抵接在肌膚面時,非伸縮性薄片3沒有接著的部分鬆弛所形成的複數個細微皺紋是藉由在伸縮性不織布2上所形成的接著劑4以等間隔支撐著。因此,複數個細微的皺紋可穩定形成在伸縮不織布1上。又,此皺紋是僅由非伸縮性薄片3所形成,所以容易在低應立下倒塌。因此可提高接觸面積率。
圖8A、8B表示圖2的複合薄片1的伸縮性不織布2側與肌膚面抵接時的接觸狀態的圖。此時,接觸面積率是藉由平滑的伸縮性不織布2變的可較圖7A、7B更提昇。
另一方面,圖9A、9B是表示用於習知用後即棄型紙尿布的腰部褶邊的構成構件100的情況。於此,在兩片非伸縮性薄片120之間配置有線狀的彈性構件110。此時,因彈性構件的伸縮產生的皺紋大且會不穩定地歪扭。且,由於整體的厚度也變厚,剛性也變高,所以變的不易因肌膚抵接的應力使皺紋倒塌。因而造成接觸面積減少,且吸汗性不佳,而使不舒適感增大。
此外,本發明的接觸面積率是指:根據以下的方法所測定的值。
a)首先,在平面的支撐板狀上,將測定面朝上,以預定的伸長狀態(製造流向135%、170%的兩種類)固定複合薄片(試片在伸長狀態為50×50mm)。
b)接著,在複合薄片的測定面上均勻塗布水性塗料 (顏料:水=2:1;顏料是日本株式會社櫻花文化製「櫻花牌水彩聚合物管裝水彩顏料」的藍色)。
c)將日本東洋濾紙株式會社製No.2的濾紙(50×50mm)疊在測定面上,再以平板按著,在250g加重下(含平板)維持10秒。
d)藉由影像解析予以二值化算出複印到濾紙上的水性塗料的面積比例作為接觸面積率(%)。
<透氣阻抗值> 由於上述接觸面積率65%以上可良好進行汗水的吸取,但為了擔保穿用時的舒適性,複合薄片的透氣性還必需為預定值以上。因此,本發明中,複合薄片的製造流向150%伸長時的透氣阻抗值在0.20KPa.s/m以下。若於此範圍內,由於吸取的汗的蒸發可良好地進行,所以不會損害舒適性。
而本發明的透氣阻抗值是指:透氣性指標的1種,即例如可以日本加多技術株式會社的KES-F8測定器進行測定。此外,根據此測定方法的透氣阻抗值,在0.06~1.245KPa.s/m以下的範圍內的話,可知是與弗雷澤型透氣流量的換算值相關。
<凝結量> 本發明的複合薄片中,複合薄片的製造流向150%伸長時的凝結量在7g/m2 以下為理想。此凝結量是與上述接 觸面積率有關的參數,凝結量比7g多時,汗水的吸取變的不足,而成為舒適性下降的原因。
此外,本發明的凝結量是指:以以下的方法所測定的值。
a)在500cc的燒杯放入40℃的水400cc。
b)將測定面朝向水面側的複合薄片以預定的伸長狀態面相對配置(面相對距離20mm),在20℃×60%RH環境下放置1小時。
c)以濾紙吸取附著於此測定面的水份量,將其吸水量(吸水前後的濾紙的重量差)以每單位面積進行換算成為凝結量(g/m2 )。
<蒸發率> 本發明的複合薄片中,複合薄片的製造流向150%伸長時的蒸發率在65%以上為理想。此蒸發量是與上述透氣性有關的參數,蒸發率65%以上為理想,70%以上更理想,75%以上更為理想,80%以上最為理想。蒸發量若為65%以上,則可將吸取的汗快速蒸發,所以,可維持舒適性。而且,上限在99%以下為理想。
而本發明的蒸發率是指:以以下方法所測定的值。
a)將人工皮膚(日本出光精密化學株式會社製PBZ13001)溫度調整到36℃。
b)以噴霧器對此人工皮膚面上70×70mm的區域以霧狀噴灑1.0g的水。
c)將複合薄片的測定面朝向人工皮膚側載置,在成為196g/70×70mm的負載下,且在20℃×60%RH環境下放置1分鐘(吸取),之後解除荷重。
d)又再20℃×60%RH環境下放置20分鐘(蒸發)。
e)將1.0g-殘留在人工皮膚上的水分-附著在測定面的水份量作為蒸發量(g),將相對於噴霧水的量的蒸發量的比例(%)作為蒸發率。
<透濕度> 本發明的複合薄片中,複合薄片的橫向150%伸長時的透濕度在3000g/m2 .24小時.atom以上為理想。透濕度若在此範圍,則可令吸取的汗快速蒸發,所以可維持舒適性。
而本發明的透濕度是指:根據ASTM E96~66、JISZ0208(杯式法)的變形法所獲得的值,即環境40℃×60%RH、杯內為水的情況的測定值。
〔吸收性物品〕
上述複合薄片1是例如可使用於吸收性物品的用後即棄式紙尿褲。且,以下,將朝向穿用者身體側作為肌膚抵接面側,將與肌膚抵接面側相反側作為非肌膚抵接面側。
圖10表示使用本發明的複合薄片的吸收性物品的一例示的短褲型用後即棄式紙尿褲50的前視圖,圖11為用後即棄式紙尿褲50的展開圖。用後即棄式紙尿褲50具備 :形成主體的本體54;配置在本體54的肌膚抵接面側的透液性的表面薄片51;配置在本體54的非肌膚抵接面側的不透液性的裏面薄片53;以及夾持在該表面薄片51與本體54之間的液體保持性的吸收體芯52。
本體54是以前身布55與後身布56形成短褲型,具有形成前身布55的端部的前腰部褶邊57與形成後身布56的端部的後腰部褶邊58。並且在本體54縱向的兩緣,以橫向的大致中央作為頂點,朝該本體54的內側尋成大致U字狀的切入部59。該切入部59是藉由接合部63接合本體54的前身布55與後身布56彼此形成短褲型時,形成腿開口部60。並且,藉由前身布55與後身布56彼此的接合形成腰開口部61。
而且,本實施形態中,是使用具伸縮性的複合薄片1作為本體54,並將其伸長方向配置成為圖11的寬度方向。因此,在腰部褶邊57、58部分沒有配置橡膠絲等的彈性構件,而形成接合這種本體54的前身布55與後身布56構成短褲型時,前身布55及後身布56是因複合薄片1沿著短褲的外周具伸縮性。因此,用後即棄式紙尿褲50成為具有配合穿用動作或穿用時的身體的動作的伸縮性。如此,由於不需要彈性構件,故可減少對肌膚的物理性的刺激。當然,在本發明,也可依需求將彈性構件配置在腰部褶邊或腿部褶邊。
此外,在此實施形態,複合薄片1是如圖8所示,將伸縮不織布2配置成為肌膚抵接面,且如圖10所示,非 伸縮性薄片3產生的皺紋會呈現在表面。本發明中,並不侷限於此,也可將複合薄片1的非伸縮性薄片3作為肌膚面,但做成本實施形態的態樣的話,由於對肌膚的接觸面積率變的更高所以理想。
此外,在本實施形態,雖就形成短褲型的用後即棄式紙尿褲進行說明,但本發明並不侷限於此。且,本發明的複合薄片做為其他的製品也可被使用。例如該複合薄片可作為:黏帶卡止型的吸收性物品的側翼;側伸縮型的短褲型紙尿部的側伸縮薄片;衛生棉與內衣的固定翼;用後即棄式手術用衣的袖口等的伸縮構件;用後即棄式口罩的耳帶;用後即棄式包裝帶;及敷布材的表面材料等使用。
〔實施例〕
以下,雖說明本發明的實施例,但該等實施例僅是對本發明進行適當說明用的例示,並非任何限定本發明的例示。
〔實施例1〕
將聚丙烯纖維(PP)與聚胺酯纖維(TPU)設為45:55的比例,生產出伸縮性不織布原布5。接著,針對該伸縮性不織布原布5,以賦型輥10朝製造流向進行齒輪延伸加工,獲得伸縮性不織布2。伸縮性不織布原布5的基重是35g/m2
然後,朝製造流向將該伸縮性不織布2伸長成2.3倍 的狀態下,與基重19g/m2 的非伸縮性薄片3(聚丙烯紡黏不織布)熱熔接著,獲得複合薄片1。而,接著劑4塗布在非伸縮性薄片3,其塗布模樣為螺旋塗布,熱熔接著劑的基重成為2g/m2 。所獲得的複合薄片1最大伸長率210%,厚度1.8mm。
〔比較例〕
將作為市售的用後即棄式紙尿褲的構成構件被使用的下述構成的複合薄片作為比較例1、比較例2。

〔試驗例1〕
針對實施例1a、實施例1b、比較例1、比較例2,藉由上述測定方法測定接觸面積率、透氣阻抗值、凝結量、蒸發率、透濕度。並將結果歸納表示在表1。
此外,實施例1a,是作為用後即棄式紙尿褲使用時,假設伸縮性不織布側成為肌膚抵接面的配置,接觸面積率、凝結量、蒸發率、透濕度是以伸縮性不織布側作為測定面進行測定,透氣阻抗值也是測定來自伸縮性不織布側的透氣阻抗。又,實施例1b,是作為用後即棄式紙尿褲使用時,假設非伸縮性薄片側成為肌膚抵接面的配置,接觸面積率、凝結量、蒸發率、透濕度是以非伸縮性薄片側作為測定面進行測定,透氣阻抗值也是測定來自非伸縮性薄片側的透氣阻抗。
如由表1的結果可知,實施例1a、1b中,製造流向135%伸長時及製造流向170%伸長時的接觸面積率皆為很高的65%以上,透氣阻抗值也在0.20KPa.s/m以下,由此可知吸汗性、透氣性特別顯著。而相對於此,在配置有彈性構件的比較例1,接觸面積率為很低的60%以下,蒸發率也是很低的60%。又,於層間有薄膜狀彈性體的比較 例2中,由於透氣阻抗值高,且蒸發率也很低,所以舒適性不足。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種複合薄片,是將伸縮性不織布伸長的狀態下,對非伸縮性薄片進行貼合而成的複合薄片,其特徵為:前述伸縮不織布面配置在肌膚抵接面側,前述複合薄片任一方的面135%伸長時及170%伸長時的接觸面積率皆為65%以上,前述複合薄片150%伸長時的透氣阻抗值是0.20KPa.s/m以下,這裡,接觸面積率為:在上述伸長狀態的複合薄片的一方的面塗布水性塗料,將濾紙疊在此一方的面,在250g加重下,維持10秒後,複印到濾紙上的水性塗料的面積比例,前述伸縮性不織布,在兩面連續交互地形成有複數個帶狀稀疏區域與複數個帶狀綿密區域,並且,一方的面的帶狀綿密區域與另一面的帶狀綿密區域交互地被形成,前述非伸縮性薄片與前述伸縮性不織布藉由接著劑貼合。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項記載的複合薄片,其中,前述複合薄片150%伸長時的凝結量在7g/m2 以下,這裡,凝結量為:使複合薄片與40℃的水面對向配置,在20℃×60%RH的環境下,放置1小時後,附著在此對向面的水份量。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項記載的複合薄片,其中,前述複合薄片150%伸長時的蒸發率在65%以上。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項記載的複合薄片,其中, 前述複合薄片150%伸長時的透濕度為3000g/m2 .24小時.atom以上。
  5. 一種吸收性物品,其特徵為:至少具備吸收體與申請專利範圍第1項至第4項中任一項記載的複合薄片,前述複合薄片被配置在該吸收性物品穿著時的肌膚抵接面。
