Description

一種即時互動的12-導程心電圖波形量測暨文件編輯資訊系統
本發明係關於一種即時互動的12-導程心電圖波形量測暨資訊編輯系統。
傳統瀏覽臨床12-導程心電圖(12-LEAD ECG)透過使用者自行研發的瀏覽介面或透過HTML、ASP.NET網頁語言來閱讀12-導程心電圖報告,如中華民國公報第M349516、200615792、I251155號,使用自行研發的瀏覽器,其缺點在於只能瀏覽,無法與使用者有互動模式的行為,其缺乏人機介面的互動,共通之缺點如下:
1.目前的心電圖e化,只是將紙張輸出的心電圖報告,電子化呈現在電腦螢幕,並且完成電子化檔案管理。
2.臨床醫師仍然必須以肉眼觀察心電圖波形的變化,如區段波形高度、區段波形寬度及區段波形斜率,以作為診斷的依據,但肉眼觀測仍有誤差,效率有待改變,即使完全人工智慧作波形萃取,仍無法應用於實際臨床臨床上。
SILVERLIGHT為WEB展示層的新一代技術,備優越的向量動畫與繪圖能力,目的是為了提升使用者經驗,達到更好的視覺效果。亦可以改善前述之缺點。本發明不同於傳統方式使用其他系統去繕打心電圖報告,以SILVERLIGHT技術,透過互動式之心電圖報告,讓醫護人員直接在報告上書寫,以取代在紙張上書寫意見。圖文並茂的方式讓醫護人員在使用時可以更直覺使用,不需因結果輸入而切換原本觀看的 波型訊號。其心電圖波型是以向量型式繪製,因此心電圖報告在縮放時不會失真,其特點如下:
1.以心電波形圖及意見、治療策略整合之心電圖檔案編輯器,可直接於網頁上瀏覽心電圖,量測心電圖參數,撰寫意見、治療方法之專家意見。
2.未來應用於院際轉診時,國內最常用的心電圖報告如Philips XML-ECG及HPSCP-ECG皆可轉換成Silver light-ECG,其內含豐富資訊如患者症狀、先前意見,方便轉診時參考。
本發明係一種即時互動的12-導程心電圖波形量測暨編輯資訊系統,其包含:一提供跨平台瀏覽網頁之伺服器,供使用者輸入指令或審視心電圖報告,進而編輯或量測患者資訊;一支持網路互動協定之裝置,係為WEB SERVICE,可接收跨平台瀏覽網頁之伺服器下達之指令,並藉由資訊庫之裝置協助,回饋伺服器處理後之心電圖資訊;及一提供資訊庫之裝置係為HIS,提供患者資訊之存取至網路互動協定之裝置,促使醫院內外均可隨時隨地利用電腦進行登錄、查詢、瀏覽或編輯患者資訊,其中該編輯患者資訊,係提供使用者於心電圖報告上即時編輯意見。
本發明之跨平台瀏覽網頁之伺服器,係可為具SILVERLIGHT網頁技術效果之伺服器,其包含:一超文字標記語言套件之裝置,以處理網頁創建和網頁瀏覽器資訊表現;一動態語言套件之裝置,係指ASP.NET套件,用以提升處理動態網頁的功能與便利性;及一函式庫系統,提供伺服器計算所需求之函式,該函式庫係指SILVERLIGHT CLIENTBIN,其藉由自訂刻度之動態游標尺輔助,達成計算波形高度、時間寬度或訊息存取編輯。
本發明之資訊庫之裝置應用係包括門急診預約及現場掛號、醫令批價、藥袋及病歷調閱列印、住院床位管理、住院日控制、護理站批價、住院帳務或門住院申報。
本發明之網路互動協定之裝置另包含小波轉換之裝置,係用於去除心電圖雜訊。其運作係包含下列步驟:(a)收到伺服器之指令,向資訊庫之裝置索取患者資訊;(b)產生心電圖報告之患者資訊,再轉換成XML檔案;及(c)經過雜訊去除後,資訊彙集之心電圖報告資訊,回饋給伺服器。
本發明之使用者係可為服務患者之相關醫療人員,如醫生、護士、藥劑師、醫檢師或X光師。
參照第1圖係本發明之系統10架構圖,係一種即時互動的12-導程心電圖波形量測暨編輯資訊系統,首先醫護人員使用網頁瀏覽器之SILVERLIGHT107的介面,連結至伺服器101中之ASP.NET網站104與HTML網站105,透過SILVERLIGHT 107登入查詢心電圖報告資訊,在預先編譯SLIVERLIGHT CLIENTBIN 106函式庫中,CLIENTBIN再呼叫系統提供之WEB SERVICE 102。
透過WEB SERVICE 102所包含之小波轉換108技術,將原始心電圖帶有之雜訊去除;同時WEB SERVICE102另可與HIS資訊庫103,進行資訊交換與整理。
參照第2圖係本發明之系統10功能流程圖,首先醫護人員登入201網頁伺服器205,進行查詢202及瀏覽203患者之12-導程心電圖報 告206,HIS資訊庫103收到查詢需求後,產生心電圖報告之患者資訊及轉換XML檔案207,所取得之XML檔案208,經過雜訊去除209後,資訊彙集210後之心電圖報告資訊,回饋給網頁伺服器205,最後呈現在使用者端。醫護人員能在畫面上將所選取之心電圖訊號放大,讓醫護人員能清楚辦識人工不易判別之訊號區間。醫護人員也可以在透過本發明所提供之診斷資訊編輯204功能,得於心電圖報告上即時修改意見。
參照圖3,係本發明之波形量測暨資訊編輯圖,互動式心電圖管理系統在醫護人員於瀏覽心電圖報告的同時,也改善了以往需要人工在心電圖上計算心電圖格數波形的時間格。且透過滑鼠點選可以呈現該波形此時波形高度301動態游標尺與時間寬度302動態游標尺的特性,更可方便的在系統中直接修改報告訊息303。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種即時互動的12-導程心電圖波形量測暨編輯資訊系統,其包含:一提供跨平台瀏覽網頁之伺服器,供使用者輸入指令或審視心電圖報告,進而編輯或量測患者資訊;一支持網路互動協定之裝置,可接收跨平台瀏覽網頁之伺服器下達之指令,並藉由資訊庫之裝置協助,回饋伺服器處理後之心電圖資訊;及一提供資訊庫之裝置,提供患者資訊之存取至網路互動協定之裝置,其中,該心電圖報告的XML-ECG格式或SCP-ECG格式轉換成SILVERLIGHT-ECG格式,該函式庫系統為SILVERLIGHT CLIENTBIN,其藉由自訂刻度之動態游標尺輔助,達成計算波形高度、時間寬度或訊息存取編輯。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中該跨平台瀏覽網頁之伺服器,其包含:一超文字標記語言套件之裝置,以處理網頁創建和網頁瀏覽器資訊表現;一動態語言套件之裝置,用以提升處理動態網頁的功能與便利性;及一函式庫系統,提供伺服器計算所需求之函式。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中該跨平台瀏覽網頁之伺服器係可為具SILVERLIGHT網頁技術效果之伺服器。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中該支持網路互動協定之裝置係為WEB SERVICE。
  5. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中該資訊庫之裝置係為HIS。
  6. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中該資訊庫之裝置係包括門急診預約及現場掛號、醫令批價、藥袋及病歷調閱列印、住院床位管理、住院日控制、護理站批價、住院帳務或門住院申報。
  7. 根據申請專利範圍第2項之系統,其中該動態語言套件係指ASP.NET套件。
  8. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中該網路互動協定之裝置另包含小波轉換之裝置,係用於去除心電圖雜訊。
  9. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中該使用者係可為服務患者之相關醫療人員。
  10. 根據申請專利範圍第9項之系統,其中該醫療人員係可為醫生、護士、藥劑師、醫檢師或X光師。
  11. 根據申請專利範圍第5項之系統,其中該HIS促使醫院內外均可隨時隨地利用電腦進行登錄、查詢、瀏覽或編輯患者資訊。
  12. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中該網路互動協定之裝置,運作係包含下列步驟:(a)收到伺服器之指令,向資訊庫之裝置索取患者資訊;(b)產生心電圖報告之患者資訊,再轉換成XML檔案;及(c)經過雜訊去除後,資訊彙集之心電圖報告資訊,回饋給伺服器。
  13. 根據申請專利範圍第11項之系統,其中該編輯患者資訊,係提 供使用者於心電圖報告上即時編輯意見。
