Description

具有用於電力產生的磁鐵和線圈之配送系統
本發明係關於自行供電機構之配送器的領域,更精確的說,本發明係關於電磁能源於配送器中配送移轉至各種機構的運用。更進一步說,本發明係關於安裝磁鐵連接線圈來發動電子裝置,並且不需要其他的電源。
自行供電設備的配送器並不廣為人知,通常太陽能電池、蓄電池、以及(或者)交流電源是被認定為一種在配送器之內來供電至各樣配件的方式;在較基本的配送器方式,按壓柱塞來啟動手動式幫浦。事實上,所有的配送器都會提供一種機械式動作,來啟動驅動器來致使產品的配送。
通常,配送器包括電子開關與驅動器配合連接以計算配送的數目,該開關可能也會啟動一個指示燈號來顯示配送器正運作中;該開關與驅動器之配合運用啟動動作可以完成或者中斷一個電子線路,以便執行計數或者產生指示燈號。
這種開關通常被視為與驅動器配合於配送器中,係是機械開關來做遞增一計數器。當這些開關運作時,由於其體積關係使得有些不夠實際運用,這限制讓使用者方便位置來閱讀以及重設該計數器。
先前配送器相關技術,並不需要從機械動作產生電力來做配送產品,正當先前技術配送器運用極大範圍的裝置來致能訊號與計數器,這些裝置並不會利用驅動器的機械動作來產生電力予其他元件。
另外亦已知配送器經太陽能電池產生電力,而且當太陽能電池被廣泛安裝運用,太陽能電池需要日光來產生電力,然而當日光不足時,整個支援系統將注定會失敗。因此提供一個有益處的替代方案,在現行的發電方式之下運用配送系統以及利用配送動作本身來產生電力,可以適用至其他配送器之機構。
在本配送器有個必要條件,即其不需要任何電力資源或者機械開關來遞增計數器並且記錄資料至記憶體,以便稍後經由外部之可配對之連接裝置來讀取。
在前述提示之下,本發明之第一方面是提供配送系統,包含磁鐵與線圈來與幫浦之致動作相互對應,以產生電力。
另一方面,本發明提供配送系統,可以啟動電子裝置,係運用幫浦之開啟,而沒有使用蓄電池、太陽能電池、或者外部電源。
又另一方面,本發明提供配送系統,經由磁鐵與線圈來與幫浦之致動做相互動作以便產生電力,並且配送至控制器來計算配送之數目。
又有一方面,本發明提供配送系統,經由磁鐵與線圈來與幫浦之致動做相互動作以便產生電力,並且配送至發光二極體。
仍另一方面,本發明提供配送系統,該系統裝置控制器來接收電力,係從磁鐵與線圈之連接搭配所供給,該磁鐵與線圈所產生之電力係由幫浦之動作而得到;因此控制器得以標記其配送之計數量,並可以稍後於另外一台控制器讀取數據。
參照所附之圖式,尤其是圖1,可顯見的一個依據本發明設計之配送系統即數字10代表。當本發明之概念與實際架構運用到各式各樣的配送器之時,現在描述的可攜式配送器是最為適合,可攜式配送器10殼體通稱為配送器,用數字12來表示,該配送器殼體12可以是牆面或者有裝置計數器,或亦可能是獨立式殼體安置計數器於上方等類似形狀。本文描述之配送器適用來配送流體,例如肥皂水以及其他液體,但是可以理解的其他具流動性之產物也都可以配送,例如紙張,片劑。這個實際實施中,配送器殼體12包括液體產品14放置其中,並與配送器噴嘴16相連接溝通,後與一個適當的幫浦或其他配送器機構18於其中間插入。就如這領域已知之技術,配送器機構18被設定於每一個配送循環去配送預定容量的液體;依據本發明配送器機構18適用來控制驅動器20,例如馬達、電磁線圈、柱塞或者相類似產品。
驅動器20最理想是裝置有彈簧22,柱塞24與幫浦殼體26即顯示於圖3、4。幫浦殼體26配接著閥桿28,並接收彈簧22與柱塞24。環狀式磁鐵30緊密接著柱塞24外部以確保磁鐵30跟隨著柱塞24移動。還必須了解磁鐵30可能是任何形狀,並可以緊密銜接至柱塞24內部或者成為柱塞24的一部分,目的只要可以隨著配送物質移動。
可攜式配送器10有一個蓋子32即顯示於圖1、2,該蓋子緊密銜接至配送器殼體12,並提供幾何形狀來蓋住機構20。該蓋子32的位置係緊密銜接至與配送器殼體12接著的內部管線,必須確實該蓋子32可以運用已知技術的任何方法來製作包括按扣式或者相類似產品。該蓋子32接收至繞線管34,其中含金屬線圈36,該金屬線圈36被安置之位置,即當幫浦啟動時,磁鐵30隨著線圈36相對移動並產生電力至線圈36。很明顯的,線圈36與磁鐵30的位置是可以互換的,以致於線圈36被包含於柱塞24,而磁鐵30係放置於蓋子32;較佳之具體實施模式係生產足夠之電力來驅動發光二極體38,或者其他小型電力之電子裝置例如控制器40。
在此具體實施模式中,運用線圈36與磁鐵30之相對動作產生的電力來供電至控制器40,該控制器40立即遞增一位於非揮發性記憶體之暫存器,其可能是快閃記憶體、電子可擦拭記憶體或其他類似產品來記錄發生之配送事件。控制器40最好是包括所需硬體、軟體以及可以執行位於可攜式配送器10之配送功能的微控制器,必須了解的是控制器40也可能被用於已知技術的其他用途。
當能源被耗盡時,控制器會失去電力,但是卻會保留住資料,有關於配送事件以及任何一個時間點之連續索引指標之總量資料。在該方法下,磁鐵30之運轉動作持續的遞增配送的數目,可攜式配送器10也包含連接器42,其中控制器之讀取器44可連接來讀取於控制器40之配送數目,並且重設控制器40以便開啟新的計數動作;控制器之讀取器44可以是任何已知技術之讀取器,並且包含發光二極體或是液晶顯示記錄,又並按鈕或類似產品來重設控制器40。
機構20並不限於以上所提之裝置,可以運用於任何之已知領域,機構20需要各式之能源,但是為了保存從一般供電來源之電力,可以使用本應用中所教導之線圈-磁鐵互相轉動之方法。
因此,顯而可見的本發明的目的可以由以上的結構與方法得以滿足證實;按照專利之規定,只有最佳模式與較佳之具體實施例於此詳細討論與描述,可理解的本發明不被侷限於任何面向。因此,為提供本發明的更真實之視野與寬廣,可以參照隨後之摘要。

Claims (11)

  1. 一種用於配送產品的配送器,包含:配送機構,具有一手動式啟動柱塞,該柱塞被設定為當被啟動時經由其傳送該產品;由該配送機構所裝載之線圈;安置於該柱塞周圍及由該柱塞所裝載之環狀式磁鐵,該磁鐵被設定為容納於該線圈內;以及耦接至該線圈之電子裝置;其中,當該柱塞被啟動時,該磁鐵在該線圈內被移動,以於該線圈產生被施加至該電子裝置的電力。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之配送器,其中該配送機構係為幫浦。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之配送器,其中該電子裝置係為控制器。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之配送器,其中該控制器包含計數器,該計數器將代表電力產生行為之計數遞增並且儲存至該控制器之內的非揮發性記憶體。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之配送器,更包含:和該控制器相連結的連接器,其中第二控制器可和該連接器配對並且讀取與重設該控制器的資料。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之配送器,其中該電子裝置係為發光二極體。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之配送器,其中該線圈與磁鐵之中的一者是固定的,且另一者相對於其是可移動的。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之配送器,其中該控制 器遞增暫存器。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之配送器,更包含:和該控制器相連結的電子連接器。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之配送器,其中微控制器讀取器係連接至該電子連接器,用於讀取該暫存器。
