Description

風扇
本發明涉及一種風扇。
風扇之扇葉通常是一體成型地固定於風扇轉子,當需採用不同形狀或數量之扇葉時,必須另外生產新風扇,不僅不便,且增加了成本。
鑒於以上,有必要提供一種可更換扇葉之風扇。
一種風扇,包括一框體、一可轉動地裝設於該框體內之轉子及複數扇葉,該轉子於圓週面沿軸向開設複數卡槽,每一卡槽之一端於該轉子之一端面形成一開口,每一扇葉於一側設有一可自一開口插入對應之卡槽之裝設部,該轉子於每一開口之兩側分別設有一扣耳及一固定部,每一固定部樞轉地連接有一可拆卸地卡合於該扣耳之擋止件,該擋止件可將對應扇葉之裝設部擋止於對應之卡槽內。
相較習知技術,該風扇之扇葉可拆卸地裝設於轉子,方便更換。

請參照圖1,本發明風扇之較佳實施方式包括一中空並於兩端分別開設一通風孔12之框體10、一可轉動地裝設於該框體10內之一圓柱形之轉子30及複數可拆卸地裝設於該轉子30之圓週面之扇葉40。
請參照圖2及圖3,該轉子30於圓週面沿軸向開設複數卡槽32。每一卡槽32貫穿該轉子30之一端面31並於該端面31形成一開口。每一卡槽32包括相互連通之橫截面呈圓形之一收容槽320及一橫截面呈方形之貫穿該轉子30之圓週面之穿槽322。該穿槽322之寬度小於該收容槽320之直徑。
該端面31於每一開口之兩側分別設有一固定部34及一卡扣部36。該固定部34包括凸設於該端面31之一凸台340及分別凸設於該凸台340之兩端之兩凸片342。該兩凸片342對應地分別開設一穿孔346。該卡扣部36包括一凸設於該端面31之凸台360及凸設於該凸台360並開設有一垂直於卡槽32之卡口364之一扣耳362。一擋止件344包括一U形之開口向上之擋止部345、分別設於該擋止部345兩端並反向延伸之一L形之轉動部352及一卡合部354。該轉動部352自該擋止部345之一端向外垂直延伸再向下彎折形成一折邊355。該折邊355於兩端分別凸設一可轉動地卡入該兩凸片342之穿孔346之卡柱356。該卡合部354於遠離該折邊355之一側凸設一操作部358。
每一扇葉40包括一扇體42及設於該扇體42一側之一裝設部43。該裝設部43包括一連接於該扇體42之長條形之穿設部44及一連接於該穿設部44之外側之概呈圓柱形之柱體46。該柱體46之直徑大於該穿設部44之寬度。
請參照圖4,組裝時,每一扇葉40之穿設部44及柱體46自該端面31之開口插入一卡槽32之穿槽322及收容槽320。向該固定部34轉動該操作部358,使該擋止件344設有卡合部354之一端向該固定部34彈性變形,將該卡合部354之末端卡入該卡扣部36之卡口364。該擋止部345擋止於扇葉40之柱體46之一端,將該扇葉40固定於該卡槽32。
拆卸一扇葉40時,向該固定部34轉動該操作部358,使該擋止件344設有卡合部354之一端向該固定部34彈性變形,並使該卡合部354之末端退出該卡口364,即可自對應之卡槽32拉出該扇葉40。
其他實施方式中,只需滿足收容槽320之寬度或直徑大於穿槽322之寬度或直徑,卡槽32可為其他形狀,如葫蘆型,梯形。因此,扇葉40之裝設部43對應地亦可為其他形狀。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種風扇,包括一框體、一可轉動地裝設於該框體內之轉子及複數扇葉,該轉子於圓週面沿軸向開設複數卡槽,每一卡槽之一端於該轉子之一端面形成一開口,每一扇葉於一側設有一可自一開口插入對應之卡槽之裝設部,該轉子於每一開口之兩側分別設有一扣耳及一固定部,每一固定部樞轉地連接有一可拆卸地卡合於該扣耳之擋止件,該擋止件可將對應扇葉之裝設部擋止於對應之卡槽內,每一固定部包括凸設於該轉子之端面之兩凸片,每一擋止件之一端設有一轉動部,該轉動部可轉動地裝設於該兩凸片之間,其中該轉動部向該端面彎折形成一折邊,該折邊於兩端分別凸設一可轉動地卡入對應之凸片之卡柱。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之風扇,其中每一卡槽包括相互連通之一圓形之收容槽及一貫穿該轉子之圓週面之長形之穿槽,該收容槽之直徑大於該穿槽之寬度,每一扇葉之裝設部包括一收容於該收容槽之柱體及一收容於該穿槽之穿設部。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之風扇,其中每一扣耳開設有一卡口,每一擋止件之另一端設有一卡合部,該卡合部可卡入該扣耳之卡口。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之風扇,其中該卡合部於遠離該折邊之一側凸設一操作部。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之風扇,其中每一擋止件於轉動部及卡合部之間設有一開口背向該端面之U形之擋止於對應之扇葉之裝設部之擋止部。
