Description

切除車輛玻璃板之裝置及方法
本發明係關於車輛玻璃板之切除裝置及方法。詳言之,本發明係關於一種利用切割線以使諸如擋風玻璃等玻璃板從車輛擋風玻璃框架之安裝位置中脫離之技術。本發明之技術及切除工具亦適用於其他以黏著方式固定之玻璃板。
以單一工具上之捲線軸來切除車輛之擋風玻璃或側邊玻璃乃習知技術,例如US7618023及WO2006030212兩專利所揭示的典型設計。本發明則提供一種經改良之技術與裝置。
根據本發明之第一態樣,一種捲線單元可與一切割線搭配使用以切除一車輛玻璃板,該捲線單元具有:彼此保持間距之第一與第二捲線軸,其可捲繞該切割線;一吸力安裝件,其係用於安裝該捲線單元,其中該吸力安裝件僅包含一單一吸力裝置;其特徵在於:該捲線單元包括至少一個切割線導引元件,該至少一個切割線導引元件係與該等捲線軸保持間距;以及,所述切割線導引元件係相對於該捲線單元而安裝,使所述切割線導引元件得以調整其相對於該等捲線軸及/或該吸力安裝件之位置或方位。
較佳者,該第一與第二捲線軸彼此保持間距,且分別定位於該吸力安裝件之一直徑線之兩側。
較佳者,該等捲線軸之軸線係定位於該吸力安裝件之一裙部/膜片的凸出直徑所界定之一空間內。
在一較佳實施例中,該等捲線軸係安裝於該吸力安裝件,且位於該吸力裝置之本體上方。
在一實施例中,該等捲線軸最好係安裝於一共用之安裝架上,且此安裝架係固著於該單一吸力裝置。
上述技術特徵個別或共同界定一輕巧且具有使用效率之設計。
該至少一個切割線導引元件(其較佳者為一可轉動之導引元件,例如一滑輪),且該至少一個切割線導引元件較佳者係與該等捲線軸保持間距。
最好設有第一與第二切割線導引元件,且該等切割線導引元件分別定位於該等捲線軸之外側。
所述切割線導引元件能以可樞轉或可傾斜之方式安裝,俾相對於該等捲線軸而樞轉或傾斜。
較佳者,該捲線單元設有一握把,且該握把係與該等捲線軸保持間距。由於用以舉起該捲線單元之該握把並非定位於該等捲線軸之間,此一設計可確保該等捲線軸彼此相鄰。
在一實施例中,該捲線單元設有一對實質平行之握把,可供一操作者以雙手分別握持。
該或該等握把可以朝橫交於該等捲線軸之間的延伸線的方向延伸。
在一實施例中,該捲線單元最好包括一泵致動吸力裝置。
本發明之另一態樣則提供一種移除一車輛玻璃板(例如擋風玻璃或側邊玻璃)之方法,且該方法係使用本文所定義之捲線單元。
請參閱附圖,圖中之切除裝置包含一具有單一吸力安裝件2之捲線單元1。此單一吸力安裝件2上設有一對彼此保持間距之捲線軸3、4,及一對彼此保持間距且以可轉動方式安裝之導引滑輪5、6。單一吸力安裝件2使捲線單元1得以可釋放之方式穩固安裝於車輛之擋風玻璃(大多 安裝於車輛內側)。捲線軸3、4彼此保持間距,且分別位於該吸力安裝件之直徑線的兩側。
吸力安裝件2包含一硬質塑膠杯狀模製元件7及一位於下方之撓性橡膠吸盤膜片8。為增強吸力安裝件2之吸力,撓性橡膠吸盤膜片8係延伸至硬質塑膠杯狀模製元件7之周緣外。一吸力裝置致動/釋放桿9使吸力能以均一的方式施用及釋放;或者,亦可使用一種泵致動的吸力安裝件。
吸力安裝件2於成形後具有一體成型且彼此保持間距之側邊握把10、11。側邊握把10、11係以彼此實質平行之方式延伸,且延伸的方向與捲線軸3、4之間距方向橫交。
捲線軸3、4係設於一捲線軸安裝架14上,且該捲線軸安裝架係螺接至吸力安裝件2。安裝架14上由於承載了並列設置的捲線軸3、4,致收線軸4a被吊掛於安裝架14下方。捲線軸3、4係連接於軸向捲軸,而該等軸向捲軸則支撐於安裝架14上之軸承內。捲線軸3、4可接受軸向轉動驅動,例如可利用手動捲線器以手動方式驅動,或以諸如電動捲線器或曲柄工具等機械式致動器加以驅動。驅動凸座19設有內凹插口(正方形孔)以容納一外凸式驅動工具。該等捲線軸之外側分別設有由低摩擦係數塑膠製成之切割線導引滑輪5、6。該等導引滑輪經安裝後可繞其各自之轉軸轉動。當切割線沿該等導引滑輪之切線方向拉動時,將帶動該等滑輪轉動,下文將有進一步說明。捲線軸3、4在其各別棘輪機構之控制下,僅可沿單一方向轉動(即正轉或反轉)。各棘輪機構包括一棘輪操控元件,其可將原已繃緊之切割線放鬆或捲回(反向捲動)。將棘輪釋放鈕13拉出即可操控該等棘輪。
導引滑輪5、6係經由滑輪安裝臂12而安裝於硬質塑膠杯狀模製元件7,而該等滑輪安裝臂則以螺栓連接於硬質塑膠杯狀模製元件7。在一實施例中,導引滑輪5、6係 透過滑輪安裝臂12而完成安裝,致使滑輪安裝臂12(連同導引滑輪5、6)可以一樞軸15為軸心、相對於吸力安裝件2及捲線軸安裝架14而傾斜。如此一來,導引滑輪5、6之位置便可自行對準(沿第1圖箭頭A之方向傾斜),並隨擋風玻璃之曲率而自行調整。
第2圖所示之實施例係利用一對安裝螺栓16將滑輪安裝臂12固著於硬質塑膠杯狀模製元件7。在此種實施例中,滑輪安裝臂12並無法樞轉或傾斜,因此,導引滑輪5、6之位置係相對於捲線軸安裝架14而固定(但導引滑輪5、6本身仍可轉動)。
使用時,上述捲線單元之使用方式與WO2006030212專利公開案中第1~9圖所示之捲線單元大致類似。先將一撓性切割線繞設於一擋風玻璃之外側,使該切割線圍繞該擋風玻璃之周緣且鄰近該玻璃板與車輛支撐框架間之黏合圓珠(大多為聚胺甲酸酯黏合圓珠)。然後將該切割線之兩端穿過一貫穿黏合圓珠之刺穿通道,並將各該自由端捲繞於該捲線單元之一獨立捲線軸上。
如此一來,僅需使用一切割線及捲線單元1(亦即無須使用額外之導引裝置)即可移除一玻璃板。在本發明之技術中係先將該捲線單元固著於一擋風玻璃面向方向盤之表面,並將該捲線單元定位於該方向盤上方。將捲線單元1設置於上述位置後,便可將一切割線繞設於該擋風玻璃之外側,使該切割線圍繞該擋風玻璃之周緣且鄰近該玻璃板與車輛支撐框架間之黏合圓珠,然後刺穿該擋風玻璃位於該捲線單元下方之角落之黏合圓珠以形成一刺穿通道,並將該切割線之兩端穿過該通道。
將該切割線之一線段拉進車內,使其繞過導引滑輪6並固著於該捲線單元之捲線軸3之收線軸。然後拉進該切割線之一自由端線段,並使此線段之長度足以到達該玻璃板之左上角。接著操作捲線軸3,使對應之線段沿該擋風 玻璃之一邊向上切穿黏合圓珠,直到該切割線繞過該擋風玻璃之右上角為止。此時便可將該捲線單元從該擋風玻璃上移除並重新定位於該玻璃板之左上角。
在重新定位捲線單元1之前,必須先以釋放鈕13鬆開捲線軸3之棘輪,使該切割線可從捲線軸3捲出,以便將該切割線從該玻璃板之右側拉至左側並重新定位。然後重新固定該棘輪,並再次操作捲線軸3,藉以將該切割線捲回。
接著,將該捲線單元大致轉過一直角以繞過該玻璃板之角落,並將該捲線單元固著於該玻璃板。為執行上述步驟,必須再次鬆開捲線軸3之棘輪,並於隨後重新固定之。接著將該切割線之自由端線段繞過導引滑輪5並連接至捲線軸4,然後依序(或同時)操作捲線軸3、4,直到切除完畢為止。為完成切除作業,該切割線之上述兩線段將會交叉。
相較於先前技術,本發明之重大改良在於僅使用單一吸力安裝件2,且該對捲線軸3、4均安裝於該單一吸力安裝件2上。該等捲線軸之軸線係定位於該吸力安裝件之裙部的凸出直徑所界定之空間內(亦即吸盤膜片8之直徑係側向延伸至該等捲線軸軸線所在位置之外)。換言之,捲線單元1在擋風玻璃上所佔用之空間較小,且僅需致動吸力安裝件2一次即可,既省時又省力。
由於該對捲線軸3、4係直接安裝於吸力安裝件2之撓性橡膠吸盤膜片8上,吾人可使用一直徑夠大之吸力安裝件2以產生足夠之吸力。相較之下,在使用如習知之裝置時,若彼此保持間距之成對吸杯其中之一未充分致動,則另一吸杯雖能在切割線未受張力時產生足夠之吸力,藉以將捲線單元固定於定位,但在吾人捲繞切割線致使其承受張力時,另一吸杯之吸力可能不足以將捲線單元固定於定位。

Claims (14)

  1. 一種捲線單元,其可與一切割線搭配使用以切除一車輛玻璃板,該捲線單元具有:彼此保持間距之第一與第二捲線軸,其可捲繞該切割線;一吸力安裝件,其係用於安裝該捲線單元,其中該吸力安裝件僅包含一單一吸力裝置;其特徵在於:該捲線單元包括至少一個切割線導引元件,該至少一個切割線導引元件係與該等捲線軸保持間距;以及,所述切割線導引元件係相對於該捲線單元而安裝,使所述切割線導引元件得以調整其相對於該等捲線軸及/或該吸力安裝件之位置或方位。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之捲線單元,其中該第一與第二捲線軸彼此保持間距,且分別定位於該吸力安裝件之一直徑線之兩側。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之捲線單元,其中該等捲線軸係安裝於該吸力安裝件,且位於該吸力裝置之本體上方。
