Claims (11)
- 一種液晶顯示器面板,包含:複數個像素以陣列之形式排列,該些像素其中之一像素位於兩相鄰之第一掃描線以及第二掃描線,與兩相鄰之第一資料線以及第二資料線之間,並包含一像素電極、一第一電晶體以及一第二電晶體,其中該第一電晶體係電性耦接至該第一掃描線、該第一資料線和該像素電極,而該第二電晶體係電性耦接至該第二掃描線和該像素電極,其中該像素電極包含一主像素電極和一子像素電極;其中,一掃描訊號對中之一第一掃瞄訊號以及一第二掃描訊號被依序施加至該第一掃描線以及該第二掃描線,以依序開啟該第一電晶體和該第二電晶體,一資料訊號被施加至該第一資料線,以對該像素電極充電,其中該第二掃描訊號之啟動係自該第一掃描訊號啟動後延遲一時段,以使該像素電極分別於該第一電晶體之開啟時間接收一第一電壓,於該第二電晶體之開啟時間接收一第二電壓V2(n,m);其中該像素更包含:一第一液晶電容和一第一儲存電容,其中該第一液晶電容和該第一儲存電容電性連接於該主像素電極和一共同電極之間;一第二液晶電容和一第二儲存電容,其中該第二液晶電容和該第二儲存電容電性連接於該子像素電極和該共同電極之間;一第三電晶體,其中該第三電晶體之閘極端電性連接 至該第一掃描線以及該第三電晶體之源極端電性連接至該第一資料線;以及一第一耦合電容,電性連接於該子像素電極與該第三電晶體之汲極端之間;其中該第一電晶體之閘極端電性連接至該第一掃描線、該第一電晶體之源極端電性連接至該第一資料線、以及該第一電晶體之汲極端電性連接至該主像素電極,而該第二電晶體之閘極端電性連接至該第二掃描線、該第二電晶體之源極端電性連接至該第三電晶體之汲極端、以及該第二電晶體之汲極端電性連接至該子像素電極。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之液晶顯示器面板,其中0.1*TFPTD0.9*TFP,TD為該時段,TFP為一圖框週期。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之液晶顯示器面板,其中該像素更包含一第二耦合電容,該第二耦合電容係電性連接於該主像素電極與該第三電晶體之汲極端之間。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之液晶顯示器面板,其中該像素更包含一第三耦合電容,該第三耦合電容係電性連接於該主像素電極與該子像素電極之間。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之液晶顯示器面板,其中該像素電極之該第一電壓包含該主像素電極於該第一電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓以及該子像素電極於該第一電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓,其中該像素電極之該第二電壓包 含該主像素電極於該第二電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓以及該子像素電極於該第二電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓;V1_main(n,m)=Vgamma(n,m),其中V1_main(n,m)為該主像素電極於該第一電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓,Vgamma(n,m)為一灰階電壓,而該主像素電極於該第二電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓實質上與該主像素電極於該第一電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓不同;V1_sub(n,m)=R1*Vgamma(n,m),其中V1_sub(n,m)為該子像素電極於該第一電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓,Vgamma(n,m)為該灰階電壓,而0.5R10.95;V2_sub(n,m)=R2*Vgamma(n,m),其中V2_sub(n,m)為該子像素電極於該第二電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓,Vgamma(n,m)為該灰階電壓,而0.5R20.95。
- 一種液晶顯示器之驅動方法,包含下列步驟:(a)提供一液晶顯示器面板,包含複數個像素,該些像素係以陣列之形式排列,該些像素之一像素位於兩相鄰之第一掃描線以及第二掃描線,與兩相鄰之第一資料線以及第二資料線之間,並包含一像素電極、一第一電晶體以及一第二電晶體,其中該第一電晶體係電性耦接至該第一掃描線、該第一資料線和該像素電極,而該第二電晶體係電性耦接至該第二掃描線和該像素電極,其中該像素電極包含一主像素電極和一子像素電極;以及(b)依序施加一掃描訊號對中之一第一掃瞄訊號以及一第二掃描訊號至該第一掃描線以及該第二掃描線以及施加一資料訊號至該資料線,以使該像素電極於一圖框週期 內之一第一時段接收一第一電壓,並於該圖框週期內之一第二時段接收一第二電壓,其中該第一電壓和該第二電壓彼此係實質不同;其中該像素更包含:一第一液晶電容和一第一儲存電容,其中該第一液晶電容和該第一儲存電容電性連接於該主像素電極和一共同電極之間;一第二液晶電容和一第二儲存電容,其中該第二液晶電容和該第二儲存電容電性連接於該子像素電極和該共同電極之間;一第三電晶體,其中該第三電晶體之閘極端電性連接至該第一掃描線以及該第三電晶體之源極端電性連接至該第一資料線;以及一第一耦合電容,電性連接於該子像素電極與該第三電晶體之汲極端之間;其中該第一電晶體之閘極端電性連接至該第一掃描線、該第一電晶體之源極端電性連接至該第一資料線、以及該第一電晶體之汲極端電性連接至該主像素電極,而該第二電晶體之閘極端電性連接至該第二掃描線、該第二電晶體之源極端電性連接至該第三電晶體之汲極端、以及該第二電晶體之汲極端電性連接至該子像素電極。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之液晶顯示器驅動方法,其中該第二掃描訊號之啟動係自該第一掃描訊號啟動後延遲一時段。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之液晶顯示器驅動方法,其中0.1*TFPTD0.9*TFP,TD為該時段,TFP為該圖框週期。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之液晶顯示器驅動方法,其中該像素更包含一第二耦合電容,該第二耦合電容係電性連接於該主像素電極與該第三電晶體之汲極端之間。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之液晶顯示器驅動方法,其中該像素更包含一第三耦合電容,該第三耦合電容係電性連接於該主像素電極與該子像素電極之間。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之液晶顯示器驅動方法,其中V1_main(n,m)=Vgamma(n,m),其中V1_main(n,m)為該主像素電極於該第一電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓,Vgamma(n,m)為一灰階電壓,而該主像素電極於該第二電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓實質上與該主像素電極於該第一電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓不同;V1_sub(n,m)=R1*Vgamma(n,m),其中V1_sub(n,m)為該子像素電極於該第一電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓,Vgarmma(n,m)為該灰階電壓,而0.5R10.95;V2_sub(n,m)=R2*Vgamma(n,m),其中V2_sub(n,m)為該子像素電極於該第二電晶體之開啟時間後之電壓,Vgamma(n,m)為該灰階電壓,而0.5R20.95。
