Claims (18)
- 一種行動裝置,包括:一顯示面板,用以顯示影像;一觸控面板,用以偵測一使用者手勢,並接收相應於上述使用者手勢之一感應訊號,其中上述觸控面板更用以根據上述感應訊號計算經由上述使用者手勢接觸所產生之至少一接觸點,並且產生相應上述至少一接觸點之至少一致能訊號,其中上述觸控面板係用以當一正常操作模式時,以一第一頻率偵測上述使用者手勢;以及一處理單元,用以當上述行動裝置操作在上述正常操作模式時,操作於一第一工作頻率,以及當上述行動裝置操作在一休眠模式時,操作於一第二工作頻率,其中上述第二工作頻率小於第一工作頻率,其中當上述休眠模式時,上述觸控面板以一第二頻率繼續偵測上述使用者手勢,並且上述第二頻率小於上述第一頻率。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之行動裝置,其中當上述休眠模式時,上述行動裝置關閉上述處理單元以及上述顯示面板,並且上述觸控面板在上述顯示面板關閉的狀況下繼續以上述第二頻率偵測上述使用者手勢。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之行動裝置,更包括一判斷單元用以當上述休眠模式時,判斷上述感應訊號是否產生一既定數量之上述致能訊號以及是否持續一既定時間,以及當上述感應訊號產生上述既定數量之上述致能訊號並且維持上述既定時間時,根據上述致能訊號所代表之上述接觸點所分佈的位置,判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使 用者手勢是否構成符合人因工程之一自然手勢。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之行動裝置,其中當產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢構成上述自然手勢時,判斷單元致使上述行動裝置自上述休眠模式回復上述正常操作模式。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之行動裝置,其中上述既定數量係為四個或者五個,並且上述判斷單元更用以根據上述致能訊號所代表之上述接觸點所分佈的位置,計算上述致能訊號的一重心,並且根據上述重心,判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢是否構成上述自然手勢。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之行動裝置,其中上述判斷單元更用以分別計算上述致能訊號與上述重心之複數距離,並將上述距離中之最大者與上述距離中之其他者進行比較,以判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢是否構成上述自然手勢。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之行動裝置,其中上述判斷單元將上述距離中之其他者相加獲得一加總值,並且將上述加總值除以一總數獲得一平均值後,將上述平均值乘以一常數獲得一判斷值,當上述判斷值小於上述距離中之最大者時,上述判斷單元判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢構成上述自然手勢,其中上述總數為上述既定數量減一,並且上述常數大於1。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之行動裝置,其中上述判斷單元將上述距離相加獲得一加總值,並且將上述加總值除以上述既定數量獲得一平均值後,將上述平均值乘以 一常數獲得一判斷值,當上述判斷值小於上述距離中之最大者時,上述判斷單元判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢構成上述自然手勢,其中上述常數大於1。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之行動裝置,其中上述判斷單元更用以當產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢構成上述自然手勢時,判斷上述致能訊號所構成之一最大矩形、計算上述最大矩形之一中心,並且根據上述重心指向上述中心的方向,決定上述顯示面板回復至上述正常操作模式後所顯示之影像的方向。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之行動裝置,其中每一上述致能訊號分別具有一X座標以及一Y座標,並且上述判斷單元更用以當產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢構成上述自然手勢時,選擇上述致能訊號中一最大之上述X座標、一最小之上述X座標、一最大之上述Y座標以及一最小Y之上述座標,以及分別將上述最大之上述X座標、上述最小之上述X座標、上述最大之上述Y座標以及上述最小Y之上述座標作為邊,以決定出上述最大矩形。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之行動裝置,更包括一重力感測器用以將上述重心指向上述中心的方向作為一預設值,以及根據上述預設值,決定上述顯示面板回復至上述正常操作模式後所顯示之影像的方向。
- 一種手勢判斷方法,適用於一行動裝置,其中上述行動裝置具有一觸控面板以及一顯示面板,上述手勢判斷方法包括:當上述行動裝置處於一休眠模式時,判斷上述觸控面 板由於一使用者手勢所產生之一感應訊號是否產生一既定數量之致能訊號並維持一既定時間;當上述感應訊號產生上述既定數量之上述致能訊號並且維持上述既定時間時,根據上述致能訊號所代表之至少一接觸點所分佈的位置,判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢是否構成符合人因工程之一自然手勢,其中判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢是否構成上述自然手勢的步驟更包括:根據上述致能訊號所代表之上述接觸點所分佈的位置,計算上述致能訊號的一重心;以及根據上述重心,判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢是否構成上述自然手勢,其中計算上述重心以及判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢是否構成上述自然手勢之步驟更包括:;分別計算上述致能訊號所代表之上述接觸點的位置與上述重心之複數距離;以及比較上述距離中之最大者與上述距離中之其他者,以判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢是否構成上述自然手勢;以及當產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢構成上述自然手勢時,致使上述行動裝置自上述休眠模式回復至一正常操作模式。
- 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之手勢判斷方法,其中上述既定數量為四個或者五個。
- 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之手勢判斷方法,其 中比較上述距離中之最大者與上述距離中之其他者,以判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢是否構成上述自然手勢之步驟更包括:將上述距離中之其他者相加,以獲得一加總值;將上述加總值除以一總數,以獲得一平均值;將上述平均值乘以一常數,以獲得一判斷值;以及當上述判斷值小於上述距離中之最大者時,上述判斷單元判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢構成上述自然手勢,其中上述總數為上述既定數量減一,並且上述常數大於1。
- 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之手勢判斷方法,其中比較上述距離中之最大者與上述距離中之其他者,以判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢是否構成上述自然手勢之步驟更包括:將上述距離相加,以獲得一加總值;將上述加總值除以上述既定數量,以獲得一平均值;將上述平均值乘以一常數,以獲得一判斷值;以及當上述判斷值小於上述距離中之最大者時,上述判斷單元判斷產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢構成上述自然手勢,其中上述常數大於1。
- 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之手勢判斷方法,更包括:當產生上述接觸點之上述使用者手勢構成上述自然手勢時,決定上述致能訊號所構成之一最大矩形;計算上述最大矩形之一中心;以及 根據上述重心指向上述中心的方向,決定上述顯示面板回復至上述正常操作模式後所顯示之影像的方向。
- 如申請專利範圍第16項所述之手勢判斷方法,其中每一上述致能訊號分別具有一X座標以及一Y座標,並且決定上述致能訊號所構成之上述最大矩形的步驟更包括:選擇上述致能訊號中一最大之上述X座標、一最小之上述X座標、一最大之上述Y座標以及一最小Y之上述座標;以及分別將上述最大之上述X座標、上述最小之上述X座標、上述最大之上述Y座標以及上述最小Y之上述座標作為邊,以決定出上述最大矩形。
- 如申請專利範圍第16項所述之手勢判斷方法,更包括:將上述重心指向上述中心的方向作為上述行動裝置之一重力感測器的一預設值;以及根據上述預設值,決定上述顯示面板回復至上述正常操作模式後所顯示之影像的方向。
