Claims (11)

  1. 一種感光性樹脂組成物，包含：具有選自烯丙基及甲基烯丙基構成之族群中1個以上基團之化合物(A)；具有2個以上巰基之化合物(B)；光聚合起始劑(C)；及鹼可溶性樹脂(E)；且不含具有丙烯醯基或甲基丙烯醯基之單體。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之感光性樹脂組成物，其中，相對於具有選自由烯丙基及甲基烯丙基構成之族群中1個以上基團之化合物(A)、具有2個以上巰基之化合物(B)、及鹼可溶性樹脂(E)之合計量，鹼可溶性樹脂(E)之含量為30質量%以上90質量%以下。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之感光性樹脂組成物，其中，更包含著色劑(D)。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項之感光性樹脂組成物，其中，相對於具有選自由烯丙基及甲基烯丙基構成之族群中1個以上基團之化合物(A)、具有2個以上巰基之化合物(B)、及鹼可溶性樹脂(E)之合計量，鹼可溶性樹脂(E)之含量為30質量%以上85質量%以下。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之感光性樹脂組成物，其中，相對於具有選自由烯丙基及甲基烯丙基構成之族群中1個以上基團之化合物(A)、具有2個以上巰基之化合物(B)、及鹼可溶性樹脂(E)之合計量，具有選自由烯丙基及甲基烯丙基構成之族群中1個以上基團之化合物(A)之含量，與相對於具有選自由烯丙基及甲基烯丙基構成之族群中1個以上基團之化合物(A)、具有2個以上巰基之化合物(B)、及鹼可溶性樹脂(E)之合計量，具有2個以上巰基之化合物(B)之含量，兩者之比為5：1~1：5。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之感光性樹脂組成物，其中，鹼可溶性樹脂(E)係於側鏈含有環氧基或氧雜環丁烷基之樹脂。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之感光性樹脂組成物，其中，光聚合起始劑(C)為肟系起始劑。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第3或4項之感光性樹脂組成物，其中，著色劑(D)為含有染料之著色劑。
  9. 一種圖案，係使用申請專利範圍第1至8項中任一項之感光性樹脂組成物形成。
  10. 一種彩色濾光片，含有申請專利範圍第9項之圖案。
  11. 一種液晶顯示裝置，具有申請專利範圍第10項之彩色濾光片。
