Claims (18)
- 一種液晶顯示裝置,包括:一第一基板;一第二基板,係設置成經由一液晶而相對於該第一基板;一藍色顯示元件、一綠色顯示元件、一紅色顯示元件、一短波長光學感測器、一紅色光學感測器、及一紅外線光學感測器,係形成於該第一基板之液晶側面上;以及一彩色濾光片,係形成於該第一基板與該第二基板間及包括一藍色濾光片、一綠色濾光片、一第一紅色濾光片、一短波長透射濾光片、一第二紅色濾光片、及一紅外線透射濾光片,其分別對應於該藍色顯示元件、該綠色顯示元件、該紅色顯示元件、該短波長光學感測器、該紅色光學感測器、及該紅外線光學感測器,其中該第一及第二紅色濾光片在580nm與620nm間之光學波長具有50%透射率,以及具有透射率特性,以致於當波長小於對應於該50%透射率之波長時,透射率低於該50%透射率,以及當波長大於對應於該50%透射率之波長時,透射率高於該50%透射率,以及該第一及第二紅色濾光片係分別光學重疊於該紅色顯示元件及該紅色光學感測器上方,該紅外線透射濾光片在650nm與720nm間之光學波 長具有50%透射率,以及具有透射率特性,以致於當波長小於對應於該50%透射率之數值時,透射率低於該50%透射率,以及當波長大於對應於該50%透射率之數值時,透射率高於該50%透射率,以及該紅外線透射濾光片係光學重疊於該紅外線光學感測器上方,以及該短波長透射濾光片在380nm與450nm間之光學波長具有50%透射率,以及具有透射率特性,以致於當波長小於對應於該50%透射率之波長時,透射率低於該50%透射率,以及當波長大於對應於該50%透射率之波長時,透射率高於該50%透射率,以及該短波長透射濾光片係光學重疊於該短波長光學感測器上方。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶顯示裝置,進一步包括一計算部分,其計算藉由一第一光學感測器所獲得之入射光的信號與藉由一第二光學感測器所獲得之入射光的信號間之差異,其中該第二光學感測器用以偵測緊鄰該第一光學感測器之波長範圍的最短波長範圍,該第一及第二光學感測器係包含在用以經由該彩色濾光片測量該入射光之該複數個光學感測器中。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶顯示裝置,進一步包括一控制部分,其根據由在該第一基板上形成及經由該彩色濾光片測量該入射光之該複數個光學感測器所獲得之信號來偵測接觸或接近顯示區域之物體。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶顯示裝置,進一步包括: 一第一驗證部分,係控制在該第一基板上所形成之該複數個顯示元件,以完全點亮該顯示區域之至一部分;以及一第二驗證部分,係允許在該第一基板上所形成之該複數個光學感測器,以經由該彩色濾光片測量來自接觸或接近該顯示區域之該至少一部分的手指之反射光、比較該由複數個光學感測器所獲得之信號與預記錄個人手指圖案資料及實施個人驗證。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶顯示裝置,進一步包括:一控制部分,其根據由用以經由該彩色濾光片測量該入射光之該複數個光學感測器所獲得之該入射光的信號來控制亮度。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶顯示裝置,其中用以經由該彩色濾光片測量該入射光的該複數個光學感測器係以等間隔配置在該顯示區域中,以及該裝置進一步包括一光源,其形成於該第一基板之背面側,該背面側不是液晶側,以及該光源發射包含至少藍色、綠色及紅色3波長之光。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶顯示裝置,進一步包括一黃色光學感測器,其形成於該第一基板之一液晶側面上,以及該彩色濾光片進一步包括一對應於該黃色光學感測器之黃色濾光片。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之液晶顯示裝置,其中該黃色濾光片在480nm與520nm間之光學波長具有50%透射率,以及具有透射率特性,以致於當波長小於對應於該50%透射率之波長時,透射率低於該50%透射率,以及當波長大於對應於該50%透射率之波長時,透射率高於該50%透射率,以及該黃色濾光片係光學重疊於該黃色光學感測器上方。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶顯示裝置,其中該短波長透射濾光片在480nm與520nm間之光學波長具有50%透射率,以及具有透射率特性,以致於當波長小於對應於該50%透射率之波長時,透射率低於該50%透射率,以及當波長大於對應於該50%透射率之波長時,透射率高於該50%透射率,以及該短波長透射濾光片係光學重疊於該短波長光學感測器上方,該裝置進一步包括一黃色顯示元件,其形成於該第一基板之液晶側面上,以及一第二黃色濾光片,其形成於該第一基板與該第二基板間及重疊於該黃色顯示元件上方。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶顯示裝置,其中該紅外線透射濾光片具有一包括一紅色層及一藍色層之積層結構。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶顯示裝置,其中至少在該第一基板之液晶側面上或在該第二基板上形成一具有遮 光能力及包括該紅外線透射濾光片之材料及有機顏料之黑色矩陣。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶顯示裝置,進一步包括一遮光區域,其形成於顯示區域之外周圍及其中光學重疊有一紅色層、一藍色層及一綠色層中之至少一者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶顯示裝置,進一步包括一間隔物,其規定該第一基板與該第二基板間之間隙,以及當在平面圖上觀看該等基板時,其係設置在該第一基板上方之相鄰光學感測器間。
- 如申請專利範圍第13項之液晶顯示裝置,其中該間隔物係在相同於該短波長透射濾光片之形成的步驟期間所形成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶顯示裝置,其中該短波長透射濾光片係由樹脂材料所形成,其中該樹脂材料包括用以吸收比420nm短之光學波長的該入射光之紫外線吸收劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之液晶顯示裝置,其中該彩色濾光片係形成於該第一基板之液晶側面上。
- 一種彩色濾光片基板,包括:一彩色濾光片,其中以一矩陣排列配置一藍色濾光片、一綠色濾光片、一第一紅色濾光片、一短波長透射濾光片、一第二紅色濾光片、及一紅外線透射濾光片;以及 一遮光區域,係形成於該彩色濾光片之外周圍。
- 如申請專利範圍第17項之彩色濾光片基板,其中在該遮光區域上方光學重疊一紅色層、一藍色層及一綠色層中之至少一者。
