Claims (10)
- 一种指纹识别装置,包括:阵列基板;多个发光单元,设置在所述阵列基板上;光检测电路,设置在所述阵列基板上,散布在所述多个发光单元之间的空隙内;偏光片,设置在所述阵列基板上;调光结构,设置在所述偏光片上,所述调光结构产生不同的折射率,与所述光检测电路的光接收范围对应的所述调光结构的折射率大于所述光检测电路的光接收范围之外的所述调光结构的折射率。
- 根据权利要求1所述的指纹识别装置,其中,所述调光结构包括上基板、下基板以及夹设在所述上基板和所述下基板之间的液晶层。其中所述上基板用于接收用户指纹。
- 根据权利要求1所述的指纹识别装置,其中,所述多个发光单元包括多个白光发光器件,在所述阵列基板上所述多个白光发光器件之间的空隙内设置有多个光检测电路。
- 根据权利要求1所述的指纹识别装置,其中,所述多个发光单元形成多个发光集合,每个所述发光集合包括一个红光发光器件、一个绿光发光器件以及一个蓝光发光器件,在所述阵列基板上每个集合的空隙内设置有一个光检测电路。
- 根据权利要求1所述的指纹识别装置,其中,所述调光结构具有多个像素周期D,每个像素周期D满足:D小于等于一个光检测电路的宽度与一个发光单元的宽度之和,并且大于或等于一个光检测电路的宽度。
- 根据权利要求5所述的指纹识别装置,其中,在每个像素周期D内,与所述光检测电路的光接收范围对应的所述调光结构的折射率大于所述光检测电路的光接收范围之外的所述调光结构的折射率。
- 根据权利要求2所述的指纹识别装置,其中,所述下基板上设置有多个分离的下电极,所述上基板上设置有上电极。
- 根据权利要求7所述的指纹识别装置,还包括:驱动电路,分别与所述上电极和所述下电极连接,用于分别向所述上电极和所述下电极施加电压,使得所述液晶层中的液晶形成不同偏转。
- 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的指纹识别装置,其中,所述偏光片的透光轴与所述液晶层中液晶分子的长轴平行。
- 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的指纹识别装置,其中,所述多个发光单元与所述光检测电路被设置在封装层中。
