Claims (16)

  1. 一種半穿透半反射式液晶顯示器,包含複數個畫素,其中每一該畫素包含:(a)一第一結構,包含:一第一基板,包含一第一表面以及一第二表面,其中該第二表面係相對於該第一表面;一第一四分之一波長膜,係形成於該第一基板的該第一表面上;一第一偏光膜,係形成於該第一四分之一波長膜上;一有機層,包含一凸塊區以及一平面區,其中該平面區係由該凸塊區向外延伸所形成,其中該有機層係形成於該第一基板的該第二表面上;一金屬層,係形成於該有機層的該凸塊區上,以界定一反射區以及一穿透區,其中該穿透區係與該反射區相鄰;一絕緣層,係形成於該金屬層與該有機層的該平面區上;以及複數個電極,係形成於該絕緣層上,致使至少兩個該電極配置於該穿透區中且於兩個該電極之間界定第一間距,並致使至少兩個該電極配置於該反射區中且於兩個該電極之間界定第二間距,其中該第二間距係大於該第一間距;(b)一第二結構,包含:一第二基板,包含一第一表面以及一第二表面, 其中該第二表面係相對於該第一表面;一第二四分之一波長膜,係形成於該第二基板的該第二表面上;一第二偏光膜,係形成於該第二四分之一波長膜上;以及一彩色濾光片,係形成於該第二基板的該第一表面上;其中該第一結構與該第二結構係彼此相對配置以界定出該第一結構與該第二結構間之一晶格間隙;以及(c)一液晶層,係配置於該第一結構與該第二結構間之該晶格間隙。
  2. 如請求項1所述之液晶顯示器,其中該液晶層包含:藍相狀態之液晶。
  3. 如請求項1所述之液晶顯示器,其中該第二間距係為該第一間距的倍。
  4. 一種半穿透半反射式液晶顯示器,包含複數個畫素,其中每一該畫素包含:(a)一第一結構,包含:一第一基板,包含一第一表面以及一第二表面,其中該第二表面係相對於該第一表面; 一第一四分之一波長膜,係形成於該第一基板的該第一表面上;一第一偏光膜,係形成於該第一四分之一波長膜上;一有機層,包含一凸塊區以及一平面區,其中該平面區係由該凸塊區向外延伸所形成,其中該有機層係形成於該第一基板的該第二表面上;以及一金屬層,係形成於該有機層的該凸塊區上,以界定一反射區以及一穿透區,其中該穿透區係與該反射區相鄰;(b)一第二結構,包含:一第二基板,包含一第一表面以及一第二表面,該第二表面係相對於該第一表面;一第二四分之一波長膜,係形成於該第二基板的該第二表面上;一第二偏光膜,係形成於該第二四分之一波長膜上;一彩色濾光片,係形成於該第二基板的該第一表面上;以及複數個電極,係形成於該彩色濾光片上,致使至少兩個該電極配置於該穿透區中且於兩個該電極之間界定第一間距,並致使至少兩個該電極配置於該反射區中且於兩個該電極之間界定第二間距,其中該第二間距係大於該第一間距;其中該第一結構與該第二結構係彼此相對配置以界 定出該第一結構與該第二結構間之一晶格間隙;以及(c)一液晶層,係配置於該第一結構與該第二結構間之該晶格間隙。
  5. 如請求項4所述之液晶顯示器,其中該液晶層包含:藍相狀態之液晶。
  6. 如請求項4所述之液晶顯示器,其中該第二間距係為該第一間距的倍。
  7. 如請求項4所述之液晶顯示器,其中該有機層之該凸塊區係相對於該平面區延伸突出。
  8. 一種半穿透半反射式液晶顯示器,包含複數個畫素,其中每一該畫素包含:一第一結構,用以界定一反射區與一穿透區,其中該穿透區係與該反射區相鄰;一第二結構,係與該第一結構分隔以界定一晶格間隙,該晶格間隙係位於該第一結構與該第二結構之間,其中該第二結構包含:一第二基板,包含一第一表面以及一第二表面,其中該第二表面係相對於該第一表面;一第二四分之一波長膜,係形成於該第二基板的該 第二表面上;一第二偏光膜,係形成於該第二四分之一波長膜上;以及一彩色濾光片,係形成於該第二基板的該第一表面上;一液晶層,係置放於該第一結構與該第二結構間之該晶格間隙;以及複數個電極,係形成於該彩色濾光片上,致使至少兩個該電極配置於該穿透區中且於兩個該電極之間界定第一間距,並致使至少兩個該電極配置於該反射區中且於兩個該電極之間界定第二間距,其中該第二間距係大於該第一間距。
  9. 如請求項8所述之液晶顯示器,其中該液晶層包含:藍相狀態之液晶。
  10. 如請求項8所述之液晶顯示器,其中該第二間距係為該第一間距的倍。
  11. 如請求項8所述之液晶顯示器,其中該第一結構包含:一第一基板,包含一第一表面以及一第二表面,其中該第二表面係相對於該第一表面;一第一四分之一波長膜,係形成於該第一基板的該第 一表面上;一第一偏光膜,係形成於該第一四分之一波長膜上;一有機層,包含一凸塊區以及一平面區,其中該平面區係由該凸塊區向外延伸所形成,其中該有機層係形成於該第一基板的該第二表面上;以及一金屬層,係形成於該有機層的該凸塊區上,以界定一反射區以及一穿透區,其中該穿透區係與該反射區相鄰。
  12. 如請求項11所述之液晶顯示器,其中該些電極係形成於該彩色濾光片上。
  13. 如請求項11所述之液晶顯示器,其中該有機層之該凸塊區係相對於該平面區延伸突出。
  14. 如請求項11所述之液晶顯示器,其中該金屬層不透光。
  15. 如請求項11所述之液晶顯示器,其中該第一偏光膜係為一左旋圓偏光片以及一右旋圓偏光片兩者中之一者,其中該第二偏光膜係為該左旋圓偏光片與該右旋圓偏光片兩者中之另一者。
  16. 如請求項11所述之液晶顯示器,其中每一該第一偏光膜與該第二偏光膜包含: 一線性偏光膜,該線性偏光膜包含一偏光軸,其中該第一偏光膜與該第二偏光膜係配置以使該第一偏光膜的該偏光軸垂直於該第二偏光膜的該偏光軸。
