Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种虚拟柜员机系统,在该系统中,通过在显示屏幕上交替贴附第一偏振方向的偏振片和第二偏振方向的偏振片,并在操作台设置有贴附有第一偏振方向的偏振片的可视装置,以及在操作室的透明玻璃上贴附有第二偏振方向的偏振片,并结合双通道视频播放控制单元,使得位于操作室内的用户通过该可视装置才可以看到操作界面,位于操作室外的用户无法看到,从而提高了用户操作的安全性。另外,位于操作室外的用户通过贴附有第二偏振方向的偏振片看到其他视频源,规避了现有技术中用户看到白色的画面而误认为虚拟柜员机不能使用的问题,既让等待或路过的用户欣赏到广告、电影等视屏信息,又告知该虚拟柜员机可以使用,从而,提高了用户体验。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及金融自助设备领域,尤其涉及一种虚拟柜员机系统。
背景技术
虚拟柜员机(Virtual Teller Machine,VTM),又称远程柜员机、视频柜员机,是一种自动柜员机ATM功能的延伸。VTM不仅能够查询、存钱、取钱和转账,而且还能够进行发卡、销户、挂失、存款证明的开具等传统的银行柜面业务。同时,通过VTM上的视频会议系统,用户能够和银行客服人员进行对话沟通。银行客服人员也能藉此对用户的身份进行判定,并为用户提供贴身一对一的可视化服务。
现有的VTM包括:显示器、操作台、操作室和室外摄像头,显示器的显示屏幕上并未贴附任何偏振片,操作台上设置有贴附偏振片的眼镜,用户戴上该眼镜就可以看到显示器的显示屏幕上显示的操作界面。操作室一般由透明玻璃围成,或是正对显示屏幕的一侧为透明玻璃,其他围墙为其他非透明材质。
然而,由于VTM周围都会布置室外摄像头,由于好多墨镜都是偏振片,而且透明的玻璃也会使得用户的信息、密码变得不安全。而且,由于显示器上并未贴附有偏振片,用户只能戴上贴附有偏振片的眼镜才可以看到操作界面,可以提高安全防护性,但是,对于不佩戴所述眼镜的用户(等待进行自助服务的用户),屏幕为白色,会让用户误以为VTM机器已损坏,降低用户体验。
实用新型内容
本实用新型实施例提供一种虚拟柜员机系统,用以解决现有技术中存在的VTM结构设计不合理而导致用户信息不安全以及用户体验降低的问题。
本实用新型实施例采用以下技术方案:
一种虚拟柜员机系统,包括显示器、操作台、操作室和室外摄像头;
所述显示器的显示屏幕上贴附有按照预设方式设置的第一偏振方向的偏振片和第二偏振方向的偏振片,其中,所述显示屏幕上贴附有所述第一偏振方向的偏振片的区域用于配合所述显示器的第一驱动控制模块和第一视频播放模块显示第一视频源的图像,所述显示屏幕上贴附有所述第二偏振方向的偏振片的区域用于配合所述显示器的第二驱动控制模块和第二视频播放模块显示第二视频源的图像;
所述操作台设置有可视装置,其中,所述可视装置贴附有第一偏振方向的偏振片,用于在操作室内的用户透过该可视装置观看所述显示屏幕上显示的第一视频源的图像;
所述操作室中正对着所述显示器的显示屏幕一侧设置有透明玻璃,其中,所述透明玻璃贴附有第二偏振方向的偏振片,用于在操作室外的用户透过该透明玻璃观看所述显示屏幕上显示的第二视频源的图像。
优选地,所述显示屏幕按照以下预设方式设置第一偏振方向的偏振片和第二偏振方向的偏振片:
所述显示屏幕中像素奇数行和像素偶数行交替设置有第一偏振方向的偏振片和第二偏振方向的偏振片;或者
所述显示屏幕中像素奇数列和像素偶数列交替设置有第一偏振方向的偏振片和第二偏振方向的偏振片。
优选地,所述可视装置为贴附有第一偏振方向的偏振片的视窗玻璃;或者所述可视装置为贴附有第一偏振方向的偏振片的眼镜。
优选地,所述第一偏振方向的偏振片为右旋圆偏振片,所述第二偏振方向的偏振片为左旋圆偏振片;或者
所述第一偏振方向的偏振片为左旋圆偏振片,所述第二偏振方向的偏振片为右旋圆偏振片。
优选地,所述显示屏幕为液晶显示屏或有机发光二极管显示屏或投影仪投影显示屏。
优选地,在所述操作室中正对着所述显示器的显示屏幕一侧设置有透明玻璃之外,该操作室的其他侧面也设置有透明玻璃,且在透明玻璃上贴附有第二偏振方向的偏振片。
在本实用新型中,通过为显示器的显示屏幕按照预设方式交替贴附第一偏振方向的偏振片和第二偏振方向的偏振片,并在操作台设置有贴附有第一偏振方向的偏振片的可视装置,以及在操作室的透明玻璃上贴附有第二偏振方向的偏振片,并结合显示器内设置的双通道视频播放控制单元,使得用户只有进入操作室内,且通过位于操作室内的用户只有通过该可视装置才可以看到透过第一偏振方向的偏振片所显示的操作界面的图像,位于操作室外的用户是无法看到的,从而提高了用户操作的安全性。另外,位于操作室外的用户可以通过贴附有第二偏振方向的偏振片看到透过第二偏振方向的偏振片所显示的其他视频源,规避了现有技术中用户看到白色的画面而误认为虚拟柜员机不能使用的为,既可以让等待或路过的用户欣赏到广告、电影等视屏信息,又可以告知该虚拟柜员机可以使用,从而,提高了用户体验。

下面通过具体的实施例对本实用新型的方案进行详细描述,本实用新型包括但并不限于以下实施例。
如图1所示,为本实用新型提供的一种虚拟柜员机系统,该系统包括显示器101、操作台102、操作室103和室外摄像头104,如图2所示,该显示器101的显示屏幕1011上贴附有按照预设方式设置的第一偏振方向的偏振片1011a和第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b。优选地,第一偏振方向的偏振片为右旋圆偏振片,第二偏振方向的偏振片为左旋圆偏振片;或者,第一偏振方向的偏振片为左旋圆偏振片,第二偏振方向的偏振片为右旋圆偏振片。
其中,该显示屏幕1011上贴附有第一偏振方向的偏振片1011a的区域用于配合显示器101的第一驱动控制模块1012和第一视频播放模块1013显示第一视频源的图像,显示屏幕1011上贴附有第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b的区域用于配合显示器101的第二驱动控制模块1014和第二视频播放模块1015显示第二视频源的图像。其中,第一驱动控制模块1012和第二驱动控制模块1014统称为驱动控制模块,第一视频播放模块1013和第二视频播放模块1015统称为视频播放模块,这四个模块均位于显示器101的内部,如图3所示,具体可以为芯片。
优选地,该显示屏幕1011为液晶显示屏或有机发光二极管显示屏或投影仪投影显示屏。
优选地,显示屏幕1011按照以下预设方式设置第一偏振方向的偏振片1011a和第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b:
方式一:如图2所示,显示屏幕1011中像素奇数行和像素偶数行交替设置有第一偏振方向的偏振片1011a和第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b。
对于一般的显示器的构造而言,都是行扫描方式进行驱动,因此,较多的选择将像素奇数行和像素偶数行交替设置有第一偏振方向的偏振片1011a和第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b,而且,由于相邻奇数行或相邻偶数行的距离非常近,因此,所有奇数行可以显示一副近似完整的画面,同时,所有偶数行也可以显示一副近似完整的画面。其中,可以在所有的奇数行设置第一偏振方向的偏振片1011a,在所有的偶数行设置第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b;也可以在所有的偶数行设置第一偏振方向的偏振片1011a,在所有的奇数行设置第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b。
方式二:如图4所示,显示屏幕1011中像素奇数列和像素偶数列交替设置有第一偏振方向的偏振片1011a和第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b。
若显示器101的构造有所改进,例如,设置为列扫描方式进行驱动。那么,在不考虑驱动复杂度以及设计成本的情况下,可以将像素奇数列和像素偶数列交替设置第一偏振方向的偏振片1011a和第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b。其中,可以在所有的奇数列设置第一偏振方向的偏振片1011a,在所有的偶数列设置第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b;也可以在所有的偶数列设置第一偏振方向的偏振片1011a,在所有的奇数列设置第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b。
该操作台102设置有可视装置1021,其中,该可视装置1021贴附有第一偏振方向的偏振片1011a,用于在操作室内的用户透过该可视装置1021观看显示屏幕1011上显示的第一视频源的图像;该第一视频源的图像为用户的操作界面图像。优选地,该可视装置1021为贴附有第一偏振方向的偏振片的视窗玻璃;或者该可视装置1021为贴附有第一偏振方向的偏振片的眼镜。如图5(a)所示,假设第一视频源的图像显示为“A”,在操作室内进行自助服务操作的用户可以通过利用可视装置1021,观看显示屏幕1011上显示的操作界面图像“A”,即使操作室内有其他用户,在没有可视装置1021的情况下也是看不到用户操作界面图像的,因此,提高了用户信息的安全防护性。
操作室103中正对着显示器101的显示屏幕1011一侧设置有透明玻璃1031,其中,该透明玻璃1031贴附有第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b,用于在操作室103外的用户透过该透明玻璃1031观看显示屏幕1011上显示的第二视频源的图像;该第二视频源的图像可以为宣传广告或者其他视频图像。为了美观,还可以将操作室的四面均设计为透明玻璃,并在除了显示器101的背面一侧的透明玻璃,其他透明玻璃上均贴附有第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b。这样的设计,使得在操作室外等候或路过的用户,只能透过贴附有第二偏振方向的偏振片1011b的透明玻璃观看显示屏幕1011上显示的宣传广告或其他视频图像,如图5(b)所示,假设第二视频源的图像显示为“B”,无法看到用户操作界面图像,即使使用与可视装置相同偏振方向的偏振片,由于需要透过透明玻璃上贴附的另一偏振方向的偏振片,因此,也是无法看到用户操作界面图像“A”的,从而,有效保障了用户信息的安全性。同时,相比于现有技术中,在操作室外等候或路过的用户只能看到白色的画面,很大程度上会误以为VTM故障而不去使用该VTM,给用户带来不便。本实用新型中,由于采用了双通道视屏播放控制单元,只要是VTM正常工作,在操作室外等候或路过的用户就能通过操作室103的透明玻璃1031看到显示屏幕1011上显示的宣传广告或其他视频图像,从而,不仅让等候或路过的用户得知该VTM处于正常工作状态,同时,还让等候或路过的用户欣赏到播放的宣传广告或电影等视频图像,在一定程度上提高了VTM的使用性能和效率,提升了用户体验。

Claims (6)

1.一种虚拟柜员机系统,包括显示器、操作台、操作室和室外摄像头,其特征在于,
所述显示器的显示屏幕上贴附有按照预设方式设置的第一偏振方向的偏振片和第二偏振方向的偏振片,其中,所述显示屏幕上贴附有所述第一偏振方向的偏振片的区域用于配合所述显示器的第一驱动控制模块和第一视频播放模块显示第一视频源的图像,所述显示屏幕上贴附有所述第二偏振方向的偏振片的区域用于配合所述显示器的第二驱动控制模块和第二视频播放模块显示第二视频源的图像;
所述操作台设置有可视装置,其中,所述可视装置贴附有第一偏振方向的偏振片,用于在操作室内的用户透过该可视装置观看所述显示屏幕上显示的第一视频源的图像;
所述操作室中正对着所述显示器的显示屏幕一侧设置有透明玻璃,其中,所述透明玻璃贴附有第二偏振方向的偏振片,用于在操作室外的用户透过该透明玻璃观看所述显示屏幕上显示的第二视频源的图像。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述显示屏幕按照以下预设方式设置第一偏振方向的偏振片和第二偏振方向的偏振片:
所述显示屏幕中像素奇数行和像素偶数行交替设置有第一偏振方向的偏振片和第二偏振方向的偏振片;或者
所述显示屏幕中像素奇数列和像素偶数列交替设置有第一偏振方向的偏振片和第二偏振方向的偏振片。
3.如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述可视装置为贴附有第一偏振方向的偏振片的视窗玻璃;或者
所述可视装置为贴附有第一偏振方向的偏振片的眼镜。
4.如权利要求1-3任一所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一偏振方向的偏振片为右旋圆偏振片,所述第二偏振方向的偏振片为左旋圆偏振片;或者
所述第一偏振方向的偏振片为左旋圆偏振片,所述第二偏振方向的偏振片为右旋圆偏振片。
5.如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述显示屏幕为液晶显示屏或有机发光二极管显示屏或投影仪投影显示屏。
6.如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,在所述操作室中正对着所述显示器的显示屏幕一侧设置有透明玻璃之外,该操作室的其他侧面也设置有透明玻璃,且在透明玻璃上贴附有第二偏振方向的偏振片。
