Claims (12)
- 一種DNA建構物,其特徵為包含編碼源自菸草之醇脫氫酶基因之5’-非轉譯區域;以及編碼連結於該區域且可表現之於胺基末端加成有源自菸草之分泌訊號胜肽,且於羧基末端加成有小胞體殘留訊號胜肽之Stx2e蛋白質的B次單元之DNA。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之DNA建構物,其中上述小胞體殘留訊號胜肽於羧基末端包含以序列編號13表示之KDEL序列或以序列編號14表示之HDEL序列。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之DNA建構物,其中源自菸草之醇脫氫酶基因之5’-非轉譯區域係具有序列編號1的鹼基序列的DNA。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之DNA建構物,其中源自菸草之分泌訊號胜肽係被具有序列編號11的鹼基序列的DNA所編碼。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之DNA建構物,其中Stx2e蛋白質的B次單元係具有:具有序列編號3的胺基酸序列。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之DNA建構物,其係為包含以序列編號12所表示之鹼基序列的DNA或與具有以序列編號12所表示之鹼基序列的DNA在包含於2×SSC、42℃下雜化(hybridization)之嚴格條件下雜化之DNA。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之DNA建構物,其係為具有以序列編號23、75、77、78、86任一者所表示之鹼基序列 的DNA或與具有以序列編號23、75、77、78、86任一者所表示之鹼基序列的DNA在包含於2×SSC、42℃下雜化之嚴格條件下雜化之DNA。
- 一種重組載體,其特徵為含有申請專利範圍第1至7項中任一項之DNA建構物。
- 一種轉形體,其特徵為係以申請專利範圍第8項之重組載體予以轉形者。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項之轉形體,其中該轉形體係轉形植物細胞或轉形植物。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項之轉形體,其中該植物為萵苣(Lactuca sativa)。
- 一種豬水腫病疫苗,其特徵為包含申請專利範圍第9至11項中任一項之轉形體,且不具有佐劑。
