Claims (10)

  1. 一種液晶化合物，具有下列化學式(一)： 其中R為氫、碳數1~15直鏈或支鏈之烷基、碳數1~15直鏈或支鏈之烷基(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-、-S-、-CO-、-CO-O-或-O-CO-所取代)、碳數2~15直鏈或支鏈之烯基或碳數2~15直鏈或支鏈之烯基(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-、-S-、-CO-、-CO-O-或-O-CO-所取代)；A與B獨立地為環己烷、環己烷(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-或-NH-所取代)、苯環或苯環(其中任一-CH=由-N=所取代)；當Q為CH2 ，X為單鍵、-CO-O-、-OCO-、-CH2 O-、-OCH2 -、-CH2 CH2 -、-C=C-、-C≡C-、-CF2 O-或-OCF2 -，當Q為氧，X為-CF2 O-或-OCF2 -；Y為CF3 、CF2 H或CFH2 ；L1 、L2 與L3 獨立地為氫或氟；以及m為0、1或2。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之液晶化合物，其中該液晶化合物包括：
  3. 一種液晶組合物，包括：一第一液晶化合物，具有下列化學式(一)： 其中R為氫、碳數1~15直鏈或支鏈之烷基、碳數1~15直鏈或支鏈之烷基(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-、-S-、-CO-、-CO-O-或-O-CO-所取代)、碳數2~15直鏈或支鏈之烯基或碳數2~15直鏈或支鏈之烯基(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-、-S-、-CO-、-CO-O-或-O-CO-所取代)，A與B獨立地為環己烷、環己烷(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-或-NH-所取代)、苯環或苯環(其中任一-CH=由-N=所取代)，當Q為CH2 ，X為單鍵、-CO-O-、-OCO-、-CH2 O-、-OCH2 -、-CH2 CH2 -、-C=C-、-C≡C-、-CF2 O-或-OCF2 -，當Q為氧，X為-CF2 O-或-OCF2 -，Y為CF3 、 CF2 H或CFH2 ，L1 、L2 與L3 獨立地為氫或氟，以及m為0、1或2；以及一第二液晶化合物，具有下列化學式(二)~(四)其中之一： 其中R為氫、碳數1~15直鏈或支鏈之烷基、碳數1~15直鏈或支鏈之烷基(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-、-S-、-CO-、-CO-O-或-O-CO-所取代)、碳數2~15直鏈或支鏈之烯基或碳數2~15直鏈或支鏈之烯基(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-、-S-、-CO-、-CO-O-或-O-CO-所取代)，A與B獨立地為環己烷、環己烷(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-或-NH-所取代)、苯環、苯環(其中任一-CH=由-N=所取代)或其任一碳上之氫原子由氟原子所取代之環己烷與苯環，Z1 與Z2 獨立地為單鍵、-CO-O-、-OCO-、-CH2 O-、-OCH2 -、-CH2 CH2 -、-C=C-、-C≡C-、-CF2 O-或-OCF2 -，R’為氟、氯、CF3 、OCF3 、氫、碳數1~15直鏈或支鏈之烷基、碳數1~15直鏈或支鏈之烷基(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-、-S-、-CO-、-CO-O-或-O-CO-所取代)、碳數 2~15直鏈或支鏈之烯基或碳數2~15直鏈或支鏈之烯基(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-、-S-、-CO-、-CO-O-或-O-CO-所取代)，以及n為0、1或2。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之液晶組合物，其中該第二液晶化合物具有下列化學式(五)~(十七)其中之一： 其中R1為氫、碳數1~10直鏈或支鏈之烷基、碳數1~10直鏈或支鏈之烷基(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-、-S-、-CO-、-CO-O-或-O-CO-所取代)、碳數2~10直鏈或支鏈之烯基或碳數2~10直鏈或支鏈之烯基(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-、-S-、-CO-、-CO-O-或-O-CO-所取代)，Z為-CO-O-、-OCO-、-CH2 O-、-OCH2 -、-CH2 CH2 -、-C=C-、-C≡C-、-CF2 O-或-OCF2 -，以及R2為氟、氫、碳數1~10直鏈或支鏈之烷基、碳數1~10直鏈或支鏈之烷基(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-、-S-、-CO-、-CO-O-或-O-CO-所取代)、碳數2~10直鏈或支鏈之烯基或碳數 2~10直鏈或支鏈之烯基(其中任一-CH2 -由-O-、-S-、-CO-、-CO-O-或-O-CO-所取代)。
  5. 一種液晶顯示器，包括：一上基板；一下基板，與該上基板相對設置；以及一液晶層，設置於該上基板與該下基板之間，包括如申請專利範圍第1項所述之液晶化合物。
  6. 一種液晶顯示器，包括：一上基板；一下基板，與該上基板相對設置；以及一液晶層，設置於該上基板與該下基板之間，包括如申請專利範圍第3項所述之液晶組合物。
  7. 一種光電裝置，包括：一如申請專利範圍第5項所述之液晶顯示器；以及一電子元件，連接該液晶顯示器。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之光電裝置，其中該電子元件包括控制元件、操作元件、處理元件、輸入元件、記憶元件、驅動元件、發光元件、保護元件或其組合。
  9. 一種光電裝置，包括：一如申請專利範圍第6項所述之液晶顯示器；以及一電子元件，連接該液晶顯示器。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之光電裝置，其中該電子元件包括控制元件、操作元件、處理元件、輸入元件、記憶元件、驅動元件、發光元件、保護元件或其組合。
