Claims (4)

  1. 一種利用熔融爐渣生產平板型無機非金屬材料之方法,其包括下述步驟:使一熔融爐渣進入一保溫調質池且將該熔融爐渣之溫度保持在1450℃-1600℃,並根據製品的要求進行黏度或顏色之調整;使調質過的該熔融爐渣進入錫或錫合金為載體之一浮法生產池,通過浮法製得之一平板型無機非金屬材料在1000℃-1300℃離開該浮法生產池;以及該平板型無機非金屬材料在600℃-900℃的溫度下、在非還原環境下保溫0.5-2個小時,然後在1-2個小時內逐漸降到室溫,得到該平板型無機非金屬材料,其中,該熔融爐渣的成分為:10-40wt% Al2O3、5-25wt% MgO、10-50wt% SiO2、10-40wt% CaO、0.1-5wt% TiO2、0.1-5wt% FeO、0.1-5wt% MnO;其中,進行黏度調整所使用的黏度調整劑為黏土、瓷土、磁石、陶土、長石和石英砂中的至少一種,其加入量為該熔融爐渣加入量的5-20wt%,且進行顏色調整所使用的顏色調整劑為Ti、Cr、Ni、Cu、Co、Fe、稀土元素之一氧化物、含有該氧化物之一礦石粉末和一工業廢料中之至少一種,其加入量為該熔融爐渣加入量的0-5wt%。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之利用熔融爐渣生產平板型無機非金屬材料之方法,其中該熔融爐渣的成分進一步為:10-20wt% Al2O3、5-10wt% MgO、20-35wt% SiO2、20-30wt% CaO、0.1-5wt% TiO2、0.1-5wt% FeO、0.1-5wt% MnO。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之利用熔融爐渣生產平板型無機非金屬材料之方法,其中,降溫速度為每分鐘5-10℃。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之利用熔融爐渣生產平板型無機非金屬材料之方法,其中該熔融爐渣為一冶金反應器中直接排放出的熔融爐渣,或者為重熔的爐渣。
