Abstract
Bir erimiş cüruf kullanarak metal olmayan inorganik malzemeden yapılmış plakanın imal edilmesine yönelik bir yöntem olup, şunları içermektedir: erimiş cürufun ısının korunması ve modifiye için bir havuza sokulması, burada erimiş cürufun sıcaklığı 1450°C-1600°C'de tutulmaktadır ve imal edilecek ürünün gereksinimlerine göre erimiş cürufun bir viskozitesi ve/veya renginin modifiye edilmesi; modifiye edilmiş erimiş cürufun taşıyıcı olarak kalay veya kalay alaşımı kullanan bir yüzdürme prosesi fırını içine sokulması ve modifiye edilmiş erimiş cüruftan metal olmayan inorganik malzemeden yapılmış plakanın hazırlanması ve metal olmayan inorganik malzemeden yapılmış plakanın 1000-1300°C'de tahliye edilmesi; ve metal olmayan inorganik malzemeden yapılmış plakanın indirgeyici olmayan bir atmosferde 0.5-2 saat boyunca 600°C-900°C'de tutulması, ve daha sonra metal olmayan inorganik malzemeden yapılmış plakanın kademeli olarak 1-2 saat boyunca oda sıcaklığında soğutulması, Yüksek fırın cürufunun kapsamlı bir şekilde kullanılması için enerji tasarrufu sağlayan ve verimli bir yöntem sağlanmaktadır; Üretilen metal olmayan inorganik malzemeden yapılmış plaka stabil renk kalitesi, aşınma direnci, basınç direnci, yüksek yapışkanlık, düşük genleşme katsayısı ve düşük çekme oranı gibi özelliklere sahiptir.
