Claims (14)
- 一種在導電基板上形成抗磨損塗層之方法,其包含:(a)將包含以下各物之可固化可電沈積組合物電沈積於具有大於400之鏡面光澤之裝飾金屬基板上:(i)可固化樹脂黏合劑,(ii)無機粒子,(iii)表面活性劑;(b)使該組合物固化以在該基板上形成具有暴露於大氣之表面的連續透明塗層,其中在該固化塗層之暴露表面下方至少20奈米延伸至150奈米之該暴露表面區域中之粒子濃度係大於該固化塗層之表面區域下方延伸之主體區域。
- 如請求項1之方法,其中該可固化樹脂組合物包含:(a)含有反應性官能基之離子型成膜樹脂,(b)具有可與(a)之該等反應性官能基反應之官能基的固化劑。
- 如請求項2之方法,其中該離子型成膜樹脂含有陽離子基團。
- 如請求項2之方法,其中該等陽離子基團係選自胺鹽及鋶鹽基團。
- 如請求項4之方法,其中該離子型成膜樹脂為含有陽離子基團及活性氫基團之(甲基)丙烯酸系樹脂。
- 如請求項5之方法,其中該固化劑為聚異氰酸酯。
- 如請求項1之方法,其中該等無機粒子具有小於1000奈 米之粒度。
- 如請求項1之方法,其中該等無機粒子具有大於5之莫氏硬度值。
- 如請求項1之方法,其中該等無機粒子為膠狀二氧化矽。
- 如請求項1之方法,其中該等無機粒子以該組合物之總重量計係以0.5至10wt%之量存在於該組合物中。
- 如請求項1之方法,其中該表面活性劑為聚矽氧烷。
- 如請求項11之方法,其中該聚矽氧烷具有以下結構式:R1 R2 -SiO(4-n-m)2 ,其中可相同或不同之各R1 係選自H、OH、單價烴基或單價矽氧烷基;可相同或不同之各R2 為具有至少一個可與該樹脂黏合劑中之該等官能基反應之官能基的基團,其中0<n<4,0<m<4且2(m+n)<4。
- 如請求項11之方法,其中該聚矽氧烷具有以下結構式: 其中:m具有至少1之值;m'在0至75之範圍內; n在0至75之範圍內;n'在0至75之範圍內;可相同或不同之各R係選自H、OH、單價烴基、單價矽氧烷基及任何上述基團之混合物;且Ra 包含以下結構;-R3 -X,其中-R3 係選自伸烷基、氧基伸烷基、伸烷基芳基、伸烯基、氧基伸烯基及伸烯基芳基;且X表示包含至少一個選自以下之反應性官能基之基團:羥基、羧基、異氰酸酯基、封端聚異氰酸酯基、一級胺基、二級胺基、醯胺基、胺基甲酸酯基、脲基、胺甲酸酯基、乙烯基、不飽和酯基、順丁烯二醯亞胺基、反丁烯二酸酯基、酸酐基、羥基烷基醯胺基及環氧基。
- 如請求項1之方法,其中該表面活性劑以該組合物中固體之重量計係以0.5至10wt%之量存在於該組合物中。
