Claims (6)

  1. 一種衝孔單元,包括:一衝軸,在其外周面設有複數個衝頭;一模軸,在與上述衝頭對應的位置上設有衝模,使上述衝軸與上述模軸旋轉,使上述衝頭與上述衝模卡合而在片材上穿設衝孔之衝孔單元之中,其中上述衝軸與上述模軸的兩端部係由框架支持,上述衝軸及上述模軸本身為上述衝孔單元的構件元件,上述框架具有支持上述衝軸及上述模軸的兩端部的一對的側板、以及連接上述一對的側板的連結板,同時上述框架在上述衝軸及上述模軸的圓周方向上除了上述連結板的部份以外皆為開放狀態,且上述連結板可固定於固定構件上,上述模軸具有大體上橫越全長的中空部的形狀構成之同時,具有從該中空部貫穿至上述模軸的外部的衝屑排出孔,在從上述模軸的外周面貫穿至上述中空部的孔上設置上述衝模之同時,在上述中空部配置有衝屑移送體,將來自上述衝模的衝屑朝上述衝屑排出孔移送。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之衝孔單元,其中上述衝軸具有大體上橫越全長的中空部的形狀所構成,上述衝軸及上述模軸係由輕合金所形成。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之衝孔單元,其中上述衝屑移送體係由螺旋狀的導引件所構成。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之衝孔單元,其中上述導引件係固定於上述框架,大體上橫越上述模軸中空部內 的全長而配置的螺旋構件,藉由該螺旋構件與上述模軸的相對旋轉而移送上述衝屑。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之衝孔單元,其中上述導引件為配置於上述模軸的上述中空部的內周面而與該模軸一體地旋轉而移送衝屑的螺旋構造。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之衝孔單元,其中上述導引件係橫越上述模軸的中空部的大略全長而配置,以與上述模軸的旋轉數不同的旋轉數旋轉驅動的螺旋構件。
