Claims (22)
- 一種再生細胞擷取單元,其包括:主容器,其在外部來源施加之扭力下旋轉,且包括容納欲分離之物質的容納部分;中空第一排出管,其插入所述主容器中,以致所述第一排出管之一個末端部分安置於所述主容器之下部中,且所述第一排出管之另一末端部分安置在所述主容器之外部;以及抽吸裝置,其連接至所述第一排出管,以便經由所述第一排出管,自所述主容器抽吸及排出在藉由旋轉所述主容器離心後位於所述主容器下端部分中之組分;以及多個突出容納部分,其沿相對於所述主容器旋轉中心之半徑方向向外凸出,以容納由離心所述物質得到之組分中相對較重的組分,且沿所述容納部分之圓周方向呈預定角度間隔佈置,其中各所述突出容納部分沿垂直於所述主容器旋轉中心之半徑方向的方向延伸且從所述主容器的上部分延伸至下部分,阻擋部件形成於各所述突出容納部分之下端部分中,以在所述主容器之所述容納部分之下部與所述突出容納部分之相應部分之間形成阻擋。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之再生細胞擷取單元,其中所述物質為脂肪組織及含幹細胞之水性溶液中至少一者,且所述突出容納部分中所容納的組分為幹細胞。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之再生細胞擷取單元,其中所述容納部分的直徑朝向其下部逐漸略微變小。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之再生細胞擷取單元,其中凹槽形成於所述容納部分之下端。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之再生細胞擷取單元,其中所述連接至所述第一排出管之抽吸裝置為第一泵,且進一步包括中空輔助排出管,所述中空輔助排出管插入所述第一排出管中,所述中空輔助排出管的一末端部分安置於所述主容器之下端部分中且另一末端部分連接至在所述主容器外部之注射器,其中所述位於所述主容器下端部分中之組分經由所述第一泵抽吸至所述第一排出管中,且經由所述第一排出管排出,或者經由所述注射器抽吸至所述輔助排出管中並經由所述輔助排出管排出。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之再生細胞擷取單元,其進一步包括:收集部件,其安置於所述主容器之所述容納部分中,且包括凹入的收集器部分;多個導引部件,其形成於所述收集部件上,經定位以干擾被壓向所述主容器之壁之內表面的離心組分,且將所述旋轉之組分導引至所述收集部件之所述收集器部分;中空第二排出管,其插入所述主容器中,一末端部分安置於所述收集部件之所述收集器部分上方且另一末端部分安置於所述主容器外部;以及第二泵,其連接至所述第二排出管,向所述第二排出管提供抽吸力,且經由所述第二排出管將收集於所述收集部件上之組分排至外部。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之再生細胞擷取單元,其中所述收集部件呈凹盤狀,且所述導引部件自所述收集部件之圓周朝向所述收集部件之中心彎曲且在所述收集部件之上表面上呈預定角度間隔佈置。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之再生細胞擷取單元,其中多個孔形成於所述收集部件之中心,以由所述收集部件之上表面貫穿至所述收集部件之下表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之再生細胞擷取單元,其中所述第二排出管包圍所述第一排出管,且位於所述收集部件之所述收集器部分上的組分在所述第二泵作用下經由所述第一排出管與所述第二排出管之間之流體通道排出。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項之再生細胞擷取單元,其中所述第二排出管配合插入所述主容器上部中所形成之通孔,且進一步包括中間部件,所述中間部件密封所述第二排出管之外圓周表面與所述主容器上部之所述通孔之內圓周表面之間的間隙,同時使所述主容器能夠相對於所述第二排出管旋轉。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之再生細胞擷取單元,其中環形凸緣沿所述第二排出管之所述外圓周表面而形成,所述中間部件呈環形,由可壓縮之彈性橡膠材料製成,且在所述第二排出管插入所述主容器中之狀態下,壓縮於所述凸緣之下表面與所述主容器之上表面之間,且摩擦係數低於橡膠之環形接觸部件形成於所述中間部件之上 表面上,且其緊密附接至所述凸緣,其中當壓縮於所述主容器與所述凸緣之間時,所述中間部件及所述接觸部件隨所述主容器之旋轉而旋轉,並密封所述主容器上部中所形成之所述通孔之所述內圓周表面與所述第二排出管之所述外圓周表面之間的間隙。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之再生細胞擷取單元,其中連接管連接至所述第二排出管,且進一步包括感測器,所述感測器安裝於所述連接管中以感測空氣是否經由所述第二排出管排出。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之再生細胞擷取單元,其中連接管連接至所述第一排出管,且進一步包括感測器,所述感測器安裝於所述連接管中以感測空氣是否經由所述第一排出管排出。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之再生細胞擷取單元,其中所述第一排出管配合插入所述主容器上部中所形成之通孔,且進一步包括中間部件,所述中間部件密封所述第一排出管之外圓周表面與所述通孔之內圓周表面之間的間隙,同時使所述主容器能夠相對於所述第一排出管旋轉。
- 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之再生細胞擷取單元,其中環形凸緣沿所述第一排出管之所述外圓周表面而形成,所述中間部件呈環形,由可壓縮之彈性橡膠材料製成,且在所述第一排出管插入所述主容器中之狀態下,壓縮於所述凸緣之下表面與所述主容器之上表面之間,且摩擦係數低於橡膠之環形接觸部件形成於所述中間部件之上 表面上,且其緊密附接至所述凸緣,其中當壓縮於所述主容器與所述凸緣之間時,所述中間部件及所述接觸部件隨所述主容器之旋轉而旋轉,並密封所述主容器上部中所形成之所述通孔之所述內圓周表面與所述第一排出管之所述外圓周表面之間的間隙。
- 一種再生細胞擷取系統,其包括:再生細胞分離單元,其分離組織;以及如申請專利範圍第1項至第15項中任一項所述之再生細胞擷取單元,其中所述再生細胞分離單元包括:子容器,其在外部來源施加之扭力下旋轉且包括放置組織之空間;中空主管,其插入所述子容器中,以致所述主管之末端部分安置於所述子容器之下部中;以及泵,其連接至所述主管,且向所述主管提供抽吸力,且其中所述再生細胞擷取單元與所述再生細胞分離單元分開,所述再生細胞擷取單元接收含有再生細胞之物質,並藉由離心所述物質擷取所述物質中之再生細胞,所述含有再生細胞之物質是在所述再生細胞分離單元離心所述組織後經由所述主管自所述再生細胞分離單元獲得。
- 如申請專利範圍第16項所述之再生細胞擷取系統,其中多個攪拌翼自所述子容器的壁之內表面朝向所述子容器之空間凸出,以利於進行所述組織之離心。
- 如申請專利範圍第16項所述之再生細胞擷取系 統,其中輔助攪拌翼自所述主管之外圓周表面伸出。
- 如申請專利範圍第16項所述之再生細胞擷取系統,其中作為獨立於所述主管之通道的輔管插入所述子容器中,以將所述子容器之所述空間連接至所述子容器之外部,所述主管經由所連接之多個連接管連接至多個儲存袋及所述再生細胞擷取單元之第一排出管,且經由所述主管自所述再生細胞分離單元排出之所述含有再生細胞的物質經由所述第一排出管轉移至所述再生細胞擷取單元。
- 如申請專利範圍第16項所述之再生細胞擷取系統,其中將所述再生細胞分離單元之所述主管連接至所述再生細胞擷取單元之所述第一排出管的連接管包括多重過濾器,用於濾出外來物質。
- 如申請專利範圍第16項所述之再生細胞擷取系統,其中連接管連接至所述主管,且光感測器安裝於所述連接管中以感測自所述再生細胞分離單元排出之物質的顏色。
- 如申請專利範圍第16項所述之再生細胞擷取系統,其進一步包括旋轉夾具,所述旋轉夾具與所述主容器及所述子容器相配合,其中所述旋轉夾具以恆定旋轉速度旋轉所述主容器及所述子容器,且將所述主容器及所述子容器加熱至恆定溫度。
