Description
本發明涉及一種散熱裝置。
習知風扇架通常只能裝設一個對應尺寸之風扇,無法裝設不同尺寸及不同數量之風扇來滿足散熱需求。
鑒於以上,有必要提供一種能夠固定多個風扇之散熱裝置。
一種散熱裝置,包括一固定架及複數裝設於該固定架之風扇,該固定架包括一底座及複數自該底座之中部同向延伸之卡柱,該底座於四角處分別開設一穿孔,每一卡柱於鄰近末端處凹設一環形槽,每一風扇包括兩端壁,該兩端壁於四角之對應位置分別開設一穿孔,該等卡柱對應穿過該等風扇一角之兩端壁上之穿孔,一環扣卡入該等卡柱之環形槽,複數螺絲可穿過該底座四角處之穿孔並鎖入該等風扇之對應穿孔,該環扣為一四邊框,並於一邊開設一開口,於該開口之一側向外凸設一操作部。
相較習知技術,上述散熱裝置於底座之中部凸設複數可穿過風扇之穿孔之卡柱,方便固定多個風扇。

圖1係本發明散熱裝置之較佳實施方式之立體分解圖。

圖3係圖2中之散熱裝置之使用狀態圖。
請參照圖1,本發明散熱裝置包括一固定架20及裝設於該固定架20之四風扇10。
該固定架20包括一底座22及一環扣30。
該底座22為一四邊形之框體,分別於四角處開設一穿孔220,並於中部設有一具有一“十”字形之輻條260之通風部26。該輻條260之中心(即交叉處)設一方形之支撐台262。該支撐台262之四角分別延伸形成一卡柱24。每一卡柱24於鄰近末端處凹設一環形槽240。該輻條260之端部鄰接該底座22之四邊處分別設有一支撐片264,每一支撐片264上凸設兩間隔之鎖柱266。
該環扣30為一邊開設有一開口300之四邊框,該環扣30於該開口300之一側向外凸設一操作部302。
每一風扇10包括兩相對之端壁12,該兩端壁12分別於四角之對應位置開設一穿孔14。
請參照圖2,組裝時,將每一風扇10一角之兩穿孔14正對一卡柱24,使該卡柱24穿過該兩穿孔14,該卡柱24之環形槽240伸出遠離該底座22之穿孔14。該風扇10之鄰近該底座22之端壁12之兩穿孔14對應卡止於該底座22之兩鎖柱266,另一穿孔14正對該底座22之一穿孔220。操作該環扣30之開口300之兩側,使該環扣30彈性變形並套設於該等卡柱24之末端,放開該環扣30,使該環扣30恢復變形並卡入該等卡柱24之環形槽240,防止該等風扇10自該
固定架20脫落。
請參照圖3,複數螺絲40對應穿過一機箱50上之穿孔、該底座22之穿孔220並鎖入該等風扇10之對應穿孔14,將該散熱裝置裝設於該機箱50。
拆卸該等風扇10時,鬆釋該等螺絲40,並操作該環扣30之操作部302,使該環扣30彈性變形地張開,取下該環扣30,即可拆卸該等風扇10。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (3)
- 一種散熱裝置,包括一固定架及複數裝設於該固定架之風扇,該固定架包括一底座及複數自該底座之中部同向延伸之卡柱,該底座於四角處分別開設一穿孔,每一卡柱於鄰近末端處凹設一環形槽,每一風扇包括兩端壁,該兩端壁於四角之對應位置分別開設一穿孔,該等卡柱對應穿過該等風扇一角之兩端壁上之穿孔,一環扣卡入該等卡柱之環形槽,複數螺絲可穿過該底座四角處之穿孔並鎖入該等風扇之對應穿孔,該環扣為一四邊框,並於一邊開設一開口,於該開口之一側向外凸設一操作部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之散熱裝置,其中該底座於中部設有一“十”字形輻條,該輻條之中心設一支撐台,該等卡柱自該支撐台延伸形成。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之散熱裝置,其中該輻條之端部於鄰接該底座處延伸出一支撐片,每一支撐片上凸設兩鎖柱,該兩鎖柱分別穿過相鄰兩風扇之對應穿孔。
