Abstract

一种散热装置,包括一固定架和若干装设于该固定架的风扇,该固定架包括一底座和若干自该底座的中部同向延伸的卡柱,该底座于四角处分别开设一穿孔,每一卡柱于邻近末端处凹设一环形槽,每一风扇包括两端壁,该两端壁于四角的对应位置分别开设一穿孔,这些卡柱对应穿过这些风扇一角的两端壁上的穿孔,一环扣卡入这些卡柱的环形槽,若干螺丝可穿过该底座四角处的穿孔并锁入这些风扇的对应穿孔。该散热装置于底座的中部凸设若干可以穿过风扇的穿孔的卡柱,方便固定多个风扇。

本发明涉及一种散热装置。
背景技术
现有风扇架通常只能装设一个对应尺寸的风扇,无法装设不同尺寸及不同数量的风扇来满足散热需求。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种能够固定多个风扇的散热装置。
一种散热装置,包括一固定架和若干装设于该固定架的风扇,该固定架包括一底座和若干自该底座的中部同向延伸的卡柱,该底座于四角处分别开设一穿孔,每一卡柱于邻近末端处凹设一环形槽,每一风扇包括两端壁,该两端壁于四角的对应位置分别开设一穿孔,这些卡柱对应穿过这些风扇一角的两端壁上的穿孔,一环扣卡入这些卡柱的环形槽,若干螺丝可穿过该底座四角处的穿孔并锁入这些风扇的对应穿孔。
相较现有技术,上述散热装置于底座的中部凸设若干可以穿过风扇的穿孔的卡柱,方便固定多个风扇。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明散热装置包括一固定架20和装设于该固定架20的四风扇10。
该固定架20包括一底座22和一环扣30。
该底座22为一四边形的框体,分别于四角处开设一穿孔220,并于中部设有一具有一“十”字形的辐条260的通风部26。该辐条260的中心(即交叉处)设一方形的支撑台262。该支撑台262的四角分别延伸形成一卡柱24。每一卡柱24于邻近末端处凹设一环形槽240。该辐条260的端部邻接该底座22的四边处分别设有一支撑片264,每一支撑片264上凸设两间隔的锁柱266。
该环扣30为一边开设有一开口300的四边框,该环扣30于该开口300的一侧向外凸设一操作部302。
每一风扇10包括两相对的端壁12,该两端壁12分别于四角的对应位置开设一穿孔14。
请参照图2,组装时,将每一风扇10一角的两穿孔14正对一卡柱24,使该卡柱24穿过该两穿孔14,该卡柱24的环形槽240伸出远离该底座22的穿孔14。该风扇10的邻近该底座22的端壁12的两穿孔14对应卡止于该底座22的两锁柱266,另一穿孔14正对该底座22的一穿孔220。操作该环扣30的开口300的两侧,使该环扣30弹性变形并套设于这些卡柱24的末端,放开该环扣30,使该环扣30恢复变形并卡入这些卡柱24的环形槽240,防止这些风扇10自该固定架20脱落。
请参照图3,若干螺丝40对应穿过一机箱50上的穿孔、该底座22的穿孔220并锁入这些风扇10的对应穿孔14,将该散热装置装设于该机箱50。
拆卸这些风扇10时,松释这些螺丝40,并操作该环扣30的操作部302,使该环扣30弹性变形地张开,取下该环扣30,即可拆卸这些风扇10。

Claims (4)

1.一种散热装置,包括一固定架和若干装设于该固定架的风扇,该固定架包括一底座和若干自该底座的中部同向延伸的卡柱,该底座于四角处分别开设一穿孔,每一卡柱于邻近末端处凹设一环形槽,每一风扇包括两端壁,该两端壁于四角的对应位置分别开设一穿孔,这些卡柱对应穿过这些风扇一角的两端壁上的穿孔,一环扣卡入这些卡柱的环形槽,若干螺丝可穿过该底座四角处的穿孔并锁入这些风扇的对应穿孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的散热装置,其特征在于:该环扣为一四边框,并于一边开设一开口,于该开口的一侧向外凸设一操作部。
3.如权利要求1所述的散热装置,其特征在于:该底座于中部设有一“十”字型辐条,该辐条的中心设一支撑台,这些卡柱自该支撑台延伸形成。
4.如权利要求3所述的散热装置,其特征在于:该辐条的端部于邻接该底座处延伸出一支撑片,每一支撑片上凸设两锁柱,该两锁柱分别穿过相邻两风扇的对应穿孔。
