Abstract

一种固线装置,包括一固定部和一连接于该固定部的一端的卡线部,该固定部的另一端垂直延伸出一固定柱,该卡线部设有一收容空间以卡固线缆。本发明还提供一种装设有该固线装置的电路板。该固线装置的固定部穿过并挡止于电路板,卡线部夹置于电路板和相邻的装置之间,取代了传统的大底座粘贴固定方式,并有效利用了主板和相邻的装置之间的空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种固线装置及设有该固线装置的电路板。
背景技术
在现有的电脑系统中,通常用线扣固定线缆。然而,为便于粘合于机箱,现有的线扣的底板一般比较大,不仅占用空间而且无法应用于狭窄的空间。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种小巧的能够应用于狭窄空间的固线装置。
一种固线装置,包括一固定部和一连接于该固定部的一端的卡线部,该固定部的另一端垂直延伸出一固定柱,该卡线部设有一收容空间以卡固线缆。
一种电路板,该电路板于边缘处装设有至少一固线装置,该固线装置包括一固定部和一连接于该固定部的一端的卡线部,该固定部的另一端垂直延伸出一可穿过并挡止于该电路板的固定柱,该卡线部位于该电路板的外侧并设有一收容空间以卡固线缆。
相较现有技术,该固线装置的固定部可穿过并挡止于电路板而将固线装置装设于电路板,取代了传统的大底座粘贴固定方式,能够应用于狭窄空间。

具体实施方式
请参照图1和图2,本发明固线装置的较佳实施方式,设置于一机壳4内的电路板1的边缘处。在本实施方式中,该电路板1为一邻近一主板2的系统板。
该电路板1于邻近边缘处设置有若干固定孔10,以对应安装若干个固线装置。
请参照图3,每一固线装置包括一固定部20和一垂直连接于该固定部20的卡线部30。该固定部20呈L形,包括一第一连接片200和一垂直于该第一连接片200的底面的一端的固定柱202。该固定柱202的末端沿圆周延伸出一可弹性变形的直径逐渐变小的凸缘204,该固定柱202沿轴向还设有剖槽。该卡线部30概呈U形,包括一第二连接片304和分别自该第二连接片304两端同向延伸的一第一侧壁306和一第二侧壁308。该第二连接片304、该第一和第二侧壁306和308包围成一收容空间302。该卡线部30的第一侧壁306的末端垂直连接于该固定部20的第一连接片200的另一端,该第二侧壁308的末端向该第一侧壁306延伸出一卡齿300。该第二连接片304的长度不大于该电路板1和该主板2之间的宽度。
请再参照图1,组装时,相向挤压该固定柱202的凸缘204使其弹性变形以插入该电路板1的固定孔10,该固定柱202的凸缘204穿过该固定孔10后恢复变形并挡止于该电路板1的底部。该卡线部30置于该电路板1的外侧,即位于电路板1和该主板2之间,有效利用该电路板1和主板2之间的空间。
使用时,将线缆(图未示)自该卡线部30的开口卡入该卡线部30的收容空间302,该卡齿300阻止线缆自该收容空间302脱出。

Claims (6)

1.一种固线装置,包括一固定部和一连接于该固定部的一端的卡线部,该固定部的另一端垂直延伸出一固定柱,该卡线部设有一收容空间以卡固线缆。
2.如权利要求1所述的固线装置,其特征在于:该固定部包括一第一连接片,该固定柱垂直延伸自该第一连接片的底面,该固定柱的末端延伸出一可弹性变形的凸缘。
3.如权利要求2所述的固线装置,其特征在于:该卡线部包括一第二连接片和分别自该第二连接片的两端同向延伸的一第一侧壁和一第二侧壁,该第一侧壁的末端垂直连接于该固定部的第一连接片,该第二连接片、第一侧壁及第二侧壁包围形成该收容空间,该第二侧壁的末端向该第一侧壁延伸出一卡齿。
4.一种电路板,该电路板于边缘处装设有至少一固线装置,该固线装置包括一固定部和一连接于该固定部的一端的卡线部,该固定部的另一端垂直延伸出一可穿过并挡止于该电路板的固定柱,该卡线部位于该电路板的外侧并设有一收容空间以卡固线缆。
5.如权利要求4所述的电路板,其特征在于:该电路板上设有至少一固定孔,该固定部包括一第一连接片,该固定柱垂直延伸自该第一连接片的底面,该固定柱的末端延伸出一可弹性变形的凸缘,该凸缘弹性变形穿过该电路板上的固定孔并挡止于该电路板。
6.如权利要求4所述的电路板,其特征在于:该卡线部包括一第二连接片和分别自该第二连接片的两端同向延伸的一第一侧壁和一第二侧壁,该第一侧壁的末端垂直连接于该第一连接片,该第二连接片、第一侧壁及第二侧壁包围形成该收容空间,该第二侧壁的末端向该第一侧壁延伸出一卡齿。
