- the fixing member 30 is released to be restored, with the sides of the fixing member 30 engaging in the slots 240 of the corresponding rods 24 , to prevent the fans 10 from disengaging from the frame 20 .
- the fans 10 are sandwiched between the base 22 and the fixing member 30 .
- four fasteners 40 extend through a chassis 50 , the through holes 220 of the base 22 , and are received in the corresponding fixing holes 14 of the fans 10 , to mount the heat dissipation device to the chassis 50 .
- the fasteners 40 are released, and the tab 302 of the fixing member 30 is deformed to expand the opening 300 .
- the fans 10 are readily disengaged from the frame 20 .
